From start to finish, our wedding experience was nothing short of magical. Beyond the beauty of the venue, the service was truly exceptional. The team at Camas Meadows Golf Club, specifically Rachel, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Rachel was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible. Another huge plus was the fair and transparent pricing. We felt we received incredible value for everything that was included. The quality of service, the stunning atmosphere, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. Looking back, we wouldn’t change a single thing. If we could do it all over again, we’d choose Camas Meadows Golf Club in a heartbeat! This venue will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we know it will be the same for any couple lucky enough to celebrate here. -

We had our wedding at Camas Meadows last summer, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. Rachel did an amazing job organizing every detail and was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. She and the venue team helped bring our dream wedding to life.
Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, but the staff was also professional and handled everything seamlessly. Being an all-inclusive venue really took the stress off our shoulders, allowing us to fully enjoy our day. The food was phenomenal, and the bartender was fantastic as well.
We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stunning and well-coordinated wedding experience! -

We loved having our wedding at Camas Meadows this June. The venue was beautiful, our pictures turned out amazing. We loved having our cocktail hour on the terrace before heading to the tent for the reception. Rachel was amazing to work with, definitely get the coordination services with her! She is extremely sweet and professional and worked with us to make sure our vision was happening. The food is also fantastic! We had our rehearsal dinner here as well. Everything was so smooth and easy. -

Beautiful Wedding Venue!!!
My husband and I were married at Camas Meadows May 2024 and it was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so beautiful. Rachel Wilson coordinated the wedding and reception and I highly recommend her!! Very professional and made us feel so comfortable. Pricing was transparent and she communicated so well. It was great to have the wedding and reception at the same venue and so great not to have to worry about set up or clean up after. Everything flowed seamlessly.
The gazebo ceremony with a forest backdrop was so peaceful and lovely and the grounds are just beautiful.
The tented reception turned out beautifully too. We were told several times that the food was AMAZING!!! This an amazing choice for an outdoor wedding venue!!

The Perfect Wedding at Camas Meadows!
We got married at Camas Meadows Golf Course in August 2024, and it truly could not have been more perfect. From start to finish, everything was so smooth, beautiful, and stress-free thanks to their incredible team. Our ceremony took place at the Gazebo, and the setting was absolutely magical—peaceful, scenic, and intimate. We held our reception on the Lower Terrace, which was the perfect spot to celebrate with our loved ones. The ambiance was just right, and everything was beautifully arranged.
One of the biggest perks of Camas Meadows is that it’s an all-inclusive venue, which made planning so much easier. They provided tables, chairs, plates, silverware, and linens, and even included a rehearsal and a menu tasting in the package—such a great value! The tasting was not only delicious but also a fun and memorable part of the planning process.
The venue coordinator was absolutely amazing. She was organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went off without a hitch. She helped us stay on schedule and made sure all the little details were handled so we could truly relax and enjoy our big day. We felt completely supported throughout the entire process.
Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how seamless the day felt. If we could do it all over again, we’d choose Camas Meadows in a heartbeat. We’re so grateful for the unforgettable memories they helped us create. -

Great wedding venue & team!
My husband and I got married back in August of 2024 and were on the hunt for a venue we instantly felt a connection with and Camas meadows was just that. The setting was so peaceful and had everything we needed and were looking for all in one location which made planning sooo much easier! Rachel was great throughout the whole process and provided us with timelines of when things would happen or be due. Payments were made super flexible to avoid us feeling overwhelmed all at once. We personally didn’t find the need to hire a wedding planner as Rachel was amazing on both rehearsal and wedding day! She checked in on us throughout the wedding day to keep us on schedule while also giving us our space to enjoy those sacred moments. Aside from that , the food was AMAZING and the taste testing was so much fun and just as great! Our favorite thing was the flexibility of being able to make final changes up to 10 days before the wedding !! (If I remember correctly) So many things happen and change while planning , so this feature lifted a lot of stress off both my husband and I. Our friends and family still talk about our wedding as if it was just yesterday! If my husband and I wanted to get remarried for fun and were rich , we would definitely pick Camas meadows again! -

Camas Meadows Golf Club was a perfect venue for our wedding! Rachel helped us through every step of the process— from picking our menu, to the linens and much more. She made every detail possible for our wedding! I loved the greenery/landscape and enclosed tent for our reception. We also had our own bridal/groom suites to get ready in, such a nice touch. Highly recommend this venue! -

Great Venue!
Camas Meadows, Rachel, and the whole staff were wonderful! They were there every step of the way to make our special day possible the way we wanted it! Everything from the food, location, and tent set up was very nice! We would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for an affordable location to get married! -

