Beautiful wedding venue

Our wedding was 4/25/25! From start to finish we had an amazing experience! We golfed here for almost a year and we didn’t know they coordinated weddings until one day we saw them having an event. The next day we called and the coordinator was extremely helpful! We had our ceremony at the waterfall and it was beautiful. Got so many compliments from guests and our pictures turned out beautiful! I would recommend this place to a good friend that’s how enjoyable the experience was!

Canyon Springs gave us the perfect night.

Canyon Springs was the perfect place to have our wedding. Everyone there was very professional and helpful if my wife and I ever needed anything.

The waterfall backdrop is something all of our guests have talked about and the pictures we have seen so far have looked amazing. Being on the edge of the city and the hill country, it was the perfect location. Plenty of hotels and Airbnb’s nearby for guests, but never heard any outside noise from anything not involving our wedding. We truly got to get away from everything and just focus on being with friends and family for the night.

You won’t regret booking here!

We truly could not have asked for a better wedding venue experience than we had with Canyon Springs Golf Club. From the very beginning, the communication and planning process were seamless. The staff was incredibly organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day special and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and everything was maintained perfectly on the wedding day. Every detail came together so smoothly, and our guests could not stop complimenting the space, atmosphere, and overall experience. Everyone was professional, kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran flawlessly. We felt completely supported throughout the entire process.

Love it! Gorgeous!

We immediately fell in love with the place! They have two gorgeous waterfalls and the best coordinators! They were always so quick to respond and help! We have no regrets with our decision.
For 200 people it was around $23,000 including the drink package! It was a buffet but that’s optional and they have cheaper food options.

Wouldn’t change a thing!

We had the most beautiful wedding with Canyon Springs!! Everything went so smooth and their team is so professional and personable. Sofia was our event coordinator and was so amazing throughout the whole process. You can tell she genuinely cared about making our special day as perfect as possible and her bubbly personality brought so much excitement into the planning. We loved her so much that we actually invited her to our wedding as a guest and friend! Thank you Canyon Springs for giving us the best day ever ❤️

Best wedding venue !

This venue was perfect for us because we live in the area and our friends and family live in San Antonio and they only had to drive maybe 30 min max to get to the venue but if you know San Antonio that’s an easy drive! This venue helped us stay in our budget and even tho they added addition things to the venue they still let us keep our original price so I really loved that. They hosted and event were you can meet there vendors and all of they were great they was a good mix of different vendors since they all had there own style. The grande water fall is where we got married and it was so beautiful! The pavilion is so spacious we had about 140 guest and there was still room for a dance floor! I give this place 10/10(:

We Love Canyon Springs!

Canyon Springs was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding! Sofia and Brenda were extremely communicative and so helpful throughout all of the planning process. They were so accommodative to our needs and visions and helped our perfect day come to life! The waterfalls made for the most spectacular bridal and wedding photos. We highly recommend!

Spring Wedding

Canyon Springs was my dream com true for our wedding! I first met with Brenda who is absolutely fabulous and so knowledgeable about the venue and all they offer. We signed the contract and then met with the Venue Coordinator Sofia who is also amazing! She was so prompt with any questions/changes I had. She's who you have to most contact with. Closer to the wedding we were handed over to Ben the Banquet Captain who helped knock everything out of the park making for a perfect day. The biggest 'stressor' I had at the beginning was the access to the venue being three hours before. I was so pleasantly surprised when then added The Glass Haus which are air conditioned areas outside the Pavilion to use if you need to get ready (they supply yummy snacks and drinks too). It is at an additional cost but you get access earlier which I felt was needed for my coordinator to do her job and it allowed a space for the ladies to wait/touch up makeup, while the men got ready in the multipurpose room. They have two beautiful waterfalls you can choose for your ceremony that look like the most magical forest-y setting. Guest get transported by golf carts which was a fun little surprise for guests. They do require you use their food and beverage but its DELICIOUS and they have many different options to choose from to fit your vibe. I cant rave about Canyon Springs enough! Go check out this amazing venue! After you see it, you wont be able to pass it up :)

Gorgeous Venue Tucked Away in San Antonio

Our wedding at Canyon Springs Golf Club in Stone Oak, San Antonio, TX was absolutely wonderful. It is a full-service location and made our wedding day beautiful, easy and worry free. I initially fell in love with the ceremony location at the Oaks Waterfall. But, when I realized that we would have a caterer, bar tenders, drinks, linens, chairs, house decor, etc. available all in one place I loved it even more. Brenda and the events staff are kind, helpful and know the business. I didn't have to worry about a thing. We chose this location because it was a full service venue where we could host our wedding of under 50 - I found that so many full-service venues were structured for large weddings only. Canyon Springs does offer gorgeous large weddings too, I found that they made our small wedding feel as beautiful and important as one with 300 people. Did I mention the longhorn cattle, beautiful stone buildings, use of the grounds, parking onsite, golf carts from parking to the ceremony sites, delicious food - buffet or plated dinner options - use of house linens and lanterns at no charge ... there are so many wonderful reasons to consider Canyon Springs for your wedding day. We loved our wedding at Canyon Springs and I wouldn't have changed a thing. If you have a chance to visit, I highly recommend it.

