The Venue of Our Dreams

Sierra and her team went above and beyond from start to finish. Being an out of town couple it was very important to us to choose a venue not only with gorgeous views, but a team that can make us feel comfortable and confident from a far. The wedding day exceeded our expectations, from layout of decor, to DELICIOUS food, to yummy cocktails… Sierra made sure everything ran so smoothly with no hiccups that we knew of. She has been very helpful with answering all of our questions and made sure our vision came to life. We were worried about not having a wedding planner, but the process at Canyon Gate made it super easy and smooth…You will not regret choosing Canyon Gate for your special day. And Sierra (Event Sales Director)… where do I even begin. She didn’t just coordinate a day—she poured her heart into it. She made it her personal mission to turn our vision into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined. On a day that can feel overwhelming, she was my calm, my reassurance, my everything behind the scenes.
The reception was breathtaking, the mocktails looked like they came straight out of a picture, and the fireworks went off at the most perfect moment—as if time itself was working in our favor. All the food that was served was delicious, I have guests still talking about it! :)

Such a great venue and team for your wedding!

Everything about Canyon Gate was awesome for our wedding. The customer service, value, food, everything was perfect for our special day. They were such a help with the planning and operation of everything when we got to our big day. I would highly recommend Canyon Gate to anyone looking to get married in Vegas. Best Wedding Ever!

We recently had our wedding at this country club, and we truly couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was handled seamlessly.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning! It’s elegant, beautifully maintained, and made for the most breathtaking backdrop to our ceremony and reception. Our guests are still raving about the entire thing, especially the food, it was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and served right on time.
It was the best day of our lives, and we're so grateful to the entire team at the country club for making our dream wedding a reality. Highly, highly recommend to any couple looking for a flawless venue!

The BEST wedding venue!!

The perfect wedding venue! I am so grateful to Sierra and her team for creating the perfect wedding day for us. Sierra made the day go so smoothly and was super responsive throughout the whole wedding process. All of the guests at our wedding told us how much they loved their food, too! The canyon views are some of the best views in Las Vegas. I am so grateful we chose Canyon Gate as our wedding venue!

Perfect Wedding Venue!

We were from out of state and I was so concerned about everything coming together but Sierra was amazing! She helped us with everything even when I had a meltdown about the possibility about having to move the wedding inside. The day of ran extremely smoothly with no hiccups. The food was delicious and the DJ absolutely killed it!! I cannot recommend this venue enough! It was absolutely beautiful and one of the best days of my life!!!

Dream Wedding Venue!

When my (now husband) and I began our venue search, we knew we wanted a venue in the Summerlin area to show our out of town guests OUR version of Vegas. We ultimately decided on Canyon Gate because of the gorgeous views of the mountains for the ceremony, the beautiful golf course grounds, as well as the factor of having no other weddings at the venue at the same time so our guests would have a full immersive experience. Those reasons, paired with all of the amazing vetted vendors included in the price such as the cake, linens, and DJ really sealed the deal for us! Sierra was so responsive and attentive during the entire planning process answering SO MANY emails between my mother and I. She took great care to make sure every detail we wanted was added right away, and she kept us informed of all of our options throughout. We were blown away by her professionalism and attentiveness. We knew we weren’t her only wedding she was working with but boy did she help us feel heard and taken care of! When my parents had questions about the bar packages, the beverage manager met with them personally and helped them come up with the perfect plan for our wedding. Come wedding day, we were blown out of the park with the amazing service team. The bartenders and all the wait staff that brought my husband and I our meals were all incredibly kind and attentive. Every single guest raved about the amazing buffet! We opted for the prime rib carving station and it was sensational. The coconut shrimp appetizers were absolutely delicious, as were the late night bite tacos and pretzel bites! I think the food was even better the night of the wedding than during our included tasting. The view itself was undeniably gorgeous. We had so many out of town guests that raved about how wonderful Canyon Gate was and everyone wanted a picture with that gorgeous backdrop of the grounds and the mountains. My husband and I were so pleased with our entire experience. It truly was a magical day thanks to Canyon Gate!

5-Star Experience from Start to Finish!

I lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years, so I have attended many local weddings and toured many venues for my own wedding. Canyon Gate Country Club is by far one of the most beautiful and elegant venues, and this is mostly due to their amazing team led by Sierra and Tracy! Tracy and Sierra are very professional and knowledgable, and made my Husband and me feel comfortable and in control of our wedding day. Something I wasn't expecting was how supported we felt throughout our entire wedding weekend by the Canyon Gate Team. They each took the time to explain their process to us, and were flexible with the unique touches we wanted to add. Sierra led our rehearsal day and wedding day perfectly, while being so kind and respectful to everyone in our family and wedding party. The amount of services and items included in the contract are unmatched by any other venue that I toured in Las Vegas and Southern California. We were blown away by how beautiful, elegant, and classy our wedding was, while still being very cost effective. Many of my guests said it was one of the most beautiful and well-run receptions they have attended. I really cannot say enough positive things about Canyon Gate Country Club! I highly recommend this Team and venue to any couple who wants assistance coordinating most of your vendors and decor needs. Best day of my life

I just had my wedding on 4/20/24. I originally booked this venue last April so this was a year of full planning. From the beginning to the wedding day, Tracy and Sierra were the definition of perfect. Sierra was extremely responsive and attentive to all my needs and communicated with me faster than I could keep up. I truly appreciated all of the extra thought in organizing my decor and made it even better than I could imagine. Sierra was also just a sweetheart during the whole wedding process which I admit I was freaking out. Thank you for calming my nerves and being an angel. This day was truly the best day of my life and I can not recommend this venue enough! YOU KILLED IT

MET Mitzvah

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our daughter's Bat Mitzvah at Canyon Gate Country Club. Every detail from the velvet napkins to the red carpet, to the incredible food (everyone raved about it) and the pairing with incredibly professional vendors was perfection. Sierra was our guide through the entire process and delivered a day we will cherish forever. She is very creative and also has an eye for detail. I know how busy her role can be but she always gave us full attention and was very invested in bringing this day to life for us and making it very special. I will miss her! The whole team was wonderful too. I will definitely recommend Canyon Gate Country Club to friends for any special event in their lives. Thank you!

