Hair and makeup that lasted through my 14 hour wedding day!

I worked with Captivate Beauty for my bridal hair and makeup. Devin was a delight to work with, during the trial and on the day of. She was so helpful in providing guidance to me (as someone who doesn't do a lot of makeup) and flexible with changes. I loved how my hair and makeup came out, and they both lasted well for over 14 hours! For the wedding day, Shauna joined and did my maid of honor's hair and makeup, which were beautifully done. Both Devin and Shauna were flexible and supportive, and made a very early wedding morning run smoothly. I highly recommend Captivate Beauty for wedding hair and makeup!

From the hair & makeup trial, to the wedding day, Captivate Beauty absolutely CRUSHED my wedding hair & makeup as well as the bridesmaids & mothers!

I cannot speak highly enough of Vanessa. She is truly the best!! I don't normally wear that much makeup, and Vanessa was there to ensure that my hair & makeup was exactly what I wanted and made recommendations that were on point.

I can't recommend the Captivate Team enough, and will be telling all of my friends/family to use them at all of their wedding events!!

So happy with my choice

Vanessa exceeded my expectations on my bridal hair and makeup! It was perfect and I couldn’t have been more happy with the way it turned out! The Best Team!!!

I was a bride from Texas planning my wedding by myself in a different state. I had to rely on my online research and online reviews to choose my vendors in Colorado. Through my experience working with Aleigha from Captivate Beauty, Colorado, I applaud her and her team's customer service. They were the ones emailing me the details of my appointment, not the other way around. Communication was excellent. Aleigha was my hair and make-up stylist. Aleigha got to the venue on time and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was super nervous because I did not have a hair and make-up trial. She calmed me down and told me everything was going to be okay. During the whole process, Aleigha was very knowledgeable and helpful. My hair and makeup were absolutely perfect!! I could not believe the final result was so flawless even without a trial. I will be forever thankful to her. Captivate Beauty and Aleigha's services are highly recommended.

One of my best vendor choices!

Tina did an AMAZING job with my hair and makeup for my wedding. She was so great during the trial run at tweaking things to make sure I was 100% happy with the look. I loved how she made the makeup look great for photos without it looking caked on up close, and she did a wonderful job on my bridesmaids as well. Tina is the best!

I hired Captivate Beauty for my wedding because I was just looking for a makeup artist who would be willing to travel to me without a minimum. Not only did Captivate fit my needs but I got to meet the wonderful Tina who was our makeup artist. I really enjoyed my trial with Tina. She listened to what I wanted and made changes as needed. Beautiful Hair & Make-up

Vanessa did hair and make-up for me, my mom, and my sister, and each style looked incredible! I am not used to wearing lots of make-up, but Vanessa made the process easy, and she was very accommodating in changing little details between my make-up trial and my wedding day make-up. I showed her pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like, and Vanessa created a perfect style! Would highly recommend!

Great experience!

I loved having with my artist Justyce with Captivate Beauty do hair & make-up for my wedding! I'm not big into make-up but Justyce listened to me and what I envisioned "my look" to be for my wedding and it turned out beautifully. She came out to the wedding site to do my hair & makeup along with my bridesmaids (travel costs from Captivate right what I expected, not bad). She was easy to talk to and made us all look amazing!

Captivate Beauty did such a great job on my wedding hair and makeup (as well as my mom’s and my bridesmaids). I’ve had my makeup done professionally only a few times before and never liked it because I never ended up looking like myself…. until I worked with Captivate. Our stylist, Tina, asked exactly how I usually do my makeup and what I was looking for on my wedding day. She made me look like an enhanced version of myself, which is exactly what I wanted! Beautiful hair and makeup!

Chaundra did my hair and makeup for our wedding, and it turned out amazing! I LOVED my hair. It was absolutely beautiful. My makeup lasted all day (through being outside in 90 degree heat). Not only that, she was willing to schedule two trials with me because I was being indecisive about what I wanted. She always was willing to listen and try new things if I didn't like how it turned out the first time. She was always on time and professional and easy to talk to and communicate with. I would highly recommend!

Amazing Experience!

After a long time searching and a lot of sticker shock at the cost of hair and makeup for my wedding day, I stumbled across Captivate Beauty. They were extremely reasonably priced, which was important to me, but besides that, they responded right away. Bailey did such an amazing job for my bridal portraits and my wedding day! I can't give her high enough praise! She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly! Even better than I could have imagined! On wedding day, she and an assistant did hair and makeup for 6 people. They were on time and very efficient. We were all so pleased with our looks and felt like our most beautiful selves! It really was such a wonderful experience having Bailey do our hair and makeup!

