She’s amazing!

Phyllis did an amazing job with our flowers! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she brought it to life! The flowers turned out beautiful and everyone loved them! I would recommend everyone in the area use her for their flower arrangements!

Beautiful Work

My sister gave Phyllis a very rough idea what she wanted for her wedding. She had big ideas, a tight budget, and was very overwhelmed. Phyllis was able to get creative with her budget and create a concept that was absolutely stunning. The flowers truly added to the magic of the day. Phyllis went above and beyond to make my sister's wedding experience special.

Amazing Wedding Flowers

I had some firm wants and some loose ideas for the look of my wedding flowers. I showed Phyllis some things that I liked and felt comfortable enough let her do her thing and that she would bring it all together to complete my vison. Everything turned out gorgeous! She got me some specialty flowers I wanted & I was obsessed with all of it. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend Phyllis for any wedding!

OMG! My best friend "the procrastinator" was getting married around Valentines Day, and as we all know this is one of the busiest months of the year for any florist! Well, not for Callaraes!! They stepped right in, came up with a plan and designed the most amazing centerpieces, arch way arrangements and bouquets I've ever laid eyes one. Unlike most weddings where everyone is talking about the bride, everyone was overwhelmed at how beautiful all of the arrangements were. I highly recommend Callaraes for any event..... you won't be disappointed.

Words can't express how thankful I am with Phyllis for making my wedding look espectacular! From the entrance table to the sweetheart table! Phyllis is awesome to work with! After the consultation with Phyllis we knew without a doubt we had picked the perfect florist. Knowledgeable, professional, relaxed and creative. She made the process of selecting flowers for our daughter and son in laws wedding fun and stress free. The day of the wedding she arrived with her staff and effortlessly transformed the wedding venue into a wedding fairytale. Phyllis’s attention to detail is genius level and designs are magical. My Husband and I planned a Beauty and the Beast themed destination wedding and chose Callarae’s Floral after seeing Phyllis’ work at our venue for another wedding.

We knew instantly she was the one to bring our vision to life. We already had a lot of factors working against us - Beauty and the Beast was coming out in theaters and we knew a lot of people would be critical that the wedding didn’t look like the animated version, there were not a lot of Beauty and the Beast wedding ideas online for inspiration, and we had to work remotely with all of our vendors.

With Phyllis, you would have never known we were 3 hours apart. She consistently called and texted with us when necessary and made communication her top priority.

The week of our wedding Hurricane Irma hit Florida. Phyllis was terrified our flowers weren’t going to survive if the power went out or even make it to Orlando at all (they were coming from Miami). She told us not to worry, we had to worry about our safety first and traveling up to Orlando from South Florida once the hurricane had passed. Lo and behold, (we found out after the wedding), she went and purchased a generator specifically for our flowers, blacked out all of her windows in the shop to keep the temperature down, and hired security to protect the shop from someone breaking in and trying to steal the generator. She put our wedding and flowers ahead of her personal life all so our wedding day would be perfect. It would have been much easier and less stressful to refund our order or blame the hurricane for things going wrong.

We have NEVER worked with a vendor that cares as deeply as Phyllis and she will do anything to make sure your event goes as smoothly as possible. She treats your event as her event and makes it her number one priority. She is the one you want to be working alongside you to be your advocate and make sure your event looks perfect.

Phyllis was great to work with! She really worked with our budget so we got the most out of our money. She was always fast at responding to emails and worked with us mostly through email because we live about an hour away. We had already bought some DIY things because we were going to decorate the venue ourselves as we thought we would only be able to afford a florist for the bouquets. Once I met with Phyllis she told me what she could do without going over my budget and she even let me bring some of the DIY supplies I had already purchased to save money and make sure they didn't go to waste. On the day of the wedding she was there before I was! Everything was set out and ready for us. She's very friendly and will really go out of her way to make your wedding beautiful without breaking your bank. So glad we went with Calla Rae's!