Reception venue

My husband and I could not have had a better reception and planning process. Our initial point of contact was Brenda. She was very good about keeping in touch with us throughout the months reminding us of any upcoming deadlines and any questions he had along the way. She set us up with Caitlin our main coordinator and we could not have been happier with her. She made the whole process a smooth and exciting experience, from helping us pick out our linens, center pieces, food tastings. and the flow of the room. Even when she went on maternity leave she encouraged us to still reach out to her with anything we needed. Our day of coordinator was Ben and he was great as well making sure the flow of the night went seamlessly. The venue itself was beautiful from the rustic feel of the club house to the scenic property itself. Overall everyone involved made our special night perfect.

Canyon Springs Golf Course

Having our wedding at Canyon Springs was a dream come true. From our first tour at the venue, we knew it was the perfect space for our wedding! The waterfalls were such a breathtaking surprise for our friends and family. No one expected that since this venue is in the middle of Stone Oak! (Perfect for local couples who don’t want families to have to drive too far or get hotels!) We chose to get married at The Oaks Waterfall- it was more secluded and off the course. The greenery was so lush and romantic. It created most enchanting vibe, and that’s exactly what we were going for. The best part of the venue was working with Caitlin. From our first tour with her, she was the kindest and most patient person. She answered every question, email, phone call, and worry that we had. We seriously had minimal stress because of how helpful she was during our entire planning process. We love Caitlin so much! The hardest part of the day ending was knowing we wouldn’t be seeing each other as often. She really feels like family to us! Lastly, the food was incredible. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the London broil- so so good!!! Future wives and husbands, don’t even hesitate, book this affordable venue for your wedding!!

Canyon Springs Venue Coordinator

Caitlin Flores was our Venue Coordinator. She was overseeing everything for our 50th vow renewal. She was very professional and made sure that everything went as smooth as possible. We met with her 4 or 5 times and each time, she made us feel confident that everything would go smoothly. She went above and beyond to make our day special. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring. We would completely recommend anyone looking for a venue to choose Canyon Springs for any occasion because of Caitlin. She is very dedicated and will make the planning experience wonderful.

An Unforgettable Experience at Canyon Spring

From the moment I began my journey with Canyon Spring for my daughter's quinceañera, it was nothing short of exceptional. A special shoutout to Caitlin Flores, the Private Events Coordinator, who went above and beyond to assist me. Caitlin's patience and dedication were unparalleled. She made certain I was not only comfortable with the menu and pricing but ensured it was the absolute best for my guests.

Originally, I had envisioned a celebration split between indoor and outdoor spaces. However, with the unpredictable Texas heat, my concerns grew. Caitlin, with her impeccable professionalism and kindness, worked alongside me to transition to a larger venue that accommodated everything indoors. This change was a blessing, and Caitlin's approach made the transition seamless.

The warmth and understanding Caitlin showed throughout the process reaffirmed that I made the right choice with Canyon Spring. It's not just a venue; it's an experience, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for such special occasions.

We celebrated my father and his new bride at a reception held at CSGC. The entire team was amazing to work with. The food was sensational. They followed through on every single thing they promised. Out of State Wedding with OutStanding Service!

(Photos by Marissa Simon Photography) Canyon Springs was amazing! Caitlin Flores, our Private Events Coordinator, was awesome! We were planning the wedding from out of state and she was always fast with communication and flexible with meeting schedules. The venue was incredible, and definitely a hidden gem. I visited 13 wedding venues in central Texas area, and this was by far the most affordable venue with catering packages included. Keep in mind that this venue restricts all food, snacks, drinks to their in house catering service only. But the food and drinks were spectacular! We had family from out of state comment on how yummy everything was! We also were given a complementary round of golf with our wedding package which my parents loved! The waterfall backdrop is extremely beautiful and they're venue offers microphone/Sound system so everyone can hear the ceremony. Plenty of shade during the hot summer months and wedding guests loved getting to be chauffeured by golf carts to the ceremony site. Cannot recommend this venue enough!

Wonderful!

The venue was absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I were thrilled with the intimacy of the waterfall. On top of that our coordinator Caitlin was a dream! I experienced zero stress while planning our big day with her. She made us feel so special and loved that I was truly honored that she would take the time to celebrate with us on our big day. Love LOVE Canyon Springs!

Canyon Springs Golf Club was the best choice we could have made for our venue! All the ladies, Brenda, Caitlin, and Chi, run a tight ship and made everything perfect! Communication was always easy and stress-free. Caitlin and Brenda always answered phones and emails promptly. The venue itself is beautiful too! The main waterfall was the perfect place for our ceremony. The ONLY thing that I can nitpick about the experience was that the sound system wasn't set loud enough at the waterfall so no one could hear us because the water is too loud. This was a minor issue and didn't take away from how amazing the day was. If you're on the fence about this place I would encourage you to book with them! They will ensure your special day is everything you dreamed of!