Aleigha and Tina are Incredible

Knowing my (and the bridal party’s) personal styles I knew it was going to be a bit of an adventure to find hair and make up artists that would be able to deal with semi-fussy skin types, no make up wearers, and still make us look glamorous. After a little searching I found Captivate Beauty. Their look book shows versatility in hair styles and make up (it was great to not have to book two separate vendors). When I started chatting with Aleigha I appreciated her addressing my concerns with professionalism and reassurance. She pretty much moved mountains to schedule my trial run (I was squeezing in a site visit before and an engagement shoot after and she and Tina were at Vail). She and Tina were so awesome during the trial and even though my allergies (seasonal, not due to the products used) were acting up, my make up stayed put. I also requested rosette braids and wasn’t super conscious about them during my wardrobe change, but it too stayed put! After the trial, Aleigha reached out to see how everything held up and to see if there was anything I wanted to change. On the morning of the big day, I was greeted with a delightful box of homemade goodies (a showcase of Aleigha as a person IMO) and Tina and Aleigha got to work on all 8 women. Everyone looked amazing throughout the entire night (and we had our ceremony outside in December!) without any touch ups. Aleigha is a boss lady (she has branches in Texas and Florida in addition to her flagship in Colorado) who does amazing work!

Aleigha did an incredible job doing my hair and makeup for my wedding day. Due to my schedule, I couldn't do a trial, but I sent her some pictures and she immediately knew what I wanted. I worked with Chaundra for my wedding in December. She was fantastic! During our makeup trial, she listened to what it was I wanted, and was able to do my makeup in a way that was uniquely me. Fantastic Experience with Aleigha!

I found Aleigha a month before my wedding, after some mishaps and changed plans, and I could not be more happy that I was able to work with her! Despite finding her so last minute, Aleigha was able to accommodate my hair and makeup trial, and even managed to squeeze in a trial with my wife who decided she wanted hair and makeup last minute. Aleigha was so so flexible as I must have changed my mind 3 times before the actual wedding day. She also was able to come up with a perfect idea for my wife, who typically does not wear any makeup, or do anything to her hair. We were in awe of her ability to understand our wants for the day, just from a few emails and meeting us twice. The day of the wedding, she arrived early and along with her assistant, were able to do hair and makeup for all 5 of my bridesmaids, and me and my wife. We had fun talking with her while getting ready, as she is so personable! My hair and makeup both turned out great, and lasted all day, thanks to Aleigha. On top of it all, her prices are reasonable and absolutely worth the time and energy she puts in to each client. We hope we have a reason to work with Aleigha again soon!

Incredibly Talented Team who will create the perfect look for your bridal party

WOW! The Captivate Beauty team was absolutely incredible to work with. I had contacted a number of hair and makeup providers for my wedding. I had conference calls with each to get to know them to ensure our personalities matched and provide them with more details about my day. Aleigha and I clicked immediately. She truly cared about all of the details for my day and took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve for a look for my big day. Aleigha has a calm, comfortable and caregiving demeanor and puts her heart into her work. It truly shows in the outcome. I did two hair trials with her prior to my wedding as I changed my mind on my look. She was candid with feedback and helped me to achieve the perfect, flawless look for my day! Aleigha helped me to create a natural look as well as I don't wear a lot of makeup which made me feel comfortable. I was so happy with how everything turned out as were my four bridesmaids, my mom and the mother of the groom, some of which wear more makeup and were more 'done up' to match their comfort level. Aleigha and Tina arrived early on the day, were well organized, provided a calmness in all the craziness and created a look that matched everyone in the wedding party. Highly recommend

My entire experience with the Captivate team was excellent. 100% would work with them again. Communication came early and often (and online), there was zero confusion. I worked with Annette for my hair and makeup; she was absolutely amazing. She took time to get to know me and find out what I was looking for at the trial, she took good notes and remembered everything we had discussed by the time my big day rolled around. I didn't really know what I wanted make-up wise initially, and she really took the time to help me through it.
On my actual wedding day Annette and Aleigha arrived early, and well-prepared. I loved how patient they were with everyone in my bridal party, and how knowledgeable they were about everything. I have never felt more beautiful, and I was so impressed with how my wedding party looked!

