The most incredible photographer/videographer of all time!

Kay (Capturing Arts) shot our wedding photos and videos on March 20, 2026. There are truly no words that can express how amazing Kay is as a person and as a photographer/videographer.
Kay felt like family the second we met him. While weddings are inherently stressful, Kay took away every bit of stress concerning our photos and videos. He took complete control of ensuring everywhere was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. We didn’t have to think twice about anything!
Not only is Kay an incredible, caring person, but as my husband describes him, he is an absolute magician with his work. He made us feel the magic during the wedding and reception, and we will feel that magic for the rest of our lives through the photos and videos he shot on the most special day of our lives.
Kay cares tremendously about his clients, and that became clear the second we booked with him. While my husband and I aren’t typically huge photo people, Kay made it feel so natural and comfortable for us.
There is no one else that could have done what Capturing Arts did on such an important day. I would recommend him a million times over. It was the best decision of our lives using Kay and Capturing Arts for our wedding!
There aren’t enough thank you’s in the world for this incredible person and business. I would recommend Capturing Arts for my family, friends, coworkers, and anyone else who would listen.

Amazing to work with and so talented!

Kay and Evon were absolutely amazing to work with on my wedding day and for my engagement photos! They are so talented, easy to work with and truly care about their work! They worked so hard to get the most amazing shots on my wedding day and were also so fun to work with. I can’t say enough good things about Kay who is so kind and truly loves what he does and cares about giving his couples the top notch experience. Amazing Job- Well worth it

Kay at Capturing Arts was amazing, he did an excellent job with our engagement photos and our wedding photos. He went above and beyond during our wedding and managed to get so many wonderful photos with all our family and friends. I love the creativity done in each photo and the effort him and his sister made throughout it. They were both wonderful and easy going, they helped make sure we were on schedule, and the photos I gave as inspiration they were able to recreate/build on them. We are so thankful we chose this photographer for our wedding! Everyone raved on quick he was and how good they looked in the photos. :)

Fantastic Crew!

Kay and Co. orchestrated a fantastic experience for us in our wedding ceremony!

The photo quality was tremendous with exquisite attention to detail. They captured fabulous moments that we will cherish for a lifetime. They were very responsive to our needs, even now when we asked for a minor edit over a year after our wedding!

They also unexpectedly delivered short, well-edited clips for us to share with our loved ones as we awaited the completed project.

Capturing Arts will capture all your special moments!

Kay and his team are awesome and extremely patient. They shot photos and video for all of our 5 wedding events. They are very respectful and kind to all of our guests and never felt pushy. The respected our customs and captured the ceremony without interfering. They were happy to take as many photos as we wanted, and they were up as early as we needed them to be to shoot photos. Kay and his whole team were so enthusiastic and really went out of their way to capture the special moments. From the framed shots to the natural shots, they perfectly captured the best moments of our life. I think our photos turned out phenomenal, and he sent us all the shots that were taken. We got all our photos within 3 weeks and the videos in 3 months. Kay and his team are highly recommended and they will make sure they capture all the special moments. Kay is very familiar with shooting Indian weddings. I would highly recommend them. We are so happy and grateful to their team.

Brilliant!

I booked Capturing Arts for photography and videography for multiple events for my wedding. All I can say is that I could not have asked for more! Kay and his team were extremely professional and did high quality work. The photos and videos turned out to be brilliant! They were just as invested as we were in making sure that every moment was perfectly captured. They were flexible and able to work around all the unexpected things that can go wrong with these types of events. They were also reassuring, supportive, and kind throughout the process. Great Talent to Hire

We hired Kay to take pictures of our daughter's first communion. He has a natural instinct that captures the infinitesimal moments. The Best Team Ever!

There is absolutely no videography and photography team that I could recommend more highly than Kay and his team. From day one, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and did anything and everything to make us feel taken care of. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job of coordinating photographs and videos and highlighting the couple and all hundreds of guests. His passion really showed through his work, as his photographs and videos were some of the best I have ever seen in my entire life! And I can't even begin to describe how amazing his team was. I wore six inch heels the day of and it can get tough rushing around everywhere to get photos taken - one off his team members was so kind as to take off her own shoes and have me wear them as we walked from the different sites where we shot and would take them on and off. They really take care of you and make your day truly special. And the surprises didn't end there. A few weeks after the wedding, not only did the team deliver edited photos on time, but they added a special gift of two large canvas printouts of the best shots from the night. And they even host a gala to honor their brides. Talk about a team that thinks of everything! Book them now. You will be so glad you did.

