Caitlin’s Living Photography exceeded all expectations! With a destination wedding during the COVID January surge, she could’ve easily canceled. Instead, they flew out of a blizzard to make sure our special day was successful. They even flew in a day early just to make sure they would be there. I feel incredibly blessed that I stumbled upon their website. My photos are absolutely stunning. I’m just in awe. I couldn’t believe she could deliver so many absolutely perfect photos so quickly! She takes great pride in her work and it truly shows! Caitlin was kind to both families and put everyone at ease. They went out of their way to provide what I asked for. We were thrilled with her knowledge from the moment she arrived. They were incredibly calm, organized, and prepared for everything on the day of the wedding. I was planning for an outside ceremony and reception but unfortunately it poured during it and everything had to be moved inside at the last minute. It was extremely chaotic but somehow they were able to keep it under control and still provide the most stunning photos and videos. It definitely didn’t go as planned, but luckily they were there and made it so much easier. They’re very professional and immensely talented at what they do. I loved their shooting style and how Caitlin expertly guided us to the correct pose. They made us look incredible and relaxed during a very stressful time. They were also so kind and easy to work with. They showed an extraordinary amount of patience. I know my husband isn’t the biggest fan of taking photos, but miraculously he looks so happy and relaxed in every photo they provided. Kim did an amazing job on our separate photo session. The pictures she took are stunning. She made me look completely natural and relaxed while I was feeling incredibly stiff and awkward. She also truly caught the ambiance of the reception. She was very dedicated to get just the right photo and it shows, they’re exquisite!
The highlight video is better than I ever dreamed it could be. It’s perfect. Within 30 seconds of it starting I already had tears in my eyes. Courtney captured so many incredible moments. And the picture is stunning! Her attention to detail is superb. I love how she included subtle easter eggs throughout the highlight video. There are so many! I’ve never felt so beautiful in my life, she made me feel like I was in one of the promos for the Bachelorette. I felt like a star. She turned two very stiff people into natural and relaxed lovebirds. I’m in awe of the flawless transitions. She did an incredible job splicing the sermon and readings in the highlight video. It's truly seamless. It was absolute perfection and flowed beautifully. I love that she was able to capture the vibe of the reception. I will forever remember how much fun it was and how everyone was still dancing until the very end. Courtney is incredibly talented at what she does and was a dream to work with. I’m so thankful she also provided a video of the entire ceremony. She did an amazing job capturing all the special moments. I’m extremely glad we have all of the speeches! Courtney even reached out to me a few months after the wedding and asked if I wanted all of the raw footage she took before she cleaned her computer for the next season. I’m unbelievably grateful she gave me this option. All of the video is spectacular. Her work is absolute perfection. The highlight video was so much more than we could’ve ever dreamed!
The best decision of my entire wedding was Caitlin’s Living Photography. I had searched for months to find the perfect photographer for my wedding because the pictures were so important to me. I would choose Caitlin’s Living Photography again and again. Out of all of the zillion other little decisions I had to make over the course of 14 months, there is no doubt in my mind that choosing them as my photographer and videographer was the absolute best, most important, and most impactful decision I made for my wedding. -

Caitlin, Kim, Davis - THANK YOU!! My husband and I were married at The Barn at Fallingwater on 10/4/25. If you are getting married at this same venue, PLEASE book this team. Kim's prior experience at the venue and the iconic house made our day an absolute breeze. She is a perfect artist and knew how to make the most out of every moment while helping us stay on schedule. Davis was so kind, talented, and a wonderful extension of Kim. Our photos are timeless and incredible. Caitlin's communication and editing? Amazing too! We never had a question unanswered and our entire gallery was ready in 2 weeks (um... other vendors will only get you your previews in that time. My giddy lack of patience loved this superspeed.) I could go on and on singing this team's praises, but photos speak for themselves. -