Great Experience

Aleigha and the Captivate team are great to work with. I did a hair and makeup trial in advance and they took the time to really get to know what I was looking for and made sure everything was just what I wanted. Day of my wedding they brought a team to my house to get the bridal party all dolled up. All my bridesmaids and mom looked fabulous and I couldn't be happier with the way my hair and makeup turned out. Both hair and makeup lasted all day and could have kept going and looked great in pictures. Captivate also went above and beyond adding in a service at the very last minute after my grandma fell and needed some help covering up some unexpected bruising. Can't say enough good things! Wonderful to work with, would absolutely choose Captivate again!

I hired Captivate Beauty based on my wedding planners preferred vendor’s list. Being a destination wedding for me, it was difficult searching for a hair and make-up stylist when all you could do is judge their work via website and social media. Fast-forward to the week of our wedding, I met Aleigha for the first time for our bridal hair/make-up trial. I was so impressed by her passion, professionalism, and customer focus. She was also so incredibly sweet and so easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable letting her know if I wanted something with my makeup changed. Incredible!

Aleigha and her team did an amazing job. I booked Aleigha months ahead of time and felt at ease every time I talked to her - she was not only clearly great at her job but also had great communication with me throughout the whole process. She and her team came to our hotel room and got to work setting up all of their gear and took the lead (we had 8 people getting hair/makeup done). What I appreciated most about Aleigha was that she was fun to talk to which is a must when you’re trying to relax on your wedding morning. Most importantly, she listened to everything I said but also gave me her honest opinion and feedback. Exactly what you want in your hair and makeup artist. Outstanding choice for local and destination brides!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Captivate Beauty. As a destination bride, I was extremely worried about my hair and makeup, especially since I knew I had limited opportunities to tweak or make changes to my look. Aleigha was so responsive and wonderful from the start, taking the time to connect with me by phone several times, and then being super flexible with the day/time of my trial. On the day of my wedding, she showed up with a team of rockstars and was ready to go! They did 10+ services in less than 3 hours, and every single one of the ladies felt beautiful. One of my bridesmaids asked for a very specific look (1930s glam) and she got compliments all night. For me as the bride, I felt the most beautiful I've ever felt in my life, and I owe much of that to the team at Captivate Beauty. I'd recommend them time and time again! Highly recommend!

As someone who does not wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis I was very concerned about looking over done on my wedding day. I worked with Bailey at Captivate beauty and her work was amazing. I have been a bridesmaid many times and we have had some hair/makeup disasters! Not only did Bailey give me the look I was going for (and more) she was punctual and professional. Hair and makeup was completed before I was expecting on the big day. My bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup as well. Great Experience

Captivate was the perfect choice for my beauty needs on my wedding day! My five bridesmaids, my mom, my mother in law and myself all got our hair and makeup done. I had a trial prior to the wedding where Megan nailed the look I was going for. On the day of the wedding, Megan and her assistant did a fantastic job! They stuck to a timeline and got everyone done in a timely manner. The final results looked great on everyone! I was getting compliments all night about how good my hair and make up looked. I would recommend Captivate to anyone looking for a great experience!

Megan with Captivate Beauty did an amazing job on both hair and makeup! She was so accommodating to my request for multiple trials because I couldn't make up my mind, and everything came out perfectly! On the big day, I unfortunately has a medical emergency, and my hair and makeup still looked AMAZING after an ER visit, which is really saying something!! Would 100% recommend to everyone I know!

Outstanding!!! So pleased with my choice to work with Aleigha and Captivate Beauty for my wedding!! Aleigha did my highlights, hair styling, and makeup. She also did my bridal party's hair and makeup. I couldn't have been happier! Aleigha is such a talented colorist, and my highlights turned out perfectly! Exactly what I was looking for!! I can't say enough about the Captivate team and how much they contributed to our big day. We are from Houston and planned a wedding in Beaver Creek, CO. That, in itself, presents a unique set of challenges. We had only one trip planned up to Colorado about 5 months before our wedding to get several things accomplished. Bailey was able to easily set up a time for a hair and makeup trial run. She took her time, listened to my requests and did a fabulous job! Over the course of the months leading up to the wedding, I changed my mind on the hairstyle and chatted with Bailey about it. She offered a new style, which I loved, and advice on hair piece ideas. She was super laidback, fun and most of all knew what she was doing. On the day of the wedding, there was a huge backup on the way to Avon and would have put us behind schedule to get myself and 3 moms ready. Aleigha offered to come up and help out to ensure we were on time for photos. Both Aleigha and Bailey were awesome, and the moms all loved their hair and makeup. Bailey and Aleigha were hilarious and had fun, letting everyone feel at ease and pampered. Bailey stuck around for awhile after she was finished glamming me up in case anything else was needed after I got into the dress. It is obvious they are not only great at what they do, but they actually enjoy doing it. I would highly recommend over and over again to work with this group. I had such an incredible experience with them, and I know my moms all felt the same. Thank you Bailey and Aleigha for not only being awesome at what you do, but for having personalities and adding some more fun to our day!