Where do I even begin?! My husband and I planned our wedding is 3 months flat. Being a wedding vendor myself, I knew what vendors I wanted to be part of my wedding day when the time came, and I was SO fortunate that Kay and his team were available on such short notice! He had previously done my brother’s wedding (which turned out fantastic!) and has since done many friends and clients of mine as well! He made the day so easy and chill for everyone, it just confirmed that my husband and I had made the right decision in hiring Capturing Arts. I was blown away before I even saw the highlight video! His team arrived early and stayed late, capturing literally every detail and making sure the important ones made it into the highlight reel. Kay even hand delivered our video and made special gifts for us too!
When the video was done, we shared it on social media and people that didn’t even attend our wedding were sobbing! They were texting me saying it was such a beautiful film and the flow of it just made them cry their eyes out! We watched it again on our anniversary and it makes us teary eyed seeing so much love in one video. We can’t wait to show our babies in the years to come!
If you are on the fence about a videographer- don’t be. Kay will make your day run smoothly, make sure you’re in a calm state of mind and give you a beautiful film that will last a lifetime!

Nothing short of a true professional, Kay and the entire Capturing Arts team truly captured every moment of our wedding weekend to the finest detail! From the very first meeting, they ensured that all of our requests were properly noted and that they would have everything needed for the events. Cameras, lighting, microphones, working with our DJ to acquire the highest quality sound, steady-cams and drone footage were all made possible for us. Despite having a mammoth three day celebration, often with two simultaneous venues to be accounted for, they made everything work seamlessly. The entire team was punctual, tireless and encouraging, even to those of us who have been camera shy! Capturing arts did a phenomenal job with my engagement photo shoot, video, and wedding photos along with my wedding video and highlight video! They are an extremely talented and professional group who make you feel confident and comfortable when taking photos. Their work is incomparable to other photographers out there, and I’ve searched! Kay has an artistic vision along with his sister Karlin, they work well together and they instruct you on posing and making sure the scene is set and not a hair out of place! This past May, I hired Kay and his amazing crew at Capturing Arts to shoot my wedding. We got our engagement pictures done with him also last year and were blown away at the quality, effort, and professionalism of the products and service we received. After the breathtaking engagement photos, we knew there was no one else we wanted to capture our special day; and that is exactly what Capturing Arts did.... they captured everything. Every moment, every special detail.... there was nothing that was missed or overlooked. Kay was everywhere he needed to be at the right time. It is clear that he has a deep passion for what he does. He takes great pride in making the customer happy and not just that, but truly putting them at ease. I never once worried about the quality of my pictures or if there was going to be issues with the photos/videos. His company is top- notch, and he is highly professional, prompt, thoughtful, and most importantly, kind. Every time I have worked with him he has gone above and beyond for us, even now several months after the wedding. We have since moved out of state, but in the future when we need photography services again, whether it be a maternity shoot or newborn pics, if there is any way possible whatsoever that we can travel back to Michigan, there is no one else I want to work with. Kay and his team is not only the best but the most easy to work with people ever.
Things that he excelled at:
1. They are all so artistic ad talented. They would politely ask us and our guest to arrange in a perfect manner and always find perfect spots. They use their creativity to capture your memories. His pictures come out more beautiful than he promises.
2. He and his team make you feel the most beautiful ever. As a bride, I was so nervous but his team would fix my hair, dress and even my lipstick to capture the perfect click.
3.He is such a genuine and beautiful soul. He will take care of you like a family. He will constantly make sure you drink water and make sure you eat. (this is all when he is on his feet for 8 straight hours! ).
4.He makes everything so personal. He treated us like a family. On our engagement photoshoot day, it started raining unexpectedly, he found a prettier place for our pictures. He took us to his house to change outfits in between the shoots. We met his family there, who btw are really beautiful people. He also fed us before our next shoot. He is the sweetest person ever!
5.He and his team is very accommodating and work tirelessly to deliver what the client wants. They would go above and beyond to understand what you like and deliver what you desire. He is on point always.
6.Desi weddings are stressful and even more stressful is to cover every part of the wedding, as there are so many things happening simultaneously. Kay and his team understands all of that and are very experienced to handle the wedding well
7.Errors or oversight are always unintentional and Kay and his team try hard to avoid them. They are very professional to take care of any last minute changes or unexpected alterations. They are cognizant that its your big day and they will make sure that it is nothing less than a dream. They always make up for any error that happens by chance.

