Mrs. Judi and her team were wonderful! They were prompt to respond and easy to work with. The detailing I requested on my cake was perfectly done, and the cakes were rich and moist. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. My husband's cake request was a life-size replica of a fish that he caught, and Mrs. Judi's work was incredible! He still talks about his fish cake!

Judi is wonderful! She is an absolute delight to work with. She brought my cake vision to life for our wedding cake and grooms cake!! It made our day perfect!

Ms. Judi was the sweetest lady. She was professional and made sure you got exactly what you wanted. Her cakes are delicious and worth every penny i would defnitely recommend her for your cakes needs.

Delicious. The only bakery in town I got recommendations for. Ms. Judi has been THE name for wedding cakes in Mobile for years and years, and after my cake, I can see why.

The cake was beautiful and delicious! Judi has competitive prices for wedding cakes, and they are not only pretty to look at they taste great. I did not want a wedding cake that was only a piece of art. We got many compliments on the beautiful beach theme cake, all white with white chocolate shells and coral, and butter cake filled with cream cheese. We had a lot less guests than anticipated, but everyone couldn't wait to take home a piece of cake! I'm already looking forward to the anniversary so we can crack open the top layer. Judi was fun to work with as well. We enjoyed our time with her.

This is the best bakery in Mobile for wedding cakes!! We went into our appointment with pictures and crazy ideas, and on the day of the wedding it looked like they pulled my cake out of my picture! Both the grooms cake and our wedding cake were to die for!! The cake was super moist and the filling and icing was amazing! We didn't have any extra cake left over!! Their work is amazing!!

I love working with Ms. Judi! Her cakes are amazing and she is such a professional. She is the only cake maker we spoke to who was willing to try the rustic design I wanted. It was very unique and I'm sure it was a challenge for her, but she mastered it! She personally delivered it with a smile on her face and I could not have asked for more. I will never order a cake from any other bakery!

The cake was GORGEOUS and delicious. Ms. Judi was so easy to work with that we felt like she was part of our family. She communicated effectively, showed up on time, and did a great job. I have no complaints about anything!! I will definitely be using her services again.

Miss Judi did my daughter's wedding cake, the groom's cake and the cake for the family shower, all three were delicious and the decorations were beautiful and amazing!!!! We have been using Miss Judi for years and years and will certainly continue to use her in the future for all occasions!!

Mrs. Judi helped me focus! I had so many ideas in my head when I went to the first consult. We talked about the feel of the day and decor and she helped me narrow down the designs. In the end, we had a cake that was completely us and we loved it! Plus, it was yummy!! :)

After having our original cake baker fall through about a month before the wedding due to an illness, Ms. Judi came in and saved the day for us. My wedding cake design was simple enough, but the groom's cake was a bit more complex -- a helmet from a character in Star Wars. I was worried that my peculiar design would not be able to be done, but Ms. Judi assured me that it would be no problem, and she was absolutely right! Both cakes were gorgeous and incredibly delicious. I couldn't stop eating the cake for days after the wedding! Ms. Judi was so polite, sweet, and professional, along with the rest of her staff, and I would definitely use her again in a heartbeat for any occasion.

We had 'Cakes by Judi' make mini cakes for our wedding. They were so cute! Since I wanted pastel colors they made each one a different pastel color with small dots around the top and bottom. They were more like tea cakes, as many know them to be. We had them wrapped in a sheer fabric that matched each little cake and placed one for each couple and/or person. we ended up with over 60 cakes! They made them exactly as we wanted, and our guests complimented the cakes later saying they were just dreamy.

Judi was wonderful through the whole wedding planning process. She did my husband's grooms cake and our wedding cake. I found a picture of a really neat cake for the grooms cake and she recreated it to look great!

Judi, herself, really takes the time to sit down with you. She talks to you to find out exactly what you have in mind and offers suggestions. Extremely easy to work with and very professional.

I loved my wedding cake and grooms cake. They both were delicious and looked exactly the way we picked it out. She delivered it exactly when she said she would and set it up for us. Very professional and the staff is very nice. Definetly reccomend!

Miss Judi is the best! She made me a gorgeous custom wedding cake for an extremely reasonable price. It looked and tasted delicious. She is absolutely the go-to person for wedding cakes in the Mobile area.

The only reason I scored her a 4 for flexibility is because I wanted a flavor of cake--peaches and cream--that she does not usually offer. She was able to do a peach jelly-type filling for me but would not do peaches and whipped cream filling like I wanted. I ended up having fresh the caterer do a bowl of fresh peaches and cream on the side, so it was all fine. As long as you stick to the flavors she usually offers--which are many--it will turn out great.

Yummy cakes and beautiful! I love that you get a sample cake to take home and that you get the flavors to taste. The price is GREAT for the quality of cake. I did have a minor flaw on my cake- there was an icing spot in the middle. It looks like she was suppose to put flowers there but either forgot or didn't think it would look right. No one else can even notice it but I can. It was still beautiful and yummy!

I got married August 2008 and I ordered my wedding and groom cake from Ms. Judi. During the consultation she was so nice. If I called and had questions, they were very prompt in returning my call. My cakes were delicious. The groom's cake was a chocolate/square with chocolate covered strawberries on top. My wedding cake was a two tier/square/white cake/buttercream icing with a bow on top. Both cakes were amazing. They were very moist. The only problem that I had was that my wedding cake a a visible crack in the icing. But I didn't care because it was still beautiful!!!! My reception guests still talk about how good those cakes were.

Although the cake Judi made for me tasted amazing, it wasn't exactly what I had ordered. The flowers and ribbon was correct, but all of the scroll detail on the cake that I had paid for wasn't there--instead, it was just a smooth, white cake. Although it was still beautiful, it wasn't what I wanted. I didn't really care, I was just disappointed because I paid for the detail. Judi & her fellow cake-decorators were very sweet about it, though, telling my mom she could get a free cake for another occasion.

The cake tasted good but looked like it was decorated in about 5 or 10 minutes. Not impressed with the look of the cake.