Bailey was awesome and so easy to work with! This was the only company we found that would travel to you and also did not have a minimum amount of services, since it was just me and two others getting our makeup done. On the trial and the wedding day, Bailey listened to me and was able to create exactly what I wanted, making me look natural and not overdone. She was great and my makeup stayed perfectly all night from being outside in cold/wind for pictures and then sweating a ton during the reception!

After showing them pictures of my "dream" hair and makeup styles, Aleigha and Megan did mine even BETTER. I didn't even do a trial with them, and they made me look and feel more beautiful than ever before. They are also cute, fun, and friendly! I loved that they traveled to our venue. Aleigha and her team are amazing! I visited her shop in Castle Rock for my hair and makeup trial about a month prior to our wedding. She tried a couple different hairstyles (one down and one up) and took pictures of hair and makeup for me to take home and mull over. Her communication leading up to our big day was phenomenal! I sent her a some minor adjustments that I wanted to make for the wedding day and she seemed to know exactly what I wanted.
The day of our wedding, Aleigha and a member of her team arrived early and got right to work. (We had a 10 am wedding, so it was an early start for all of us!) They made the morning really seamless and effortless. Before I knew it, my four bridesmaids, the flower girl, my mother, and I all looked stunning! (My hair and makeup turned out so much better than I had imagined!) And Aleigha her teammate were packed up and ready to head out the door, a few minutes ahead of schedule! It was a fantastic experience in all. I had never felt more beautiful (or bridal)! My husband, along with our guests, was very impressed! Thank you, Aleigha! You played a big part in making our day the best ever.

WEnt a couple days prior for spray tan and lash extensions. My lashes look amazing and the price is a steal! Aleigha came to my hotel and got myself and bridal party ready with hair and make up. She did such an amazing job. Her pricing was the best I could find. She is very sweet and highly recommend her and her staff.

Absolutely amazing. Syndi did my makeup as well as my mom and maid of honor. We were all airbrushes. She was flexible with time and patient since 2 people got the fake eyelashes. My makeup lasted all night with no touch ups. I highly recommend airbrush to any bride. I cried and it still stayed beautiful. Anytime I need makeup services, I will request Sydni.

Aleigha was amazing! Despite being an out-of-town bride, Aleigha made it easy to work with her. She allowed me to come in for hair/makeup trial on the one day that I was going to be in town prior to my wedding week. She created the perfect hairstyle from a few images and my description on basically the first try at my hair trial and was able to recreate the gorgeous look for the wedding day. At my trial, I tried the airbrush makeup and when I admitted to Aleigha later that I wasn’t a fan of it, she had no problem switching to traditional makeup for the wedding day. I loved my hair/makeup at my wedding and felt like the most gorgeous bride! Aleigha is very personable and clearly knows what she is doing. She used makeup to accentuate rather than making me look/feel like a whole other person. She was so easy-going, which is exactly what you want surrounding you on your wedding day. I also got a full set of eyelash extensions from Dani at Captivate Salon which looked absolutely amazing for the wedding weekend, the honeymoon, and are still intact three weeks later! I loved visiting the cute Captivate Salon in Castle Rock and will definitely be back when I go back out to Colorado. I would highly recommend Captivate Salon’s services, and especially Aleigha, to anyone looking for an on-site hair/makeup team that will help them to look and feel their best on their wedding day!

Aleigha from Captivate Beauty did a beautiful job on my hair for my wedding day! I received so many compliments and my curls stayed in all night and survived the excessive winds. My hair and makeup were absolutely perfect. I wasn't completely pleased with either my hair or makeup during the trial, so I gave Aleigha some suggestions on what I wanted changed and she took in every suggestion and did exactly what I wanted the day of the wedding. There was a mishap the day of my original trial date where Aleigha was at a wedding when she was supposed to do my trial (they got a new computer system and the appointment didn't get transferred over) and Aleigha was extremely accommodating. She gave me a discount on my trial and there was never a problem after. My bridesmaids also looked gorgeous and everyone was very happy. Aleigha was amazing and I highly recommend Captivate Beauty!