Kay did a really great job for us. With all the things you have to consider during wedding planning, worrying about your wedding video and photographer is not something I wanted to do. We were extremely fortunate that Kay and his sisters were so accommodating throughout the planning process, during the wedding and even in the follow up phases. His team not only did the job we asked them to, but went above and beyond to maintain the flow of the wedding and get some really great footage.

Kay is beyond experienced with Desi weddings and it was refreshing to be able to find someone that knew what we wanted out of the several days of our wedding in advance.

He is a very enthusiastic and passionate person and his work reflects that.

I've recommended him multiple times already and will continue to do so in the future.

Where I do I even begin! I have dreamed about my wedding since the day I was born, LITERALLY. When I finally started planning the big day, the first thing I did was look for a photographer & videographer. I knew I wanted a vendor who could do both. I literally searched for days because I wanted my wedding to look like a movie, like a cinematic look. The day I came across Capturing Art’s, my search stopped. After watching their videos, my heart literally stopped. I was OVER the moon and hopeful they were available. I went to their office and spoke to Kay. I had all these ideas in my head about doing an awesome music video for our engagement versus a traditional photo shoot. He was so ecstatic and made my dream come true! He literally arranged a Harley for my husband to drive. That is something I will never forget. Our wedding was 3 days of full on chaos. I was so nervous about how I looked, how I was posing, standing and even sitting. Kay’s whole team looked out for me, from fixing my hair to helping me relax. When we received our full films, I was blown away. Most videographers don’t take their time to edit the full films or condense them. I truly was grateful he took the time to do this. The pictures were also BEAUTIFUL. We had SO many, it was nearly impossible to pick my favorites for the photo album. The photo album Kay had made me was the highest quality I’ve ever seen. I know it’s something that will last, so I can show my children one day. Last but not least, we received our highlight video. I have no words, I was speechless. It was the most touching video I’ve ever seen. Every time I watch it, it brings tears to my eyes. It allows me to relive some of the best moments of my life. Capturing Arts was recommended to us by a friend and we are very happy with their service. We used them for both our engagement photos and wedding could not be happier. They were very professional. Kay had a large team dedicated for our day to make sure we had every moment captured. We had plenty of photos of both the groom and bride getting ready. Kay met with us on numerous occasions to discuss what we envisioned for our day, and really took notice as to what our wants were. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kay and his crew at Capturing Arts for our engagement session and for all of our wedding events (there were 4!). When we first met Kay for our engagement shoot, it immediately became obvious to us how talented he is. He was able to create images in his mind giving the environment and subject material and help us recreate those images on photo! Very incredibly gifted with this. It was also really fun to get to know him before the wedding so we all felt more comfortable. He took us out of our comfort zone to produce some wonderfully unique shots. A little background on myself: I have been a wedding photographer for 5 years. I thought I was going to be searching far and wide for a photo/video team that I will be satisfied with. I met Kay and his sisters at a wedding before I was even engaged, and after taking 15 mins to review their work on their website, I was obsessed with them.
When I got engaged in 2015, I booked Capturing Arts before I even booked the venue. On my wedding day, they blew me away with their kindness, creativity, and flexibility. Where to begin!? Capturing Arts is incredible. Let me start with before even seeing our video- they were all amazing with communication up until the day of our wedding. They arrived on our wedding day (in which they traveled several hours to) earlier than me! Ready to go. They were truly a part of our wedding day- not just strangers as a part of the production. They interacted with my husband and I, our family, and friends. Throughout the day we were already receiving compliments on their work! They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I can even say that Kay was the reason I got to eat during cocktail hour. Such a goofy thing to be this thankful for but he went above and beyond to ask if I needed any food or drinks after the ceremony. I had 0 doubts our video would be anything but amazing. We received our video a short time after the wedding and we could not have been happier. It was truly perfect. They captured our relationship so well. From serious moments, to the fun moments, even our goofy personalities. It represented who we are as a couple. Everyone who has seen the video has gone on and on about how it is the best wedding video they have ever seen and I couldn't agree more. Not only did I already believe spending the money on videography for our wedding would be worth it- but again, everyone we talk to can't help but saying whatever money we spent to get the video we did was worth it! They captured every moment of our wedding day and made it look absolutely beautiful. The drone was even a hit at the wedding. After receiving our video they have continued to stay in touch. They took an interest in us and we are forever grateful. I clearly HIGHLY recommend capturing arts for your wedding day. I cannot say enough great things about Kay and his team. He called ahead of time to be sure he knew which shots were most important to me. In the craziness of the day and the fact that my daughter had started to get overly tired, I almost forgot the picture I wanted most of all. Kay came on the bus and reminded me of what I was forgetting and, thanks to him, I have that photo. You could really tell that he and his team loved what they were doing and cared about the product they created. He was patient with our very large wedding party and paid great attention to detail. Thanks to him, we have wonderful memories to look back on and remember the joy that we felt on one of the best days of our lives.

