Beautiful and delicious cake!

Reva was awesome to work with - provided a wide array at our tasting of cakes, fillings and icing. She made exactly what we wanted - it was perfect! Our guests raved over how good it was. She provided great service at a reasonable price. Would definitely go back for any future cake needs for parties or other celebrations!

Delicious and Beautiful!

We ordered a simple 2-tiered cake that was an absolute hit! Reva has a great cake tasting system where you can try the individual cakes, fillings, and frostings and create your own flavor combinations! We went with a champagne cake, raspberry filling, and the amaretto buttercream was TO DIE FOR. She was very easy to communicate with and it was a seamless process!

Reva provided the cake for our wedding of 80 people. The cake was absolutely gorgeous. The decoration detail was so intricate that guests wondered if it was a real cake. She provided a number of different options for flavors. All flavors were absolutely delicious. Many of the guests commented on how fabulous the cake was. Reva did a fabulous job.

Reva was awesome! My sister and I planned a 50th wedding anniversary for our parents and wanted to closely replicate their original wedding cake. It being two tier rectangle, not many places wanted to do this. Reva was up to the challenge and exceeded expectation. Her cream cheese frosting was delicious and her piping pristine! The white cake was moist and delicious but her carrot cake was to the moon and back! Nobody could get enough! The celebration was made because of that cake! She delivered on time and was able to adhere to every change we made! I'll be using her again in the future!

"Best WEDDING CAKE I have ever had!!" I heard this over and over, even months after my wedding! LOVE LOVE that she made us a anniversary cake so we didn't have to eat year old frozen cake! Beautifully decorated! I'm ordering my husband's birthday cake from her! She is the best!

I'm so glad we found Reva for our wedding cake! The cake was not only beautiful and exactly what we wanted, it taste amazing! I can't recommend her enough!!

I can't say enough nice things about the experience we had when ordering a wedding cake for my son's wedding. His fiancé and myself work on a very tight schedule and Reva was kind enough to do the cake testing at our work place. The cake was made to our exact specifications, she followed up a few days before the wedding to make sure that we didn't need to change anything and that she had our order correct. She delivered to the venue at the specified time, assembled and finished the cake to perfection. We and our guests thought it looked and tasted wonderful. We will be using her in the future and we highly recommend Reva.

Reva was absolutely wonderful to work with and her ability to listen and execute your vision is phenomenal! Having Cakes by Reva prepare my daughter's wedding cake was one of the best choices we made during the entire wedding process. The cake was delicious and beautifully designed. We were very happy!!

I can not say enough good things about Cakes by Reva. The flavor selections are outstanding and the taste is wonderful. Reva was a pleasure to work with and her prices compared to others are extremely reasonable. She is a true cake artist as well as a wonderful person to work with.

Reva was so awesome. The cakes were EXACTLY how I wanted them. (She made my wedding cake and groom's cake). They were the most beautiful and most delicious cakes I have EVER tasted. Plus the price was exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend her 100x over!

Reva made our wedding cake and groomsmen cake. They were both AMAZING! We decided to have our groom's cake at the Rehearsal Dinner which she was perfectly fine with accommodating. I even forgot to pick up the cake as the day had gotten so busy for me but she was very nice and polite about it and I sent a groomsmen right away to pick it up for me. We had a Texas-shaped carrot cake with the Texas flag on it for the groom's cake (can you guess my hubby is from Texas ;p) and it was perfect! Everyone loved it, especially the Texans! I didn't really know exactly what I wanted for the wedding so I told her the style I liked and the inside filling and let her do whatever she wanted and it turned out to be not only beautiful but delicious! I couldn't have asked for anything better!

I absolutely LOVED everything about my experience with Cakes by Reva.

Reva was so easy going and flexible with what we were wanting. She can do anything!!! We were so in love with our cake. The cake tasting was awesome and I couldn't believe how amazing her cakes were! I am seriously not very into cakes in general, but every flavor AND the icing was DELICIOUS!!!!! We got a three tier cake and had 3 different flavors of cake and 3 different flavors of frosting. It was absolutely perfect and everyone absolutely loved the cake. This was an easy 5 stars!!! I will be recommending friends to you, along with using your services later, if needed!

