Cake was a three tier vegan cake and gluten free. Each tier was also a different flavor and color. The last color was supposed to be Maroon but it dried purple, but it tasted FABULOUS!! I would definitely recommend! She was very professional, prompt and delivered what I wanted. -

Crystal Sent on 12/26/2017Everyone was pretty disappointed in our wedding cake, perhaps our expectations were too high based on the other reviews, the awards they have, and the premium price we paid to have a personalized cake. Unfortunately the cake design and taste were just ok.
We sent numerous examples of what we wanted and discussed it over the phone of what we wanted- a three layer cake with each layer a unique design-the bottom two layers frilly with ruffles and bling with the top layer designed as a cowboy hat or boots. The color requested was blush or cream- it was peach. When I saw it after the ceremony I worried the entire reception that someone else had the cake of my dreams. But when we finally cut the cake the flavors were correct but unfortunately the cake was dry and it had soo much fondant and frosting it was hard to consume.
I contacted Jodi before leaving for our honeymoon and received no response so I contacted her again when we got back. She responded and made excuses and seemed unconcerned about our disappointment and the added stress that was caused. -

When we discussed our cake design I was clear about the main design element (a white ribbon sweeping off the cake onto the cake stand). We also ordered three mini cakes in gold, black and white. We were also told that upon the delivery they would plate the cake on the cake stand and decorate it with the gold leaves we provided. Neither of those things happened. On our wedding day the cake was dropped off, was not placed on the cake stand nor were the gold leaves attached. The cake wasn't smooth and the main design element was executed very poorly. There was a white ribbon but it didn't sweep anywhere. It sat in the middle of the cake and didn't come down to the bar cart. There was no gold mini cake but a gray one instead. All three mini cakes were also uneven and looked damaged. The main cake had some blemishes but didn't look as uneven and dented as the mini cakes. The cakes did taste fantastic so if you don't care about your design or how your cake looks and just want something yummy I would recommend this business. But if you care about your design concept and execution I would not book this business. -

Back in May of 2021, I reached out to Jodi to make a cake and cupcakes for my wedding. We sent photos of what we wanted, and Jodi agreed to that. We paid her and I checked back in with her on 9/8 to make sure we are still good for her arrival time of 2-3PM on 9/18. She asked again my flavor choice and color scheme. We had already talked about this the day we hired her to make our cake. The cake is not at all what I had asked for and the cupcakes were not exactly what I wanted. She showed up dropped off and left. Jodi now says that i changed what i wanted 11 days before my wedding. I have emails from her stating exactly what I wanted and paid for. I am really disappointed that what I ordered and sent photos of what I wanted is clearly not what was delivered. I would not recommend this bakery. She will not even make it right and refund any monies, nor will she respond anymore.

Not what I ordered and owner will not make it right
Back in May of 2021, I reached out to Jodi to make a cake and cupcakes for my wedding. We sent photos of what we wanted, and Jodi agreed to that. We paid her and I checked back in with her on 9/8 to make sure we are still good for her arrival time of 2-3PM on 9/18. She asked again my flavor choice and color scheme. She also moved up her arrival time of 10–11 AM. We had already talked about this the day we hired her to make our cake. The cake is not at all what I had asked for and the cupcakes were not exactly what I wanted, but they looked closer to what i ordered than the cake. She showed up dropped off and left. I am really disappointed that what I ordered and sent photos of what I wanted is clearly not what was delivered. I would not recommend this bakery. Jodi should refund our money as she agreed to make something and delivered something total different and now wants to say I made changes after the fact. She is honestly the one who forgot what she agreed to recreate for us. photos attached of what we asked for and what we received. First two photos are what we ordered and agreed upon. The others are what was delivered to us. Also have email timeline of what was agreed upon. -