Aleigha and her team did moms, two bridesmaids, myself and two flower girls hair and we LOVE out hair so much! as a bride, I was nervous about my hair, but I was confident that my hair would turn great as I was very happy and got tons of complement on my trial. However, I wanted to add something more on my wedding day but didn't know exactly what I wanted and Aleigha did beyond my expectations. it turned out so good and lasted all day and all night I had complement all night it really made me sad when I had to let go of my hair when the wedding was over. she also did listen to everyone s request and did amazing job. I can confidently recommend her to anyone who wants to just relax and have perfect photo ready hair. she has a serious talent and it really lasts all night. Sydni and her assistant did a fantastic job on my hair and airbrush makeup, along with hair and makeup for my bridal party! They were able to accommodate a very early start time, and showed up right on time and ready to go...We never felt rushed or behind at all and were able to stay right on schedule! Sydni was able to perfectly replicate the look we had put together at my trial, which occurred about a month earlier at their salon. We had an early wedding, but my airbrushed makeup lasted well into the evening. I would recommend Sydni and Captivate to anyone who wants to look their best on their big day! Thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Captivate! Aleigha was easy to work with and she was able to make the ideas in my head a reality. I had done a trial which I really liked but my husband was not happy with the result (he’s very picky about makeup). I let Aleigha know what he wanted to change and she did exactly what he was hoping for. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and my husband was floored! Aleigha and her team also make my MOH, Bridesmaid and Mother look amazing! I am so grateful that Aleigha was willing to go to two separate locations to get ready, as we had to cover two full sleeve tattoos, back tattoos and do hair and makeup. I only had a limited amount of time to get ready at the venue so we met at my MOH’s home early to start tattoo coverage. I don’t know how we would have gotten everything done in time if Aleigha hadn’t suggested starting early. I also had Aleigha do my hair and makeup for my engagement photos and was thrilled with the result. Thank you Aleigha and Team for everything!

After looking at reviews and considering location and price, I chose Captivate Beauty Services as our vendor for both hair and makeup for our wedding. Sydni was my primary stylist and worked with me through two different trials (as I could not make up my mind) and was incredibly accommodating when my hairstyle changed once again on the day of my wedding. The Captivate Beauty team came to our wedding site and provided services for me, all my bridesmaids, the mother of the bride and groom, and everything turned out great. I am greatly appreciative of the flexibility and patience of the team and would recommend them to other brides in the area!

Sydni was fantastic! I'm so glad I had her do my hair and makeup for my wedding. It was an outdoor wedding, and I have hair that is very straight and fine, and falls flat easily. The day turned out to be EXTREMELY windy, and almost rained. But my hair looked beautiful and held up against all the elements. I was very happy with the makeup too. Sydni really knows what she is doing. She made several good suggestions and I'm glad I trusted her ideas. I highly recommend Sydni of Captivate Beauty Services. It was worth every penny, and I have the results captured forever in our photography.

Sydni is incredible!!! I chose to use Captivate because my best friend used them for her wedding and as a bridesmaid I loved how they did my and her makeup. I had a consultation with Sydni and it was perfect to play around with hair and makeup to see exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. She was so accommodating and she nailed the look I wanted perfectly. Plus, my makeup stayed on all day and through dancing and sweating at the after party. Plus my hair stayed in big flowy curls all night which never happens!

I had a great experience with Captivate. Sydni did an amazing job on my hair and makeup. When we got our pictures my dad said "the woman who did your makeup was truly an artist - she totally transformed you." They were so great to work with (and SO fast!). We had 6 bridesmaids with their hair done in less than 2 hours. I also appreciated how responsive they were with my requests leading up to the big day and how competitive the pricing was. Sydni and Aleigha are absolutely amazing at hair and make-up and accommodating your every need! I had originally booked with a different company, however, they didn't show for my trial and didn't contact me until two days later to apologize. In that two day time-frame, I got really concerned and contacted Aleigha. She got back to me right away and although I had turned her away previously, she made sure to accommodate me. Aleigha booked me with Sydni who worked with me to set up a trial for both my hair and make-up. Sydni did a fantastic job at the trial and when the day-of came, I felt freaking flawless. I was so excited and that helped set up the entire day for perfection. The added bonus was that Aleigha and Sydni came over to do mine and my bridal party's hair and make-up on the wedding day - we didn't have to travel anywhere day of except to the venue! Highly recommend!!! I found Captivate from a search on the Knot and after having inquiry meetings with 7 different beauty service teams around the metro, I decided to schedule a hair trial with Sydni. My mom was also in town, and asked for a make-up trial for herself; Sydni had no problems with this, and during the session was really patient and answered all of the questions. She had some ideas and suggestions for my hair style as well, since I was a bit torn. The trial went wonderfully, and I confirmed on the spot we would use her for the big day. She was proactive in confirming details leading up to the wedding, including the hotel room (where we were getting ready), payment options and amounts, and offered to address any last minute questions. Sydni and the second stylist arrived promptly at 530am to get started, the earliest start time they’ve ever had! They immediately got to work and did back to back hair and make-up styles for everyone without a break! Sydni followed us over to the venue a few minutes away for final getting-ready things like adding flowers to my hair and touching up my make-up for pictures. Sydni was very professional and efficient in taking payments too, which didn’t have any impact to the schedule. I greatly appreciated her flexibility in our day, and she did a great job!

