Terrible experience and terrible service
My family has always gone there for our special occasion needs, well not anymore. We ordered my cake and cupcakes for my wedding there and not only was the quality of the decorated cake terrible but the customer service was awful. The lady ended up throwing money at me and yelling at me to “get out and just leave!” I ended up having to run around the day before my wedding to find a cake. Myself and my husband to be were unhappy with the cake and were overly nice and willing to come to a compromise but the woman was more than unwilling to even discuss it. She just became very rude and belligerent about the situation. Ive had friends since that incident tell me they’ve encountered similar situations there unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there.
