Our wedding cake was so delicious. Everyone raved about the cake and wanted to know where we got it from. We had brought a picture of a cake as a guide to what we wanted the cake to look like and discussed everything that we wanted changed and the cake turned out more beautiful than I hoped. This is a very busy bakery with a large variety and aside from a few interruptions from other customers, the service was impeccable. Would highly recommend.

Did cupcakes with a small cake at top of tier. Had 5 flavors because it was too hard to choose. Beautiful yellow buttewrcream frosted cupcakes with a little flower, delicious and summery...had 100 cupcakes...tiers were too small for all so individually boxed alot which worked out well anyway.

As a professional luxury wedding photographer in the area for many years, I know most of the wedding vendors around the area. When it came time for my daughter to get married, I knew we would be using Cakemaster's Bakery. They aren't hip or trendy like some of the other cake makers, but they do a great job for a good price.

Cakemasters recently did the cake for my wedding at the end of October. From start to finish, we had nothing but a horrible experience with them. The "consultant" never seemed to understand what we wanted, despite having been shown the same photo repeatedly, and constantly repeated details back to us incorrectly such as the type of flavor in each layer. Every time I left after going in, it always seemed like I was dealing with them for the first time all over again.

On the day of the wedding, the cake was delivered several hours before the reception and was leaning heavily to one side. The delivery person called the store and spoke with the manager, who then spoke with me and tried to convince me that the ribbon around the bottom of the layers was why the cake did not look good, which had nothing to do with why the cake was leaning. Unhappy with the look of the cake, I was adamant that something be done, so the cake was taken back to Cakemasters. When it was delivered for the second time, it looked no different than when it left due to the fact that the layers of the cake were baked unevenly, but by then we were out of time and it had to stay as it was.

During the reception when the cake was cut by the serving staff, a large piece of cardboard was found in between the bottom and middle layer, covering a large pocket of uncooked dough. Fortunately the cake was large enough that we had enough pieces to serve to our guests, but the fact that there was a part of the cake that was uncooked was completely unacceptable. After the wedding, the piece of cardboard and several photos taken by our photographer were taken back to Cakemasters, who tried to deny any fault for why our cake turned out the way it did. It was then admitted that the cake was baked only the day before, did not have time to settle and was iced on the morning of the wedding. We did receive a partial refund, but it was barely worth what we went through to get a cake we weren't even happy with.
