    Carefree limousine provided excellent and professional service for our wedding. Everyone loved the limo coach and the cheese and crackers during pictures! Communication was great and we felt very well taken care of before and during the wedding! We are so happy we found Carefree.

    Carefree Limo did our transportation for the day of the wedding- the limo arrived a little before I expected, but still waited for my bridesmaids and I. The driver stood out of the way for pictures with the limo before we got in, then led us around and opened the doors for us, then helped us get in the limo. He dropped us off in the back of the church where we requested (so the groom didn't see me!) and helped me get out while the bridesmaids slid out the other door.
    After the ceremony, the best man ran out and asked the driver to have the air running, so the limo was nice and cool when we got in. There was a little sign that said "Just married" when we got out.
    The company had soda and water in the limo, as well as glasses and ice. Normally, they also have champagne but we requested that they not since two of my bridesmaids were underage.

    My husband and I used Carefree Limos for our wedding in Holmdel NJ. We were very pleased with their quality of service. Theie prices were extremely reasonable, they were very professional and their vehicles were stocked with all the "necessities" for the big day. The owner Peter also suggested we change our picture spot from Holmdel Park to Deep Cut Gardens--awesome change! We are very happy to recommend such a great business. We have also used them for trips to the airport.

    My husband and I booked Carefree Limos for our wedding on September 28th. We were extremely impressed with the professional staff, the appearance of the limo and party bus and the flexibility of the staff. They arrived on time, took us to the photo site after the ceremony and were ready to take us to the hotel after the reception. The limos were stocked with fun beverages, snacks and lights that made our pictures look awesome. As for the price, it was a steal compared to other vendors! We have recommended Carefree Limos to all our family and co-workers. We even used them to shuttle us off for our honeymoon and babymoon :)

    they were very professional they were energetic they were on time took us were ever we needed to go everyone was on time to the church if not earlier they had cheese and crackers for us when we were on the bus they made sure their were drinks ( soda, Water) on board when we needed it and their prices were fantastic.

    We didn't have to worry about anything because Carefree Limousines took care of everything for us and was always on top of things.They sent a limousines to pick us up.It was clean,comfortable and ideal for a wedding.Gotta recommend there services!

    Peter and Jayne were so great to work with! They were so great with all of the last minute details of the day and arrived at each location early! Due to SuperStorm Sandy, times and places changed 6 times in the last 24 hours leading up to our wedding and they were so cooperative and understanding of the chaos!

    Carefree Limo offered me a great price for my party bus and white stretch. They were pretty easy to work with. They arrived on time and both vehicles were awesome.

    The limousine was nice but the driver did arrive a bit late.We got all the services we paid for though.Carefree Limo's fleet is excellent.

    Carefree Limo did a great job. The price cannot be beat and we had a blast using their 'partybus' for the bridal party and guests rather than getting a standard limo and shuttles.

    Have used Carefree Limo a few times and so far they have come through 100% with our booking.Nice vehicles and drivers come with excellent service.You can expect to pay alittle more for their wedding package services than anywhere else.

    My fiance booked this company after we received a coupon. I was initially worried because when we would call with a question they took a while to respond. But come the day of the wedding they arrived at my house early, the driver was very friendly and helped me into the limo in my dress. He got us to the church early and helped the wedding coordinator open the doors for my entrance. When the ceremony was over there were 2 limos waiting to take us and the bridal party to a park for pictures. They did not complain about having to wait for us to finish pictures at the church. Once we got to the park they had cheese and crackers for us along with champaign and soda which were provided once we left the church. They patiently waited while we did pictures at the park and then brought us to the reception. Very professional and at a great price!

    Our limo service was fine but the driver kept reminding us that we couldn't take too long at pictures because he had to be at another wedding and out service stopped soon.

    CAREFREE LIMO WAS THE BEST PRICE I FOUND BUT I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. MY CEREMONY WAS DONE AND I WAS RUSHED INTO THE PARTY BUS BECAUSE WE WERE GONNA GET CHARGE OVERTIME. WHEN MY BRIDAL PARTY GETS IN THE BUS, THE DRIVER IN FRONT OF MY WHOLE BRIDAL PARTY TELLS THEM I WILL GET CHARGE THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR OVERTIME AND ALL MY INFORMATION PORED OUT IN FRONT OF MY PARTY. VERY EMBARRASSED WE WERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! MY HUSBAND AND I HAD TO GET MONEY TO PAY THE DRIVER WHILE THE RECEPTION WAS ON HOLD FOR US. THEIRS NEEDS TO BE A BETTER WAY TO DEAL WITH THIS