We hired Capturing Arts Films for our daughter’s wedding in August. They turned up on time, were extremely professional and unobtrusive throughout the wedding. The video composition, exposure, music and editing were perfect. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough for your event. You won’t be sorry.

I could not have been happier with our choice of photographer and videographer. We did a lot of research before we met Kay, and nothing stuck out to us that would make our big day memorable. On our first meeting with Kay, we were just awe-struck with his work. All the wedding videos and pictures were just amazing and we instantly knew we were at the right place. From our engagement photoshoot to our wedding weekend, Kay and his team went way above our expectations (they came up with the best photoshoot locations, most creative poses/ideas and we got way more pictures than what we had expected). My husband and I recently got married a few months ago at Royalty house (Warren, MI) and the way Kay captured the hall, the decorations, all our dance performances ( especially our first dance) is just breath-taking. He captured the best moments in his video from our family speeches to baarat- it’s nothing short of a Bollywood movie. Our pictures and all the poses came out so beautifully on camera. Kay & his team were all sweating/running around our entire wedding weekend (we had a 3-day Indian wedding ceremony) to make sure we got the best pictures and videos and weren’t running behind on time. I would recommend his team to anyone out there, trust me picking him as your photographer & videographer- is one of the best decisions you will make.

The capturing arts family is seriously the greatest people to work with. Our highlight and full video was amazing. If you book capturing arts, I promise you will not be disappointed at all! They are all about detail and getting everything on camera, no moment will be missed at all. Not only do they shoot video and pictures, but they help you throughout the day with anything else you need. Their service is outstanding and they are fun and easy to work with! When I came across Capturing Arts (CA) on theknot. com, I called and was in touch with Kay immediately. I spoke with Kay for 25 min about what he, his family, and his team is about. I was sold from the phone call because he took the time from the beginning to ensure me that our wedding would be perfect (from a photographer POV, haha). CA understands how important your event is and treat you as if you ARE family. Kay is passionate about his profession and you can tell it by talking to him for 5 min. From the planning to the actual shooting/filming of the engagement and wedding photos, Kay and his team (I worked with Karlyn) are the people you need there. Our wedding went off without a hitch. Kay was there from start to finish. I NEVER HAD TO SEARCH FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE MY PICTURE ON THE WEDDING DAY. This is huge because CA does not contract your wedding day out to another photographer, like some other companies. All in all, the finish product speaks for itself. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the photos and video that were captured on our wedding day. CA does amazing work and is under priced for the value they deliver. Keep up the great work you guys and thanks for all the memories you were able to make tangible for us.

Kay and his team did a great job at our wedding. They are very professional. Our wedding ceremony was outdoor on the water, and Kay used the drone to capture our ceremony place was amazing. We shared our short video with our family and friends, and everyone loves it. The full video was amazing and really captured our precious moment in our life. Capturing arts did our wedding photography and videography. The team is amazing and very understanding! Many things can go wrong on the big day, and things might not go according to your planned schedule, but Capturing arts and their team were compliant and were easily able to adapt to whatever last minute changes that occurred! Which is great for the bride because it takes off a lot of the stress. We got our pictures in few weeks and our trailer was done so artistically and well! I think it's the best trailer I have probably seen so far. The team definitely has an eye for creativity for photography still shots as well as videos. They used the drone on us during the wedding ceremony, as well as after the wedding shoot, which definitely made our trailer seem like a mini movie. We also got an album designed from Capturing arts, and it was done beautifully! I would definitely recommend Capturing arts and the team for both photography and videography.