Best time of our life

Thank you to the lovely team at canyon gate for making our wedding a day we won’t forget! We had some trouble contacting our original cake company and luckily the team really pulled thru and got us in contact with another local company that got us the perfect cake in the short time we had! We had a blast and everyone loved the venue setup and the service was fantastic! We had a buffet style dinner with some people that had some dietary restrictions and luckily everyone was taken care of!

Best of the Best!

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Canyon Gate for our wedding venue. The level of professionalism was top notch, and we were put at ease during the entire planning process. From the very beginning, both Sierra and Tracy took the time to get to know us and to find out what was most important to us for our wedding day. They reassured us that they would always be available to answer any of our questions, offer suggestions, or address any concerns we had no matter how big or small. They were never too busy to answer our calls or respond to our messages. They always made us feel like a top priority and were so kind in every interaction.

The food was amazing, and many of the guests commented on it, including how great the late- night pizza was, which was a big hit! The chef and his team were outstanding.

The venue was perfect. We had been looking for a large enough space to accommodate our guests comfortably without the impersonal “big ballroom” feel. The included and preferred vendors (highly recommend photobook & cold sparks) are the best of the best. You can rest assured that you’ll be taken care of with them. Sierra and her team have an amazing knack for decorating and providing the ultimate charm and intimate atmosphere…exactly what we were looking and hoping for! The outdoor sunset ceremony made for the perfect backdrop as well. It truly was our dream wedding and we can’t thank them enough!

Amazing venue

Sierra and her staff were amazing from beginning to end. It was too hot that day to have the ceremony outside so they were flexible in moving all the guests inside within a couple hours! And it turned out just as beautiful. The gorgeous mountain backdrop was picturesque during our reception and pictures! It was the perfect intimate wedding. I enjoyed every minute of it! Highly recommend this venue!

If i could go back and redo anything about my wedding, I would have never questioned another venue and instead would have run straight to Canyon gate. From every member of their staff, to the coordinators who go above and beyond and make your day perfect, to the preferred vendors list who are not only comparable to other vendors in price, but next level. Dream Come True!

I am so happy we chose Canyon Gate as our wedding venue! We are from Canada, so our first initial meeting was virtual. As soon as Dominique showed us the incredible view, we knew that had to be our venue! All of our communication after that was mainly with Marina (Private Events Assistant). I'm guessing since our wedding was a lot smaller and on a Tuesday, she took the lead on it. Marina was great to communicate with via email and always answered my questions (I'll be honest, there were a lot of them). When we visited Canyon Gate in person for the first time (about 7 months before our wedding) we were actually taken aback at how truly beautiful it is. We did a food tasting and everything was so so good.

Fast forward to April and we came with 50 of our closest people for the big day! I had quite a few questions and both Dominique and Marina were there to walk me through them on the rehearsal day. This was super helpful, and Dominique reassured me that she would make sure everything went perfectly. On the day, we each had our own space to get ready and though the rooms were open to the public and we had the odd golfer in our space, they were relatively private.

All in all, the wedding was a dream come true. The wind was a little crazy, so Canyon Gate was good to make necessary arrangements when needed. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and to this day, we still hear about how good the food was. The bartenders and servers were stellar as well. We even had a specific gentleman who specifically took care of me and my husband all night; we felt so special!

You won’t go wrong with Canyon Gate Country Club. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been and I still can’t believe we got married there. The value for what you get is incredible and everyone we dealt with was amazing. We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding absolutely perfect.

10/10 was our wedding date. I have to admit, the idea of having a wedding of 150 people was nerve wrecking. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed. However, Dominique and Marina were AMAZING! They were very structured and organized. Communicating with them was easy. Every question was answered and every request was fulfilled. Even a month after the wedding, people were still complimenting us on how magical our wedding was. Especially with the fireworks… Thanks to Dominique and Marina, our wedding day was definitely a 10/10 wedding. We wouldn’t have it any other way!

Amazing Venue and Staff

Where do I even start? Canyon Gate CC was absolutely perfect. From the views to the staff, we couldn't have picked a better venue. We had our dream wedding and we owe it all to Dominique (event coordinator), her assistant Marina, and the entire staff. Dominique and her team were amazing to work with. Dominique was always incredibly responsive, professional and very personable. I always had so many questions, worries, and changed my mind often. Nonetheless, she was by my side every step of the way. From our first meeting to our wedding day, we felt like a priority and they did everything they could to make our day perfect. Our wedding was HUGE, but Dominique and her team ran the whole night to perfection. Our guests still rave about the view, food, staff and elegance. We can’t thank Canyon Gate, Dominique, Marina and the entire staff enough for everything. Our day was magical and it’s all because of them.

Wonderful wedding at Canyon Gate

My husband and I had our wedding at Canyon Gate Country Club in early October, and it was the most special, wonderful day.

