I cannot recommend CallaRose planning enough! Olivia is outrageously talented and put together the most Pinterest worthy wedding for us, that truly spoke to who we are. She has an eye for design, is accommodating and professional, and provides so much support and feedback. She truly cares about each couple and plans events as if they were her own. Her network of vendors is incredible and she has guidance for every single step of the process. She’s responsive and flexible, always remaining sure and calm during the ups and downs of planning. Speechless!!
Truly no words to describe how monumental it was to have Olivia as apart of my wedding day. Her consideration for detail and execution not only left me with peace of mind but also just stunned on how she made my visions come to life. How well she gets to know her clients made her feel more like a friend than a vendor. She ensures her clients expectations are exceeded. She was there whenever I needed her and truly let me live my day as a bride without a care in the world. If anything didn’t go according to plan on my wedding day I never even knew due to her quick fixes and tweaks to ensure everything went off without a hitch. I speak for my husband and myself when I say she truly is one of the sweetest, most talented people I came across in my wedding planning journey. Working with Callarose Planning was as if I plucked my dream day of coordinator from my imagination and it became reality. Olivia and Ansley were a dream team who juggled SO MANY things on the wedding day. We had a wedding of 200 people, an unforeseen late start, and tons of other logistical pieces that Olivia handled with ease. Any issue that did come up, I had NO idea about during the wedding because Olivia & Ansley handled it and kept me none the wiser, so I was completely stress free on the day.
Olivia also was great to work with in the weeks leading up to the wedding and very helpful and organized in her phone calls and video chats.

CallaRose Planning was exactly what we were looking for when we began planning our wedding. Initially, we had planned to do it all ourselves, but we quickly discovered that this was not something the bride or groom should be doing. From the start, Olivia was patient with all our questions and even more patient during the hectic days before our event. She offered great ideas that made the day special. On-site, she and her team ensured everything ran smoothly, working with vendors and accommodating several last-minute requests. Her attention to detail ensured everything was perfect. From start to finish, we could not have asked for a better experience for our magical day. I highly recommend them!

Olivia was a lifesaver. I hired her for week of coordinating and she was on top of every single detail. She was extremely responsive and helpful!
Olivia and her team were top notch! I hired CallaRose for week of coordination and she was on top and ahead of everything. Anything I threw at her she adapted and made it perfect! She and her assistant were crucial during the rehearsal and day of. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The way she oversaw everything and everyone the day of was incredibly helpful. She made our day perfect! -

I don’t know what I would have done without Olivia on our big day!! From communicating with the vendors to making sure the decorations were immaculate - CallaRose did an outstanding job and was always on top of everything.