Love these guys! They had been so helpful in so many ways. Firstly, they were incredibly understanding with some parameters we had to set. Ex: I wear a headscarf for religious reasons so when I was getting ready, only the females team members were in my room and they were sure not to add to the published video the parts where my hair was uncovered. This was so kind of them and I really really appreciated it. Secondly, we unfortunately had difficulty with our photographer (someone else, separate from Kay's team) who at some point got mad and stopped doing her job. I was sooooo upset because the pictures had meant so much to me. Kay started taking screenshots of some of the clips he videorecorded so that I could have some decent pictures of me and my husband. I honestly can't say how much I appreciated it. And as another positive (as if they didn't have enough), they are just super kind and sweet. Really made me feel great on my wedding day and I am so so so happy that they were the ones there to record our special day for us. Thank you guys! <3

I hired capturing arts for both photo and video for 4 of my wedding events. They went OUT of their way to create the most beautiful memories for us. When you meet Kay and his sisters, you know that this is their passion and love. All the other photographers I had contacted had inflexible packages, we're pricier, and not as personable. Kay and his team are specialized in both video and photo...they are a FULL package. They also made me the most beautiful engagement/wedding recap video that I could have asked for. They are also very reasonably priced for all that they give, and are so easy to work with...if there's anything specific you want, they go out of their way to try and accommodate whether it's a theme for your engagement shoot/video, etc. On our reception day itself, I was very stressed out to do the pre-event photos and wanted to go back to the hall. Kay was patient and told me he would take us to a place closeby and it would be worth it..the pictures he took were so beautiful, I am so happy that he convinced me to stay and not go back to the hall!! Highly Recommend CapturingArts for Wedding Videographer!

If you are reading this review, please save yourself time and book Capturing Arts. Kay and his team are the absolute best!!! Let me start by telling you about the other side. When I started looking for a videographer I simply did not have a limited budget. This allowed me the flexibility to check out some of the “well-known” videographers in town. However, I was not impressed at all. I did not find anything outside the ordinary or different about their work. Practically every wedding video was shot in the same location or with the same creativity. Even some of the songs that were used for the trailer were the exact same. Nothing original or mind blowing about what I discovered. I stopped listening to recommendations and decided to take matter into my own hands. I got online and stated searching and searching for days. Then I came across Capturing Arts. I checked their website and viewed many of their wedding trailers and decided to look no further. I made the phone call next day and booked on the spot. My experience with Kay and his team was outstanding. Kay was accommodating and professional from our first interaction. He was easy to work with, kept me informed at all times, and did a wonderful job filming. His passion for videography shows throughout his work. Our highlight video was truly a piece of art. The quality of work is superb. I was speechless and extremely emotional when I first saw it because it looked like a real movie. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received and we HIGHLY recommend Capturing Arts with no hesitation. We could not be happier with both our trailer and our film.

Kay really listened to us during our engagement session and captured the style of photos we were looking for.
On our wedding day the team from Capturing Arts showed up early and got lots of pictures of our venue and spent the day being everywhere they needed to be to capture each and every special moment. We could not be happier with our choice for wedding photographer and videographer. Kay and his team at Capturing Arts are absolutely amazing! We used Capturing Arts for our engagement photos and wedding photos, they turned out amazing! My husband and I do not take great photos, so we were amazed that we loved our photos! Kay really is unbelievably creative, and makes you feel very comfortable. He goes above a beyond! For our wedding, he and his team took photos from about 7:00AM until 11PM the following night. We had a destination wedding, and even the day after our wedding, some of our guest had seen Kay and his team taking additional pictures the next day! We used Capturing Arts for photography. Kay was AMAZING. When we first met him, he was so full of energy and great ideas, we really liked him right off the bat. We looked at all his previous albums and really loved the look he had. It was dramatic and unique and modern - exactly what we wanted. He did our engagement photos and we had a lot of fun at Belle Isle and Detroit River Days. We got our pictures back in like 2 weeks because Kay works tirelessly on them and they were incredible. We knew right then that we had made the perfect choice. On our wedding day, they were prompt, even early and took charge. Kay took all the shots I wanted and more, finding great new looks that I loved. We had our wedding pictures back in about 3-4 weeks, pretty quickly for wedding and had so many beautiful pictures to go through. Everyone loved all of them, especially us! They did an amazing job and we loved working with Capturing Arts. My only wish was that we had a big enough budget to get video with them because they do awesome videos! We were so happy with our choice of Capturing Arts, and we know you will be too!

We used CapturingArts for video only as we already had a photographer. Kay and his team exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, thorough, and displayed true professionalism throughout our entire process - from our 1st meeting until we received our final copies. They came to our homes, to our outdoor shoot, and then to our wedding hall. They were friendly and patient, worked well with both sides of the family as well as my other vendors. We had initial meeting with Kay to discuss what we wanted, and then we had several meetings after to add finishing touches. Meetings were short and productive, Kay really listens to what you want and adds his own touch. Having the videos available online is a plus since a lot of family could not make it. Kay and his team are very passionate about their job, they love doing this and it shows when they are working and in their final product. He doesn't rush the final video, and it shows with the final cut. We definitely recommend CapturingArts.