Dominique and Marina are fantastic at their jobs: they are responsive, detail-oriented, professional, patient, empathetic, and friendly. I felt like I was in great hands with them leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day. On our wedding day, I was pretty stressed and distracted with last-minute things, but all of the details were executed precisely and smoothly because of Dominique and Marina.

The venue itself is gorgeous. Every angle from the outdoor patio and the golf course is a breathtaking photo opportunity. The staff was friendly and attentive, and all of our guests felt very well taken care of. The cake, passed appetizers, and drinks were all so delicious.

Choosing Canyon Gate Country Club was one of the best decisions my husband and I made in our wedding planning. We highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any special event!

Our wedding day

We viewed this venue for our wedding and fell completely in love with it. Marina and Dominique were amazing, they exceeded our expectations, what a great team. Amazing experience

This venue was not only amazing but so was the staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our coordinators Dominique and Marina were the best. They made it so easy for my husband and I to plan our wedding. We live in California so planning a wedding that was going to be in another state made me nervous but it was so easy with their help! Best Decision Ever

Booking our wedding at Canyon Gate was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. After touring the beautiful grounds and venue that overlooks the perfectly manicured golf course, meeting with Dominique and discussing their affordable packages solidified our decision. Dominique’s attention to detail, accessibility, and expertise in event planning made the process seamless and stress-free, despite COVID restrictions. She quickly made us feel at home and as if we were the only event she had coming up. We felt her genuine excitement and happiness for our big day. This is one of the best venues with the best pricing you'll find in Las Vegas. Everything that their package includes is incredible. Dominique, the event planner, does all the heavy lifting to make your life as easy as possible. The venue is super customizable and so great to work with. All I heard from the staff on my wedding day was "What can I get for you? Do you need anything else?" Everything was handled very professionally and with care; and their partner vendors they work with were amazing as well. 10/10 would recommend!

An Evening to Remember

Planning a wedding is NO JOKE! I must say planning my first wedding for my oldest daughter was a breeze compared to some of the horror stories I've heard about. Dominique at Canyon Gate was exceptional. She guided my daughter and I through the planning process while keeping in our budget and easing any of our concerns. You'll fall in love with the venue

Dominique Acevedo, at Canyon Gate Country Club, was an exceptional wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond for our special occasion. Everything looked absolutely stunning, more than my husband and I could have ever imagined. She was very professional and truly dedicated to our needs. From the very first meeting she was completely transparent with pricing and all the details. She was an excellent communicator, I knew I could always depend on her throughout. She assisted us with booking our photographer and videographer both whom produced high quality services. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. The staff was also very kind and attentive to our guests. Canyon Gate is an amazing venue. It has a beautiful view looking out west. I had a brunch ceremony, so I could only imagine how breathtaking the view is during sunset. The venue is very elegant which added beauty to our photos. Gorgeous! Outstanding wedding experience

This venue is gorgeous and conveniently located in Summerlin to hotels and restaurants. Dawn and Rachel were wonderful and so fun to work with through the entire planning experience. They were kind, professional, responsive and very organized. Our wedding was absolutely stunning and our guests commented that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. I really appreciated their flexibility in wanting to accommodate our wants and desires for our special day.

We got married here at Canyon Gate on May 12th and I'm happy to say that it was the most perfect wedding and worth every penny!
We were trying to pick a venue and we had 2 in mind that we couldn't decide between. Both were beautiful and offered similar things, but we ended up going with Canyon Gate mostly because of our wedding coordinator Brittnee. We could tell how much she enjoyed her job and how passionate she was about it. She genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy and wasn't pushy at all, like some other venues we toured. Our wedding day was so organized and perfect and I know that was because of her! Even during the planning process, she was there every step of the way making sure I had all my questions answered. She was even in communication with all my vendors making sure everyone was on the same page.
The venue itself is gorgeous! The ceremony is held on their balcony overlooking the golf course, which was important to us because we didn't want to get married on the actual course. During the reception, guests have full access to the balcony and our guests got some great shots of the sun setting behind the mountains! So pretty!
After it's all said and done, we keep getting compliments about how perfect and beautiful our wedding was and about how great the food was! Our guests said that during cocktail hour they ate so much because the food just kept coming. (Coconut shrimp and the sliders are the way to go!)
So a HUGE THANK YOU to Brittnee and Canyon Gate for our perfect wedding! It was so much better than we could have ever imagined!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Canyon Gate and I cannot say enough about the amazing venue and staff. Dawn Ulrey made planning from a distance so easy and was always offering suggestions for decor and emailing pictures to provide options. She was so accommodating and helpful that I didn't feel stressed at all! After looking at quite a few venues in person we booked Canyon Gate country club without seeing it personally. As soon as we drove through the front gates we knew that we had made the right choice. The balcony (ceremony site) overlooks the gorgeous golf course with ponds and waterscapes and you can also see the mountains in the background. The hall was beautifully decorated thanks to Dawn and staff and also has huge windows with gorgeous views. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. If you're looking for a venue Canyon Gate will not disappoint! We highly recommend!!!

Brittnee is the epitome of a top-notch customer service professional!!!! As the mother of the bride, I have to say that as stressed as planning a wedding can be, Brittnee alleviated much of that stress for my daughter, Nicole, and my husband and I thank Brittnee sincerely for her expertise, her attention to detail, her expeditious response to each and every inquiry Nicole and we had up to the very day of the wedding. Patrick, the waiter who was assigned to the wedding couple and us was also attentive in every way. Guests who attended their wedding are still raving about the gorgeous venue, the quality of the food and drink, the beautiful cake and the wonderful ambiance. God truly blessed us during this journey for our children with the help of his "angel", Brittnee.

