They helped move my wedding inside an hour before the wedding due to rain! Absolutely gorgeous venue!!

We knew almost immediately after touring Canopy Creek Farm that we would end up choosing it as our wedding venue. The pond and the reception barn were the selling points for us. Misty gave us the tour and was very helpful and knowledgable when answering all of our questions. After we booked, we were partnered with a day coordinator through Audrey Gatsby. We met with the owner, Emily, and were then introduced to Janet, who was our coordinator. She was AMAZING throughout the whole process. She ran our rehearsal and made sure our whole wedding day went seamlessly. When we had to move the ceremony from the pond to the veranda (which is beautiful, by the way) due to rainy conditions, she was on top of it and knew exactly how to adjust. She helped our families clean up after the reception, and periodically checked on me during the event to make sure I didn't need anything, even a drink refill. After the wedding, Janet even texted my husband & I wishing us well, and sent us many photos that she took during the night that we were very grateful to have while waiting for our professional photos. Our day was so stress-free and we give so much of the credit to Janet! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue and vendor team for our perfect wedding! This venue is absolutely stunning! We didn’t not have to use much decorations between the pond, creek, and gorgeous reception barn! Not to mention they have horses!!

We got married 9/26 and had such a beautiful wedding at Canopy Creek! We had Janet as our coordinator and she was wonderful!! The new patio they just added was amazing since we had wonderful weather we were able to setup speakers outside and be inside or out! The property is just so beautiful with so many options for photos and setups.

AMAZING VENUE! I totally, 100%, recommend Canopy Creek as a venue for a classy country & chic venue! The entire staff worked wonderfully with my daughter and myself. My daughter's wedding was originally scheduled for a June 2020 wedding date, but as everyone knows, COVID struck. The venue bent over backwards to assist us in rescheduling the wedding for a November 2020 wedding. Once again, COVID came through with a vengeance, but we were determined to have the wedding in November. Canopy Creek once again, was determined to make my daughter's day beautiful & pressed on for the last wedding of the season, as guests were already arriving when strict rules were put in place. The few guests that arrived had a wonderful time and complemented the venue location. Everyone loved the entire property. I cannot say enough fabulous things about Canopy Creek. They are well worth the money for the venue and the extra money for the Wedding Coordinators! Thank you all for making my Daughter & Son-In-Law's special day a day to remember!

We had a very low budget small wedding and they were super helpful through everything! Misty was very sweet and helped us through payment options and giving us ideas and our coordinator Janet was so great and did everything she could to make sure our day went smoothly. I'm telling you, I HIGHLY recommend this venue. Not only is it absolutely gorgeous, but everyone is super duper nice and helpful.

We visited this venue and would have picked it if our grandparents could travel. They were beautiful, amazing to work with, and incredibly flexible with their services.

Everything about our experience with Canopy Creek was perfect. The venue is stunning, inside and out! The day-of-coordinator they provided was a perfect fit for us and literally made our day so stress free! The owner truly cared about our experience and we had the honor of having her drive us down to our creekside ceremony, which felt really special. Communication was always promptly addressed and I never felt worried or stressed about whether we had made the right choice. The venue speaks for itself in terms of beauty, but the service is what really made our experience a dream come true. Thank you!

Very professional, owners helpful, easy to work with, beautiful- they thought of everything. A wedding planner is included on the price. We had plenty of time to set up - we were able to get started at 9:00

There are not enough positive words to say about this venue! The beautiful setting alone gets it 4 stars but the staff pushes it above and beyond. I would give it 10 stars if I could! Misty and Tara, our wedding coordinator, were helpful from the day we took a tour to the moment the last person left the venue on wedding night. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing going wrong on our big day because Tara made sure that everything was taken care of so we could just enjoy our guests and our wedding!! I never imagined my wedding day would be so stress free!!! Our guests are still commenting on how beautiful the venue was both inside and outside. You can’t go wrong with this location for your event.

