We spent quite a bit of time trying to find chocolate dragees (jordan almonds) for wedding favors. We had ordered some from a vendor that turned out to be out of stock indefinitely and then called a few others that were also out of stock for an unknown period of time. Finally, we found candywarehouse.com. I was a little skeptical since this was a site I'd never heard of (I don't buy much candy), but I saw decent reviews here on weddingwire.com and thought we'd give it a shot. Our order was shipped the next day after we placed the order, and it arrived the morning after that (we did UPS 2-day so we wouldn't have to worry about heat issues; 2-day shipping also comes with an ice pack).

Needless to say, I'm glad that we are done candy shopping for our wedding favors! We are very happy with the product and the shipping.

We ordered salt water taffy for favors for our beach themed party from Candy warehouse. The candy was delivered from CA quickly and ur was fresh, soft and chewy. Great selection of flavors.

I ordered bulk of Hershey's Kisses Dark Chocolates and they arrived the very next day. They did not melt with the help of a cold pack that was included in my box for free with expedited shipping. We had a huge candy buffet as the favors for our wedding. I looked everywhere for the best prices, quality, and selection of candy. I'm so glad we went with candywarehouse.com! Everything was fresh, it came quickly, and people couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the colors were and how tasty everything was. I didnt know about this website until i googled for a candy place online. I read some reciews first and they were both good and bad. I decides to purchased candy from candywarehouse because they gave you a lot of candy for good money. I just got the package today and let me tell you , i am more than pleased and excited with what i got! Exactly what i ordered and delivered fast. You should really consider buying candy for any ocassion at candywarehouse- you WILL NOT regret it! ( the candy is for my wedding, i will definitely buy from here again!!!)

The candy was fresh and delicious. Their webpage is very easy to use, it's assorted by colors, shapes, types. Anything you can think of. I did some comparison shopping and they had the best deal for what i was looking for. And they have a huge variety, so if you're looking for something other than the typical pillow mints, this is the place (or if you're looking for hte pillow mints too!) The candy was delivered on the day they promised.

I chose to buy my pillow mints bulk and make the favors myself (it took two long evenings for me and my groom to pour pillow mints into a small cellophane bag and tie the tiny ribbons prettily... I believe we chose to make 100 of these...), but I feel it was a great amount of savings for the money. Candy Warehouse has all the traditional candies for weddings (pillow mints, Jordan almonds, etc.), and a lot of the newly accepted ceremony candies (chocolate roses, peppermints, chocolates in various wrappers), as well as some things I don't think I've ever heard of (check out their Wedding Candy Favor Buffet!!). Their sipping was beyond fast, and the candy was well contained. The price for the amount was amazing, in my budget ($2.70/lb - about 570 mints per lb - and it came in a 10 lb box). I love coming to this site to satisfy my smaller candy needs, but if I ever need to throw a party or ceremony again, I'm coming back to this website for sure!!

We had a candy buffet at our wedding and ordered all the candy in bulk from Candy Warehouse. Our wedding color was green and we were able to order a nice assortment of candy in green colors to match our theme. The site was easy to shop, the candy was good quality, the customer service was very responsive, and it was safely delivered during the hot month of August without any melting. The only downside was the shipping price. The candy is very reasonable, however, the shipping was quite a bit more than I had anticipated. Otherwise, everything was great and I do recommend as a trusted place to order candy in bulk.

We used Candy Warehouse for bulk candy for our favor table. It was very easy to place our order. The product selection was incredible. A ~ I ordered a ton of candy as our other favor and I thought all of it tasted fresh and as it should. My only gripe is that they should have packed it in more boxes it came in one huge box and one smaller box. Well the bigger box was ripping bc there was so much candy in it and it was so heavy, which caused it to be hard to lift or move around. Some of the chocolate pretzels were broken since the box was so heavy and I am sure ups was just lugging and throwing it around, as well as some of the bags or containers ripped or opened. It wasn't a big damper on it and I was under a time crunch since another online candy place had scammed me, so candy warehouse really pulled through for me and gave me what I needed.

