Awesome Wedding Cake Experience!
Working with Kayla was a breeze! We postponed our wedding part 2 to this year and it was a straightforward process. We met to pick out and design our cake on 3/12/2020 right as the world shutdown. Fast forward to 11/20/2021 and it was exactly what we were looking for! So yummy and looked great. Would highly recommend! -

Making a Sweet Day Even Sweeter!
We were so pleased with the desserts and wedding cake we ordered from Cake Street Sweets! We had originally ordered deserts for our 2020 wedding. When we decided to postpone our wedding to 2021, the team at Cake Street Sweets could not have been more accommodating, understanding, or patient with us. It speaks volumes of their character that they were willing to be flexible with us as we secured our new wedding date.
Our guests were raving about the delicious desert spread! The mini cheesecakes and brownies were a big hit. Our wedding cake was also a big hit among our guests. The cannoli cream filling was to die for! Not only was our wedding cake delicious, it also looked beautiful. Our florist arranged some fresh flowers on it, which were striking against the smooth, buttercream frosting. I would highly recommend Cake Street Sweets to anyone looking to make a special occasion even more memorable!

Thank you Cake Street!
We had a great time working with Kayla and Cake Street Sweets to have our dream wedding cake. We did a "tasting to-go" because of the pandemic, and Kayla baked us different flavor cupcakes, frostings and fillings to try. We ended up going with the almond cake with vanilla buttercream and vanilla custard because it was so delicious! We also ordered cannolis, cookies & brownies for desserts at our wedding. I didn't get to taste the desserts (I was too busy dancing!) but I heard from my guests that everything was delicious. The cake came out beautifully and matched the sketch perfectly that Kayla designed. It was delicious and perfect! -

Cake Street Sweets knocked our two tier cake and cupcakes out of the park! We were able to have a variety of flavors for the cupcakes and two tier cake. Our guest Raved (and still do) about how delicious they were. Even those who do not have a sweet tooth thought they were spot on. She helped us with our vision of a simpler style cake. It was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice! My husband and I highly recommend them for your wedding day :). Thank you!! -

My fiancé and I decided we just wanted a small, sweetheart cake for the two of us to do our cake cutting. It was so hard to find a baker who was reasonable and easy to work with. Kayla was absolutely amazing. She delivered on exactly what we wanted (I had asked for a naked cake with gold on the cake and she did a beautiful gold flake), worked with the budget I had, and the cake was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! We gave big chunks to our parents after the wedding and they swooned over how good the cake was - an almond cake with a raspberry filling. I would highly recommend!! -

Amazing cake!
This was the only cake vendor we ended up doing a cake tasting with because we loved everything about this place! Kayla asked what we were looking for and then was able to adjust the design of the cake based off of our price range. We ended up with a 4 tier cake, the bottom layer was carrot cake and the top 3 were almond cake, we couldn’t decide on just 1! We were so impressed with the cake and it was everything we wanted! We got a ton of compliments on how good the carrot cake was. -

I'll be honest, I'm not usually a cake person. We originally just wanted pie at the wedding (Cake Street Sweet made those too, DELICIOUS!!). However, we decided to get a cake as well and are so happy we did. Not only was it beautiful, it tasted absolutely delicious. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough!! -

Oh my goodness, Cake Street Sweets was FANTASTIC! We got both cake and cannolis from Kayla. Our tasting was the most comprehensive one we attended and we struggled to choose things because everything was so good. On wedding day, we were completely wiped out of desserts between her cake and cannolis and donuts from Cider Belly, and we did NOT skimp on quantity so you can tell it was amazing! Guests came up to me asking about the cake and me and my husband absolutely loved the bites we got to have between dances. Reasonable prices, easy communication, and everything went flawlessly. Would completely recommend her to any couple, and me and my husband have already made plans to buy a fresh version of our cake topper for our anniversary :) -

The owner makes superb cakes and cupcakes! I would highly recommend her for weddings or any occasion. Our wedding came out exactly as we had hoped and then some, it was absolutely moist and delicious. The design of our cake was beautiful, just as we had expected! We would use Cake Street Sweets all over again if we had to. -

We asked for a cake with hand piped lace to match my dress on the biggest tier. It was stunning! I actually cried seeing it. Not only that, it tasted even better than it looked. Kayla was very helpful and responsive through the whole process! Will definitely consider her for other events! -

Delicious cake and exactly what we asked for
We asked for a naked cake, we are not fans of frosting and it was beautiful and tasty. Kayla built us a beautiful cake that our guests devoured. Kayla was very helpful helping us pick the four different flavors and fillings for the different layers. She also expertly build the cake to ensure it stayed together, remember it didn’t have frosting to keep it together and hide the defects. Thank you Kayla. Flowers were done by Fleurtacious Designs -

Kelly Sent on 09/05/2018We were married at the Century House and one of the bakery options we were given to use was Cake Street Sweets in Cohoes. My fiancé decided to try them first and after the first bite at the tasting we didn’t even think of going anywhere else. Kayla, the owner, made such a delicious cake and the fillings were so delicious. We ended up with going with three different flavors for our three tier cake. Our guests could not get over how good the cake was at the wedding. I also had a few guests who were gluten and vegan free. I emailed Kayla and she made a separate cake for them which was also incredibly good. I highly recommend this bakery, not only were the cakes delicious, but I also gave a picture to Kayla how I wanted the cake decorated and it looked exactly like the picture I was so thrilled. Two thumbs up for Cake Street Sweets.

Karissa Sent on 09/18/2018Can you say yum?!?! I think my husband and I literally fell in love at our cake tasting. Like seriously. Our cake was absolutely stunning and delicious!!! I will be using cake street sweets again, and I would highly recommend them!!!