Wedding Day

We had our wedding at Canyon Springs in July 2021. We had to change the date from November to July a month before the wedding and we were able to with no issues. Brenda and Hannah were very accommodating with the changes and the day of the wedding went so smoothly. I am still getting compliments on how beautiful our wedding was months later!

Phenomenal

From start to finish Canyon Springs Golf Club really helped us feel confident in planning the perfect setting for our big day. My wedding was beautiful and our coordinator, Chi, ensured that our event ran smoothly. Our family and friends couldn’t believe how beautiful our ceremony at the Oaks Waterfall and then our reception at the Clubhouse. I can’t say enough good things about this venue! Thank y’all for making our wedding a beautiful and romantic night to remember for not only the groom and I but for our guests as well.

Beautiful Location & Professional Service

Loved the venue & reception areas! We chose the smaller water fall for the best shade for our hot summer ceremony and it wasn't bad at all under the canopy of trees. Then we chose the Club House for our small reception and they had everything set up and ready to go for us to eat, drink and enjoy the company of our guests all night long. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

We love canyon springs!

I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue. We got married at the waterfalls and all of our guests gave us a ton of compliments on how beautiful the venue was. We worked with Brenda and she was super helpful through the whole process and very patient with us through the constant changes we made. I am so glad we chose to get married here!

Canyon Spring was THE PERFECT venue! I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about it! It was so beautiful and the customer service experience was exactly what you want. They made planning easy. October 17 Wedding

Ceremony was outside by the waterfall. Our guests were amazed by all the beautiful scenery. Dinner took place inside the clubhouse, which was perfect for our 40 guests. Canyon Springs made our event truly magical. ❤️✨

Great Staff

Shoutout to Brenda and Chi and the team at Canyon Springs! Since the moment we toured the venue last year, we knew this was where we wanted our big day. Everything leading up to the day- from the food tasting and bridal portraits, to their flexibility and allowing us to use the pavilion due to chance of rain, was perfect. Absolutely amazing!!

We are so happy we found Canyon Springs Golf Club for our special day! This was the very first and ONLY venue we looked at because we knew it would be perfect for us! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the waterfall was stunning! We chose the smaller waterfall (there's 2 you can choose from!) because it is tucked away from the golf course and there were lots of trees for shade. It was perfect for our intimate wedding we had on 5/30/2020. You could take a photo anywhere at it looked like a fairytale! We worked very closely with Brenda to plan our perfect wedding day and she was incredible! Brenda was very helpful and worked very hard to help us achieve exactly what we wanted and more! She was essential in helping plan and coordinate our wedding especially because COVID-19 was affecting everything. Despite it all, the Canyon Springs team made our wedding work and it was absolutely perfect! We were very pleased with our food and the staff were very friendly people. Chi was our day of coordinator and she was a rockstar! If we needed something she knew exactly what to do and she was very prepared! Wedding planning can be quite difficult but Canyon Springs made it very easy for us! We are so grateful for this team because they made our wedding happen and it was literally perfect! I would 100% recommend Canyon Springs Golf Club!!

WOW!!! Beautiful Wedding

We used Canyon Springs Golf Club for our wedding ceremony and reception. We used the larger rotunda center for our reception area. We had such an AMAZING experience from start to finish. We initially met with Brenda who is so kind and easy to get along with. She gave us a tour of the area and answered all of our questions, down to the small details! She is very organized and we communicated a lot through email. We had our wedding at the waterfall and it was absolutely gorgeous. Brenda, Sunny, and Chi worked with our vendors to help make sure everyone was on the same page. Chi was our day of banquet coordinator and she was AWESOME. She gave us great advice and was well prepared. Chi made sure my husband and I were able to eat- all the way from the hors d’oeuvres to the main course and even the cake. If it weren’t for her I don’t think we would have had a chance to eat during our wedding!! The food was delicious!! We had an open bar and the drinks were great. Everything was set up exactly how we requested and ended up looking even better than we imagined. We had 155 guests and had more than enough room in the area for dancing. Our favorite part was the fact that we only had to worry about our personal items- set up and tear down/clean up was all done by Chi and her crew. My sister even commented that it was the easiest clean up she had ever been apart of for a wedding! We had SEVERAL people comment how great the food and drinks were, and how beautiful the ceremony was in front of the waterfall. Thank you Brenda, Chi, and Sunny for such an amazing experience!!! I HIGHLY recommend using Canyon Springs as your wedding venue. You will not be disappointed!!!

