The entire process, from booking to music selection to the day-of coordination, was remarkably smooth and stress-free. Camerata String Quartet even arranged several special songs that held significance for us, seamlessly incorporating them into our ceremony to add an extra layer of beauty. Amazing amazing amazing!
Did I mention, Camerata String Quartet is amazing?!? ;) From the start, it was a pleasure working with CSQ for music for our ceremony. My late grandmother was a violinist and I received her violin after she passed away two years ago. I was very close with her and was sad she couldn’t be there for our wedding. However, I literally got the next best thing because Leyla with CSQ agreed to play her violin and the music was absolutely beautiful and felt my grandmother’s presence. Their rendition of “When I Fall in Love” was so amazing and just set the perfect mood. I love this group and will have to hire them again at our anniversary party one day! -

It was wonderful to work with and have Camerata Strings play at our wedding ceremony! We chose to work with Leila after a recommendation from our wedding planner, Brides On A Budget. Leyla was easy to work with and quick to respond. The quartet has a rich library of music ranging from classical pieces to pop music to movie scores.
For the wedding day, the quartet was well prepared and gave our ceremony and elegant feel to our iconic 1940s vintage theme. We’d highly recommend them for any couple looking to have a string quartet at their wedding or event!

Absolutely loved!
We absolutely loved working with Camerata String Quartet. Layla was very responsive and super helpful in the planning process. They played before our ceremony as guests arrived through the cocktail hour. The music really added to the elegant atmosphere and brought our vision to life. We received so many compliments and I cannot recommend Camerata String Quartet enough! -

Beautiful!
Leyla, Maureen, Liz, and Amy from Camerata String Quartet are beyond amazing for any type of event! We hired them for our wedding in Door County this past August. We first met them at a wedding expo in January right after getting engaged. We only had our venue booked at this point and were still looking to decide on everything else! The were the best thing to come from that expo, and only vendor who we met there who we actually ended up hiring. From the second they played "Here Comes the Sun" for us we both knew we needed to hire them. My now husband had randomly selected it off of their song list. At this point we hadn't even discussed music yet or any songs for the ceremony. However, when we walked away after meeting them we both turned to each other saying we should hire them and that "Here Comes the Sun" would be the perfect song for me to walk down the aisle to. My only regret on the day of our wedding is that I didn't get to personally hear more of their music! I really only got to enjoy the song I walked down to, the music during the ceremony, and the song we walked out to. And then during the cocktail hour we were too preoccupied thanking everyone for coming that we didn't really take a chance to just listen to the music. So my one suggestion on the day of your wedding or event would be to go over to where the quartet is playing and just listen to 2-3 songs before going back to join your guests. I really wish we would have done that. We would definitely hire Camerata String Quartet again in the future if we ever have an event where we need music!

We were absolutely thrilled with Camerata Strings' performance during our July 2020 wedding. We significantly altered our wedding plan due to COVID19 and changed from a 180 person indoor wedding to a 70 person outdoor wedding. Communication throughout the process was phenomenal and we appreciated the collaboration on our safety plan. The highlight was a specially prepared arrangement for the bridal processional... it brought tears to everyone's eyes. I would highly recommend booking Camerata Strings. -

Camerata strings was great to work with. Communication by email was fast and easy as far as contract and coordination. They handled Covid restrictions and precautions professionally. They sounded great and dealt with a delayed ceremony start smoothly. So glad we hired them for our wedding! -

Leyla was so wonderful to work with! We used the Camerata String Quartet for our wedding ceremony on New Years Eve. She is VERY prompt with responding to any questions or information we needed to know. She worked with our officiant to make sure everything ran smoothly during our ceremony. I wanted live music for our ceremony. I didn't want to use recorded music and worry about the walk down the aisle being timed and having an awkward artificial end, etc. Camerata was a great choice. They were extremely easy to work with. I appreciated how they were so quick to respond to each email and thorough with all my questions. I feel like some vendors don't actually read the entire email, but not the case with them. They followed up with me throughout the planning process. I planned my wedding myself and it was overwhelming. They were on top of it and made their part worry-free for me. I had two new songs that they had to learn and it was no problem at all. We did not have a rehearsal and since I was the bride I could not be there to greet them before the ceremony. We only communicated through email and I had to trust that they would set up and perform the songs as I hoped. And they did. The flower girl took an extra long but cute time to throw petals and they had to adapt and keep the song flowing, which was exactly the reason I wanted live music. I didn't have to worry about anything with Camerata. The planning was easy and the performance was great. Thank you, Camerata! -

I booked Camerata String Quartet about 20 months before my wedding. It was important to me to have them for my ceremony so I started my research early. From day 1, Leyla has been one of my favorite vendors. Her responses to emails are immediate and she is highly organized. She worked and communicated effectively/efficiently not only with me, but also with the church staff. Most importantly, Leyla and the rest of the team are also incredibly talented. Camerata played our wedding back in August and if there were a sixth star I'd leave it. These guys are consummate professionals. I am a professional musician myself so I am probably pickier than the average person. Camerata handled even very specific requests with the utmost professionalism. They will be a memorable part of your event. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