    Company with no heart

    On labor day 2020 i booked their limo services for my wedding in June 2021. I left a deposit with the owners who were husband and wife and seemed friendly. Then on 10/19/20 I called to let them know the wedding would be cancelled and I would not be needing the limo. Instead of thanking me for the 8 MONTHS NOTICE and refunding my deposit, they chose to stick to their policy of nonrefundable deposit. You'd think that in an era of couples rescheduling weddings left and right due to covid uncertainty, this company would have a heart. But instead they chose to keep my deposit just to make a little money for themselves. I was honestly really taken aback as i know this is a family business and they were really nice to me when i signed up. I strongly feel my deposit should be refunded in light of the 8 months notice i gave them and the certainty that they will be able to rebook the limos next june which is the busiest wedding/graduation/airport month of the year.

    My limo driver was not concerned about me at all. I was running about 5 min behind because of my hair stylist and my limo driver said he was going to leave beacuse he had another bride to attend to. we had the limo beeoked til 1130 and it was only 11am. he was very arrogant. He really almost ruined my perfect day

    I would NOT recommended this vender to anyone. I paid for red carpet service which turned out to be a orange bath mat! The fee I paid also included Hors d'oeuvres which was stale crackers, cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese but just a few of each which was ridiculous because there were 24 of us in the limo bus!

    Do not use!! They didn’t show up on the wedding day!

    We contracted and paid for 2 limos 8 months prior to the wedding and confirmed everything 12 days prior. On the wedding day, they didn’t show up and didn’t even answer our phone calls. We had to drive ourselves to church, arrived late and had no transportation for the bridal party to the reception. All they offered was lies and lame excuses the next day. Horrible.

    The name of this company should be Careless Limo. Got a call a couple days prior to our Wedding that they couldn't do it. DO NOT USE

    I'd have to say that carefree limo almost ruined my wedding. We had them pick up the girls and drive them to the ceremony. The driver was unfamiliar with the limo and left the heat blowing in the back of the limo. The girls complained it was too hot and the driver said he didn't know what was wrong. The girls arrived to the ceremony soaked in sweat.... it was July! They sent a mechanic in the middle of the ceremony to fix the issue, which at first I thought was very considerate of them. We had an outside wedding , and the mechanic ran around outside to give people in the wedding party ice...the problem was he emptied the ice from the coolers in the limo. So now we had a hot limo with warm beer. Needless to say it was a bad experience. I called the company to complain and the guy cursed me off. I was actually surprised that he was more pissed at me for complaining then I was pissed at him for effing up a simple thing as putting on the AC in the limo. They were extremely rude and the guy dropped the eff bomb more then a dozen times when I was on the phone with him. At one point I thought it was my fault for hireing a discounted limo service to handle my wedding. But when I saw that this limo company claims they were "legit" I had to say something. It's almost three years later and just hearing about Carefree Limo still angers me to this day. They miss handled my wedding , then cursed me off when I called them out on it. It's almost funny

    Very disappointed!! The limo was booked for 10 people...I specified this, and double checked. Upon the limo's arrival, the driver said 8 people were the max in the limo! Bad start!! The bridal party made it work, we all fit just fine even though driver said only 8. While taking pictures at the ceremony location, driver of the limo coach asked if the photographer was done with the bridal party. She said she was done with them for now. He was in a big rush to take them away (guessing he had another event) and did not follow directions that they were to meet us in the next location. My husband and I arrive at our picture location only to find NO BRIDAL PARTY!! He took them to our reception over an hour early!! Our pictures and subsequently cocktail hour were ruined! Bridal party asked why they werent going to the location and driver said the bride and groom said no more pics!! Everyone on board later said they felt like crash dummies because driver flew to hotel to drop them off. Driver of our limo then begins taking us to the WRONG hotel for reception!! STAY AWAY! Spend the extra money...absolutely awful!

    Terrible. They never picked up the groom and the groomsmen. We called them an hour before the ceremony was to begin and they left their offices a half hour away at 2:30pm. I was late to my wedding and overall unsatisfied.

    When we finally made it to the reception, I asked Peter if we could come by tomorrow to get a refund. He said no we can do it by phone, where I replied No, I will come in and speak with you. He said well you're not getting a refund! I said Fine, we will talk about it tomorrow. He says, YOU ARE NOT GETTING A FULL REFUND!! In my face. I find it highly unprofessional and heartless to yell at a bride especially on their wedding day.

    Turns out they never had us on their list for the day. We barely got an apology and a minimal refund. I would not reccommend this business to anyone. There are so many other Limo services who would have loved my business and would have been on time. This one didn't. Stay away.
