From the beginning, they were always available to answer questions and made any adjustments to our order that were needed. On the day of our wedding, they made sure all of the items were delivered as early as possible. Tables and chairs were set up for us in the area that we wanted them. At the end of the night, they came back to pick up everything on time.Caloosa Tent & Rental's reply:

Great experience very helpful!
I would recommend Caloosa Tent rental for any party!! Ours was my daughters wedding and it turned out beautiful ! Alie helped and answered all my questions even when it was about setting up items they didn’t do like decorating poles and making a curtain entrance and lights!! We had a beautiful dance floor, appetizer table , catered food , DJ cocktail tables outside tent to hang out with drinks! The tent was clean and Allie suggested the cathedral window panel at one side of tent for bride and groom table and cake table was perfect! All the guest had a blast and we got lots of compliments! It was was great outside because of covid but next part even if covid is over I’d still go with the tent party ! Better than if we had a hall !!

I highly recommend caloosa tent and rental! Excellent customer service by Alle, she went above and beyond and answered all my questions about my wedding and what I needed. The tables and decor looked incredible and were in excellent condition. They have so many great options. The bamboo arbor and drapes were stunning and made my ceremony beautiful. Everything about the process was quick and easy! I got a quote within an hour and the rentals arrived at the beginning of the arrival window. Their entire staff was beyond helpful - we were planning a destination wedding from Chicago and not only was Debbie attentive, professional and beyond patient, she went above and beyond to ensure that our client got everything she wanted for her wedding day from emailing pictures of napkin colors to adding/subtracting things from the quote multiple times. With every request, Debbie was responsive & a team player and we could not have done it without her. Additionally, the tent we used was gorgeous, their setup/take down crew was efficient & prompt and the decor we rented (chargers, stemware, flatware, etc.) was stunning. If you live in the area or are planning a wedding near Ft.Myers I strongly encourage you to use Caloosa. -
Melissa Sent on 12/09/2017We rented a tent, tables, chairs with cushions and linens from caloosa. Overall great experience. Some of the chairs were wobbling and likely needed to be replaced. Other than that really can't say a bad thing at all. Crew was friendly and professional! Linens were in excellent condition and our wedding looked amazing!

Gennifer Sent on 04/14/2012Decent for the price. Easy to work with and flexible to price matching. Had a slight issue with linens but they were quick to fix. I signed a contract saying that my table and chairs would be delivered at 9:30am the morning of my wedding and picked up by 11:30pm that same night.
The day before, I got a call saying that my delivery would Be made between 9:30 and 11:30 on my wedding day. The day of my wedding, I got a call saying that they would be there by 2 o’clock. My ceremony doors opened at 3 o’clock giving me no time to set up and arrange things the way they needed to be arranged.
They then returned at midnight to pick up the tables and chairs.
The price was good for these rentals, but the added stress that it caused me was not.Caloosa Tent & Rental's reply:
Mikala, we are so sorry that we caused you stress. Generally, we don't give delivery times until the day before because they are so difficult to stick to unless we know exactly what is on the schedule and our crews sometimes run into unforeseen circumstances which have them running behind on jobs, which happened that morning as our crews begin at 7am and they had a job before yours. Usually, we give a 3 or 4 hour window for that reason. The lady in our office who worked with you was new and made the error of agreeing to that time and not finding out the time of your event. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience on your wedding day, I hope the rest of it was magical.
