Incredible to work with!!!

Capture Pod was everything we wanted out of our photo booth and more. They worked with me to create a customized logo for the corner of each photo, they had someone there at the photo booth to ensure that our guests didn't need to lift a finger, and they allowed us to order a book with our guests photo booth pictures with some hand written notes that we'll keep forever. They were extremely easy to work with, they're organized, and they made our photo booth fun for our guests! I highly recommend hiring Capture Pod for your next event!

Simple, prompt and friendly!

Andrew was quick to reach out, provide all the info, and have everything set up and signed in what I think I remember to be less than a week. It was simple, painless and fast, which is what any bride wants! All the guests had a blast with the photobooth, even my grandma! There were plenty of props that he brought, and he was so friendly and even gave us a printout of all the photos at the end of the night. We had no issues at all with this company and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much!

We created a photobooth on a greenery wall with a hakuna matata neon sign which capture pod then allowed us to customize a template to go alongside the printout, the guy was great and the pictures are priceless

They were a hit!! So many background and color options available for the photo booth, and they helped us to customize the final design of the photos. They also provided us with copies of everything - both hard copies and digital, and were very reasonable in cost.

My husband and I got married on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Estancia Culinaria in Redlands,Florida. We hired your company so that our guests could take pictures at our wedding and be able to take home a picture and leave us a picture for our wedding album. I spoke with Alex Puentes at Capture Pod . His attention to detail is amazing.He listens to what you want and makes it happen. Alex offers lots of options and tailors your experience to exactly what you want for your wedding . Wow what an amazing time our guests had at our wedding. Capture Pod is a unique,fun idea and it is and experience like no other. After taking pictures our guests could also send them to their social media accounts and also be able to access them afterwards. Capture Pod is fun for any age. Our guests are still talking and raving about how much fun that they had at our wedding and one of the reasons is because of Capture Pod . All our guests were taking pictures together laughing,making silly faces, using all the props and making memories. The beauty of Capture Pod is it is not like a regular photo booth . It imakes you feel like you are at a movie premiere. You get to choose from a whole lists of backdrops. Capture Pod allows more people to be able to fit in the pictture than with a regular photo booth. We want to thank you !thank you ! for all your participation at our wedding . Capture Pod was a big hit at our wedding. You guys Rock !!!! We will promote your services to all. You kept all our guest entertained all night long .

We hired Capture POD to bring the Capture Razzi to our wedding, and what a great decision that was! Everyone had the best time taking photos and playing with all of the props. And we got an awesome scrap book filled with hilarious photos and well wishes by the end of the night. If you’re looking for that fun, something extra for your party, I would encourage you to strongly consider bringing on Capture POD!

This is the best money you can spend on your wedding/event!!!!!! We purchased the guest-book option and used the photos as our takeaway gift. Alex worked with us leading up to our wedding and on the day of, and went above and beyond... which seems to be the mentality of the entire company!

Feeling so lucky that I chose Capture Pod for our photobooth. They were extremely accommodating and always very responsive. The pictures and gifs turned out amazing!!! I was shocked how quickly they got them over to us to enjoy!! Highly recommend using Capture Pod for any event!!

So happy we chose capturepod for our photo booth. Our guests had such a great time using the photo booth and capturepod provided some fun props. I do suggest that if you want to make your photobooth a little more personal to your event, you should add some of your own props. I did, and the guests loved it!
The best part about the photo booth is the scrapbook you are given at the end of the event with all the duplicate pictures of your guests. It is so fun so look through to see all the fun moments your guests had!
Also, capturepod offers many options for backdrops and they create great designs for your photo strips. I would recommend capturepod to everyone for any event! I hope to use them again for future celebrations!

Alex and the capture pod team was great to work with! We did the open booth option and went with their rose gold glitter sequins backdrop and a boxwood hedge as a backdrop behind our table. They let us rent both to use for our wedding for not much more money. Rose gold was our colors, however with the flash, the backdrop for the pictures looked silver in pictures....props they came with were great as well. Definitely would recommend!