From our first steps onto the property and into the venue my husband and I knew this was the perfect place for our late December wedding ceremony and reception. It was both cozy and intimate while strikingly elegant and exactly what we wanted. Misty was excellent with providing information and answering all of our questions about the venue. Angie, our wedding coordinator was so wonderful in helping everything come together, coordinating with all of our vendors, and making sure everything was in place down to the smallest details. I felt so comfortable going into our wedding day knowing that everything was going to be taken care of and that really helped me to truly enjoy the day stress-free. We had countless guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they've attended. I really could go on and on but I will end with saying that while were so pleased with all of our vendors and all aspects of our wedding, choosing Canopy Creek was probably the single best decision we made. I can't imagine having gotten married anywhere else.

Could not of asked for a better venue. The people who worked there were so nice. They helped make our day magical! Another venue actually had to cancel on us because it wasn’t going to be done in time.... 3 months from our wedding date..... canopy creek happened to have our wedding date open! They got us right in to see the venue and worked with us. It still gives me goosebumps #meanttobe

We had a beautiful wedding here in December! I really liked the flexibility to choose our own caterer and other vendors of our choice. They were friendly and very helpful to work with! Loved our wedding!!!

My now husband (!) and I have lived in NYC for ten years, but we are both from the midwest. I'm from Cincinnati, and he's from Fargo. We knew we wanted to have a venue that all of our family could drive to easily, but that would also feel like a bit of a destination for our NYC friends flying in. We wanted an indoor/outdoor option with lots of SPACE, because that is a rarity in New York. We also wanted it to be comfortable for relatives of all ages, yet gorgeous, a bit rustic and romantic, and feel truly special enough for the most important day of our lives. Canopy Creek met all of these expectations, and then so much more. We got to work with the friendliest, most accommodating and professional staff. The more than 20 acres of land are stunning. The many included aspects, such as tables and chairs and wedding planner is an UNBELIEVABLE value. Moreover, our September wedding landed during an unexpectedly hot week. We had to move the ceremony inside... but it was so stunning, I wasn't disappointed for a second! All of our friends (including our New York friends who have travelled all over the world for weddings) said this was THE most stunning and perfect wedding venue they have ever seen. It truly was magical!

My husband and I could not be more happy that we chose to have our wedding reception at Canopy Creek Farm. It is a beautiful & unique venue that was admired & loved by so many of guests. The staff, specifically Misty & Angie, were fantastic to work with & made set up/tear down a breeze. Would choose this venue Time and time again!

Such a beautiful location. We loved it!

We had our ceremony down the hill by the creek. It was an early-August wedding, and we actually found out almost a year later that all our guests were terribly hot. Whoops... If you're having a summer outdoor wedding, it might be a good idea to rent a shelter (would be good for rainy days too) or get fan-style programs.

A couple things I was worried about -- How I would get to the ceremony in my puffy dress and heels, and how the grass would be for heels. Well, they brought me (and my bridesmaids, and anyone who needed the assistance) down in a gator, and we just got a paper aisle runner (staked at both ends) and that kept our heels out of the ground.

Our reception was in the barn. Also lovely. We draped long white cloth down the sides and wrapped Christmas lights around the poles (all the poles have outlets).

The staff is great. They help you figure things out beforehand, and someone is there with you the whole day and ready to make any last-minute changes you need. There's lots of outdoor space to travel around for photos. The barn is air conditioned (a must!) and they are very flexible with who you use as vendors.

They'll even ask if you'd like the horses out on your day. <3

We had our wedding at Canopy Creek Farm in May 2016. I highly recommend considering this venue for your wedding if you want the perfect mix of laid back and upscale. Even weeks later I'm still getting emails from guests saying how wonderful our venue was! We booked about 2 years out since we chose to have a long engagement. Danette (one of the owners) was wonderful to work with during the initial booking process. The new coordinator at Canopy Creek (Misty) was incredibly responsive to emails and questions throughout our planning process. I love that this venue allows you to bring in your own alcohol and use any vendors your heart desires. You will not regret having your wedding here!

Exceptionally beautiful venue with a lot of different sceneries of horses and a large pond and great wood workmanship inside the building. Very cozy venue with great handicap accessibility.

Where do I even begin. I watched this venue get built from the ground up starting last year. I emailed Danette ( the owner ) as soon as I saw a sign about a wedding venue coming soon. I cannot say enough about Danette .She was absolutely fantastic to work with . She let us come in and really look around and try to get ideas for our wedding. She had so much patience and seemed to really love helping brides and grooms out with their vision . This venue is beyond beautiful and pictures do not do it justice. I had the most amazing experience with the venue and the staff. They made it like I was the only person getting married there and truly listened to the style of wedding my husband and I wanted and made it happen. They were so genuine and seemed to really love their job. They helped out They provided just little extras that we would have never thought of . It was absolutely perfect! Thanks Canopy Creek and Danette and Misty ! Our day was perfect in every way !!!