Kay and his team are very professional. They arrived even before the time we agreed to capture some footage about the dress and the venue! They use a lot of unique equipments which make unique views . Kay is very friendly,funny and easy going! The communication was very easy the whole time! He has very creative skills! the moment I met him and viewed his portfolio I am sure he will be my videographer!. We got married at end of July and I need the final video before Dec so I can use it on my reception! Kay did his best to got it ready for me on time! I got to share it will all of our friends and family in China!
The most important thing is the video is AMAZING! Every penny I spend on capturing arts are worth it! Only regret is I didn't hire them as my photographer

My husband and I were very satisfied with our finished product from Kay and Capturing Arts. We really enjoyed having them be apart of our big day ... they were very friendly, fit in well with the rest of our guest, were very creative, and very professional! They really kept us involved is the editing process and we have received so many compliments on our highlight video. When you are the Bride or the Groom there are so many small details that you miss or don't remember from the wedding because there is so much going on and the day is flying by. Kay and his team are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
From our engagement photoshoot to our wedding day, Kay made us feel so comfortable and guided us since we had no idea how to pose lol. They were great to work with and understood exactly what we wanted which translated in a breathtakingly beautiful final product.
We loved our wedding pictures and somehow in the middle of a crazy busy wedding day (we had three different outfit changes throughout the day) they managed to capture every little single detail in the best shots I could ever imagine. We and our families have fallen in love with our wedding album which I have no other word to be able to describe it but Perfect!
And what can I say about our video? True cinematography work and high attention to detail! We have watched it over and over and thanks to Capturing Arts we will never forget a minute of one of the most important days of our lives since they included every beautiful moment !
We couldn't believe how fast and hard they work to deliver our whole package in such a timely manner, amazing to have such a short wait time since we all know nobody can wait to see they're wedding pics/video.

My husband and I could not be happier with our selection for our wedding photographer. Kay and his team were extremely professional, prompt and accommodating. When we first met with Kay he went over all the options available to us. After he got to know us that day, he showed us samples of photos he thought we would like. He nailed our style and we knew he would deliver a superior product. At our engagement session he really listened to what we liked pose wise and took amazing pictures. Before the wedding, he was very organized and went over with us exactly the types of photos and poses we would like to do during our big day. We had our reception in Detroit, and we told him we wanted lots of pictures in and around the City. We mentioned Eastern Market as a necessary spot, and he took amazing pictures there. He surprised us by taking us to the Fisher Building and we were blown away with the pictures he took. Some of our best photos were in the Fisher Building! Kay also surprised us with a canvas of our engagement photos at the wedding, it was a very nice surprise. After the wedding, he had our photos completed within a short time. When we wanted to add some flair to some of our photos, Kay invited us to his studio and sat with us until we created what we wanted. He also helped set up our photo album. At first, we did not want an album. However, Kay insisted that it was a necessity and boy was he right. He already had most of our favorites picked out and the process was seamless and done online. When we received the album we were blown away with the quality and how amazing our pictures looked. He also threw in a canvas of our favorite photos from the Fisher Building. We both highly recommend Kay and his team for your big day. He was with us all day at no extra charge and he captured all of our big moments. He adds artistic flair at just the right time, and he is willing to listen and take advice from the bride and groom on what they want.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Capturing arts. Kay is a talented professional who delivered a great product. Prior to booking, Kay walked us through the process and showed us some sample videos, we appreciated how unique each video was the the couple and some of the special touches he added for each couple. We decided to book and couldn't be happier. The value is unbelievable! Kay brought an assistant with him for the special day who was very helpful. He spent more amount of time with us than any vendor and truly captured all the the special moments. He successfully integrated our own style into our wedding video and we are so happy with the way it turned out. What Capturing Arts does is so much more than pointing and filming, get the true professionals and give yourself one less thing to worry about on the big day!