This was one of the highlights of our whole wedding for our guests!! Never a dull moment with a photo booth is around. We used the Capture RAZZI and it was a HIT! Every age range had fun with the props and taking photos. They were on time and so responsive with every email I had prior to the event. Thank you so much for entertaining our guests and providing them a little memento from our big day to take home ---- even if they are silly photos!!!! The guest book with a photo strip and a little comment was fantastic too. One the best things after the wedding is everyone posting the GIFS or photos that can be found on their website! The best way to describle CapturePOD is extremely reliable, great customer service, and so friendly at the wedding with all of our guests. xoxo

I highly recommend Capture Pod for Photo Booth needs! Capture Pod was professional, great, + easy to work with; their equipment was cutting edge design + social media enabled; and everyone loved their capabilities (including my now-husband & me) such as text photo, link hashtag, share to Facebook, share to twitter, customize photostrip, etc!

I choose Capture Pod b/c they had great reviews (online and by my wedding venue); they had the best prices & packages compared to other Biltmore approved Photo Booth companies; their customer service was great; the equipment (Capture Razzi) was VERY cool looking; and they were part of the approved vendors list from The Biltmore Hotel.

They have a great website which i was able to read about the photo booths. When I called Capture Pod, a professional & delightful man named Alex was able to answer all my questions, countered with good questions regarding my needs/venue, and quickly provided me quotes/availability via the phone and email. They were so easy to work with to customize my photostrip layout & the backdrop - they have links to show you all options & to make selections. On day of, they worked great with my coordinator & hotel; provided great support to my guests; and even went above & beyond to provide me with an album, aside from the link with all the photos/gifs. SO HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES! :) A++++++

Carlos did a great job during our event, we really enjoyed utilizing capture pod. Arrival time was at 4:30pm instead of 3pm however he was set up in just enough time.

Capture Pod was a huge success at my wedding! They were on time, professional and very fun. My guests absolutely loved the photo booth and my husband and I loved the scrapbook of pictures at the end of the night. I absolutely LOVED working with you and your team. You made this entire process great. My only feedback would be that it would be nice to be able to access our online gallery without additional charges being assessed, and also better props like boas and wigs and silly hats for the photo booth. The current assortment feels pretty sparse. Otherwise, it was great working with you!

Capture POD did an amazing job at our wedding! Our wedding was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. Capture POD worked with my venue and event planner seamlessly. CapturePod was affordable, flexible, and the staff was so friendly to all of our friends and family at our wedding. Our guests LOVED Capture Pod! From the moment it was set up till the end of the wedding, there were always groups of people having an amazing time taking pictures. I think overall things worked out well. The picture quality was good. It was easy to email / text pictures to yourself or others. I would highly recommend your company. About the only thing I think you can improve is to try and think of more props to use.

CapturePod was a total hit at my wedding! The ability to text the pictures was great! My only complaint is that they didn't regulate the book very well. Some people took up the entire page and there were not very many pages. In hindsight I should have asked someone to monitor it as the guy from CapturePod was busy encouraging people to get in the booth and use the props.

We were so glad to have found CapturePOD through wedding reviewers. From day 1, the staff was so helpful in communicating with our venue to arrange a contract. Getting in contact with Alex was seamless, as he and his staff were always available and quick to respond to our questions prior to the event! Our guests absolutely LOVED the photo booth. CapturePod was wonderful. They had a great photobooth that fit several people, tons of really fun props, and even gave us an album at the end of the night with photos and notes from many of our guests included. They also let me design the logo that was included on the photo strips, as well as many other customizable features. They were also very responsive to emails (and phone calls) and gave me a straightforward quote quickly. They even honored a special offer of free double prints even though I missed the deadline for the special by a few days.

My guests loved the fact that they could email themselves the photos from the photobooth. Additionally, CapturePod also posts all of the photos from the photobooth in an online gallery, so I (and all of my guests) can have access to all of the photos from the night. It was so much fun to have them at our wedding - would highly recommend them.

We used the backdrop photo booth. They had an attendant that was extremely helpful and animated. He made sure to tell our guest what to do and operated the booth smoothly. The quality of the photos was amazing and they even allowed us to put our own logo on the photo strips. They printed two photos. One for the guest and one for our album. They also had an option that you could put your phone number so they could text you the photo instantly. We loved it and all of our guests as well. They next day they sent us a link that all our guests can download the photos comfortably at home too. They were super professional and a pleasure to work with.