Kylie did hair and makeup for my wedding a few weeks ago, and she was wonderful! Very professional and attentive, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and made sure I was happy with everything. Aleigha…You and your hair stylists are simply amazingly! You came so prepared with 2 stylists in addition to yourself, driving to Vail (2 hours away from your office) and staying at the wedding party's hotel the night before the wedding. You did Megan's hair and make-up so beautifully and just the way she envisioned it when we met with you one month prior to the wedding date. Your stylists did her bridesmaids' hair and make-up also so beautifully. You are highly talented and a real pleasure to work with. I was and am so very thankful for that and for you. Captivate did an AMAZING job! I cannot recommend them enough. If you are getting married - hire this team!

They came to my mother's farm to help me, 6 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl, and the MOB get ready for my wedding. Everyone's hair and makeup looked so gorgeous and everyone was really happy with how their hair and makeup turned out (lots of selfies taken). No one's makeup faded or melted and no one's hair fell. The pictures I have seen so far are stunning.

My hair is incredibly hard to style and even hard to get to stay curled, but Aleigha styled it gorgeous and held it up all day (through some rain) and all night. I have never received so many compliments on my hair or felt more beautiful.

And Aleigha and her team didn't mind the goats and the dogs - they embraced the chaos.

Not only that, but her and her team are so friendly and accommodating, it was great having them spend the day with us.

Sarah did my makeup along with my sisters, mother and mother in law. I had gone to 3 different make up artists before I found Sarah. I was so lucky to have finally found her! She came to our house in Boulder and was so wonderful! She was professional and my makeup looked phenomenal. I highly recommend booking Sarah!

Aleigha and her team are absolutely wonderful. Aleigha started doing my hair about 6 months before the wedding so she definitely understood my hair (it's very long and thick). She worked with me to schedule my hair and makeup trial on Valentine's day because my mom was in town that weekend and I wanted her to be there with me. All of my bridesmaids couldn't stop telling me how much they loved their hair and makeup the day of the wedding. It's hard to find a person that can do hair and makeup both so well and with Aleigha and her team you really don't have to look any further!

Aleigha was super easy going and I loved working with her. She did my makeup and hair trials, and then drove to my destination wedding in the mountains with two other members of her team to do makeup and hair for 7 + people the morning of my wedding. Everyone looks beautiful and having them there was super comfortable the morning of my wedding! Wouldn't have done it any other way! Highly recommended.

I can not say enough great things about Aleigha!!!! It's hard enough to find someone good at hair or make up, well Aleigha is amazing at both! I had her do my hair ad make up for both my engagement photos, and the wedding. She was so nice and fun to talk to and really listened to what I wanted. For my hair (which I have a lot of) she did an intricate updo and not only did she make it look perfect, she had it done in half the time I would've expected! For my makeup, she took my ideas but also gave me her own which was so helpful! She knows her stuff and she knows what will work for you, her professional opinion in invaluable for a wedding since you don't get a second chance if you don't love your look. The Captivate team will also travel to your wedding for a reasonable price. My wedding was in Breckenridge and Aleigha was very accommodating with doing all services on site. If you are looking for the best wedding beauty services in Colorado, that will travel to you, use Captivate!!

