    This woman is a saint. I have nothing but sweet things to saw about her. I see her as more of a friend than just someone we hired to do a job. She's awesome inside and out. She's creative, funny and willing to go out of her way to make your pictures awesome. People need to understand that everyone is human and everyone goes through ups and downs in their lives. Be patient, half of you idiots surely don't need your albums in a year, nonetheless if you went with another photographer they usually tell you up front that your waiting time on your albums will be 1-2 years. Lets not mention what you get for your money. Had you gone with another photographer you would most likely wait the same time, get half of what she's giving you and pay nearly double. Be realistic, don't bash people especially if you don't know what they've been through or what they're going through. You don't go on a site and bash someones livelyhood and life work. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Karma is a b*tch.

    Having Izabela as part of my wedding day was the best choice I made. From the moment we sat down with her in her studio we knew she was the one. Her work is amazing! She made everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera and the outcome was phenomenal. We started having photos done well before our wedding for an engagement shoot, which was part of our package. Not only do we have a wedding album but also an engagement album. My husband and I have been married for two years and have a nine month old son. We are still going to Izabela and she continues to provide the same result as she did over two years ago. She has become our friend and I plan to have her as part of our family for a long time! I wouldn't trust anyone else with our photography!

    I love Izabela so much! From the moment I met her I knew she was the one, we had seen alot of others but it just never felt right, we felt so comfortable with her. Before I saw her work I had never seen any thing like it, so diffrent and beautful! My wedding day memmories are amazing thanks to Izabela. If you want the best she is the one hands down you will not be disaponted.

    Izabela takes her time on the work she does and you can tell because her work is beyond gorgeous. Yes it takes a long time to get your album, however it would take a long time no matter what wedding photographer you went with.
    I received a lot for my money--engagement album, all my proofs, dvd's, 3 wedding videos--hand delivered on my 1 year wedding anniversary--very thoughtful, bridal album, 2 parent albums, trash the dress proofs/dvd--the wait was WELL worth it!!!!
    Izabela--continue to do what you do best. Your time and effort shows in the work you do!!!!!!!

    I was married on May 30, 2009 and have yet to receive my albums from Izabela. On my Wedding Day she showed up with out her Camera Equipment and they cried to me. I was so upset and still dont know how I held it together!!! Now, after countless phone calls & emails to her I still have no response after months and months. Some of you who posted before me are lucky that you got married after I did, and looks like she is working on your work, but not mine! I am very disheartened that I dont have my albums yet. She isnt responding to me whatsoever and now I found out her studio is closed as well. The really sad part is that I picked the photos back in June 2009!!!!!!! I don't understand why she cannot produce the albums since she uses a 3rd party to produce them so her excuses just dont make sense to me. If she is unable to keep on top of things the she should have the 3rd party book binders contact us directly.DO NOT USE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER!!!! Even if she shows up prepare for your wedding, you will NEVER get your product!

    Does beautiful work! However, dont hold our breath waiting for your finished products. Paid up completely and still do not have final products! Takes forever to return phonecalls, however, would call you the day you owed her money. I would reccommend her for the quality of work she does, but not for her responsiveness! She is very unprofessional in that manner!

    I got married on June 12, 2009 and have yet to receive my album from Izabela. I have been calling & emailing her for EIGHT MONTHS with no response. I am very disheartened that I dont have this yet. She isnt responding to me whatsoever and now I found out her studio is closed as well. Beautiful proof book and all, but I want my albums!
    UPDATE- 1/27/2011---STILL HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM IZABELA AND NO BOOKS STILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BRIDES, PLEASE NEVER USE HER, THIS IS A NIGHTMARE FOR ME! IZABELA:INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING FOR 2011, HOW ABOUT YOU TAKE CARE OF PAST CLIENTS WHOSE MONEY YOU HAVE STOLEN!!!!

    I did go through several months of constant problems. I am working as fast as I can now to get back on track despite my health issues. Nobody will go empty handed. I am not closing, I am trying to do what I am supposed to with brides from last year. This year is OK. There will be also a new announcement soon.

    Took nice pictures, but since then, has been nothing but problems. Over 15 months and still no album. What is worse is that she is not responding to phone calls and emails. Considering legal action at this point.

