Cape Destinations was fabulous to work with for our wedding day! We had rented their Lolly Trolley, Mercedes Sprinter, Motor Coach Buses, and Mid-Size Bus and guests were really happy to have the provided transportation. Cape Destinations were great to work with leading up to the wedding with planning the timeline for transportation and they have you fill out a Google Form with all your detailed info. They were great to communicate with over email and would help you plan out appropriate pickup and drop-off times. Day of the wedding they were prompt and guests were really impressed by their vehicles, especially with how they had air conditioning! The Lolly Trolley was beautiful and great for transporting our wedding party and the Mercedes Sprinter was great for transporting family! We are so happy we went with Cape Destinations as they are very reliable and their vehicles worked out wonderfully for our guests!

Perfection!
The trolley on our wedding day was a perfect touch! Michelle was the driver, and she was incredible. She made multiple trips from our Airbnb’s to the Church, and then from the Church to the venue. After the Church ceremony, she had champagne ready for the wedding party! 10/10 recommend. -

We had an excellent experience with Cape Cod Destinations. We booked the trolley, and three school buses for our guests as hotel locations in Dennis Port and Yarmouth Port. Cape Cod Destinations was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. The drivers were extremely kind to us and all of our guests. Highly recommend! -

We hired the Funk Bus to take us to and from the Beachcomber for my sister's bachelorette party. It was so much fun! Eddy, our driver, was awesome and really helpful - he loaded and unloaded the bus for us, he avoiding traffic whenever possible, and he was easily accessible via text all day and very timely. Booking with the company was easy -- they are communicative, reliable, and straightforward! -

We worked with Cape Destinations for our wedding at Wequassett Resort this past November and they were amazing to work with! Their wedding contact, Brittany, was so helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure everything in our planning sheet was correct. The buses picked up/dropped off on time and in the right locations and our guests said the rides both ways went very smoothly. The bus even made an extra trip for us to pick up guests who had missed the original pick up time. We would highly recommend Cape Destinations for any couples getting married on/near the Cape! -

We didn’t think that our transportation would have been one of the more memorable vendors from our day, but it worked out great that they were! We had to postpone due to Covid, and they were so easy to work with in moving our schedule around. We also had to add a second bus because we added a second hotel, and they seamlessly made the schedule change. The buses for our guests worked out perfectly and the drivers were actually so fun and friendly- Bobby was dancing with us on the way home! Even better than the guest transportation was our trolley! Our trolley driver (I wish I could remember his name but I was so nervous for the ceremony when he introduced himself I think I blacked it out) was so fun and easy going, and made the trip memorable. He had the trolley ready with coolers of water and champagne, and was blasting our music for the most fun ride. We had such a great time and everyone says the trolley ride was one of their favorite parts of the afternoon! -

We HIGHLY recommend working with Cape Destinations for any transportation needs during a wedding weekend. They were easy to communicate with and very organized. They helped us shuttle guests to and from our welcome event to a nearby public parking lot the day before our wedding. On the day of our wedding, they provided school busses to bring guests straight from our venue to the afterparty and helped us create bus routes to safely drop off our guests from the afterparty to their lodging for the weekend, which included multiple stops for each bus. They executed everything perfectly and our guests (and us) were extremely grateful. They were completely professional and the drivers were very patient and kind. We couldn’t be more thankful for their help throughout our entire weekend. -

So grateful I chose this company for my wedding. I have had to make many changes to my wedding because of the virus and every single time I called I got everything I needed including consideration and kindness for the difficulty of planning a wedding during a pandemic. To find a company willing to work with me and my fiancé the way they have has truly made such a difference. It’s important to have vendors you can trust! Cape Destinations is one of the great ones! -

Julie Sent on 12/13/2016Perfect perfect perfect! Everyone in the wedding said the trolley made the day for them! It was so cool to do the first look in front of the Trolley then take pictures by it before our drive to the church- 3 hours was a perfect amount of time to do everything we needed since we were basically taking a couple pictures before then taking it to the church and back. The driver was prompt and the communication was great between us and the company during the planning process! Thanks Cape Destinations for making our day 5x more fun! -and it was the same price as two limos with most companies but we got to go all together! So fun!! If I were to do over now that I know how cool this was I would have talked some other friends into chipping in for another one to take a bunch of guests too!! -

Lisa Sent on 06/22/2010We used a trolley to shuttle the wedding party for photographs, and to shuttle guests from the restaurant to and from the beach ceremony. Guests loved the extra touch and we enjoyed the ride all together. They provided us with cold drinks and champagne. We were even able to take our dog on the trolley as he was our ring bearer. Our driver was very accommodating and made the ride fun as well as memorable.
They have other rentals as well - limos, horse drawn carriages etc. -