This venue speaks for itself. All you have to do is step foot inside. Both the barn and the land surrounding it are breathtaking. Our guests fell in love with this place just like we did.

This venue is absolutely beautiful!! Every staff member we worked with was very happy to help with any requests or questions. My daughter's wedding reception was here on 7/30/16. Highly recommended.

Emily, the wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing! Misty was just as amazing! Even in early April, the grass was the greenest of green. Well taken care of.

We loved our time at Canopy Creek Farm! We had a rainy wedding but Emily Bagnola and the rest of the Canopy Creek team really put all their heart into making sure our special day was perfect inside and out. They were super punctual and kept things moving during the ceremony.

My husband and I never looked at another venue. I fell in love with this place before it was even done with construction and once he heard me describe how amazing it was he knew there was no going back. He had a little sticker shock when he heard the price but I explained to him that the value was there and that wasn't just me being a woman or a bride; I had very little decorating to do because the character of the barn and the rest of the site was more than enough to create a beautiful day. As well as the beautiful chairs and tables provided at no extra cost. They allow you to use any vendors you want, including caterers, which was huge for me. The event coordinator and owner were both very helpful during the planning process. I can't tell you how many vendors I would email or call and never get a response or it would be days later. Danette and Misty were always there to answer questions. They were booked pretty much all weekend for every week of the year but it really felt like we had the only wedding there. Danette is very proud of the hard work they've put into this venue and proud to be a part of Miamisburg's community and serving the need for brides of all styles. I could not have pictured our day anywhere else and everyone still tells me how wonderful the reception was.

We loved Canopy Creek. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the ceremony and reception was. They have great people that work there and provide excellent advice and support. I would highly recommend renting their venue if you are looking for a rustic themed wedding.

Beautiful venue. We had our wedding and reception here in the middle of winter so everything had to be inside. We were worried about how the transition between the ceremony and reception would go. The staff switched between set ups in minutes while the guests snacked on appetizers. I have already recommended Canopy Creek Farm to many people.

We had a close to perfect experience for our son's wedding on 8/25/19 at Canopy Creek. The venue is not only beautiful, it is expertly managed and maintained. With the service of the provided wedding day coordinator, you really do not have a worry on wedding day. Our guests raved about this hidden gem and said it was the most lovely site for a wedding. Canopy Creek Farm and its knowledgeable, friendly staff helped make my wedding a dream come true. I got married at the venue on Oct. 8, 2017, and it was beautifully perfect, despite the rain that day. The venue's day-of coordinators had a plan for everything, and worked seamlessly behind the scenes to deliver a day I'll never forget. I highly recommend choosing Canopy Creek for your wedding day. You won't regret it!

It is alittle pricy and their Saturdays are booked up for almost 2 years, but it's because it is such a beautiful venue. Misty is great and very quick with responding back with any questions or concerns.

Canopy Creek offers a beautiful setting indoor and out. They are willing to try to accommodate any decoration ideas you have. The only downfall to the reception hall is that you have to clean everything up and have it out of the barn by 1 am. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING.

I definitely recommend this venue! This was the only place we both absolutely fell in love with from the start of our consultation- we stopped looking after that! We knew this was the place for us! Misty was great to work with - very sweet, responsive, professional, etc. We got married on one of, if not, the only, nice days in May 2016. The only downfall was we couldn't have our rehearsal onsite, and half-way through the reception, a different lady was working for Misty and she was not the most pleasant person to work with. All-in-all, we were able to create a BEAUTIFUL wedding & reception, at canopy creek, and people still ask and talk about it!

No better facility in the area if you are looking for a vintage/rustic/country venue

We visited several venues before contracting with Canopy Creek. The location was convenient for our out of town guests and the setting was just perfect! We were so lucky to get the one PERFECT 70 degree day in April! They chose to have their ceremony down by the creek, and the setting was beautiful. They even provided gator cart to shuttle guests down to the site if needed. The only thing I can think of is that they could invest in outside seating (benches) down by the creek. That would have been nice to have been taken care of.