Absolutely loved having CapturePod at my wedding. It was so much fun and my guests had a blast at their photo booth. I loved the fact that we get an album with everyone's pictures and messages at the end of the night. CapturePod is totally worth the investment over any other Photo Booth rental company as you can get not only the picture right away but you or your guests can immediately have it sent to your phone as a text. The picture quality are also great and after the wedding besides the wedding album you can easily download and share all your pictures.

We booked Capture Pod at the last minute and it was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, and the staff, from the owner to the receptionist, were absolutely friendly and professional.

We highly recommend this vendor to anyone who wants their guests to have a great time at the wedding with a fun twist to the standard photo booth. Th capture pod was a lot of fun because many guests were able to randomly jump in the picture if they wanted to. Our guests loved it and so did we.

Turnaround time was very fast and our guests were able to view their photos in the online gallery in no time. I recommend ordering the capture pod with printers that will automatically print out 2 copies so that your guests can keep a copy and so can you :)

Honestly we didn't think the photo booth was going to be such a big hit. Everyone loved, loved it! Totally worth it, take it from us, your guest will love it. As our guest took pictures they got them printed out right then and there. The had plenty of props to pick from and they let us bring a few of our own. They also provided us with a photo book with every photo taken throughout the reception. Awesome, awesome, awesome!

Allow me to begin this review with HIGHLIGHT OF OUR WEDDING! This capture pod was by far the most popular and still talked about vendor at our reception . It allowed my guests to dress up and be silly leaving them with a lasting memory to take home and cherish forever. This capture pod is something enjoyed by those of all ages! the actual photobooth is spacious so many can fit. The company will bring there own props however they allow you to bring your own as well and since my wedding was mostly firemen, I purchased firefighter helmets which all enjoyed. I must truly admit that adding this capture pod to our wedding was a decision we will never forget. Amazing price, quality, and service. I went with the Capture Razzi which is the Open Style Photo Booth. Wonderful for your guests to watch and laugh, as well as be a part of. We enjoyed unlimited pictures, a custom layout, which printed two strips… One for you and one for the guests to keep. The quality of the actual pictures are amazing! I purchased my own props off of easy, but Capture Pod also provided some extra props that added a lot of laughs. I had the guests place their extra strip in my guestbook and provided stickers/markers/tape/glue and it is the greatest guestbook that I have ever seen:) I received the online gallery two days after the wedding, with access to all the originals. The pod comes with an attendant to help manage the camera as well as the prints. Our attendant was Jose Arizmendi and he was wonderful. Thank you Capture Pod!

I was BEYOND happy with the service Capture Pod provided! They were so professional and helped make my wedding a dream come true! They had so many options to personalize the pictures. I used the razzi with the beautiful white/silver backdrop. Everyone enjoyed using the razzi at my wedding. It was a great way to capture the best memories at our reception. They were kind enough to give me copies of all the pictures everyone took at my wedding and I have them framed around my house. The Capture POD is truly a unique and bespoke service. The experience was amazing for us and our guests, as it really played a huge part in making our special day even more enjoyable. One of the talking points of the night and beyond the actual day.

The team are remarkable. The after-sales service is excellent. You really feel that you have become friends with the team. They are prompt and professional. We were fortunate to come across this company as we had a destination wedding in Miami, and we cannot imagine our day without the POD, furthermore we can not imagine any event without the POD. This was the best thing that we did to compliment our perfectly planned wedding !
They were professional and everyone loved our tech Chris ! He never lost his smile
and we all have lasting fun photos to take home !!! Highly recommend !!!!!!!

Easy to work with, flexible, and a quality product and experience. Just remember, it isn't cheap.

My venue recommended that we schedule the photo booth for the cocktail hour, but our guests wanted to use it the whole time. We ended extending our original rental by 2 hours @ $250 an hour.

Everyone was amazing and VERY flexible. They just wanted to make my daughter's Sweet 16 perfect!
