  Joel is amazing! He was able to roll with the punches and make everyone have the best time ever!

  We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ at our wedding. We had a lot of last minute changes and he was able to accommodate quickly and while wearing a smilie on his face. This guy knows how to start a party! If you have the opportunity to work with Joel….. DO IT!

  Amazing DJ and MC!

  Joel was an amazing DJ for our wedding! He was super professional and easy to contact throughout our wedding planning. He provided all the necessary equipment that our band needed during the ceremony and cocktail hour. He was a great MC and kept the party going for the whole dance. So many people told us that our wedding was the best they've been to and I think Joel had a huge role in that :)

  So glad I chose Cali West Djs for my wedding..Joel was super cool and easy to talk to. He was available to take to anytime I called with questions, and most importanly he let me provide my own Playlist , which made the wedding extra special! He has a great voice and knows how to get the party started! Everyone at our wedding had the time of their lives including me and my husband. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. He has it all, easy going personality, fun, and professional and most importantly he's available to talk to whenever you need to..Thank You so much Joel you are amazing!!

  Amazing Service!!

  We hired Joel for our 40 person intimate wedding in Paso Robles. My husband and I did not want the standard “wedding music” playlist or party vibe, so we were a bit apprehensive of most DJs. Joel did an excellent job listening to our needs and putting an emphasis on crafting the vibe we wanted. We sent him quite the range of genres, and he was able to put together a really fun set that fit exactly what we wanted. Joel was a pleasure to work with, super kind and laid-back which fit our personalities. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend his services!!

  We (I) accidentally hired our first wedding DJ for the wrong date and ultimately this was a blessing in disguise! Joel was awesome - super responsive, great to work with, and everyone at the wedding was raving about the music. I'm a super type A organized planner, so his interactive website that you can log on to once you book him was SO helpful and appreciated. You can play around with your list of songs (for specific events/dances and also general reception and ceremony) until right before the wedding. There's even suggestions for popular wedding songs and genres if you need help. Highly, highly recommend!

  Joel killed it! He was present from the beginning! He made sure to get all his details long before the wedding with a detailed worksheet. He had a meeting with us 2 weeks before to make sure he understood all the little things we wanted. Great conversationalist. Ceremony was perfect, cocktail hour was perfect, reception was perfect. Great voice! He was very accommodating. When I wanted a song to be changed he would do it! He would have stayed longer if the venue allowed. He was worth the money and I am thankful to have found him. He made our day magical! I don’t think I could recommend anyone else but him. I’m am extremely grateful.

  Our DJ Joel, had something for everyone. There were a lot of 90’s hip hop fans and he delivered!!! Joel even took the jams back to the great 70’s hits, which EVERYONE loved! Highly recommend his service!!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Great music and great vibes

  We hired Dj Qwest for an event and we’re SO glad we did ! I really appreciate that he asked questions about us , our style , and what kind of music we would like to hear to make sure we had the best experience . His outgoing ,positive & professional attitude was exactly what we needed to help make our guests feel involved & having fun . Not to mention his light set up is AWESOME !! It really made such a difference. Thank you for bringing the vibes to help make our event PERFECT 😊

  I want to thank Cali West DJ’s for making our wedding special. Joel is a truly talented guy and knows how to work the crowd and kept the party going all night long!   The Perfect DJ

  Cali West DJ made my wedding ceremony and reception the best! This was the first DJ I was able to find that actually listened to us about what we wanted and how we wanted everything. There was even a special song that we wanted everyone at the wedding dancing to and DJ Joel joined right in with us. We will definitely have him at any future events we plan!