The candy was very good and arrived in good condition. The taffy colors weren't as bright in person as they were online, but they still worked for our scheme. We ended up using two different sites to complete our candy bar because while their selection is awesome, their prices could be a bit better.

The candy for our candy buffet shipped quickly and safely. The shipping would be really expensive if you didn't purchase $200 or more but I did so that wasn't a concern. I did a lot of price comparison and found the Candy Warehouse prices to be on par with the other major online retailers.

CandyWarehouse had the best deals on my bulk red and silver candy kisses. Due to the weather being so hot in California and Washington, the chocolates did not arrive in perfect condition but I used them anyways and ended up with plenty left over!

We did a candy table in our colors and this was the cheapest place we could find our candies. Fortunately, the candy doesn't taste or look cheap. I put the leftover blue raspberry taffy on my desk and my co-workers keep coming back for seconds and thirds....

I only wish we had been able to order in slightly smaller quantities. Also, one of the specialty items was out of stock and we ended up doing without it. We ordered months in advance of our wedding and it would have been fabulous if we could have gotten it delivered separate from the rest of the order, instead of them cancelling that item on the order.

We ordered a candy buffet for our wedding. While they had a great variety the products were hugely overpriced and the website was difficult to navigate at certain points. Overall, I know I could have saved some money, but it was convenient to find most the candy on one website.

The color scheme for our wedding was periwinkle blue, navy, and lime green. For our favors we set up a candy buffet and put mason jars at everyone table seating, so that they could fill them up with candy and take it home. We bought all our candy from CandyWarehouse and it was so easy to view everything by color. We bought everything from chocolate lentils to sour apple gummies. This was a huge hit!

CandyWarehouse.com has a HUGE variety of candy products. We were able to get 90% of our candy options via this website. Unfortunately, they were out of stock of some products that I wanted to order and didn't know they were on "back order" until I went to check out. Wish they had something posted on the page with the candy shown that it was on back order.

Overall, if you're looking for some of your favorite current and childhood candy products, candywarehouse.com is the place to go.

We did have to go through and cancel our order once in order to combine two orders for a better deal, but they processed it pretty quickly. The prices weren't amazing, but there were no issues with the shipping or the quality of the candy when it arrived!

Use email to cancel order, don't use phone. The hold on phone service is 10 minutes plus and no one anwsers. A little pricy though.

Don't order the Little Gold Eggs. They really taste aweful (wax with a little color like chocolate). I was embarrassed to give them out. No refund offered only a 10% discount on a future order. Sorry theyre wont be a next time for me.

Sticky Marshmallows

I ordered 4 bags of marshmallows. They arrived in a sticky mess.
I sent pictures and videos showing the problem and was credited for one bag. I asked for a credit on the other 3 bags and was told They would credit me one more bag and a 20 percent coupon.
This is unsatisfactory. When I complained I was told to return all four bags as though they did not believe me. Again I was inconvenienced for 36 dollars.
Stupid to lose a customer for 36 dollars. I will never buy from them again. There are other candy options who stand by their merchandise. STAY AWAY

DONT BUY OVERPRICED DEFECTIVE CANDY FROM THEM!!!! I received me order of swedish fish and 75% of them came broken in half. I contacted them the NEXT day & they said there is NOTHING they can do because they dont accept returns on edibles. I informed the rude staff & supervisor that these were for a wedding favor & they didnt care. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! OVERPRICED, DEFECTIVE, & RUDE!!!' I just filed a complaint with better business bureau & my credit card refunded my $.

we ordered 400 dollars worth of candy for our wedding it has been 3 months and still no candy. It took 3 weeks to even know the if we ordered the candy. Our wedding went without candy we are very disappointed in candywarehouse.