We had our wedding this past April in Michigan. We hired Kay and his team from capturing arts for videography and photography. I have to say, he was a fantastic photographer and videographer!! He completed an engagement video shoot for us and it turned out completely as I had imagined. The wedding pictures are beyond beautiful! The wedding videos are extremely professional and a treat to watch! Throughout the whole process from engagement to the wedding day, Kay knew exactly what vision I was looking for as the bride. He put in countless hours and time and worked personally with me and my family to make our wedding dream come true. I will always recommend Kay and his entire team to any bride who asks me. We had the pleasure of working with Kay and his team for videography services for our recent wedding and highly recommend Capturing Arts. The team was with us for a pre-wedding event and all day on our wedding day (ceremony & reception). They were very professional and were able to work in coordination with our other vendors. They have previously worked with couples from many different cultural backgrounds and this was definitely an asset for us as they know many of the customs and traditions we wanted to capture. Where do I start?! After viewing Capturing Art's amazing video profile and reading his 5-star reviews on theknot.com, I decided to schedule a consultation with him. Not only was Kay extremely professional, he showed so much excitement, enthusiasm, and passion towards shooting our wedding. During the stressful wedding planning, booking Kay as our videographer/cinematographer was the easiest wedding-related decision we had made! Since my wedding was multiple days, Kay helped me plan an itinerary for each day which helped all of my bridesmaids stay organized in the midst of the chaos.

Kay and his team arrived promptly each day. His team was extremely friendly with all of my guests and they had smile on their faces no matter what the situation was. They stayed until the very end of each reception, which I greatly appreciated as family portraits can drag on.

When it came to the video and highlight, Kay completely blew our minds. He worked with me through email and phone, day and night, to tailor the video according to my needs. He remained so patient with my all of my picky-ness!

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend booking Capturing Arts for video and photo. They are extremely talented company whose work should be published! You can rely on them to be on time and put all of their dedication and heart into producing your special event video. We weren't sure about whether we could have a videographer and considered it something that if we were strapped for cash we could eliminate--trust me, Capturing Arts is not something that should be eliminated from your wedding! Our trailer was so amazing-everyone that has seen it, even complete strangers, rave about our video. It is so beautiful and even after watching it hundreds of times I still cry! It is amazing! Kay personalized a package for us and gave us exactly what we wanted. Even now, a couple of years after our wedding, we still look back on this as a priceless possession. We love reliving the moments of our wedding and being able to share them again with friends and family. We were thrilled with how our video turned out! We did not regret a penny we spent for our videography!

TALENTED VIDEOGRAPHERS! Capturing Arts is the way to go! :)

I had Capturing Arts for my wedding in videography. They were very nice people and very patient. It was a stressful time during both of my events, the pre-bridal party, as well as the wedding reception, however the staff in Capturing Arts were extremely considerate and understanding. I absolutely loved the videos that they made for us! From the special effects to the quality, Capturing Arts did a FABULOUS job! I can honestly say that they are by far the BEST videographers and people that I have worked with! The brother, Kay, and his two sisters are such sweet people and genuinely want you as a customer to be pleased. What I appreciate is that they seriously take their time and effort to make sure that you are completely satisfied. This goes to show how compassionate and professional they truly are! I spent hours searching for a videographer that would create something special. My research paid off when I found CapturingArts. Once I saw their work, I knew right away that this was the company I was going to hire.
Kay & his team go above and beyond, literally, to create a special, beautiful & personalized video that captures the emotions & essence of the day. They took aerial video shots of our Church, which was breathtaking!! The team is constantly searching for ways, & implementing ideas to better & better their product, as was evident with the aerial video. When I meet with Kay & his team, I could tell how passionate they were about their work, & that passion shows through in their products. Their videos are truly moving, they tell a story, each shot makes perfect sense where it is, how it is done, with the music that is incorporated, etc., it’s a piece of art. Thank you, Kay and Team, for blessing us with this very special gift!!
Less than a week after our big day, the highlight video arrived! I was so excited, and was not at all disappointed! The highlight video was incredible, beautiful, sentimental…it brought me to tears. Our family and friends were just as thrilled & impressed with the video as we were. I will cherish & re-watch it for the rest of my life.
We had the misfortune of losing some of our photos, as our photographer's camera was stolen. You can only imagine how upset I was. Kay went through his video footage, captured specific shots of the images we lost, & made them into photos! I will be forever grateful that he was able to save those special & sentimental moments that were almost lost forever. He is a very special individual, as caring as he is talented.
Despite my best efforts, I did have to deal with one awful vendor and it was a nightmare that went on for months after the wedding. THIS IS WHO YOU WANT ON YOUR TEAM, not only on one of the most important days of your life, but afterwards too!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAPTURING ARTS
Choosing a photographer was one of the most important thing to me because thats all what you are going to have left to show to your kids and i was lucky enough to have found capturing arts. There are no words to describe how unbelievably talented Kay is! He has a passion for his work and it shows through his photos. Our wedding photos/videos turned out so perfect and there was not a single thing he left out. His pictures and videos are high quality with great editing ideas. He is a highly skilled and professional photographer. We were very fortunate to have kay and his team as our photographer/cinematographer for both our engagement session and wedding day.
Kay and his sister karlyn are absolutely incredible photographers. They both are so friendly and we consider them as our family now. My fiance and i were a bit shy infront of the camera but they both made it very confortable for us during the session and the reception. They spent days and nights to work with us, they were so on point with everything and everyone. He is a man of his word he takes his job seriously and he will always be there with his team ahead of time. I had 600 guests for my wedding reception and he put up with every one of them and was still able to capture amazing pictures and videos. He gave us a wedding trailer and it was breath taking. all my friends/family has been talking about how beautiful it looks. we all loved it. We just cant get over it!!! :-)))
Overall I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAPTURING ARTS for wedding photography/cinematography. Trust me you will not be disappointed with them. I can go on and on talking about Kay but i just wanna let everyone know that he is not just a photographer but he has such a good heart he will put everything on the line just to make you happy and put a smile on your face. He is so much fun to work with so please dont look around and waste your time