Callaraes Floral Events completely captured the vision I had for my wedding. Phyllis was so easy to work with and very accommodating to every request. When I look back on the photographs, I wonder why I even worried about anything! Phyllis had it all taken care of. She went above and beyond even bringing backup flowers and vases. She was on time and professional, everything we needed for our special day. I would recommend her for all of your floral needs.

Phyllis was amazing! I planned my wedding from CA wasn't very sure what I wanted when I booked her for my wedding date. My plans changed a bunch of time on what I wanted and how I wanted things set up (guess count kept going up so I had to try to squeeze people in) and she managed to accommodate all my last min. request! Everything was perfect the day of my wedding. She came in and set everything up beautifully! She is super affordable for the quality of her service. She knew I was working on a budget and she made sure our center pieces were with in budget and beautiful, I got so many compliments! I would totally use her again for any special occasion.

Phyllis turned our wedding into the most beautiful great Gatsby glam wedding!! Our guests still mention how beautiful the decor was till this day!! We loved everything!! She's a blessing to work with, and is very prompt, kind, compassionate and very client centered. I can't say enough wonderful things about her!! From the decor to the bouquets she didn't miss one single detail and went above and beyond to add even more than we expected!!

After searching for a Florist for our Daughters wedding we found a gem in Debary. The bouquets were beautiful and she perfected everything my daughter wanted to make her special day perfect. I can't say enough good things about this Florist she really does go above and beyond. You will not be disappointed.

Phyllis deserves 100 stars and then some! From start to finish my experience with Callaraes Floral Events couldn't have been any better. Phyllis dedicates a lot of time to her brides and really listens, she doesn't push or try to change from your vision. The whole planning process with her was simple! She took everything I had envisioned and made it all come to life. I entrusted her with my bridal party, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and even decorations for my buffet table and ice cream sundae bar, I literally showed up the day of my wedding empty handed because Phyllis took care of everything. My wedding day was PERFECT and I really believe it was because of all of the effort Phyllis put into it! SHE IS AMAZING AND I RECCOMEND HER TO ALL BRIDES, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!

Omg ! Ms Phyillis is the best hands down ! My wedding was gorgeous , Ms Phyillis nailed it ! She was so patient with me through the whole process she did my ceremony decor and my reception and I got so many compliments it was absolutely Breath taking ! She is really sweet and understanding and full of great ideas .

I can not say enough how helpful and passionate Phyllis was. My fiance and I had a few family issues we were dealing with before the wedding, Phyllis was so compassionate and willing to help us as much as possible. Phyllis my florist, made my wedding everything I envisioned.on 28 May 2016. She is a down-to-earth professional that works passionately towards meeting the bide and grooms needs. Her choice of flowers accentuated our wedding theme which was an infusion of families wrapped In love. The beautiful assortment of flowers from the bridal bouquets to table settings made our love for family and friends come to life. In every step in our wedding planning for the right flowers and arrangements she was patient and detailed towards making sure we stay nested and synchronized with our vision. If you want an experienced florist than knows what she is doing and takes the time to make a sketch a beautiful painting then Phyillis is the expert florist in her craft for you. Where do I begin?! I met with Phyllis at her workshop, and it was just a great feeling from the start. I had sought her out from a few other events I saw her talents at. Phyllis feels like a friend or a mom who just wants the best for you. She is selfless, real, and kind – most of all, talented. She was able to see exactly what I described and create the vision I was dreaming of, AND SOME. I shared my Pinterest page with her and at our initial meeting she was able to create samples from some of the pins I had shared. She attended all our meetings with our coordinator and caterer and even kept me on track with reminders and took charge where needed. On the day of, all the décor and details were absolutely perfect and beyond my own imagination. The value was exceptional, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding or any special occasion of any size. Thank you Phyllis!

