Awesome photo booth!

Awesome photo booth and customer service! Super responsive to all of our questions. We were so happy with the quality of the photo booth itself and all of our pictures! Our guests loved the unique LED cube style as well!

Candid Pix was an amazing addition to our wedding reception! It was a total hit and our guests could not get enough of it. Many of our guests were so fascinated because they had never seen an LED cube photobooth. The photos came out super clear and crisp which I loved and the booth attendants were friendly and professional. They gave us an album at the end of the night with the strips from our guests too! We also got an email with all of the digital files from the photobooth of all of our guests to keep too. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

This vendor was great! They were accommodating, super flexible, fun, and the LED photo cube booth was the life of the party! This was a great way to capture candid pictures of family and friends at the wedding! Highly recommend.

Shelly is the best to work with and they are able to work with you too!! We were running late and I was able to add an hour to the photo booth rental right there at the wedding!! She was great and so was our photo booth rental attendant!! We invited him in to eat and made him feel like he was party of the wedding and he in turn made the photo booth feel like part of the party!! I would highly recommend this vendor for any wedding!!

We were very satisfied with the services provided by Candid Pix Photo Booth! We were lucky enough to have booked them far in advance with a great price locked in. Not only did we get a personalized photostrip and 3 hours of photos, we also got unlimited prints, awesome props, a kiosk where guests could upload to social media, and we also got copies of each photo taken in a guestbook album! I would recommend Candid pix because of their customer service, quality, and awesome price!!

We received so many compliments about the photo booth. This was a huge hit at our wedding reception. It is so memorable too. I definitely recommend this if your on the fence. It was worth every penny!

I put on a comicon at ASU on April 19th, 2015 and asked Candid Pix to bring their tent set up for the duration of the event. Rich was very fast at getting back to me and working out the details, and was patient when I didn't respond when working on other priorities for the event. He also gave me a discounted price since I represent a student organization. He arrived early, friendly and enthusiastic, and was quick in getting set up. He stayed with the booth the whole time, had a wide array of props ready, had social media setups with ipads on stands so guests could post the photos directly to social media, and he made sure I received a flash drive copy of the photos for our event's docs for future marketing. I had to pay all of my vendors through ASU's Appropriations, and he has been very patient waiting for that to come through (it can be a time-consuming process). I will definitely be hiring Candid Pix at next year's event and for other events I do for my club, Rich was professional, sociable, and understanding and patient with my situation.

Candid Pix Photobooth was a hit at my wedding. Everyone loved the easy to use, quick printed photo strips, and social media iPad kiosis. The owners were very easy to get ahold of, and so much fun to work with. Definitely recommend having them at any event.

The graphic turned out great! They were so good at making any changes I requested as well. The pictures were really good quality and printed pretty fast. Also the kiosk to be able to send them to yourself was awesome! I would definitely recommend this company for any type of event and will for sure be using them again!

I'm so glad we decided to do a photo booth! We do not regret our decision one bit. Especially since we picked Candid Pix. Shelley and Rich were awesome! I believe it was Rich that worked our photo booth the night of the wedding actually! All my guests were so excited about having the photo booth and loved all the props and the helpfulness of the staff. I know they love the link that was provided to download their pictures as well. My only complaint was that I wasn't sent the proof for the layout until 2 days before the wedding. This I feel should have been sent to me at least a week before. This was minor though and it definitely didn't interfere with us having a blast at the wedding. :)

We used Candid Pix for The Good Life Festival concert at Encanterra. The entire set up was great! They are extremely affordable, opening to customizing as much as possible, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They had an extensive prop selection and were super quick to replace photo strips,etc. Their ability to integrate with our social media was a huge plus! My only suggestion is to invest in some additional lighting. As the sun started going down we noticed the pictures were getting a little darker; however our set up was open air and not a regular booth, so I'm sure that contributed to it. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for all of our other concerts coming up in the spring!!!

Our photobooth was an absolute hit at our wedding. We got some GREAT pictures and I absolutely loved the book and USB drive so that we could share them with everyone instantly. I would definitely recommend for a wedding or any other event.

The photobooth was right on time and great with guests. The team was a bit young and ate our reception dinner without asking us which I did not approve. My photographer and DJ asked beforehand to eat and I approved that so to watch my photo booth people just chowing down on our italian feast was a bit tacky.

The photo booth that they provided for my wedding was a huge hit! The LED cube looked amazing at our outdoor venue and was so much fun. The pictures turned out great, the props were fun, and they even provided us with a photo album with a copy of everyone's photos from the night. That was so special to us to be able to look back through and see how much fun everyone had. They were prompt, took care of setting up and taking down everything and it all went very smoothly!

We really enjoyed working with Candid Pix. They have 2 photo booths to choose from and they also create a personalized photo booth frame for your photos. We were thrilled that we got to include our logo. The guests had a blast taking photos and that they each got to keep a hard copy of their photos, along with sending them to themselves digitally.

The photobooth itself was definitely a hit at the wedding; however, the people running it were not. Prior to the wedding they were very difficult to get ahold of to ask questions. At one point I was actually nervous that they weren’t going to show up on my wedding day. During the reception they sat in the corner looking super unhappy all night, rather than being excited and trying to pull people in to take pictures. I looked over at the booth once and the guy was sitting down at a table “air drumming” all by himself having his wife run the booth.

Friends and Family Please Do Not Use Candid Pix Photo Booth !!!!!

I wish I could rate them a zero. I met them at the wedding expo in January and booked them a week later for my wedding on March 3rd. They quoted me a little higher then the other companies but since they were giving me a law enforcement discount I decided to use them anyways. I was so excited to have the pictures and fun memories as the gifts for the guest. I scheduled the photographer for a shorter block of time based on the fact that the photo booth would be there. We ended up having upwards of 200 guest and I told everyone about them. In the end each guest went home empty handed and we missed out on capturing the valuable memories.

I had them scheduled from 5-10pm with the plan of extending the time frame with the extra charge at the end. At 7pm I called them to see if the booth operator got lost because they were still not there. Shelley called me back an hour later to tell me she booked me for the 18th by mistake. Never once offered to send anyone as soon as possible. This was after the multiple emails and phone conversations back and forth the previous months. I have gotten the $200 deposit back but have yet to get a call returned from Shelley and Rich. Patrick and I can never replace those valuable memories.