Canyongate was the best choice for our big day. The venue is gorgeous and perfect for the size of our wedding. All of the vendors are so sweet and we couldnt ask for a more perfect day. Brittnee was amazing and one of the best. She makes everything so simple for us. She was very helpful with everything we needed. She was professional and friendly. I cannot say enough about this venue and its' staff! Brittnee our coordinator was absolutely everything I could have asked for and more. She was attentive, fast to respond, and very dedicated to making every aspect of our wedding personal and beautiful. All of the vendors were in direct contact with Brittnee which took the stress off of myself and my husband, so that we could really enjoy our special day. If you are looking for a venue and staff that is professional, detail oriented and dedicated to turning your wedding visions into reality Canyon Gate Country Club is the place.

We loved this place from our very first visit! Not only is Canyon Gate a beautiful venue with both the ceremony & reception areas included, but also their packages make wedding planning so stress free. Just having Brittnee, one of the event coordinators, and all of the staff on your team make it worth having your wedding here. She is super organized, helpful & knowledgeable about weddings! We loved every moment of our day and thank all of the amazing staff who went out of their way to help us enjoy it. I would highly recommend Canyon Gate for any event!

Canyon Gate Country Club had the "trifecta" for what we were looking to get in a venue.

The first and most important point was the staff. Brittnee Kern in particular was the single defining factor that made our decision easy. Having her around was like having our own personal wedding coordinator. She was on top of everything at every turn. She stressed how important it was that we were happy with everything from start to finish. Even though the wedding was over she did not waiver in her commitment to keep us happy afterwards. Brittnee Kern continued to stay in contact with us to the very end to make sure we were all set. We want to thank her for such an amazing commitment to our wedding.

Second, they had the location we were looking for because their venue was absolutely gorgeous with the beautiful mountains, high end houses, and golf course in the background. The entrance has a high-end feel when people check in with the guard and drive through the golf course towards the club house. These amazing backgrounds provided for jaw dropping photos during our sunset photo session. Being able to get married with this incredible view behind us was worth every penny.

Third, we discovered that Canyon Gate had very reasonable pricing when it came to picking out each individual component. Brittnee Kern made sure that she didn’t “nickel and dime” us for each item. On top of that, there were also a lot of options with outside vendors. The options made sense and they were not overwhelming. Brittnee Kern knew all of these third party vendors and she went out of her way to be involved in making these arrangements as smooth as possible.

When it came to the office staff it made sense on its own to go with Canyon Gate Country Club. When we factored in the location and price it was an even easier decision. We wouldn’t have changed a thing about our decision. We highly recommend this venue and Brittnee Kern, in particular, went above and beyond any of our expectations.

My husband and I recently got married here and it was the most gorgeous wedding I could of ever had. Our coordinator Brittnee was very responsive and amazing at her job. She did her best to make sure that everything went smoothly. From the ceremony to the reception, everything looked beautiful.. The food and presentation was an A++. Everyone told us after how amazing this place is and how good the food was. Everything went EXACTLY as I hoped it would of. :)

I had the best day of my life at this venue! Everyone loved the food and surroundings. Brittnee Kern, the event coordinator did a fantastic job working with all of the outside vendors and her in-house staff. Everything turned out perfect. I highly recommend anyone to have their wedding here!!

Our reception with Canyon Gate was exceptional! Brittnee, the private event coordinator, was wonderful to work with. We didn't have to hire an outside wedding coordinator because Brittnee helped us pick out colors and decorations, coordinate vendors,and plan our own individualized menu. She was very professional, patient, and prompt--always available to answer questions and ready to help us make decisions. The venue was absolutely gorgeous with its beautiful views and lovely setup by Brittnee and staff. Our guests raved about the food--delicious appetizers, salads, and main courses, the elegant room, and personable staff. Most importantly, they really enjoyed themselves! We highly recommend Canyon Gate Country club as the entire reception, including the cocktail hour was better than what we expected and imagined.

I did tons of research online, set up appts for at least a dozen golf course properties on my days off, and when a few really stood out to me, I then brought my fiancé along to help me make the final decision. Even though I narrowed it down to two, letting him pick between Canyon Gate Country Club, and a beautiful golf course in Summerlin, I was secretly hoping he'd pick Canyon Gate! After looking at so many properties, coming home with what felt like homework from each venue, and sometimes dealing with less than personable event coordinators... walking into Canyon Gate and meeting with Brittnee back in the summer of 2014 was truly refreshing. The space is picturesque, and was exactly what I was looking for - a fun, elegant, gorgeous venue. It had beautiful views, yet my guests wouldn't be hiking for long walks onto the greens. Everything we wanted was located right next to each other, the ceremony site, the cocktail hour lounge, and the reception room. Brittnee, the Private Event Coordinator there, is honestly one of the highlights of the venue. She was warm, sincere, and experienced. She wasn't pushy, and whenever I needed her advice or help with a question, she was great at helping us out. We didn't hire a wedding coordinator, or have much of our family involved in our planning - Brittnee totally took on the role as a confidant and advisor I could always turn to. The chef even took our requests into consideration, and helped us develop a menu that worked for our culturally dynamic wedding - which was such a treat! On the day of, Brittnee partnered with Dawn, the Private Events Director, to personally help coordinate things so my groom and I didn't run into each other until I walked down the aisle. My vendors enjoyed working at the venue, my guests raved about our wedding being one of the best, and my family and us felt very comfortable at how welcoming every server, bartender, and attendant treated us. We can't say enough amazing things - thank you!!