Cape Destinations was an easy choice to make as our wedding transportation. They were flexible, easy to work with, and got our guests where they needed to be on time. Our drivers, Paul & Allen were extremely professional, friendly, and again, flexible on the fly. Scheduling their services was very easy. We made some adjustments to our original order just a few days before our wedding, and Cape Destinations adapted to our revised plan without skipping a beat! Couldn't have been happier with our choice, and should we need transportation on the Cape in the future, we will hire their services again. -

We used cape destinations for our wedding at Wychmere Beach Club in September. We had a tight schedule the day of the wedding and used 2 vehicles to get the bridal party, dates, and guests to the venue on time. Cape destinations was thorough with their schedule and on time for everything. They made the day go seamlessly and were a pleasure to work with in the planning process. I only took one star off because the driver at the end of the night yelled at our guests and bridal party for taking too long to leave. This was because we needed help getting our florals out of the venue and some of our bridal party was trying to give me a hand so I could leave. Other than that mishap, they were great! -

Andrea Sent on 11/17/2011We hired two shuttle coaches to transport our guests from the hotel to our venue and back. The drivers were great and Cape Destinations was great in planning the timing of the coaches and suggesting a timeline that was flexible for all of our guests.
The only reason we had to rate quality of service at a 3 was because we also hired a car to pick us up the morning after our wedding (at 3am) to take us to the airport and the driver never showed up. After many calls to the dispatcher, we had to drive ourselves to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. Despite this setback, Cape Destinations was very professional and has more than made up for the mistake. -

We decided to go with Cape Destinations as the transportation provider for our wedding day shuttles in Falmouth. We rented two school buses to transport guests from two hotels to the ceremony location, then the reception location, as well as a trolley to drive the bride, groom, family and wedding party from the family house to the photos location to the ceremony to the reception. We chose Cape Destination because it had a wide variety of vehicles in its fleet and was relatively affordable, plus we wanted something fun like a trolley.
Unfortunately, I can only give Cape Destinations three stars due to poor communication. They caused us a huge headache by failing to respond to emails and phone calls from both us and our wedding coordinators for nearly a week just a few days before our wedding, when we needed to add the second school bus. Cape Destinations also had a strange limit of only dropping guests off at three locations after the wedding (we had 6+ guests at six different hotels), despite these hotels all being within 2 miles.
On the day of the wedding, however, everything ran very smoothly, as the drivers were prompt, friendly, and flexible to our custom routing. Cape Destinations is a solid choice due to its competitive pricing and variety of vehicles but can be hit or miss on the communications. -

Alexandria Sent on 08/02/2011We hired a trolley because our wedding was on the beach with limited parking. so we had the trolley pick up guests at the hotels they were staying it, and bring them to the beach and then later back to the hotel to get their cars and head home. my mom was the main person in contact with them but the thing i didnt like was that the trolley driver wasnt taking people back in groups he would take like one person or family back at a time, which made other families who were trying to leave around the same time have to wait which didnt make sense to me. They also charged a little to much im my opinion for the services. considering most of the time he was just parked and not driving around. the trolley driver was nice but was having trouble getting in and out of the trolley himself. i just felt like he thought since it was at the beach it wasnt a job he had to take too seriously. so thats why i gave a low rating -

Do not use this company...
Unless you want your guests to miss at least half of your cocktail hour! We have waited five weeks before writing this review hoping that time would lessen the disappointment and frustration that was experienced on our daughter's wedding day. It has not!
We contracted Cape Destinations for our daughter's wedding which was on September 28. We were assured that the transportation would be wonderful. The day of the wedding, 2 of their drivers called in sick, so they used drivers from another company that they work with. These drivers were ill-prepared and had no idea what they were doing or where they were going. These 2 buses got lost picking our guests up at the hotels and then proceeded to get lost going to the reception. Some family members were trying to help with directions but were told to sit down and shut up or they would be kicked off the bus. One bus went so far as to hit a tree and tear off the bumper - all with our family and friends on it, putting them in danger. My elderly mother had trouble getting on the bus, and the driver refused to lower the bus or to put out the step stool she had. My elderly father and a nephew had to help her on and she was mortified. The driver that my daughter and her husband hired to pick them up from the reception was late so they were not able to do their sparker exit as planned. The whole day from start to finish was a nightmare and the communication throughout the whole process was horrible. Not to mention that we ourselves missed half of the cocktail hour trying to figure out where the buses were, and then missed the last 45 minutes of the reception ensuring that the buses would get our guests back to the hotels safely.
To say we are utterly disappointed in Cape Destinations would be an understatement. Do yourself a favor and hire another company so your family doesn't have to experience the same anguish that we did on what was supposed to be the most beautiful day. It's a day we can't get back.