Aleigha did a great job on my hair as well as everyone else in my bridal party! They all were so pleased. I come from a long line of hairdressers, so naturally I had a hard time picking one for my wedding, but she did a great job! All of our hair stayed perfect all night long. Also, she is very pleasant to be around and she and her assistant finished in a very timely matter. I would recommend her to all brides! :)

Aleigha was so amazing leading up to- and on the day of our wedding. The wedding party was so happy with how all of their hair and make-up looked. Plus she was such a calming presence on the morning of!! Aleigha made the morning run so smoothly that we had no stress getting ready. My hair and make-up came out just the way I had always imagined it. She had great suggestions on how to make my hair and make-up really fit my personality and style. My biggest fear having someone else do my make-up was that I wouldn't look like myself. But Aleigha did a fantastic job of making me look natural and beautiful!

I had a destination wedding in Colorado, so all of my vendors were found by doing a google search. I could not be happier with picking Captivate by Aleigha for my hair/makeup! Aleigha does amazing makeup work! Aleigha and another stylist, Jenna, came to my hotel room the morning of to style me, my MOH, and my mother/MIL. Both of them perfectly captured each of our visions and did a beautiful job on our hair and makeup. She was also extremely friendly, flexible, and professional. Snag an appointment with her if you can - she's worth it!

My bridesmaids and I had the best experience with Captive Beauty Salon. We had flower crowns and other hair accessories and they really pulled everything together and made our hair look amazing! Aleigha was my first point of contact and the business owner. She was supper sweet and gave me the pricing for what I wanted. As soon as I booked with them she assigned one of her stylists to me for the trial and day of the wedding. Sydni was the lead stylist and she took amazing care of me. She was able to combine a few pictures I liked for the hair and makeup and create exactly what I wanted for the day of!
I paid for all my girls and mother to have their hair and makeup done the day of as well and Sydni and one other stylist did great jobs on all of us! My mother was supper difficult to deal with the day of, since she was nervous and likes her hair/makeup a certain way and the other stylist did an incredible job of dealing with all the drama of the day that went with that. Both the girls that day made us all laugh and we all had fun getting ready before the wedding and we got tons of compliments on our hair and makeup though out the day!

Aleigha was absolutely fantastic! We had three hair services and four make-up services all done by Aleigha and everyone was thrilled with how they looked for the big day! Aleigha listened to what it was that we wanted and wasn't at all offended when we asked for changes to her suggestions. She genuinely cares about how her customers feel and wanted us to be happy with her work. Due to our wedding venue, we were on an extremely tight timeline and she made sure we didn't stray from it. She showed up early and was well prepared with everything we could ever need! I couldn't be any happier with Aleigha, she is an outstanding artist. She truly made me feel beautiful on my wedding day and I would recommend her to anyone!

I had the privilege of working with Sarah from Captivate Beauty Services for my jr bridesmaid's hair, mom and mother-in-law's makeup and my hair and makeup and it was a fantastic experience. I had to travel to Denver for my trial, but Sarah made me so comfortable and helped me to realize my wedding day vision of myself. She was fantastic at helping me choose my look without pressuring me at all. On the day of she came with an assistant to my parent's home for everyone to get ready prior to heading to the venue and they both did a fantastic job. I was comfortable the entire time and my hair and makeup stood up to all the wedding day activities and lasted from 9 am to 8 pm when I was ready for bed. I would highly recommend this group of ladies!!!

Happy with the results!

I worked directly with Shauna for my hair and makeup, as well as my mother in laws. Pricing was reasonable. Shauna was able to make a few changes day of from my makeup trial and I was very happy with the results. She was also a good time, which is important in my book!

Amazing Natural Look

Tina Early was an absolute joy to work with! She was very communicative, kind, and easy to get a hold of. Not to mention, she made myself, my mom, and my bridesmaids look and feel so incredibly gorgeous! We all wanted a very natural look and Tina absolutely knocked it out of the park. Dallas Wedding

I hired Captivate Beauty because they had a stylist in Dallas where I was getting married. Bailey, did my hair and make up for my wedding and she did an amazing job! I had a makeup trial with her a few months before my wedding and she made sure everything looked perfect that day so when the wedding came around it was a breeze. I wore a wig at my wedding because of chemotherapy and she styled it so beautifully! For her it was like doing anyone else's hair and she made me feel like I was glowing. She was super quick to respond and make changes up until the day of my wedding. She also did my maid of honors hair and makeup. I was very happy with my makeup because it looked like soft glam which was what I wanted. Bailey did a great job and I'm so grateful she was a part of my day!

