Fun, easy and amazing photos we will cherish!
Working with Alex was easy! Very laid back and easy to talk to. I enjoyed our prep calls, our church photo session and the big day. My husband let me know that as someone who doesn’t like to take pictures, Alex made it easy for him and fun. And the photos that we’ve seen so far are amazing. Exactly what we were looking for. I am so pleased we decided to work with Alex!!! As a bride making 100s of decisions, I am very glad we made this one - so go for it. -

There is no one better!
Alex is AMAZING at what he does. Not only did he capture stunning photos of our wedding day but he was such a joy to be around the whole day. Hyping up the bride and groom and keeping the vibes so high and positive. I felt no stress with him and have gotten so many compliments on our amazing photos. Couldn’t imagine anyone better for the job! -

We did our engagement shoot with Alex, and we were a little nervous to have our first photo shoot together! Alex made us feel super comfortable and was so easy to talk to. We had so many laughs taking these photos and the results were everything we hoped. We also ordered a beautiful linen photo book from his website that we cannot wait to receive. We are looking forward to working with Alex again in the future and hopefully for our wedding! -

Quality photos and top notch service and communication
Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding process. I explained my vision and he offered Long Island locations to make that vision come to life. He also welcomed my inspo board which was easy to share with him via social media. On the day of, he made us feel comfortable and at ease so we were able to be completely ourselves. He also offers photography on film which came out to be some of my favorite shots. Would absolutely recommend booking with Alex!!! -

Working with Alex on our wedding was by far one of the best decisions we made. Not only did our photos come out AMAZING, but Alex was genuinely just a very sweet, fun person to have around on our special day. He listened to everything we wanted and made everyone, including my 3 and 1 year old nephews, feel super comfortable in front of the camera. If you are for some reason undecided on using Capture by Alex this is your sign to book him!!! -

The best!!!
Alex was fantastic! Working with him has been an absolute pleasure, every step of the way. He is quick at responding, patient and incredibly talented. We had a blast with him on our wedding day. He made the day go as smooth as possible while making sure everyone enjoyed the experience! We love our pictures. You will not be disappointed choosing Alex for your big day or special event! -

Alex is like having a friend you've known for years at your wedding taking your professional pictures for you. He knows what to prioritize, can energetically match what you need (your wedding day is a whirl wind of emotion so having a collected intuitive photographer is a MUST!) , and is calm through and through. We are in love with our wedding pictures and how effortless he made the entire process. He will answer any questions before the big day at anytime and is always super kind and easy going. Having Alex as our wedding photographer was absolutely perfect. He matched our relaxed personalities and felt seamless through the whole night. We never felt like we were taking so many photos that we were missing out on the fun. And the photos came out SO gorgeous. Amazing, great price, beautiful photos
Alex does amazing work!! A lot of weddings I been to it always seems like taking pictures is a lot of work. Not with Alex! Taking pictures with Alex was fun, easy, organized and fast! WHERE DO I BEGIN?! From the minute I contacted Alex, I was so impressed with his professionalism, extremely quick response time, and friendly, laid-back attitude! I was never one of those girls who grew up picturing their "dream wedding", but I knew that I wanted AMAZING pictures no matter what the day ended up looking like, so my expectations were pretty high - Alex FAR exceeded each and every one of them!!! He captured every single SECOND of our day, and was SO beyond sweet, adaptable (we planned our wedding within a month, so there were plenty of last-minute location/timeline changes!), and made us feel SO relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole day! My husband is not one to sit for posed pictures, but Alex's approach was PERFECT! Alex kept us laughing all day and we didn't feel awkward or too "posey" at ALL. And the PICTURES!!!! They are absolutely GORGEOUS!!! He captured our love and every single detail of the day SO BEYOND beautifully!! To be honest, though I hired a videographer, I didn't even need one - Alex truly captured EVERY minute of our day!!! If we were to watch his pictures on a loop, it would be like a live-action film! We are SO SO incredibly grateful to have worked with Alex - I keep the link to my online album open on my laptop and still to this day scroll through it and admire his work, almost teary-eyed, thinking of how PERFECTLY it was all captured! It was the greatest decision we made on our wedding day (aside from marrying each other, of course!). We will cherish these amazing pictures forever and ever. We wish Alex could follow us around with his camera every day, and are still thinking up of future events we can celebrate just so Alex can be there to capture it! WE LOVE YOU, ALEX!!! -

Glad I didn't go with anyone else !!
Aside from their absolute beautiful work, Alex and team were so incredibly helpful before, during and even after my wedding day. Not to mention, they also brought such a calming energy to my crazy wedding day. Even in July's 105-degree weather, they were worked so hard to get very candid moments, and they were so patient with me and family members. I am so in love with my photos! Couldn't of gone with any one better ! -

We loved Alex so much - he helped our what could have been sad day (middle of the pandemic) be so much BRIGHTER! He captures such authentic, beautiful moments. I knew hiring him I wouldn't have to worry about the outcome of the photos at all. Seriously - go with Alex! -

Awesome Minimony Shoot
Alex was a pleasure to work with, he was friendly and funny during our photoshoot. In fact, he did such a great job, that a couple went up to him after our shoot to ask for his contact! He did an amazing job capturing our minimony this summer and I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend -

Alex shot my wedding in December on Long Island, and was awesome to work with. It was a rainy day at a vineyard, and he still made the pictures turn out beautifully - I couldn't be happier with his vision that day. He also had a really relaxed vibe which worked really well with mine and my husbands - I didn't notice him taking pictures during the ceremony or reception. I highly recommend him. -
Nicole Sent on 09/12/2018Alex is absolutely incredible. We wanted our wedding under the stars but unfortunately due to rain, we had to order a tent & move everything under it. I contacted Alex telling him I was very concerned because I didn’t want the photos to really showcase the tent. He assured me it would be beautiful & that he would do whatever he could so that the tent wasn’t a focus. He even sent pictures of a wedding that was under a tent but you couldn’t even tell because of the way he took their photos. He went above & beyond to ensure our day was shot perfectly. I also wanted our photos to have a different hue to them & he worked with me to find the perfect coloring during the editing process. Alex listened to all of our needs & exceeded our expectations.
We also received many compliments on Alex after our wedding. Us, as well as our guests, thought he was very professional but was also so much fun to have with us on our special day. We can’t wait to work with him in the future! -