    Izabela did my wedding photography on 10/17/09 at the Castle at Skylands Manor in Ringwood, and we got our proof books with final payment, but we still have not received our 2nd or 3rd wedding album proof revision, let alone the actual album; nor have we received any of our prints. I also did a Trash the Dress session with her on Memorial Day in 2010 and I never received my disc with the images, which really burns me up considering I gave up a holiday and also purchased a different wedding gown for that purpose since I could not bring myself to trash my actual wedding dress. The contract states that all the images were going to be hi-res, too, but when I got the wedding disc they were at a 72 ppi and not 300 ppi. In the first wedding album proof I saw almost a year ago she didn't do any of the Photoshop touch-ups I requested either. I have made repeated attempts to call her on 2 phone numbers and send her multiple emails. She gave me excuses in the beginning and has completely stopped responding to my emails at this point. I think I've been very accomodating and understanding, but I am fed up right now, and rightfully so. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today, only to see that they gave her BBB rating an "F" with little hope of any resolution. If the BBB is unable to resolve this issue, my husband and I are going to seek legal action to recoop some of our money we paid this theif. I can't believe she is still accepting new clients/jobs--this just goes to show how low she really is--keep on taking others' money when she can't even fulfill contracts that are over a year old. I have told everyone how horrible this experience has been with her, including another Northern NJ photographer and a separate Event Planner.

    Funny she can respond to this but she can\\\'t find the time to COMPLETE MY JOB. It has been over 6 months now without a new draft. She keeps saying to call the studio to ask about status but she will not respond once you call!!!!!!!

    Lorraine, so happy to see that you are well. You are not the only one as you see that have to wait to get the album. But you are the only one that got a royal treatment. Fortunately my health have improved and business yet again is doing better and better. I am working really heard to finish jobs for some of you that had to go with me through my bad times. Most of you got your albums already and i just have few more that are still waiting. Now please don't write here things that you don't understand. I did not show up at your wedding with no equipment. I left camera cards behind for the first and last time in history. You and i know how many requests you had since i first met you. You and i know how many hours of photoshop i did for all your pictures free. You, i and design company knows how many changes you requested. Only if i agreed with you you were nice but if i was trying to say no to any of your request you immediately reminded me that i forgot my equipment like i did it on purpose. I did not miss any pictures at your wedding and went with you all over the place to take them.
    you used me and abused me anyway you wanted. Please give me a name of the photographer that would photoshop over 200 pictures for free. I dare you! I was sick lorraine, very sick and actually some of you guys did understand that. That is why i am working twice as fast now, so i wont dessapoint them. Photography is my passion and i have all the intentions to stay here. We will address your next batch of changes shortly. Just please remember you were told your changes will cost because this time they are done by 3rd party. I was working for free. They will not release the album unless you will pay for them. Hope it is ok. By the way did you mention that you have a 20x24 wedding portrait (painted) coming for your trouble. If you want to say bad things go right ahead but please don't forget all the good. It was me who made mike smile look natural not like a chandler from friends. And please remove your second post i think one is enough. Best regards.

    Izabela has joined lightroom studios and does not return phone calls. She takes your money and moves from studio to studio. DO NOT USE!!!

    Who are you? I don’t move from studio to studio. I am still very much Captured by Izabela. I have been going through some bad experiences with my health and business as well. Apparently it does not take much to fall in this business. I hope you will never have to go through any misfortune in your life especially if you have to respond to other people. It was basically impossible for me to run the studio but I could never admit to any problems because people would think I will disappear.
    At this point I AM NOT booking new weddings. I need to get well first and finish what I owe my past clients. I am hard at work as much as I can to get things done.I was known for giving my clients a lot for their money and now I am as good as dirt.Many of my friends are declaring bankruptcies. I am not going to. All of my clients that are waiting will get everything that was in the contract and knowing me they already got more. If I would have bad intensions I would not expose myself like I am doing it here.
    I have many happy customers. I just don’t go asking them to please write a good review here so I can get 5.0

    It has been eleven months and we have still not received our wedding album. After the wedding, she stopped returning phone calls completely! It takes her weeks to respond to e-mails and she only has excuses. We have not heard from her for a while and are nervous we might never see our album now that her studio closed down. Be very careful before giving her your money!
