Chef Mayra and Cake Projection Performances, Inc was by far my favorite vendor!! Mayra was always available when I called or had any questions. She was so flexible with our budget and worked with us in making our day truly spectacular. Mayra and her staff went above and beyond! Our projection cake was AMAZING! Our guest were BLOWN AWAY. The features, the music, the animation, it was so so beautiful. Chef Mayra and her staff also stayed during the entire wedding reception to ensure all went well with the projection cake and were constantly refilling the dessert/coffee station. Mayra made all sorts of goodies for our guest, there was a huge selection, from rice pudding to mini-doughnuts to sugar free cookies- there was something that everyone enjoyed. Let’s talk about the vanilla rum cake - to die for! My guest could not stop raving about the vanilla rum cake! Thank you Mayra for everything - you truly made our day SO SO magical. -

Highly recommend!
Fantastic cake service, we used this company for our yacht wedding and was very pleased :) very responsive and nice and the cake was beautiful and delicious! 🤤 -

10 out of 10 would highly recommend
It was a pleasure meeting Mayra and working with her to plan our wedding cake. Mayra was very flexible in scheduling our tasting experience while we were in town visiting relatives. The cake testing went well with lots of yummy choices. She made us feel so special. Once we made our decision it was a relief to not worry about it and focus on other details. Mayra stayed in touch as needed and was encouraging the whole time. She did a fabulous job on our cake. It was both beautiful and delicious. We would highly recommend Mayra. -

A unique experience
What a lovely experience we had with Mayra! Not only was the cake gorgeous and unique, a real showstopper! But it was delicious as well! We chose 2 flavors and both were amazing. Mayra was so flexible about everything and a joy to work with. Would highly recommend!!!! -

Best Wedding Cake Ever!
Mayra captured our vision of our wedding cake! She had put aside our anniversary cake all boxed up along with complimentary cookies! We really enjoyed working with Chef Mayra she really helped make our wedding day special. We definitely recommend her! 😊 -

Great service. Fast response and affordable prices. I was looking for a Wedding Cake a few days before the event and Mayra opened the door of her business to us and we even had a tasting! The cake was beautiful and delicious. She is very talented. Everybody loves the cake and took some pieces home. I will definitely will continue doing business with her. -

Pick Mayra / Cake Projection Performances
Mayra was outstanding! She welcomed us with open arms, was responsive, professional, and has great prices! We enjoyed our cake tasting with her! Her cakes & cookies are delicious and moist!! She provided us our wedding cake-guava and red velvet! They were mouth watering. She is detailed and will definitely work with you to provide you your dream wedding day! We highly recommend her for your special occasion and look forward to having her make our dessert for our next celebration! -

Chef Mayra outdid herself with our cake. She spent a lot of time with us making sure she captured every detail of what we wanted. She even welcomed us into her home when we wanted to see the different tear sizes. When we wanted to taste the cakes, she gave us plenty of samples to even share. We chose the vanilla rum cake. It is delicious! Although, it was a hard choice between that and the marble cake. She ended up making cake pops, French macarons, heart shaped cookies, and mini cupcakes for us aside from the beautiful cake. I highly recommend Cake Projection Performance/Chef Mayra for your event. -

Wedding Cake
I went to a wedding where Mayra made the wedding cake. Let me just start by saying that the cake looked gorgeous! The technique used to make the cake was great which made very well decor. The cake was also very delicious and wasn’t overwhelming.
Mayra also made my husband birthday cake. I asked for Hawaiian theme and she surprised me with very cute cake! The pineapple was filled with Rice krispy!
I highly recommend Mayra! -

Omg, words can't describe how amazing Mayra is. We are so glad we chose Cake Projection Performance for our wedding and groom's cake. Mayra went over and beyond to master and bring our bonnie n clyde creative vision to life. Lol, she did look at us like we were crazy about the vision for our cakes but she was so professional and never told us no she couldn't do it and said she would do it for us. She mastered every part of what we envisioned and more. Let me not forget how delicious our vanilla hennessey and vanilla rum with buttercream was. Thank you so much Mayra. 😍😍😍 Here are a few pics that the guest took of the cakes. -
