  Extremely Love All!!

  Love all regarding the cake, the service!!. The flavor we selected was amazing. All the guests complemented the cake!! We will go back to Canela Cake for any event cake!!! The owner is more sweet than the cakes 🎂😁😁😁

  Oh my YUM!!

  Erika, owner of Canela Cakes, has such a gift!! Her cakes are nothing less than incredible! Our wedding colors were lavender and mint and we were able to do two different flavors for our cake. One was Lavender cake with Lemon Curd and Vanilla Buttercream. The other was Cinnamon cake with Berry Compote and Vanilla Buttercream. Both flavors were so delicious! She was nice and easy to work with and when our reception got moved last minute, she was able to travel to the new location with no issue!

  Stunning Rustic Cake

  From our personable and unique cake tasting, Erika was absolutely amazing to work with. We never even knew exactly what to expect with our cake because all we had was some examples of pictures to show her. She went to work and showed her true artwork on our wedding day. Erika even brought tools to make any needed adjustments to our cake just so ensure it was perfectly done. She was the absolute sweetest and amazing to work with.

  Karina and Markus' Castle Ottis Wedding

  Canela Cakes was the best decision in deciding who would create our wedding cake! Erika was an extreme pleasure to work with and offered the flexibility we needed as our wedding was in St. Augustine. She was more than happy to delivery our cake for a reasonable fee. The cake was delicious and a huge hit at the wedding. The cake was moist and not overly sweet with the most unique flavors I had not seen anywhere else. We had a two tier cake and chose the white cake with chocolate ganache and passion fruit filling on top and a white cake with chocolate ganache and baileys buttercream cake on bottom. Both met our expectations and more on our wedding day and worth trying if you have never had those combination of flavors. Absolutely delicious!