We had our wedding here. It was so beautiful! Dawn and Brittany made my wedding day so special. I gave them everything and they set it all up for me and it looked amazing! They made our day very special. Food was great and package price was very reasonable for everything that is included. Definitely would recommend this venue.

We planned our wedding from out of town. Canyon Gate made everything easy and very stress free! Brittnee and Dawn were extremely responsive and helpful, they provided helpful suggestions and recommendations. They accommodated us with our food choices even though their menu had changed during the course of our planning process.

We couldn't be more happy with how the wedding turned out. We had numerous comments from our guests about how smoothly everything ran.

We absolutely LOVED our experience with Canyon Gate Country Club! Brittany helped me create the BEST wedding reception I have ever been a part of! I was very happy with their suggestions on room arrangement, food and timing the order of events. It was a magical evening! Our wedding was the perfect wedding that I always dreamed it would be since I was a little girl. Britney was our coordinator and she was there to answer all of our preplanning questions and on the day of she was my bridal angle taking care of all of the coordination that is required for the perfect wedding. The banquet food was top notch, all of our guests raved about the plated meal (filet & lobster) and our wedding cake that was done by the Canyon Gate preferred vendor Cravin' Cakes. The banquet staff was extremely professional and very attentive to me, my new husband and all of our guests. The venue itself is the perfect spot with a wonderful balcony that overlooks the golf course and the Red Rock mountains creating a beautiful, picturesque backdrop. Their main ballroom where we had our reception was gorgeous with a wall of windows, decorative chairs and a great chandelier. The fact that I did not have to spend any extra money for beautifully colored linens and napkins with a wide variety of color selections was an added bonus. It truly was the perfect wedding and the staff at Canyon Gate had everything to do with our special day running as smoothly as it did!

Canyon Gate and its workers were very helpful and accommodating. They're very professional and very kind. I didn't stress about our wedding because they took care of everything for you. If my husband and I decieded to renew our vows I would definitely do it at Canyon Gate again.

My husband and I were married on 11.15.14 and let me just say, we couldn’t have imagined it any more perfect. We worked with Brittnee, the on staff wedding coordinator, and she was amazing! Brittnee was thorough and had several helpful ideas to make everything run smoothly. She was willing to answer any questions and noted all requests. The staff at Canyon Gate Country Club was not only professional, but kind and patient. They were so pleasant to all of our guests, which meant a lot to us. The venue was absolutely gorgeous! Our guests were in awe. Everything was just as we imagined and better! We received numerous compliments on the decorations and atmosphere as well. Being that I had just recently moved to Las Vegas I has to completely start from scratch. I must have toured every single wedding venue in town. Then I met Melissa at one of the bridal expos and fell in love with her. She was so sweet and so informative. At last we had picked Canyon Gate.

The grounds were wonderful for our wedding photos and the venue and food were amazing! We had 110 guests and fit comfortably.

Melissa made this wedding so seamless and I would highly recommend this venue.

I toured a lot of venues and had narrowed it down to Canyon Gate and Red Rock Country Club. When I toured CGCC I was instantly greeted with smiles and friendliness. Kerri spent a lot of time with me and even showed me picture albums full of other weddings held there. This is part of why I chose CGCC. The other reasons were the gorgeous golf course and terrace where the ceremony was held. Breathtaking.

I had to book 13 months out because they were literally booked solid that far out. Good sign. I was disappointed because the first available was November 2 and I had really wanted a Sept or Oct wedding while the pools were still open on the strip. About 6 months before the wedding, Kerri called me with the good news that a September weekend day had opened up! I thought it was pretty awesome that despite all the other brides she was working with, she had remembered this about our initial meeting.

The day of Kerri and her assistant, Kristen set EVERYTHING up and did an amazing job! They even arranged my candy bar for me!I have to admit I was super nervous of the fact that she was leaving after the announcement of the couple. But she assured me the banquet manager would take care of everything. And she was dead on. The service was seriously AMAZING! I was literally blown away! They handled everything and it went off without a hitch! And for my rowdy group that is truly impressive!

Nothing but good things to say about Keri and the staff at Canyon Gate. From the moment we booked our wedding with them, everything was very smooth. Time flew by and the next thing we knew, we were at our tasting and discussing our decor details. Keri handled all of this and she is so friendly an personable. We couldn't decide on what salad we wanted because I wanted Caesar but we figured all the guests would like a garden salad more, as Caesar can be iffy with some people. Keri said that since I loved the Caesar so much, they could give the guests the garden salad and me the Caesar which was awesome (and they totally came through!). We had our rehearsal the day before the wedding which was a lot of fun! We gave Keri all of the decor we made ourselves (centerpieces, favors, guest book etc) with instructions how to set everything up and they did perfectly! Everything looked amazing! We had our ceremony out on the balcony and it turned out beautiful! The reception was perfect and once Keri left, she assigned someone to help us out the rest of the night (Roger) who was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed and any questions we had. The food was amazing; my steak was cooked perfectly and everything else was so delicious. We figured we'd have a good time, but everything was 10x better than we expected and we had way more fun than we could have imagined! I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Canyon Gate and would recommend them 100%!

The staff at Canyon Gate Country Club were amazing. They walked us through the entire process and were there for us any time we had questions or concerns. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and we have received multiple compliments on how beautiful it was from those who attended. On the night of our wedding the staff was very attentive and made sure my husband and I were taken care of while we mingled with family and danced the night away. I can not say thank you enough to Kari and Shelley for making my wedding day perfect.

