Wedding planning is hard and it gets expensive so quickly. We had about $2000 left and only had the venue, my dress and our photographer ready so we were trying to make that money stretch as far as it could and Caleys saved us! They gave us a pasta bar, two kinds of sauces, breadsticks, salad. We had a soda bar with Italian creams, milkshakes which were amazing. They did all the music for our ceremony and reception, They helped us set up our cupcakes and cake cutting and our bartender by providing all the drink ware. They had their own photo booth. They even provided a car and driver for the drive off at the end of that night. And all that for $2600 it was amazing and stress free. On our way home they even packed us a plate of food and cake. They were so helpful every step of the way I would definitely recommend them to anyone! -

Caley’s Catering is amazing I couldn’t of asked for a better caterer! We did burger, fries, flavored lemonade bar, and dole whips. We got so many compliments on the food everyone loved it! We were so impressed with how they took care of everything, we got married at Le Jardin and they knew the venue very well so everything went smoothly. They also provide a lot of services! We were so happy we used them for the sparkler send off and MC it took a lot of stress off of me and made everything flow nicely! We were very happy with their service and quality of food! Would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! -

Caley and his team were amazing! Everybody raved about the food! We had burgers, fry station and milkshake bar and they were all so good! I didn't have to worry at all about the having enough food or the flow of our reception because they took care of making sure we were on schedule as well. Really can't recommend Caley's catering highly enough. -

During my first consultation with Caley’s they said their goal is to figure out what my vision is and then have me just show up. From food and furniture to florals and music Caley’s took care of everything! They set it all up and cleaned it all up after they sent us away in a cloud of confetti. Our day was just what we wanted! And they were so good to work with some of my last minute changes and requests (because those always come up). I would recommend them over and over again! -

Kelly and his staff made our wedding day so special and stress-free. It was so comforting to know that all we really had to do on our wedding day was to show up and Caley’s had everything set up for us. We had our ring ceremony, luncheon, and reception at the Utah Capitol where catered for both our luncheon and reception and the food was delicious! They also did set up/take down, decorations (they have a great selection), DJ’d, set up a photo booth, and so much more. It was nice to truly be able to focus on what is most important on the wedding day and spend time with family and friends rather than worrying about little details. It’s been three months since we got married and we still talk about how grateful we were to have them at our wedding and how they made our wedding so enjoyable. We would highly recommend them! -

Great on a lot of point but skimpy on the food
Pros: It was great working with Caley's. The communication was great whether by phone, text or email. They always responded quickly. They are super nice, professional, helpful and have years of experience in the field. They gave us great advice at our planning meeting and we felt we were in good hands! They have everything you need for your reception! For ours, we mostly needed them for the food, as well as a couple other things, like chairs and tablecloths, sparklers for the send-off, and outdoor space heaters. But food was the bulk of our bill.
The food tasted good and was good quality.
Cons: Skimpy on the food. We went with the charcuterie board and fruit whips for 250 guests, but were very disappointed but the look of the charcuterie board table at the reception. From our conversations with them and the pictures we saw, we were expecting a table covered with charcuterie, cheeses, fruits, breads and crackers etc... but instead of looking full, it looked quite sparse and skimpy. The small table they used was tucked out of the way and looked like there was only enough for 15 people max... They did refill the table a little bit at the time throughout the evening, but it never looked full and they would serve guests only small amounts! We feel embarrassed that the buffet looked so skimpy and felt like it was being rationed out! For the price we paid, ($3500 total, or $14 per person, plus the "suggested" $700 in "gratuity" that had to be paid BEFORE the event!), and the number of guests we had, we feel that there should have been a lot more food on that table. Plus they told us that they would keep whatever food is left over at the end of the reception, so we actually have no idea how much food they brought and served and if there was enough for 250. It certainly didn't look like it! :/ Below is a picture of our charcuterie board table for 250!!!! (Picture taken towards the beginning of the reception)... -