Absolutely an amazing experience all around and by far the best cake I've ever had. We had a 5 tier cake and each tier was a different flavor combination. She was so helpful and the cake looked beautiful. She made the whole process an enjoyable experience. Really was very personable and made our cake look just the way we wanted. Everyone at the wedding kept saying it was the best cake they have ever had at a wedding and many had more than one piece. There was absolutely no cake left over which just doesn't happen at weddings. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Reva. My mom is already planning on using Reva for her anniversary cake.

Reva was wonderful to work with! I went to my first meeting with her having no clear vision for the cake only a few ideas. She took those ideas and came up with a beautiful cake that was exactly what I wanted. It was absolutely beautiful! The cake itself was some of the best I've ever had!! We got so many compliments on the look and taste of the cake!

Reva not only makes beautiful and delicious cakes, but she is also a wonderful person. She was easy to work with. I definitely recommend her for your wedding cake. She also has very reasonable pricing for wedding cakes. Our cake was absolutely beautiful, and the cake was delicious!! Do yourself a favor and use Cakes by Reva for your wedding cake.

My experience with Cakes by Reva was wonderful! She was very attentive and professional during the cake tasting to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I loved that we could pick a different flavor and filling for each layer because they were all so delicious, it was hard to choose. Everyone said they loved the cake at the reception. I wouldn't have gone with anyone else!

My husband and I were VERY pleased with the experience we had with Cakes by Reva. From the initial taste test to the final wedding cake at our reception, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Not only is Reva very creative in her options of cake flavors, fillings, and frostings, but she also takes pride in her work in that she will make a new cake topper for your 1st anniversary versus eating frozen, stale cake! We highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the Cincinnati area!

Reva is amazing! Our wedding cake was exquisite, the best tasting cake we have ever had! She designed it exactly how we requested. She is very easy to get in touch with, and will work with you as much as you need her. She does the cakes out of her home, so book her up quick! Can't say enough good things about Reva, definitely check her out if you want a fantastic cake!

#1: Reva is the sweetest woman I have ever met
#2: Her cakes are GORGEOUS
#3: They taste so good we already ate the top because we couldn't bear the thought of freezing it for a year

We definitely gave Reva a challenge, we came to her with a completely crazy Pinterest inspired design involving techniques she hadn't done before using vintage cake plates we provided. She rocked it! Her cakes are fresh, homemade and wonderful- she was even able to make them soy-free (my mother has an allergy) because she only uses canola oil and real butter. She is such an artist and was able to give us everything we envisioned!! Instead of doing one large cake, we did three small ones all on different tiers- it was perfection and she was amazing to work with!! She bakes out of her house and doesn't currently have a store-front: don't let that deter you, I can't imagine having gone with anyone else, she is phenomenal and you won't be disappointed! :) THANK YOU REVA!!

Reva was a pleasure to work with! We originally started out with a much larger cake for the wedding, but we realized that we would be better served with a slightly smaller cake, just two weeks before the wedding. Reva was professional and flexible. It was apparent that her goal was the complete satisfaction of her customer!! The cake was beautiful and tasted even better than it looked!! We will definitely refer everyone we know to Cakes By Reva.

Reva is such a wonderful woman and it was a pleasure working with her. The cake was beautiful. She did an amazing job and it was exactly how I envisioned it. She is really laid back and you can tell she is passionate about making cakes. I didn't have any at the wedding (except some in the face), but I KNOW it is just about the most delicious cake I've ever eaten because I ate every last bit of it at the tasting. I can't wait to order another cake from Reva. My husband didn't get to eat any except the little bit of frosting on his face and wasn't able to attend the tasting so he is a little bitter about that haha. So we will definitely get another cake from her!

Ms. Reva cakes are great!!! What I really liked about her cakes is that it was very very beautiful and delicious. She makes them from scratch and there not made from box as most wedding cakes are. She was able to design the cake of my choice (Octagon) and it was so good, there was no cake left...None. I loved it and she has a wonderful personality to go with it. Thanks Ms. Reva for a great job.

Having Reva make our wedding cake was truly the "icing on the cake" for our special day. She was delightful to work with throughout the entire process. From the beginning, she was extremely personable and eager to please. Reva even made a sample cake that I was able to take to work with me to give my coworkers a preview of what they would get to enjoy the night of our wedding. She was very affordable, but what she lacked in price she didn't sacrifice in quality. Everyone at the reception was more than happy with the chocolate and vanilla sour cream cake with strawberry filling. The presentation was impeccable, as we received many compliments from our guests. We highly recommend using Cakes by Reva for your wedding. She definitely knows how to blend a perfect combination of cost, taste, and beauty.