Wonderful Experience

We got married 4/7/2019. The weather changed for the not so greatest and they were so accommodating to get us from outdoors to indoors as seamlessly as possible and just supported us the entire way. The wedding day was a blur but they made it happen and made all our wishes come out! It’s a beautiful venue and my only regret is it was rainy and we couldn’t have the ceremony outside, because I didn’t want to risk getting rained on. The team is awesome and organized. We even held our wedding rehearsal there with the same wonderful food!

Beautiful wedding venue

We had such a wonderful experience at Canyon Spring Golf Club. We were married in September in front of the waterfall with our reception held in the Pavilion. The venue was so beautiful! We received so many compliments about the venue, and how delicious the food was. All of the staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Our wedding ran smoothly with the help of our banquet captain, which was such a blessing. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding.

Epic Wedding, Our Dream Come True!

As soon as we got engaged we wanted to search for a wedding venue. We immediately fell in love with the waterfall area at Canyon Springs. We didn't even bother looking at any other venues, we just knew that it was The Right Place for us. From the moment we signed our contract with them and picked a date, they have made all our wedding plans easy. Sunny, was a superstar. She addressed and catered to all our needs and responded lightning fast each time I had a question or concern. Chi, our banquet captain was Amazing. She handled all our concerns with ease and much care. She helped us with the set-up of all our table centerpieces, made sure the entire bridal party was being well taken cared of, and we just had a wonderful reception. They attended to all our needs to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. We are just so pleased that we picked this place, we would not have done it any other way!

Fairytale Wedding

Our wedding was a dream! We held the ceremony with the beautiful waterfall as the backdrop. Our guests were amazed and surprised as they arrived in the golf courts and saw the breathtaking waterfall! The food was amazing and the best tasting wedding food we have ever had! Chi was a great banquet master and very attentive to us and our guests throughout the whole reception. Brenda and Sunny were great at helping us plan everything. Our wedding was a dream and our guests talk about the “fairytale wedding” to this day!

Beautiful Venue

Canyon Springs was the perfect venue!! There are several beautiful options for both ceremony and reception that would suit any budget. The food was delicious. The entire staff, from coordinators to bartenders, was so helpful and friendly. The waitstaff, bartenders, and banquet manager provided excellent service during the reception. I had several guests comment on how exceptional they were. We are so happy with our experience with this venue! They made our wedding everything we envisioned!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The wedding venue is, of course, one of the most important parts of the wedding planning process. I can’t say enough about how great of an experience we had with Canyon Springs golf club and their wonderful staff. Brenda, Sunny, and Chi are wedding superheroes. They made the whole process so simple, stress-free, and unforgettable (in a good way of course). When it comes to reliability, they couldn’t have been more on top of their game. Even when we would send an email, filled with detailed questions, it took less than 15 minutes for a thoughtful, detailed response. Their rates and packages are very reasonable compared to any others we inquired about with unbelievable views at multiple onsite locations. Canyon Springs is your one stop venue for engagement photos, ceremonies, food/ dining, and an overall stress- free wedding. We had originally chosen the big waterfall (which we highly recommend), but due to the inclimate weather, we chose to move the ceremony indoors to the pavilion. The Canyon Springs team had everything updated and prepared without delay. We’re still receiving compliments as to how perfect the wedding was down to the tiniest of details. The wedding was so much more than we hoped it would be, and that could not have been made possible without the help of Brenda, Sunny, Chi, and the Canyon Springs golf club staff. From start of planning to finish of the reception this experience was nothing short of excellent.
We started off dealing with Brenda Willis for initial booking and Sunny Raulston coordinated site visits, reception changes and payments until the day of. Weather was a huge concern going into the weekend with off and on torrential downpours in the San Antonio region but communication the day before and day of help everything move along swimmingly. Our banquet captain was Chi; we can literally not put into words how awesome she was. She helped the groomsmen set up decor the day of, made sure the shuttle to the waterfall moved along, helped bar tend, took care of all of our needs throughout the event. She was an absolute all-star !!! Overall the whole experience couldn't have been any better. I highly recommend this venue because of the facilities, ceremony site (waterfall) and the personnel that work there really care.

My husband and I chose Memorial Day weekend to get married and even with the unexpected heat wave and everyone melting outside by the waterfall, my guests kept telling me it was the most beautiful ceremony they'd seen! We absolutely fell in love with the waterfall and the ceremony backdrop. The pictures came out so beautiful! We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Brenda and Guillermo. Brenda helped to make sure everything was in order leading up to the date and Guillermo ensured everything ran smooth onsite for the ceremony and reception. I am grateful for them both! From the intimate ceremony to the beautiful reception in the Pavilion, Canyon Springs was everything we wanted! We highly recommend this location for other couples!

We had an amazing time at Canyon Springs! Everything from the walk through, the planning, the location, and the service was outstanding. We met with Brenda, who helped us with plan our food, table settings, alcohol, etc. She was very kind and professional. Our day of banquet coordinator was Chi who helped keep the food and alcohol on schedule. She and her staff were amazing throughout the entire evening. The venue was beautiful, clean, and the we had compliments on the food and service from our guests. I would highly recommend it! The clubhouse (the smaller venue) fits 100 people nicely, and we really enjoyed having the use of the patio for dancing.