Had a great experience with Captivate. They traveling to our home so we were able to get ready there and not have to worry about transportation. We had a big group of girls, moms, grandmothers, etc. and they made everyone look great. As a super plus, I have extremely thick and curly hair and Aleigha was able to put it in an updo that (mostly) lasted all night! It probably would've lasted all night if not for the non-stop dancing we did. Make sure your group knows about the additional charges for eyelashes; also make sure they know what they want for their make-up. My mom and step-mom didn't really know and both ended up with make-up that they didn't love. Also, if you are a crier be sure to ask for waterproof make-up. I didn't and ended up smudging my eye make-up almost as soon as they'd left. Aside from that we had no complaints! Captivate was quick, efficient, and convenient!

Aleigha was really great from the time I booked her and through the wedding date. I initially contacted her to do mine and my wedding party's makeup and she ended up doing my hair as well. She is quick and good at what she does. She fit my trial run into a day where she had a wedding and she was open to changes from the trial to the wedding day. I felt beautiful and she did great. I'm African-American and my bridal party and family is made up of every race and Aleigha had no problem adjusting to each of our differences and needs. She's fun, professional, and efficient. It snowed on my wedding day and she arrived early to put my mind at ease. Would definitely work with her again. Value and great results are A+.

Aleigha was absolutely wonderful to work with for my wedding hair and makeup. I came in with a general idea of what I wanted for my first trial, but as she recreated it, I began to realize that what I had had in mind was not actually what I wanted for the wedding. Aleigha was very helpful and patient with me while I tried to sort out what I wanted. She ultimately suggested a second trial, and together we found what was ultimately my absolutely perfect hair and makeup look.

On the day of the wedding, she did an excellent job of quickly and perfectly arranging my hair as I had wanted it. She took the time to know my style and personality, and as a result, she created my perfect look.

I highly recommend Aleigha for your wedding hair and makeup! I would go back to her again in an instant!

A nice choice!

I had my hair and makeup done by Jaques. She was professional and timely despite running into traffic issues on the way. She called to let me know she was running a few minutes late but on her way. They are quick to respond to messages and assist you. Great customer service! Jaques was attentive to my needs and wants and made sure she aimed to please with hair and makeup! She took her time with brides hair and mother of the brides hair. She was able to recreate my vision of natural makeup and making sure she was careful/mindful of my allergies in products. Since I did use all my own makeup and brushes, I do think bridal makeup services are slightly overpriced just for the application. I chose to use all my own products due to allergies and sensitive skin.

The good:
- Aleigha is the sweetest. Really, she is a kind soul.
- She is very professional and reliable- that's important.
- She is very flexible and will work with you to get whatever look you are going for.

The not so good:
- I really feel like I could have done my own makeup and done a better job. Her skills are very basic. If you want a pretty simple look, go for her, but if you want something more dramatic, I'd pass.

I tried to be honest in an attempt to help future brides. Aleigha is very sweet, professional and helpful. It just depends on what you are looking for.

I enjoyed working with Bailey. She was fun to talk to and fit right in with the girls. I appreciated that she came out to us to do our hair and make-up. Everyone's hair looked great, but we did have to do several touchups throughout the night with pieces falling out. My make-up (Bride) was great, but my Bridesmaids had a little too much and we had to wipe some off. Bailey did my make-up. She had an assistant do my girls' make-up and it looked a little dark and dramatic for a light wedding. I can't wait to see the pictures. I felt beautiful. I had no clue what would look good on me. I came with some pictures and I felt very disappointed that my hair would look horrible and I was going to have to wear it down. It took a few tries, but we found a beautiful style for the wedding.

I was very unhappy with Captivate on my wedding day. I had done a trial so I thought I knew what I was getting. My makeup was okay, but my hair fell out before I even put my dress on and was awful for the remainder of the day. As the assistant was doing my mom's (MOB) makeup, she told her she was still a student and was still learning how to airbrush and do makeup! We were appalled because we thought we were paying for professionals. Finally, they overcharged us by $80 and tacked on a way-too-generous gratuity. The bridesmaids and MOB all washed off their makeup and did their own before the ceremony. Very, very disappointed.

Absolutely Terrible

If I could give 0 stars I would. The "stylist" Captivate Beauty sent was not a professional. She left me with 3 buns on the back of my head and asked me if I was happy. You can look at the picture and you can tell I was not happy. At that point it was clear she didn't know how to do hair. She also didn't know how to apply makeup. All of the makeup used was from the drugstore. I can't believe I paid what I did for someone to apply $5 mascara. I was left in tears on what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. I was lucky my mother and photographer were able to think on their toes to save my day. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