But finally, and I saved this for last because this is what sets her apart, her personal care. My brother was flown in from England as a surprise. Thinking he would not be there I didn’t have him in my wedding party so I didn’t arrange for him to have a boutonniere. Once Phyllis heard he was there she grabbed him and took him to her truck of supplies and made him a boutonniere on the fly. I am tearing up just thinking about it. It was important he was recognized as a VIP and she knew that without being asked. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Phyllis, thank you so much! The fairy tale setting and magical feeling that Phyllis brought to life at our wedding was just perfect! As two Grooms who were looking for something simple but dreamed of something memorable. She truly delivered more than we could have ever imagined! It was a pleasure to not only work with her for us but know this...she will surprise you with what she can create and enhance. Phyllis was exceptionally helpful while we planned for our wedding. She was very flexible in order to meet with us when we visited Florida from Indiana. She was also able to fit into my timetable for the wedding to meet with me to deliver and set up our venue tables. She went above and beyond our expectations.

Any new couples looking for a florist for their wedding would be exceptionally pleased with the service.

Phyllis did a beautiful job for my wedding flowers. I was extremely happy with her work she arrived on time and had everything done hours before my wedding and even threw in a few extras pieces as gifts!

Phyllis was amazing to us. She kept us in our budget while providing high quality bouquets, boutineers and especially centerpieces. The most beautiful table centerpieces, sweetheart table, tables throughout the venue, ceremony . I have never been to a wedding that was more beautiful than my daughter's and I am so grateful to Callaraes Floral and Phyllis Rae for ALL of their hard work, dedication to detail and for going above and beyond to make my daughters vision become a reality. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and perfect thanks to Callarae’s Floral Events!! And not only my bouquet but everything else Phyllis did for us. We got all our floral decorations from her, as well as our centerpieces and décor. When I saw the flowers and decorations on my wedding day I was blown away. I was extremely happy with everything. Working with Phyllis was such a wonderful experience. She was very easy to communicate ideas with and brainstorm. She met with me on several occasions to go back and forth to make sure we came up with the perfect fitting flowers and decorations. She also worked with us very much to stay within our budget. She knows her flowers very well and was able to make my vision a reality. Her attention to detail is keen and she is extremely passionate about her work. One of the biggest and most personal things Phyllis did for me as a bride was to find me personal, unique, and beautiful brooches to incorporate into my bouquet. And not only did she make it pop with this bling, like I had expressed to her, but she did that with the most beautiful and delicate of flowers. I wish I could have kept my bouquet forever, but at least I still have my brooches to save as a memory. I’m so grateful we were recommended to her, and I would refer the same to anyone I know!

Where do I even begin with Phyllis?! She was beyond words. From the initial consultation up to the big day, she made picking florals exciting for a girl who knew nothing except white roses. She recommended flowers for my colors and budget, improvised when certain flowers werent available, was patient during my "uh i have no idea" moments, and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. Not to mention that our day of flowers were gorgeous. I would recommend Callaraes for any sort of floral needs.

Ms. Phyllis did an exceptional job on my bouquet and husband's boutonniere. She was very informative and down to earth. I really liked how responsive and personable she was. My family and coworkers can't stop raving about how beautiful my bouquet was (white hydrangeas with gorgeous orchids). I totally recommend her if you live in Seminole or Volusia County.

Phyllis is absolutely amazing. She is so accommodating and truly made me feel like a bride should on her wedding day. Her creations were beautiful and she even did it under short notice. Thank you again for everything!

Gorgeous flowers

Phyllis helped us stay in budget and at the same time, have beautiful flowers for our wedding! The bouquets were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted! She made a beautiful arrangement for our sweetheart table as well!

Phyllis was amazing at helping make my wedding day beautiful! From the beginning it was great sitting down with her explaining my vision for what I wanted the day to be. She provided her honest opinion about the price range of the flowers, provided tips on what will be in season, and even suggested alternative flower selections to achieve the look that I wanted while helping me stay within my budget. On the day of, Phyllis arrived on time with assistance to help with the room flip. It was not an easy task, but she made it happen – even when the venue threw a couple of curve balls by not having the right count of tables that I requested. I got so many complements on my wedding and how the beautiful the tables were, which was largely due to Callaraes Floral Events.