Canyon Springs Golf Club was everything I could have asked for on my wedding day. They were extremely organized and conducted milestone meetings so that everything was in place the week before the wedding. It was so nice not to have to turn in a final number (since people are horrible at RSVPing) until 5 days prior to the wedding at our final meeting. They walked me through how everything was going to go, where tables and vendors would set up, food, alcohol, table settings... you name it, they're on it! Our wedding went more than smoothly and I would have another large event at Canyon Springs anytime!

Canyon Springs made my wedding a dream! The staff is so accommodating and fast moving! You can change any and anything up to 5 days prior to your day, which was great because you have time to get all your RSVP's. They took care of us at the reception the whole time. Food on our table, champagne and beer for us all night. They were such a blessing!

This venue absolutely made my wedding come true! From the time we met with catering manager, Brenda Willis, we knew this is the place. We didn't look any further. We've been communicating via email, back and forth tons of questions I have to asked, Brenda is absolutely patient with me and prompt to answers all my emails. From engagement photos, rehearsal, all our pictures looks gorgeous!!! Brenda really took care of us to have our wedding at the Pavilion and to have our wedding at the big water falls. Brenda will make a way if it's possible. She is easy to work with. Ah! The wedding day, God made a way to be so beautiful that day, it was nice and cool, breezy day!!! I can't ask any other location but having our ceremony by the water falls! it is absolutely gorgeous day. Our pictures turn out so gorgeous with the view of the falls. My guest absolutely enjoyed and took lots of pictures. All our guest said that was a beautiful ceremony and venue.
Guillermo the Chef Captain , was very responsive and attentive. All the crew from the Canyon Springs Golf Club are very nice and helpful , especially during the day of the wedding. One of the server asked us if we want more food, that was so nice of her. Oh , talking about food! Every single one of my guest asked me how did I find this place? They love the food, the food are delicious!!! We had the Barbecue Buffet, brisket, potato salad , everything is delicious!!! One thing only they forget , I think we were told they will provide the "flute" glass for bride and groom when we take a picture drinking wine. Over all, it was an amazing experienced , dream come true to be wed on this venue.

The staff at canyon springs golf club did an amazing job at our wedding!!! From the beginning Ashlee was available to show is around and explain everything in detail! Was available anytime to answer questions! The day of wedding, Guillermo (coordinator) was excellent!!! Everything I wanted to happen...did! He was very professional yet friendly! He was able to get everything happening on time and made my wedding day stress free! We had our ceremony at the waterfalls and were nervous about rain, but Guillermo gave me options and was very positive about the outcome!!! Thank God it didn't rain!! I would definitely recommended having wedding there!

I used Canyon Springs for the reception and everything went great! Brenda was extremely helpful and very easy to get ahold of and very prompt with her responses! What I loved about canyon springs was not only they awesome staff, gorgeous landscape and perfect venue but bartending and catering are done through canyon springs which saved a lot of hassle! The food was phenomenal and so many excellent choices! Our guests loved the appetizers and entrees! Ryan was our banquet coordinator. If you choose Canyon Springs try to request him! He made everything run flawlessly and was very easy to work with and get ahold of! I highly recommend Canyon Springs and could not have chosen a more beautiful and perfect venue! It also has a gorgeous hill country feel with longhorn cattle and barn doors, but located in the city!

My husband & I got married in January. We had the privilege to have our reception at Canyon Springs Golf Club. It was beautiful and made our wedding day one to remember. We had the opportunity to take pictures at the waterfall & OMG they were gorgeous!! I had a wedding planner(Timeless Beginnings) who got me in contact with Brenda and she was super easy to work with. I live in Austin so I mainly dealt with Brenda through email & phone calls. She was extremely prompt in her responses! Everyone else that worked there was very too. They made everything perfect and the day went as smooth as I had imagined it! The food was delicious! We offered our guest the mexican buffet and it was delicious :) Everyone complimented the appetizers and entrées. We highly recommend Canyon Springs for your wedding reception!!

The venue site was wonderful and beautiful for a summer wedding. We got married in front of the waterfall site and received so many complements. The staff was amazing and always available when I needed them. The place was an all inclusive wedding venue which made it really easy on me when it came to catering and decorating. I would highly recommend Canyon Springs Golf Club for a wedding venue to anyone I know who is looking. The price for the quality of work you receive from the staff is amazing, and my wedding day coordinator Adam made my day flow so smoothly that I could not thank him enough.

Brenda Rodriguez at Canyon Springs Golf Club is amazing!!! She was helpful from the minute we met her at the open house to the minute we got married! She was able to answer any and all questions we came up with. She was timely with getting back to any emails we sent and was even faster getting an answer for us and providing us an update to our bill. The venue itself is AMAZING. It's nestled in the beautiful Stone Oak area with the surrounding Hill Country making everything seem like heaven! We looked at TWO venues. This was definitely an easy choice to make once we saw it after the first venue we went to. The food was outrageously superb!!! Everyone had sooooo many compliments on the meal. Just an awesome venue! Best day of my life!!!