Kay and his team worked weeks in advance on footage for our wedding. The arrived on time, with top of the line equipment that would compare to Hollywood movie sets. His creative eye just cannot be matched! I was planning our Michigan wedding from Texas and was nervous about picking vendors from so far. But as soon as I met him and viewed his portfolio I was sold. My husband and my FAVORITE PART..... was the fact that we got to wake up the morning after our wedding and view his preview recap he was up until 10am in the morning editing. I got to share it will all of our friends and family that weren't able to attend and the best part was re-living every moment again!

I could not be happier that we chose Capturing Arts for our wedding photography & video. Kay is absolutely amazing to work with and it is very clear that he is passionate about what he does. He is outgoing, gets along well with everyone, and makes everyone feel comfortable during the events. One of my favorite parts about working with Kay was our engagement photoshoot. We had told him exactly what we wanted the vision of our shoot to be, and Kay delivered exactly that. The hundreds of artistic photos we got out of our engagement shoot is something we will treasure for a lifetime! During the wedding events themselves, Kay had a great team of people working with him and ensured that he captured every small moment of the wedding. Where do I even start?! From our beautiful, elegant and artistic Save the Date video, to the most electrifying Wedding day highlight video I've ever seen to the Wedding movie that truly captured our love! Capturing Arts did such an AMAZING job on every aspect of our journey to the altar and our send off to the honey moon. They didn't miss a thing! They captured the smallest details which I truly appreciated because the memory of this journey will live on beyond just a picture. We can relive our day again and again. My husband originally didn't think that we needed a videographer but after he began to see the amazing work from Kay and team, he noted that it was the best investment. I cried on our honeymoon because I could not remember elements of our day. Once we saw the highlight video and final film, I remembered everything! We thank Capturing Arts for giving us such a priceless gift in the form of a everlasting memory of our love and celebrating it with the people closest to us! I am not sure where to begin as this has been the worst vendor I have dealt with throughout my wedding journey. In the beginning, Kay was extremely nice towards me during our meetings. However, he definitely bashed other vendors and I remember him saying that, "all those other guys do is hire someone else out who isn't even professional because they overbook themselves". He promised he wouldn't do that to me. He ended up sending both of his sisters (who were super sweet and have been throughout this whole ordeal) and someone else who I believe is his uncle for my Mendhi day. He didn't let us know about this until our final meeting which was a few weeks before my wedding. Anyhow, Kay signed a contract with me that states "online gallery with images (password protected) within one month". My wedding events were August 11, 2017 & August 13, 2017 and I didn't receive my wedding pictures until a whopping 3 months later on November 29, 2017. He did send me my mendhi pictures on time which are terrible and look unedited when compared to my wedding pictures. This leads me to believe he rushed through them just to give me SOMETHING on time. I am embarrassed to show anyone my mendhi pictures. His contract also states, "video & photo processing time can take up to 12-16 weeks depending on the client's effort being involved in the tailoring process...". I did not receive my full films and highlight trailer until April 17, 2018. Kay had excuses every time I would contact him regarding my films. He is also not confident in his own work because "apparently his work cannot flourish without praise". I will not praise you if I am not happy with what was delivered to me. I have been nothing but patient with him. This leads me to the phone conversation we had on April 10, 2018. He believes that "someone has changed or altered" my mind. He then proceeded to yell and shout at me until his uncle, Arkan, had to yell at HIM in the background. Thanks to Arkan, finally got my films on 04/17.
