Amazing Food!
Everyone at the wedding raved about how great the food was! Mr. Gene and the entire staff was a pleasure to work with! The roast beef carving station, crawfish etouffee, pasta jambalaya, and all of the hors d'oeuvres were absolutely delicious! I wish there weren’t mushrooms in the chicken fettuccini, but that is a personal preference. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone who asked!! -

Great food and service
Catered our daughters wedding 12/28/2019 at the Cabildo in New Orleans.

I am still receiving compliments on how amazing our wedding food was. Our hostess, Trish, was amazing and made sure we took the time to eat. I have celiac disease and Mr. Larry was wonderful in creating special meals for me that were celiac safe. Even our bride and groom boxes were GF! The food was spectacular and Mr. Larry was extremely responsive and helpful to questions. -

Food was excellent. All of out of town guest really enjoyed the food. Most loved the cocktail hour options. Being an out of town bride, the caterer worked with my husband and I to do our tasting when we were in town. My only wish was that we could have tasted the entrees. We were only given the small plates to taste, but everything in the end turned out great. Also, at the end of our wedding, our venue sent to our hotel doggie bags for us and our parents, which was awesome since we didn't get to try out everything on our big day. -

Delicious Food! I have not stopped getting compliments on how delicious my food was since the wedding! Everyone enjoyed it and we were able to take a large portion home for us to eat! The employees were amazing and took care of so much more than just the food. They were awesome and I would recommend them to any brides getting married in the New Orleans area. -

Absolutely the best food at any wedding! My guests would not stop complimenting the food. Wonderful selection and huge variety of choices. Mr. Gene is incredibly sweet and easy to work with. -

Capdebosq provided amazing food for our wedding. the guests raves about the shrimp and grits. All of our parents plus my husband and I got a to go box. Couldn't recommend them enough. -

The food was amazing and the guests said they are still dreaming of the shrimp and grits. The personal server for the bride and groom made sure we were taken care of the entire night included making sure we ate and always had a drink . Our attendant made sure we knew the timeline during the reception so we were always in the right place at the right time . Did I mention how good the food was ??? It was awesome !!! -

Mr. Gene is the sweetest person-he will make your dreams of a wonderful wedding reception come true. Excellent wait staff, fantastic food with the flavors of New Orleans! Your reception will run so smoothly that it will be over before you know the time has passed. Your really get to sit back and enjoy the moment!

First of all the owner of Capdebosq is the sweetest old man! The food was amazing and plentiful. My guests were shocked that it just kept coming. I loved the fried turkey carving station too! They are professional and the food is amazing. And talk about inexpensive, I couldn't believe all the food we got for the price!

Hands down one of the best choices we made for our wedding! Capdeboscq Catering was not only professional, but the fact that they're a family owned business for over 39 years really shines through; they treat you as family from day 1. Their food selection is amazing, and so overwhelming it's almost impossible to choose which items to have! Which is why we were so thankful for their food tasting; it's exactly what you need in order to know you've made the right choices for your wedding and guests. To refer to and rate Capdeboscq Catering as 'Responsive' is an understatement! Part of your package is having a 'hostess' there to coordinate your wedding from beginning to end...again, an understatement. Most of my wedding was a blur, as I hear is a typical statement made by brides around the world; I do, however, remember one thing...and that was my 'hostess' (or as I'd prefer to title her, my 'right hand', 'personal assistant', or better yet, my 'lifesaver'). Ms. Sharon Revvett, my lifesaver, was absolutely wonderful! Always right there, every time i turned around, asking if I needed anything, 'May I hold this for you?' 'Would you like another cocktail?' 'Do you need a minute of peace and quite?' ...AMAZING! Ms. Sharon was our very own personal caterer. Exactly what every bride and groom need by reception time :) The food, as well, was simply delicious. Though my husband and I didn't eat very much at the reception (Capdeboscq Catering made sure to box a bit of everything for us to enjoy later on), our guests couldn't stop talking about it. My favorite, hands down, the Crawfish Monica. Do yourself a favor and call them now! Thank you so much Mr. Gene and the entire family at Capdeboscq Catering for making our wedding day perfect! -

Capdeboscq Catering was great! Our guests are still raving about the food. Capdeboscq provided great service throughout the wedding planning process, from the tasting party, to the meeting for our food choices, then to the wedding reception itself. I think you get so much more food for the money compared to other caterers I looked into. We were very happy with the food and service and would definitely recommend them. -

Capdeboscq was terrific! Really low stress vendor - food and drinks were awesome. On-site hostess was wonderful - and the most impressive was the leftover boxes they send you home with! Very organized, delicious, and professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. We were extremely pleased. Thank you! -

You won't find a better value. Anywhere. Hands down.
You have to get past that they actually send your information request in the mail. USPS style. They've been around a long time and do things pretty old school.
But you will get THE MOST bang for your buck. The package includes cakes and full open bar, as well as finger sandwiches and mini muffalettas on top of the 7 hor d'oerves and 3 entrees. They will tweak it to your liking. We had 2 signature drinks, with wine and bottled Abita plus champagne toast for the same cost. They arranged our to-go drinks for the second line and cleaned up all the tables at our request at a very minimal additional fee.
We also had Sharon as our personal assistant for the day and she rocked. We, and our DOC, were very impressed with their staff. Our guests loved the food. They made us plates for the end of the night and the next morning.
For forty-some dollars a head, they go above and beyond.
The only downside was that they could not accommodate our one vegan guest, so we had to order something from Whole Foods. -