Thanks to Canyon Springs my wedding was amazing! Although it was raining through out the day we were still able to hold it outside and the staff was very accomodating to all the guests. Since the day we toured the venue everyone was so helpful and friendly. Brenda Rodriguez and Adam always returned my phone calls and emails very quickly. They had the place set up two days before the wedding to make sure it was exactly how I wanted everything. They went above and beyond my expectations. The food was amazing with generous portions. Canyon Springs was #1 on my list to tour since it was the only place that didnt nickel and dime for everything like the bar set up, security, linens, tea etc. They handled pretty much everything so it was a lot less stress on me. We got married on the lawn behind the Pavilion, took pictures at the waterfall for free and then the reception was held in the Pavilion. We also got married at noon since it was a bit cheaper. The food is a little pricey but definitely worth it. In the long run it ended up being way cheaper than all the other venues since everything is included down to lanterns/ candles for centerpieces. There were no hidden fees or extra charges. Both Brenda and Adam have been doing weddings for years and it shows. I would highly recommend Canyon Springs to every bride looking for a beautiful venue at a reasonble price!

I loved having our wedding and reception at Canyon Springs. Our ceremony was out by the waterfall and was absolutely beautiful. We had our reception in the Pavilion room. It was so much fun and looked amazing. Canyon Springs after dark looks beautiful too with the white lights in the trees. The people at Canyon Springs were great to work with. They were prompt and attentive in answering my questions.

I had my wedding in the clubhouse on a saturday and I must say that it was everything that I dreamed it would be and more! The weather was perfect, the setup was so lovely and the staff was amazing. I met& emailed with both Ashley M. and Brenda R. for almost a year and they were always very quick to answer any questions I had and were always helpful. I have to send a special thanks to Ryan who was there for me during the final meeting and there to take care of us during the whole wedding. He was amazing and even gave me his cell number so I could call him at any time before the wedding. Also I want to thank one of the waiters named Paco who was so friendly and helpful and I basically chased him down to make sure he would put the rose petals down the aisle for me! Also the chef came out and asked us how dinner was and told us if we needed anything to let him know, that was also another great example of how good the service was at Canyon Springs. Overall, I must say that my experience there was A+ and that's why I wanted to leave such a detailed review because as a bride who planned my whole wedding from Europe, I really relied heavily on other people's vendor reviews. Thanks again Canyon Springs!

Excellent Reception Venue

It was a charming venue with a excellent waterfall photography area. The area was spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was delicious and staff was attentive. Ben was there to help the entire time. The free golf also helped for wedding week festivities.

The perfect location for our reception! Wedding was Renaissance themed so the Dining Room, with its stone walls and exposed wood, was a great setting. Meetings with Sales went well, questions answered promptly. They even followed up with us two weeks before, before we got to them! Banquet Captain Guillermo made some excellent suggestions at our last meeting for changes to the setup that made perfect sense, and worked with us day of on some small changes as well. The staff was super attentive, making everything so easy. Great selections and reaally good pricing for 56 people (and some kids).

We booked Canyon Springs Golf Club for our October 2016 wedding and could not be happier with our decision. We worked with Ashlee and Guillermo, who was our day of coordinator. We visited several venues before coming here, and this was the perfect place for us. I had a lot of questions in the beginning about different packages and pricing, and Ashlee was so responsive and answered all of my questions. Ashlee and Guillermo made sure our day went as smooth as possible with all of their coordination with us, and our special day turned out perfect thanks to them and the staff at Canyon Springs. Our guests loved the waterfall, the food and drinks were great and reasonably priced, and the space is perfect for medium-large weddings. I'd highly recommend brides to be to book their wedding here. They do everything in house (catering, bar tending, chairs, ceremony, reception) and it makes it so stress free not having to coordinate with multiple vendors.

This was a beautiful and elegant venue for a Fall wedding. It is the consummate Texas location, especially if you're having out of state guests, it gives them a real sense of our wild, but sophisticated Texas flare! Brenda was our consultant and was both knowledgeable and professional, as well as patient and helpful. We dropped in several times to view different aspects of the venue throughout our planning months to take measurements, plan according to the setting, etc. Brenda was very accommodating when it was time for us to take bridal portraits by the waterfalls, supplying a place for our bride to change and the use of a golf cart. The food was delicious! The bride and groom selected the Fajita/Cheese enchilada buffet, with a hot queso, guacamole, and salsa stand, and signature margaritas and Shiner beer. Our guests were more than pleased with the food and the amount everyone had to eat and drink. The table coverings and specialty linens really made for an elegant, yet comfortable setting. I especially loved that we could open the French doors to the outside during the reception and the lighting outside the building just added that special touch. It is a beautiful venue even before you start adding all the accessories. The staff, including the banquet staff, were all very friendly and accommodating and the table-scapes for the food, were lovely. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that there isn't a place for the bride and groom to get ready for the event. Fortunately for us, the bride's and groom's home was about 10 minutes from the venue and the guys got ready there. If you are looking for an elegant place for a small event, look no further than Canyon Springs, event he smaller club house has its own unique flare!