Reva did a wonderful job on our wedding cake! She was willing to work with me on every detail of our order and was one of the sweetest vendors I worked with throughout the wedding planning process. The products Reva produces for her customer are not only beautiful, but delicious! I appreciate Reva's willingness to work with us on timing and price. Also, she made an awesome groom's cake for our dinner rehearsal; the Steelers helmet cake turned out better than I thought was possible! Reva is an extremely genuine person and she did did an amazing job making our wedding cake! Not only are her cakes delicious but they are extremely affordable as well. Our wedding cake was awesome each layer was a different flavor and design. She incorporated the design on our wedding invitations on one of the layers. Reva's cakes are always beautiful and taste wonderful, we often get family birthday, anniversary, or holiday cakes.

The cake design was awesome! And tasted even better than awesome! The price was really low for a cake of that magnitude also! Anywhere else would have charged an arm and leg for quality like that. Hands down...the best!

Mrs. Reva did an excellent job with making our wedding cake. We had three different flavors and the guest loved it. The cake was just what we wanted. She doesn't only provide a great service, but she's a wonderful person. I highly recommend her to everyone I meet.

Reva is a SUPER nice lady! I didn't have a picture of what we wanted, but I described to her what we wanted and we could not have been happier with our wedding cake! It looked AWESOME and tasted every bit as good :) We had her almond sour cream, strawberry, and chocolate cake and it was ALL delicious! She was there for us when we had any concerns and even offered to meet us to help us find ribbon for our cake. Super sweet and talented lady... OH and her buttercream icing.. you will not taste anything like it. It is YUUUMMM- O. It won't leave that greasy after taste in your mouth.. We ordered cake for about 150 and we only had 173 guest and not one slice of cake was left! HIGHLY reccommend her!

Working with Reva was a breeze! She invited us into her home in order to taste her delicious cake flavors. She decorated our wedding cake with such detail, she even created our cake topper out of molding chocolate! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful and how tasty our cake was and it was all thanks to Cakes By Reva!!

Any bride and groom (and their families!) would be thrilled with the quality, value and creativity provided by Cakes by Reva. You could not receive a better tasting and looking product for the money. Do yourself, and your overextended wedding budget, a break by using this company. I can speak from experience. You will be the happiest bride in town with your dream wedding cake!

Reva was the best! She was able to produce the exact cake I wanted on short notice. She was so nice and very professional, helpful, and enthusiastic. Our cake was the most delicious cake I've ever had - and it made our reception hall smell delicious! Overall, delicious and beautiful cake, and Reva couldn't have been nicer!

My husband and I chose Cakes by Reva through a recommendation. Reva made sure she knew exactly what we wanted in our wedding cake, invited us over for a cake tasting, and kept in contact through the whole process. She was very professional and easy to work with. I knew that we didn't have anything to worry about with Reva setting up our cake on the day of the wedding. It was beautiful and delicious! I couldn't believe what a great value we were getting for such an elegant and delicious cake. I would highly recommend Cakes by Reva!

If I could rate Reva 10 on a scale of 5 I would. She's a sweetheart, and her cake is so moist and flavorful. Hands down the best cake we'd ever tasted, and what's more, she created the exact vision we had. Our cake was simply gorgeous. And the value is unreal. I about had a cow when I saw other bakers' prices. You should use Reva, simple as that.

My husband knew Reva and had tasted her cakes. I met Reva through him and also we attend the same church. So when we set our date we knew we wanted her to do our cake. Reva invited me into her home to sample some cakes, icings and fillings and to discuss the type of cake we wanted to have on our special day. My daughter came with me and she made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The cakes were awesome and tasted wonderful. I was able to view some of her cakes and also had found a picture of a cake I really liked. I gave her the pic and she made the cake to the picture.

Reva was there early to set the cake up and make sure all was ready for our big day. It felt great to not to have to worry about the cake being special. We ended up doing our reception outdoors at the church and she was able to make the change for the icing to deal with being outdoors. The cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted great. All the guests loved it and asked if she did other cakes as well.

I would definatley recommend Reva and her cakes. She is very open to you and what you want very professional and flexible to make it work for you.

Thanks Reva for helping make our day a special one that will be remembered forever.

Reva has an AMAZING talent. I could not have asked for anything more. Everyone raved about our cake. She is willing to work with any idea that you can come up with and enjoys doing it. She really made everything look and taste amazing. You could not find better service or quality for the price. Thank you Reva!

