    My order came fast and exactly as I'd expected (6 10" glass bowls for floating candles to use as centerpieces for tables at a wedding). Was amazed at fast the order arrived. Just great. Would definitely order from Candles4Less again.

    We used them to order vases and votive holders for our center pieces. The price was unbeatable. however the quality was meh. some of the vases weren't did not have smooth glass and some had bubbles. but all in all no one really noticed and I didn't care. they looked beautiful anyway. I would order from them easily!

    Our wedding theme was romantic, vintage and classic. We bought 500 votive candles and holders. They arrived very well packaged so none broke in transit. They lit up our venue beautifully. Loved how they looked!

    Two weeks before my September wedding, I decided that I wanted to purchase some votives and votive holders for the reception. I researched online and discovered Candles4Less.com. Because they offered unique votive holders at great prices, I decided to order from them and have them air ship the candles to me. Immediately after placing my order online, I realized that the business is actually located in my town (San Diego, CA)! I called them to see if it would be possible to delete the shipping charge from my order. The person I spoke with was very courteous and immediately understood why I was calling. She was able to correct my order and take off the $30 shipping charge. When I went to the location in person to pick up my order, it was ready to go. They even helped me load my new candles into my car. The candles were exactly as advertised online and looked beautiful at the reception. I will definitely order from Candles4Less again!

    I am a newlywed as of April 14th and wanted to share my wedding tips knowing how difficult it can be to plan a wedding. This is my second time around and I wanted to do it right. Unfortunately you can’t plan for lost shipments and I had ordered of taper candles and a unity candle set that never arrived. I was frantic to find something at a reasonable price. I found some reviews on Candles 4 Less and called them. I explained my situation and that I had only 3 days to receive them. The candles were affordable and they have beautiful unity candle sets with Swarovski crystals. I placed my order and received them the day before the wedding. I highly recommend this company.

    I purchased 200 of the "Personalized Wedding Favors" along with a bulk package of votive candles for my wedding back in December. The wedding favors are actually votive holders with a personalized label that you stick onto the holder. I put one at each place setting for my reception. The table looked amazing with the glowing candles and my friends and family went home with a memento. The price was excellent compared to several candles companies I found not to mention they were close to where i live. To save money on shipping I took a little trip to San Diego to pick them up. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I still have 7 of them left over and use them regularly. It makes me smile every time I light them. It was a fun reception ;)

    I ordered votive holders from this site at a great cost! I was having a hard time finding purple and even though they were back ordered it didn't take that long for them to arrive. I was pleased with the quality and customer service.

    This site has lots of options for all your candle needs. I bought clear votive holders with candles. I bought 216 of them for $105 and shipping is about 35. Burn time is about 10 hours for the candles. Shipping took about 5 work days. Everything was packed very well, packing peanuts and lots of boxes. Will def use for future needs.

    I purchased rectangle glass vases for centerpieces. They were very nice and a good price. Although packed well, one arrived broken. I called Candles4less and a replacement was sent immediately. I was very pleased with the product, price and service.

    I've been following up with all my favorite wedding websites to share my experience preparing for the big day. I purchased 288 Battery Operated Tealights from Candles 4 Less for my Wedding. We couldn't have candles in my church's reception hall so I had to go with the flame-less. I love candles so not having them at my reception was not an option. The tealights were not my first choice but was working with a shoe-string budget and had to find alternatives. I wanted pillars but they start at $5 and up per candle! Instead I took decorative Ivory Parchment paper and created hollow cylinders with the paper. To make it a little more interesting I made the cylinders different heights. We placed a battery operated tealights in each one which made them look like burning Pillars! Their tealights even have a sort of flicker to them. It may have been on a budget but it looked stunning. Anyone looking to get a good deal on candles for their wedding should check out their website!

    I ordered vases from them. Half of them arrived broken the first time. They reshipped them. The second shipment still had broken vases. The third time they got it right. The reshipment was free, but that was way too much trouble. They only wrapped them in thin paper because they say bubble wrap is not eco- friendly. Well, having to wait for vases to be resent twice is not time friendly. And, after the wedding, I found them in Bad, Beth and Beyond for cheaper.