We had a wonderful experience with Canyon Springs. We worked with both Brenda and Chi during our wedding planning and the actual event and both were very professional, attentive, and quick to answer calls and emails. The venue was stunning and everyone had a great time. They also allow you to take bridal and engagement photos before your wedding date and were very accommodating about setting up times. It was convenient that they provided catering, but the food might have been better if you were allowed to bring in an outside caterer. Overall a great venue.

We planned the wedding with Brenda Rodriguez and she was amazing and extremely helpful! Our food was delicious, but I recommend doing a tasting before deciding what to serve to ensure it is to your liking. Our cermony was outside on the lawn in February, but it was beautiful and the grass was still green. We used the smaller of the two rooms inside for our reception and did not even have to decorate because the stone walls are beautiful. As far as price, it was a value in comparison to many of the other venues we looked at that seemed to tack on charges for service and everything else. We arranged for table beverage service and did not have to pay any additional fees! All of my guest enjoyed the ceremnoy and reception.

Beautiful venue for an affordable price. Amazing staff that made the day go very smoothly. Only minor reservation was that we didn’t have venue access till 3 hours before the ceremony start, but we made it work.

Baby Shower celebration

Stunning waterfall backdrop

I recently coordinated a wedding at Canyon Springs Golf Club, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The staff was exceptional—attentive, quick to respond to requests, and always professional yet friendly. The grounds were incredibly accommodating, providing a stunning waterfall backdrop for the ceremony that was truly breathtaking. We even had baby deer come visit the ceremony as a surprise and it was a huge hit by the guests. The live longhorns are a site to see also. The catering was also delicious, leaving guests raving about the food. Overall, this venue made for a perfect wedding experience for my Bride & Groom

Happy Wedding at Canyon Springs

Canyon Springs Golf Club was a great experience. We had trouble with our original venue closing down and forcing us to find another. Canyon Springs was very helpful and flexible with our wedding option and with what we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful both in preparation and on the day of. When setting up table decorations that we brought, the event staff helped put everything out. Chairs and tables were already in their places by the time we arrived.
The venue looks great as well! If you have the opportunity I would recommend getting pictures by one of two waterfalls they have on site. You can also have the ceremony there as well!
We were originally hesitant about not being able to bring in outside caterers, however the food options blew us out of the water! Everyone loved the au gratin potatoes and everything got a thumbs up from our guests. Fantastic night!

Great place to get married!

Canyon Springs Golf Club was the perfect place to get married!! We couldn't have asked for a better staff to help us with our special day. Their upkeep of the grounds, pavilion, and waterfall was absolutely the best! Sunny and Brenda were very accommodating and professional. The only thing that I wish differently was the fact that we had to use the venue's food service (no outside catering allowed) and when we got the food some of our guests mentioned that it was cold.

We had our evening reception at Canyon Springs' pavillion, and it was so great! The food was fantastic (although a little over-priced), and we got so many compliments on the facility. Our party size was about 150 people, and the pavillion was plently large enough to accomodate everyone plus a very large dance floor. The only hiccup of the night, however, was that there weren't quite enough lights outside the pavillion and in the parking lot so guests could see where they were going. One guest got her shoe heel stuck in a large gap between two bricks in the walkway and tripped, and my dad knocked his head in a low-hanging tree limb on one of the walkways. Beautiful facility otherwise! Just be aware of how poorly lit it can be in the evenings!

The location is great all my guest were impressed by the intimacy of the small waterfall. We only had 50 quests so I expect the food quality to be a little better for such a small number of plates. But really the Brenda and Sunny did great answering my question no mater how trivial.

Being we are not from San Antonio we were very lucky to find Canyon Springs as our venue for our wedding. From the minute we walked into the venue and walked the grounds we knew it was for us. The wedding coordinators were very informative and courteous. As we approached the day we worked directly with Guillermo who was in charge of the whole event and he did an excellent job! He took great care of our guest and us. My wedding planner and him worked directly together and everything turned out amazing. It was also so amazing that they provided everything for the event. The food was so delicious. Several of our guest commented on how delicious the food was and how impressed they were with everything. We had a live band and the pavilion venue worked out perfect. If you have an opportunity to take photos at the waterfall, I highly recommend it. It is beautiful. There was just one small item that they venue could improve on, it is the attitude of the wedding coordinator. At times I felt she didn't have time for us and when we would go down to the venue it seemed we were bothering her and she had better things to do then deal with us. She might have had other things on her plate, however improving on the customer service would really have made everything perfect. Overall, nothing to break our full satisfactory rating of the venue.