Reva of Cakes By Reva treated this bride with the utmost attention, gentility and professionalism.
She was completly open to any request that I could ask of her.
I scheduled a meeting with her and she served me a slice of cake from her china and offered me a taste of her buttercream frosting and 2 fondants. It was so superb, I chose the buttercream.
I brought her a picture of a cake that I found in Brides Magazine--it was a celebrity cake and very unlike your typical wedding cake. I had 1 flavor for each of the 4 tiers and I must say that they were so scrumptious that I ordered more cake than I know we would have guest just so everyone could enjoy this delicious creation.
Reva is the President of Cincinnati's Cake Bakers Association--and well deserved as her design of my cake was so beautiful that I did not even need a topper. I had a botanical themed scheme and she made the cake fit into it perfectly.
She treated me so nicely at our first meeting that My Aunt asked her to make my shower cake and it was just outstanding in design and flavor. She fashioned a wedding dress of candy clay and draped it over my delicious and beautiful cake.

Reva was very professional and very well priced. She made my wedding cake exactly how I wanted it and matched the color perfectly. Everyone kept saying how good the cake was and we were very pleased.

Our cake was beautiful and was delicious. Reva came early to set it all up, and was very flexible regarding our needs. Everyone loved our cake.

I was nervous at first because she forgot to get back to me the first time we spoke. But I was really happy with everything!!! The cake was so delicious that everyone at the wedding was inquiring about who made it. Not only that, but the cake was perfectly designed, just how I envisioned:)

From the start, Reva was so flexible in working with my husband and me to plan the design and each detail of our cake. She provided options for us while still ensuring that we were the primary designers of our unique cake. It was perfect - so tasty and more beautiful than I imagined!

Literally the best cake I've ever had

Cakes by Reva is a hidden gem in Cincinnati. I'm so glad we took the time look around and do cake tastings instead of just go with one of the well-known bakeries in town. As soon as my husband and I tasted Reva's Crème Brûlée cake with Caramel filling, we were sold! It was so delicious and so unique, we knew we needed to have it at our wedding. We couldn't stop talking about how good that flavor was and couldn't wait to have it again at the wedding. But don't get me wrong, all the other flavors were amazing too! (We also had the Chocolate Cake with Cookies and Cream filling and the Almond Sour Cream cake with Raspberry Crème filling). Her cake designs are beautiful and flawless. She created amazing sugar flowers since we didn't want to use real flowers. I can't say enough great things about her product and I 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a killer wedding cake!

Reva did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding cake! We had no idea what we wanted, only that one layer had to be burgundy and the rest very simple. She was so accommodating and easy to work with my indecisiveness. 2 layers were raspberry cream and the other 2 were Oreo. Everyone LOVED the cake...I think there were only a few pieces left at the end of the night. I had totally forgotten about getting a cake stand and she let me rent one of hers. I would highly recommend Cakes by Reva and I will be using her again!

The cake we ordered from Reva was beautiful and delicious! It was so popular at the reception that it was gone fast!

We wanted a cake with buttercream icing that was less sweet, and after sampling the standard icings and finding them too sweet, Reva made us a extra tasting of the less sweet version that was just perfect! I also must recommend the almond sour cream cake which was moist and flavorful.

I can't wait to order our anniversary cake next year!

Reva is a pleasure to work with, and she will make your cake exactly how you want it while still providing great ideas to get your started if you're not sure what you want. Her cakes are absolutely delicious and beautiful, and they are worth the cost. She welcomes changes on your cake until a few weeks before the wedding, and she is easy to get in contact with. The one issue we had with our cake was that black icing starting dripping down the cake after awhile, but the reception hall was for our wedding was very hot and the day was extremely humid, which I'm sure largely contributed to the dripping.

Reva was wonderful! She invited us to her home for a tasting which was wonderful! She prepared three different types of cake, two kinds of icing, and a few fillings. We told her what we liked and on our wedding day she set up a beautiful cake. Everyone loved it! We've had friends and family ask about her since our wedding day!

Beautiful cake day of wedding, Did not receive one year anniversary cake as promised

When we ordered our cake it all went amazing and Reva is super nice. Our cake the day of the wedding was beautiful. However I am extremely disappointed we were promised a fresh cake for our one year anniversary I reached out via Facebook, email, text, phone calls with voicemails and got nothing in return we did not get our one year anniversary cake, so just a warning to others out there.