There is so much I can say about this venue but there is not enough time or space in the world to express my sincere gratitude. Originally, I had my venue with Griffin Mansions who went bankrupt and did some fraudulent actions with myself and many other brides. Just imagine yourself in my shoes. I was stressed, emotional, crying, and heartbroken. I had spent over 1 year planning this wedding, did the tasting, and everything a normal bride should do. When news broke of this situation, I was scrambling trying to find the right venue at the right price. I received a call from Shelley..that was the day my life changed. She cheered me up and had the right attitude to make me feel at ease. Shelley and Keri were like angel's (seriously..wedding planning angel's!) and always kept in contact with me. I had about 2 months to plan this again. They sent me a list of vendors to work with (which were absolutely wonderful!) and they got the ball rolling. From the tasting, to the ceremony, and reception everything was amazing. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and gorgeous. The scenery, the ballroom, the ceremony, the driveway, the entrance, the bathrooms!! Everything was beautiful. The food was great and all my guests were pleased with everything. Keri held my hand through the process and on my special day, she kept my nerves down and made me breathe! If I could do it all over again, I would. I will use this venue again and recommend this venue to everyone I know. Thank you for making my special day a memory to last forever.

The venue, staff, professionalism, quality and value was absolutely amazing at Canyon Gate. They really made our special day happen without any flaws in the overall experience. Shelly and Kerri were our wedding coordinators and they were awesome! They were extremely flexible and accomodating to our needs and budget. They allowed us to bring virtually all of our props and decorations several days before the wedding. Shelly's office was literally stacked with boxes from floor to ceiling!

Additionally, Shelly surprised us with a gift on our wedding day, which was totally unexpected and sooooo cool! I also gave Kerri specific instructions of how to set up every table and they followed the directions exactly as planned. All of our guests were so impressed with how reception turned out. They loved food (coconut shrimp and sliders were off the hook!!). All this would not be possible without the guidance, support and professionalism of Canyon Gate's staff! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable wedding reception!!

I can't sing enough praises about Canyon Gate. Everybody is still talking about the lovely venue, amazing food, quality service and amazing staff. I worked with Melissa. She is an absolute angel! She is extremely professional, flexible, responsive and has the ability to put your mind at ease. They take care of everything for you which enabled me to have the most perfect wedding day. WOW! That is what I heard from everyone of my guests, this place was amazing and worth every penny. From the free round of golf which was a great way to spend the morning before the ceremony, to the food and venue. They took all the stress out of our event and enabled us to focus on the most important thing, US! Would and have recommended them to everyone we know.

This IS the place to get married!!!! Friendly, helpful and supportive is how I would describe the staff. Canyon Gate Country Club is beautiful and provides you and your guests your own private area so you can party in private. Melissa is amazing and will make sure that your wedding day is amazing and unforgettable. Food, excellent, bar service, excellent, and fairly priced. I was very happy when Melissa accommodated all of the "last minute" changes and with no attitude at all! All of my guests loved the club, the course and the view. A round of golf is also included with your signed contract. We are one happy wedding couple!

Melissa and Shelley were amazing...last minute questions and changes and a million phone calls...they helped me with it all! The venue was simply elegant and lovely and the food was amazing! I highly recommend Canyon Gate for your event...I was a happy happy Bride!

The most beautiful venue, the most amazing staff, and a wedding to remember. We were treated with nothing but class and poise, and as a part of the Canyon Gate family. The food was delicious, the accommodations were exceptional and our money was well spent. I wouldn't pick a different place for the next family wedding.

Absolutely perfect. I planned a full wedding in 6 weeks and can honestly say that Canyon Gate was fantastic. Shelley and Melissa were fantastic, as was the catering and banquet manager and I can't for the life of me remember her name. It was the easiest and most stress free day because of the staff at Canyon Gate.

The location is beautiful, the staff fantastic and it's an exceptional value for what you get. My guests were blown away at the beauty and quality of my "vegas wedding". It was amazing. Thanks!

The staff at Canyon Gate is amazing! Shelley and Melissa are the best people in Vegas to work weddings with! They were so kind and helpful through the planning process. Also, on the day of the wedding, Shelley and her staff were so wonderful to me, my bridal party, and family. I was so nervous and they made me feel so much better! That is exactly what a bride needs! They have a beautiful venue as well! The ceremony patio is brand new and so gorgeous to overlook the golf course and sunset! It was spacious enough for everyone, and the area where the bridal party stands was decorated beautifully! The cocktail room was great as well, with out sign in and gift table set up with our colors and linens, and the bar was ready to serve! The reception are was amazing! The linens and chair covers came with the price of the venue. Many venues make you pay extra for this, but not Canyon Gate! I made all the table name frames, place cards, and favors, and all I had to do was give Shelley everything the night before at the rehearsal (which is so helpful!), and it looked perfect on the big day! The whole night of the wedding was magical, thanks to them! The bridal party was able to use the locker rooms to get ready in and get freshened up in, the food was so tasty (yet, a little cold when we got it), and the dance floor was big enough for everyone to dance! The giant windows allowed the guests to see the gorgeous view of the mountains. It was a great night! The last thing I want to add is that Shelley gave us one rule for the night: “Do not leave each other’s sides”... My new husband and I were next to each other all night and it was so much more special than being across the room from each other on our first night of marriage.

When looking at venues for my wedding in Las Vegas, I visited at least 15 locations prior to Canyon Gate. As soon as I entered the front foyer, I knew it was going to be the place. Hands down, you cannot compare it to anywere else, especially for what is included in the price. I think it was very reasonably priced compared to other country clubs. The ceremony on the patio was beautiful and the reception in their ballroom was amazing! The food is great! Shelley and Melissa are seasoned professionals who aim to please! They are very accommodating and easy to work with. My wedding day went exactly as planned, nothing was missed and there weren't any mishaps! I would recommend having any event at this location!