My wedding (ceremony and reception) were beautiful and perfect. The food was very good, and the staff in attendance were professional, efficient, and friendly. Be aware that the "coordinator" is not going to be there on the day of the wedding, so make sure you have all of your vendors lined up and coordinated (or hire a day-of-coordinator, which I did, and it saved my life!). We got many compliments from the guests about how beautiful the ceremony and reception were (ceremony was at the waterfall and reception was in the clubhouse). Many said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

Canyon Springs Golf Club is a beautiful venue! The food is amazing, and they make everything so simple. All of the linens, tables, chairs, and all other rentals are right there for easy convenience and less stress while booking other vendors. The catering is amazing and it's wonderful how much weight is taken off your shoulders booking here. Email is the best way to get a response while scheduling and planning out details, I didn't have much luck in trying to reach anyone via phone.

Beautiful venue

Canyon Springs is a beautiful venue. We had our ceremony at the big waterfall.. amazing! All of our guests were shocked by how amazing it was and the weather on our day was perfect. We had our reception in their pavilion which was the perfect size for our wedding of about 160 people. Caitlin was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions throughout planning. The staff on our wedding day were mostly good. The bartender we had outside was great! The food was good and we did not have any complaints from guests. One of the only things was that we felt like there was lack of communication between the person that helped us with planning the wedding to the person in charge on the day of the wedding. There was a few details on the contract that were not totally fulfilled on our wedding day. Additionally, brides please not that the getting ready room is a multipurpose room. It is not the best place to get ready; it is quite dark. It’s not super spacious either and there’s only one room so the bridesmaids and groomsmen had to share. We all ended up mostly getting ready off site due to this. Additionally, they only include 3 hours prior to ceremony start time to access the venue. This leaves limited time for setting up, pictures, etc. We hired a day of coordinator because of this.

Beautiful Venue

Our experience with this venue was 110% positive until the event started. Caitlin is amazing and was very attentive and did everything in her power to ensure the wedding went well. The probem starts when she leaves for the night, and you are left with a gentleman named Josh, He never appears happy or amenable. We had some weather issues that day but it still worked out to have the ceremony at the waterfall. from the start he seemed bothered by the fact that the outside, preset up chairs, needed to be dried off. Next, we paid for an open bar package yet only one bartender for over 60 adults. Everyone comes in at once to get a drink... We do not understand what happened t the wedding cake, The limited staff (2 people plus Josh) started cutting slices from the middle instead of the bottom tier which was the largest. Later in the evening I started inquiring about what happened to the bottom tier (each tier was a different flavor), 2/3rds of the guests never received the bottom selection even though it was the largest.
I finally got a small section handed to me to take home. We are still wondering where most of it went??? Josh always had an unhappy face and seemed bothered by our every request.

The waterfall was great and all the guest loved it. The reception area was just as nice and filled with lots of candles. The staff was on top of everything during my event.

This is a great place for a reception. We had ours in the clubhouse and outside. Everything was perfect. The decorations were simple but very elegant. The food was very very good. Everyone really enjoyed the location and the food.

I cannot say enough good things about Canyon Springs. Our wedding was beautiful!!!! We did not have in front of the waterfall - we though $1000 just to stand in front a waterfall was just too much. But we did have stunning photos taken in front of it for free. The reception hall was decorated beautifully- above and beyond our expectations. They food was good - not the best but still good. The staff was excellent.

The planner we worked with was wonderful. The person in charge of the wedding that evening was horrible. There was another wedding occurring there that afternoon and the groom/groomsmen were using our clubhouse. The person in charge did not ask them to leave. Their photographer even messed up a table we had just set up (guestbook, flowers, etc) and still were not told to leave. The food was OK, the waitstaff was great, but the person in charge did not make sute the sound system was in place, was rude to my DJ and me. It made my wedding day very stressful.

While the venue is absolutely beautiful, the service was horrible. I don't know how many weddings have been held there, but we had a couple friends get married there and we had heard it was wonderful. First of all, when we had shown up for the rehearsal the day before, our wedding coordinator wasn't even there. The sound system wasn't set up or anything. For the ceremony the next day, it didn't start until almost 30 minutes after it was supposed to because they had forgotten to bring a cord outside for the sound system (we got married by the waterfall). We did heavy appetizers for the reception, and they had assured me multiple times that it would be enough food for 100 people, but we ran out of food. When my husband and I were cutting the cake, there was no cake knife, and after standing there for a few minutes one of my friends had to go run to the kitchen and find one. I never saw my wedding coordinator throughout the entire wedding, except for at the very end when my husband and I were leaving. Although everyone commented on how beautiful both the ceremony and reception were, there were a lot of hiccups that I thought should have been easily avoided because they've had so many weddings there for many years. Because it was my wedding day and I was simply happy to be getting married, I didn't make a big deal about anything, but I know that my family was very frustrated with the organization of it, since they were paying for it.