    The candles came relatively quick after ordering them, but unfortunately I had a mixed order colored candles. When I contacted the company to see how easy it'd be to exchange they reassured me that it would be no issue and I wouldn't incur additional cost. As the candles did not fit into one box to send back to the vendor, I had to pay for my own shipping for the second box. I had to call twice to inquire about my return and they only refunded me 1/3 of what I had originally paid for the candles as they said many candles were broken despite my attempts to pay for top-line returns. I would NOT work with this company unless you are 100% positive about what you are purchasing as they will not be helpful in returning or exchanging their products. We used the candles at our wedding and they burned quite quickly... I'd look elsewhere if you can.

    Did not ship on time. Substituted items, then didn't refund the difference

    I ordered 1,440 10 hour votive candles for a neighborhood luminary. They were supposed to ship within 1-5 days. I ordered them 10 days early. They never came in the 1-5 days so I called and they told me that due to Covid their warehouse had been shut down two weeks ago and they moved all their inventory to ship from Pennsylvania. This is something I could have been notified of when I placed my order but was not told anything. They said the only thing they could do was ship 5 hour tea light candles from California. They gave me 1800, but I only needed the set amount I ordered so now I have 3,600 more than I needed. They told me they would refund the difference. They thankfully overnighted the candles and when I received them they were only 4 hour max burn time. Super disappointing but I had no other choice at that point since I found out about the problem too late. Then I got my refund, and I have no idea how they figured it out, but it was only $62.98. I could have purchased the candles they sent me for $161.97 less than what I paid, so I have no idea why they thought they should only refund $62.98 but now I'm out $100, I've let down my whole neighborhood and it's been a really disappointing mess. I only found out there was a problem with shipment when I called to ask them about it, they never communicated that to me. If you do choose to buy from them, do it WAY in advance and follow up. I was going to buy these every year for a neighborhood Christmas tradition but they have lost my business and trust.

    Hello Danielle,

    We understand that as a customer, when you make a purchase you expect to receive your product in a timely manner. We know that we have let you down, and for that we are very sorry.

    When our warehouse closed down due to a positive case with one of our team member we send a notification email to all our customers who has pending orders. I am not sure why you did not receive this email. I will research the reason. I totally agree that it is not acceptable.

    When you called us we have given you an option to ship tealights candles instead of Votive candles. We did let you know that these candles burn 4 to 5 hours as stated on the website. Because of the difference in burning time you have requested us to ship you extra candles and on the phone we both agreed for 5 cases of 600pcs of tealights. Actually after we hang up the phone you called us again to verify the quantity of the candles.

    You mentioned that you needed these candles the next day and we shipped it with overnight priority service at our expense. The cost of overnight shipping 90lbs of candles was more expensive than the cost of the candles but all we wanted to make sure you receive the candles on time for your event.

    As for the difference refunded to your Credit card;
    The total of the votive candles you have purchased was $314.95 The total of the tealight candles was $251.97.
    The difference is $62.98. If you do not need the extra candles we can refund you if you choose to return them back to us.

    I had ordered from them before without a problem. I had moved and the first thing I did was update both billing and shipping address. Then I placed my order. However, they shipped it to my old address and it was returned to them. When I told them that their website did not update my new address, they said they would ship it to the new address but charge me for additional shipping. I told them no - either ship it to the proper address as no additional charge or refund my money. They refunded my money but deducted the shipping cost. I hope they don't expect to keep customers with service this bad

    Unprofessional company

    If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I ordered a 16 inch octagon mirror for an event for this weekend and was sent a round. I sent a voicemail and an email containing evidence of the wrong product. I got a call back the next morning and they claimed they didn't get the email which I then shot screenshots of and they gave a generic apology all while in the middle of saying theres's no way they could fix this and if they had more time, I would have to pay for expedited shipping on a replacement item. NO. NO NO NO. THEY made the mistake, THEY should fix it, I would NEVER ask a customer to pay for my mistake!! Then they tried to cover saying that they would offer free ground shipping. I was on the phone with HR during this call by the way, who, was JUST professional enough to full on ignore me, and act like she couldn't hear me and hang up. This is the most unprofessional business I've seen and will not be doing return business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Poorest customer service ever!!

    They charged my credit card and never shipped my items. They do not answer the phone and I have had to go through my credit card company to solve the issue.

    Poor customer service. I ordered pillar vases for my wedding and they arrived in all different thicknesses causing the candles that I bought not to fit. When I called to exchange the items they made me pay for new vases and shipping, as well as pay for shipping for the defected items that they originally sent me. Once the new vases arrived, they were also in different thicknesses but didn’t cause any problem as I ordered a size bigger this time. Awful service and not willing to help.