What a spectacular place to get married. The venue is unique and cozy, the view is beautiful, and the staff is hands down amazing! I was impressed that when you book your wedding at Canyon Gate you essentially have the entire venue at your disposal. You do not have to share your day with hotel guests or other events. I was an out of town bride and Shelley was always willing to take my calls and emails. The food was comparable to anything you would get at a downtown Chicago restaurant, and they managed to provide that quality in a buffet setting for over 100 people. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. I found out later that they even called in the chef that made the food for our tasting (on his day off) because we raved about the risotto! Maria was a godsend. She was so on top of every little detail - incredibly attentive and just all around great. It is also important to note that their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. All of our friends and family are still talking about how great our wedding was and I believe that was in large part to Canyon Gate! Thank you!

Canyon Gate Country Club was perfect in every way. All of our guests commented on how nice the venue was. The food was excellent and the service was superb. Shelley is the best coordinator you could have. Everything went perfect and she and Maria made sure everyone was where they needed to be. You can't have a more perfect wedding anywhere else. We got married November 4, 2016 and could not be happier with our choice of Canyon Gate Country Club. We read many reviews online before choosing venues to tour, and Canyon Gate definitely stood out. It is true what they say, Brittnee the coordinator IS truly the wedding whisperer…no need to hire a wedding planner, she takes amazing care of her customers. We truly wouldn’t have been able to pull off our wedding without her amazing service, professionalism, and guidance. Brittnee was always available for questions & advice and answered e-mails in an extremely timely & thorough manner, which seems like something that should be a common and obvious trait when planning a wedding, but that wasn’t always the case with other vendors. The minute I stepped outside and saw the beautiful views, I almost teared up. It happened to be down the street from our church, St. Joseph Husband of Mary where we had our ceremony.nComing from large Italian families, food was a very big deal. I trusted the reviews that the food was outstanding, and as we found out from our menu tasting, the reviews are correct. Their risotto is to DIE FOR as we found out beforehand at an open house and our menu tasting. Brittnee ensured the décor we brought looked beautifully placed, and she and her staff did everything they could to ensure our day was perfect. You will not be disappointed with the amazing experience of having Canyon Gate host one of the most important days of your life! Thank you for everything!

Dawn and Britnee at Canyon Gate Country Club were great! Both ladies made sure that my wedding would go flawless. We had a small intimate wedding but they made sure that we felt just as special on our wedding day.

I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants great service along with the best view in the world. The view on the balcony was perfect and magnificent!!!

Staff was all awesome, and we had a ton of guests comment on what a wonderful location, with beautiful views of the golf course. Everyone was very helpful, and helped to ensure the day went smoothly! Highly encourage any bride not interested in getting married on Las Vegas Blvd to check them out.

My Husband and I had our beautiful dream wedding here Saturday 04/07/18 at their venue! Our guests wouldn't stop complimenting the views of the golf course, the beautiful bistro lights that decorated the ballroom, and the friendly staff at Canyon Gate. Dawn Ulrey and Cindy Yang are awesome event coordinators who stayed on top of the planning process, answering any questions we had pretty quickly. Patrick was our personal server for the night and he made sure we were taken care of. Another thing we can't forget to talk about is their amazing food. For our cocktail hour, we selected two hors d'oeuvres to be passed around: Beef Wellington and the Coconut Shrimp. Both were so delicious and there was enough to go around for our 190 guests. Everyone loved the Dandelion Salad and entrees: Grilled Atlantic Salmon and Chicken Angelo paired with parmesan risotto and the vegetable medley. Our only comment was that towards the end of the night we felt a bit rushed to conclude the dancing and get the guests out for the sparkler sendoff. Overall, our experience with Canyon Gate was an unforgettable one, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. My husband and I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any special event!

Canyon Gate Country Club was the perfect fit for our wedding ceremony & Reception. With the beautiful scenic background there was no other perfect fit for the balcony ceremony, and the reception was laid out perfectly! I could not think of a more beautiful place to be married.

I can't say enough about this venue. The wedding planner bent over backwards making sure my wife and I had everything we needed and were happy with the plans. The venue itself was gorgeous. The food was phenomenal. The bar tender was fantastic, and despite quite a few people ordering drinks there was almost never a wait. The prices were similar to many of the other local vendors as well.

The place is AWESOME. beautiful, they worked great with me. I planned my wedding from Texas and they just knew what to do in every single way. I didnt have to worry about anything. That same day of my wedding they fixed everything beautiful, from drapping to lighting and everything. What I do recommend is for you to get lighting from someone else, I did from All Events DJ which he is the BEST. it was cheaper and better.

Beautiful space. I had Melissa work with me and she is fantastic! She is so detailed and helpful with anything and everything. They set up my centerpieces for me and really got the room to look amazing.
Once the reception started I was told that there was a gentlemen there to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had told them upfront that we wanted to know when we would reach our bar tab so we could make a decision on whether to put more money down, the guy didn't tell us. I had to find out from a guest that they had to pay for their own drink which really upset me. Then when it came to cutting the cake he was no where around. We had no idea what to do cause no one had ever really told us. Usually someone is there to kind of move you along but we had no one. I know if Melissa was there I wouldn't have had any problems. Just a few awkward moments but it was a beautiful place.