My husband and I got married at Camas 1 year ago. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a venue. It was beautiful. The rooms are great. The food was delicious. We worked with Rachel pretty much the entire time. It was important for us to communicate with our venue coordinator and Rachel made everything seamless. Long story short, two people who had always planned on eloping suddenly found themselves engaged, needing to get married within THREE AND A HALF WEEKS, with family and friends pounding down the door to celebrate our marriage instead of letting us elope. I suddenly found myself a bride-to-be -- who had never even conceived having a REAL wedding -- frantically calling venues for a 200-person guest list right at the start of wedding season.
Right away, when Rachel at Camas Meadows picked up the phone, I knew this would be our venue. She and her team were so incredibly professional and understanding about our situation. I would have never wanted to work with me (to recap: time crunch, clueless bride, huge invite list), but Rachel made me and my husband feel so special and heard in every aspect of planning. She walked us through everything, explained the cost and budgeting (WOW, these things are expensive), and went out of her way to add thoughtful, personal touches.
This attention to detail and thoughtfulness extended to the day of the wedding itself. The venue was immaculately decorated, the staff so helpful, and the "getting ready" spaces stocked with last-minute items I didn't even know I'd need. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our guests at the reception, going above and beyond. The food? Delicious. The decor? Amazing. The beautiful golf course? Picturesque. Truthfully, my husband and I kept waiting for something to go wrong, because we felt there was no way everyone could actually be having that good a time. So many of our guests told us something along the lines of "this is the best wedding I've ever been to; I can't believe they only had a month to put this together"!
I might still not know a lot about weddings, but I know I could never have dreamed up the day my husband and I had without Rachel and the whole Camas Meadows team. If you're looking to have a wedding in the greater Portland/Vancouver area, I beg you, look no further. -

This venue worked with us for 2 years to make our big day happen for us the way we wanted. When Covid restrictions started the were flexible and supportive with moving the date. They took such good care or us, every team member was awesome to work with and provided the highest customer service. The chef also pulled off some superb authentic Italian food for our big day. Highly recommend Camas Meadows for your big day! -

Everyone we worked with at Camas Meadows from start to finish we’re so wonderful, the all inclusive style venue is the way to go!! Seriously, minimal stress this route. Many guests complimented the beautiful scenery & delicious food.
Rachel was a gem to work with, she was present, replied promptly and was so kind and helpful.
The venue was very accommodating as we had to postpone a couple times due to COVID. We easily picked a new date for July 2021 and we’re so glad we waited for this big celebration! -

Jamie is a rockstar and I love her so much. She was my go-to, my rock, during this experience. She is so easygoing and approachable so I had no problem asking any questions or making requests all the way through the wedding day. She is very prepared and knowledgeable so you can TRUST she knows what she’s doing and she will make sure it’s done for your big day. She goes above and beyond. Everyone was so impressed by the venue and said it was beautiful. The food was great. They seriously do their best to accommodate so I feel really good about having gone with Camas Meadows. Tenielle Sent on 07/03/2018I cannot thank Camas Meadows enough! They went above and beyond for every aspect of our wedding day. Jamie, the wedding planner, was exceptional from the beginning. She was a fabulous communicator and worked to clearly understand our vision. The best thing about this venue is everything is included as far as tables, chairs, linens, and tableware. This saves a lot of hassle, especially for large weddings(they can hold 300), as they set up and tear down the venue for you. The whole team created a venue that was above and beyond what we could have pictured. The food was delicious and came with great service. Chef Bill created an amazing menu and we had so much fun at our tasting. I highly recommend a wedding at this venue. Plus you cannot get better than a Camas Meadows sunset through the trees, so many photo opportunities on the golf course!

Knowing that late July could be very hot, we chose to hold both the ceremony and reception indoors in the ballroom. (Thank goodness we did, as it hit 103 degrees that day!) The outdoor gazebo is lovely and looks like a beautiful spot for a wedding ceremony, but our ceremony in the ballroom with the huge window displaying the golf course behind us was absolutely gorgeous. The buffet dinner was amazing, and many of our guests commented on how good the food was. The bridal suite was a beautiful place to spend the afternoon getting ready. Rachael (the wedding manager at Camas Meadows) was a dream to work with, so friendly and helpful! (I don't know what I would have done without Rachael-- she's the best!) All in all, we are so happy we chose Camas Meadows for our wedding! -

Suzanne Sent on 09/27/2016Rachael is the best, even with a personal emergency she made our wedding day beautiful and I didn't stress about anything that day. Great food and service. The guests were raving about it all! The location is breath taking even in 90 degree weather. We had about 100 people attend so it was very convenient to have both the ceremony & reception at the same location and not have to find an outside cater. The provided bridal suites we so nice to have. Throughout the entire process Rachael was there to help and answer any questions. If you want a fantastic, beautiful and little stress wedding, I highly recommend booking Camas Meadows. -

Crystal saved our wedding! We had an unfortunate situation happen (3 months prior to our set wedding date), our previously hired venue closed and we were panicking to find a venue in such short notice! In our search we contacted camas Meadows and set up an appointment to meet, we were impressed with how experienced they are at weddings and we booked immediately! Camas Meadows is beautiful in the spring & summer which offered gorgeous photo opportunities! Crystal helped us to throw together our wedding so quickly and painlessly because she knows her stuff - it was amazing! We were so lucky to find this venue and receive their help! Her and her team put in a lot of work to make the day flow perfectly. Also, the food was great! They offer a free tasting which is so much fun & you get to eat and drink a ton! We were impressed - but even happier with the dinner we choose (it wasn’t at the tasting) but we trusted that it would be great and it was! We have gotten countless compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how great the dinner was! Major props to Crystal and her team! We couldn’t be happier with how our day turned out! -

Cici Sent on 11/14/2013The location is truly breath taking! My guests are still talking about how beautiful the space was and not to mention my photos came out amazing because of the back drop! My disappointment is simple how strict they are on EVERTHING and not to mention the price but I'm not complaining too much about that. I was sometimes disappointed at how long it would take to get a response back when I had a question but I always received an answer back. Overall beautiful venue just wish they would lighten up a little bit but all in all good space.