I chose to purchase from them for my upcoming wedding. They offer competitive pricing and free shipping after you spend $200. The free shipping does not include ice packs, you would have to pay for expedited shipping which came up to almoet $80 for me, if you wanted ice packs. Well, I live in Houston and my M&M's and Hershey's Kisses were melted upon arrival because I did not choose to pay the additional $80.

I went to another site, shipping was free along with free ice packs. One shipping was even missing and they immediately sent out a re-order.

I called CandyWarehouse to let them know of my experience. And maybe they can change their policy on not shipping without ice packs. Their answer was, "I'm sorry, but it's only a few people that have this problem. If you lived in Washington, you wouldn't have this problem. We can't do anything for you."

Lucky me, I have over 6 pounds of melted chocolate goo.

PLEASE, DO NO'T BUY CANDY FROM CANDY WAREHOUSE if you want QUALITY. They send you candies that are melted and unusable. If you are not planning to use the candy within the month, the BEST IF USED BY DATE will be expired. CANDY WAREHOUSE provides poor customer service when there is an issue with the candy they ship. I ordered $200.00 worth of candy to eliminate paying shipping cost; however. I cannot use half of the candy because the candy melted before I received it. The company offers expedited shipping for a premium charge which I chose not to do and my candy melting before arriving. If the company wants repeat business they should package their product so it is useable when received by their customers as standard packaging. If you read the other reviews of customer who experienced the problem of melting candy when received you would think the Candy Warehouse would take precautions to package differently. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM CANDY WAREHOUSE IF YOU WANT TO USE THE CANDY WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. The manager refused to meet me half - way in resolving my issue with the melted candy. I offered to pay half for reshipping of the candy if CANDY WAREHOUSE would pay half and they refused. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company should not be doing business when shipping products that are not useable when received. This was my first time ordering from CANDY WAREHOUSE and this will be my last time.

PLEASE, DON'T BUY CANDY HERE. They send you candies past the best before date and they don't do anything to solve. As if it is your fault. You pay for their fault and disrespect. My fiance ordered online and it was disgusting.

I ordered a couple of hundred dollars worth of candy and more than 1/2 of the order was stale and past the expiration date. I called to request a refund and was told that was not an option and then I was hung up on. Very rude, very unprofessional and they would not accept a return on the expired candy. I will never order from them again.

You must have me confused with another unhappy customer because I certainly never cursed at anyone. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was on another line. I asked to hold on until she was available and was then hung up on. And your website gave the candy you sold me a 2 month shelf life, and your company verified you purchased it approximately 7-9 months before you sold it to me (well past your own shelf life), and then the manufacturer confirmed the candy was over a year old, but you refused to join a call with myself and the manufacturer so they could tell you themselves the candy was expired. I'm not sure why you left the comments below that you did, but it should be noted that since my initial review, your company admittedly made a mistake and apologized for how poorly you handled my order, so please have your customers and facts straight before making accusations against them.

And for anyone else who may be considering placing an order with candywarehouse.com, I sincerely hope you get what you want without any problems. But please proceed with caution because if there is a problem with your order, you will not be treated well by this company. I recommend reading YELP and BBB reviews (as they have recently lost their accreditation with them) because it seems to be this company's general practice to blame the customer for their mistakes, and will not offer even minimal customer service to help you. They would rather lose customers than admit they made a mistake.

Horrible online experience with this vendor. A duplicate order was placed without me knowing (no confirmation on the page after clicking submit confirming that my order had went through, no order confirmation email, no shipping confirmation email). So two orders were supposedly placed. When I tried to return the items, I was told that there was a 20% restocking fee. After the items had been delivered back via UPS I was told they were also not going to be able to refund me the cost of some of the candy b/c it was damaged during shipping. The items in question were sealed and untouched by me, so how am I to know if those items had been damaged on their way to me. When I asked what they were going to do with the items, they said they would dispose of them. A horrible experience and one that I will never experience again since I will never be doing business with them. When I posted my horrible experience via some social media networks, some of the comments were that other people also had awful experiences with them. Good to know that I will never do business with this company again.