Beautiful venue, quality environment

We hired this venue very early on in our engagement and had to change the date. They were extremely accommodating with the earlier date change! Misty is excellent to communicate with and was very helpful throughout the planning process. The venue is gorgeous and nailed the vision we had perfectly. We had a few issues with flexibility. I believe this all was in the contract we signed so just be aware, and I understand that once we signed the contract that was the terms we agreed to. We were not able to have our rehearsal on Friday before the wedding due to another event that was scheduled after ours. We attempted to have it on Saturday before the wedding and this caused a lot of stress because we were running late. We had to have hair and makeup done off site because we could not get into the venue until 9am even though we left the venue 3 hours early at the end of the night. The morning of the wedding was quite stressful due to this and I wish we could have done it differently. However, we loved the venue and the rest of the day went perfectly. Our guests really enjoyed the atmosphere and comfy feel of the barn. We recommend this venue if you are looking for a modern rustic feel and are looking for something very stunning.

I would recommend this venue based on how beautiful it is! There were different options for outdoor set ups and the inside was just stunning! It truly was amazing, between the rustic elegance inside and the flawless beauty outside. We also had a great experience with Misty who was our point person all the way up until she wasn’t anymore on our wedding day. I wish she was able to follow through and be there with us on the big day since we talked with her so much leading up to it. I also wish there was more involvement from the owners, or staff. Nobody helped us with anything really. They did have someone drive people down to the ceremony location in golf carts, but I’m not sure where they were after the ceremony when the rain came down. They also weren’t very flexible with clean up, which is unfortunate since we were a Sunday wedding and doing everything ourselves. The other thing I wasn’t very fond of (you live and learn) was only having the venue for one day and having to do rehearsal for a Sunday wedding on a Thursday. (That was fully disclosed however and we knew the rules when we signed our contract). It would have been much nicer to have the venue for the entire weekend. BUT that’s not something I would have realized was so important in the early stages. They were super flexible in letting us come visit the venue multiple times with different people, so I did appreciate that. All in all, I would recommend it based on the look and our experience with Misty.

Canopy Creek is a beautiful location with many options for your ceremony locations. The barn is just beautiful and offering heat and air conditioning was a big thing for me! I wanted a vintage wedding and not super rustic. The barn was classy and we added fabric and lights to make it breathtaking. We received the most compliments all night on how beautiful the entire property was! My only problem with the venue is they show very little flexibility. You can only set up the day of your wedding and everything must be out by 1am the night of your wedding. When trying to do a rehearsal, they were not helpful at all. She stated they had nothing after 5pm because they closed the office. I understand not wanting to work after 5pm, but the rest of us do work and people had to miss the rehearsal because of it. Frustrating as the bride how they show no flexibility to others. But overall the place was beautiful!

I loved that I could choose any caterer, any alcohol, and basically decorate however I wanted! And the venue is so beautiful that I didn't need to do a ton of decorating - it already looked great. Only thing I would change is that they said they would have wifi, but they ended up not being able to get it. But pictures with the horses and a beautiful sunset made up for it!

The venue was beautiful. I had a great time att reception. However the owners sister was working the night of my reception and was not pleasant to work with. She was telling guests it was time to leave before our contracted time. She talked to my mom and mother in law like a child. it was almost the perfect night with the exception of her attitude.

They did a great job, It was hard to get a hold of them for many things. But over all pretty nice. They're lucky how beautiful it is though, not a lot of decor needed. Maybe they could lose the green gator.

We were told by the venues wedding planner that we could start setting up at 8:00am. When we got there, the doors were locked and the owner was very rude and unpleasant about letting us in. He said it was supposed to be 9:00am. He has cameras all over the venue and watches every move you make from an off-site location. The wedding planner was in my ear all night complaining about everything from the guest doing shots to smoking outside. Finally the owner shut us down three hours early because he said it was getting out of control. People were dancing, drinking and having a good time. We even still had kids there. There is so much more I could mention such as the wedding planner telling the party of the groom that they can't drink beer while they get ready. It's sad that the owner ruined a girls wedding day at the end of the night with only a couple of hours to go. If you want to drink and have a good time then Canopy Creek is NOT the place for you. I have not and will not recommend them to anybody.