Canyon gate was a fantastic venue for our wedding and reception. Many guests commented it was the best venue they had ever been too. Our dinner selections of herb chicken and steak were delicious, hot, and enjoyed by all guests. We were pleased with the wedding coordinators and the service provided by the country club. The great location and beautiful setting made for the best wedding we could have dreamed of. We were very, very happy and even planned our wedding from across the country.

This venue has everything you need! The packages are fantastic! And Dawn is great to work with. My favorite thing about this venue is the flow of the spaces! It is laid out perfectly for a wedding event and the ceremony patio was absolutely gorgeous! Everything was perfect and just how Id pictures it to be.

Our happily ever after

Overall, we loved canyon gate! It was a gorgeous venue and Sierra and the crew were amazing! The food was delicious and there were many options to choose from when it came to choosing the appetizers and entrees! The only thing that was a little disappointing was the bar ran out of a few items/drinks pretty quickly and we chose the highest open bar package so that we could choose from anything! However, we would definitely recommend canyon gate for anyone looking for their wedding venue!

We looked at 5 country clubs in Vegas during our planning stages; and out of the 5 I loved Canyon Gate. The venue was great and Shelley had sold me. She really had a different attitude compared to the other 4 we had looked at. I figured; I would be working with this person for the most important day of our lives; I needed someone I can count on, and she was that person. She was very friendly and personable!!

Shelley and Melissa were very quick to respond to all the emails I had and were very flexible to our needs.

At the rehearsal, Shelley showed us where we will be walking. Though, I was a little sad that we didn't get to actual do a full-on rehearsal because the chipping greens was full of golf balls. I guess Friday at 2pm; the place is still occupied by the club members. I would have loved to have done the rehearsal on the actual location. My bridesmaids were worried on the path that they should be walking on....but it worked out the day of the wedding.

The day of the wedding, Shelley and Melissa were present. Shelley showed me the venue beforehand and it was gorgeous! Though, the pink swag that we had ordered wasn't available :( They had white instead, which was ok...not a big deal. The head table turned out perfect especially with the pink and white draping behind us.

I was a little bummed that we didn't get to take our group picture before the reception. I had mentioned to our photographer and Shelley, that we wanted to take a group picture out by the terrace 15 minutes before the reception. So, at least I can have one picture with everyone in it; and it would have been our 'thank-you' postcard. When I had asked Shelley if we should add an additonal 30 minutes for the group picture; she said it was fine and it would fit. It did not fit at all; considering we still needed to take briday party pictures. I felt like I needed to rush through our pictures so, we can do the group picture. It didn't even happen though, because no one from Canyon Gate announced it our guests. I guess it just wasn't that important to anybody but me.

There was a lot of stuff that was forgotten the day of the wedding :( I had mentioned that we wanted one of the ring bearers (a 5 yr old) to sit w/ us at the head table since his mom was one of the bridesmaids and no one else can take care of him. We figured we can pull a chair for him, so he can sit at the end of the table. His chair wasn't there. The 'happily ever after' lanterns didn't get hung up from the chandelier. My maid of honor had asked me before the ceremony; because someone wanted to know where it should go. But, I guess it was too late to hang it up because they didn't have a ladder? For the slideshow, I didn't realized there was a gap between the 2 pull down screens (from the window). So, the pictures were cut off down the middle. There was a big gap from salad to entrees, because we had to wait for the servers to pour champagne. And the last thing was our parents ended up at the worst table. My father in-law till this day blames me. I was really disappointed. I didn't realized a table would be at the back end. I drew up a sketch for them on how we wanted to tables organized along with the table names. The table names were also mixed up, because the most important table was at the end. Maybe I should have labeled who would be sitting at the tables? The table had all the elderly people; and they had to get up everytime something was going on.

Overall, it is great venue with great people. I just don't know what really happened. If we were to do it all over again, I would still choose Canyon Gate even though of the few hiccups. I didn't realized Shelley would be leaving in the middle of the wedding; I guess I should have known. I had this sad look on my face when she said she was leaving. I probably should have gotten a 'day of' wedding coordinator so she would have worked out all my other vendors. The Canyon Gate coordinators were only able to work with their people. Towards the end, the individuals in charge from Canyon Gate were very helpful. They packed up everything we needed included the top piece of the cake. I was very impressed! We got mostly everything back. I guess that was another thing the 'day of' wedding coordinator could have done.

Our overall experiences were good.

Sierra and Tracy did a great job in switching the ceremony from outside to inside due to last minute weather changes. They worked very hard to make it happen.

Great and beautiful venue. It rained on my wedding and they delayed us a bit because of it, i just wish they had extended the dancing the 30 minutes we got delayed. but o well. it was still gorgeous

I thought it was a little expensive for what it is. The food was great and it was a very nice place, but I guess I just expected more for the price.

beautiful location and venue. Kristin and Brittany were great. The food was excellent and we got a lot of compliments. Unfortunately they are fairly expensive, inflexible. the GM of the property refused to have any contact with me after leaving 2 phone messages and a few emails and 1 direct requests thru our coordinator. very rude and unprofessional. unfortunately his behavior reflects negatively on the rest of the staff who have to work under him.
Also, I believe we were overcharged for hard liquor without real documentation of consumption and lastly my father was approached by a couple service staff for additional tip before end of reception. unacceptable and extremely tacky. All that was outside of guests knowledge so from an outsiders perspective it was a great venue.

Beautiful location! A little too expensive for what we received. Staff made a few mistakes on our food selection. On the night of the wedding, staff seemed unorganized and confused as to what was going on. Overall, ceremony and reception were beautiful.