My partner and I are...awkward, to say the least. When looking for a photographer, we wanted a team that could capture the moments that made our celebration special, not cheesy photographs of uneasy people. We wanted a photography team that could operate unnoticed, but step in to get the shots we absolutely needed. Caitlin’s conversational, spontaneous direction helped to create beautiful formals that didn’t look forced or disingenuous. To get a better idea of the type of work and interactions we could expect, we booked an engagement shoot and loved the result so much we did an interim wedding shoot to commemorate our legal marriage as we waited out the worst of the pandemic to hold our larger celebration (3 ‘Change the Dates’ later). Caitlin’s feedback and input were also a helpful perspective in planning the timeline of the celebration, and meshed well with support we had from other vendors. On the big day, Caitlin and Courtney were a seamless team, coordinating between the groups of our party to capture all of the special moments. The turnaround time between the event and receiving the photos always feels like an eternity, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive our full, edited gallery just four days after our celebration! The gallery has also proven to be a good marketplace for quality prints, and the pictures themselves are breathtaking.

PHotography was something that was extremely important to me because other than your actual marriage, it's the one thing that you will have after the actual wedding day. I knew I wanted a crisp, bright, classic style of photos and I fell in love with Caitlin's instagram photos immediately. And then I emailed her and her personality was just what I wanted. We did engagement photos first with her and she had my fiance laughing the whole time (he hates photos). The day of the wedding she was so quick and efficient that we didn't even need to use the second photo time slot we had planned because she had already captured all the photos we wanted (and then some) in the first session.
Her and her team are so lighthearted and fun and were a joy to have with us during the day. Which I think is so important! Think about it, that day you are surrounding yourself with your closest loved ones. They are with you all day to make it perfect and fun. This should include your photographer. And she fit right in.
I am in love with the pictures and find myself just looking at them randomly.
ALSO....did I mention we got married Saturday and had our pictures back on WEDNESDAY!!!!!! WOWW!!!! We already ordered a few prints and they are beautiful. And we are already trying to plan future family shoots with her. As long as we are in Pittsburgh, she will be our photographer! -

I absolutely cannot say enough about Caitlin! She was an absolute pleasure to work with leading up to the day and day of was a calm and steady voice. Between keeping my large immediate family flowing through pictures to keep things running on time she also took time to help my husband and I reflect during our portraits and help us to really enjoy the moment. Our photos are STUNNING and we received them less than a week later!! -

Cait had reached out to me a couple months or so prior to our wedding. She had mentioned that her photographer assistant, Courtney, was beginning to get back into videography after a hiatus while focusing more on the photography side. They were working on getting a book together to show 2019 brides. Since ours was a fall wedding in 2018 the timing would work out. I was uncertain about adding video. We had a tight budget to begin with which Cait was aware of from our discussions over a year ago. As I explained to Cait, video was one of the “would be nice to have” but not crucial to put funds towards for our wedding overall. My husband and I debated it back-and-forth for weeks to go over pros and cons while I was discussing with Cait over the phone and with both her and Courtney via email. Cait had also sent me samples from Courtney’s work a few years back. I wanted to reiterate with both Cait and Courtney that while I liked the videos with the emphasis on the couple, for Taylor and I it’s more about the official joining of two families together. We wanted to have an emphasis on us and our love as a couple, but also clips over all our friends and family throughout the day—more of a movie trailer theme then a standard stand-and-shoot video. With some unforeseen expenses adding up with catering and transportation just weeks before the wedding, it was a bit of a push to pull off the video, but I am SO GLAD we did it! I cannot commend Courtney enough for her work. She pulled off exactly what we would have wanted. Though it was just an 8-minute media video, it was a great mix and touched on just about every single aspect of our wedding day. The perfect length to hold someone’s attention span. I cried when I watched the video which was the ideal reaction. It made me remember things I had already forgotten though she sent the completed video within a couple weeks of the wedding which was amazing in and of itself. It was good timing too because I was having some regrets about certain other vendors recommended to us for the wedding, but this video showed me that despite these mishaps and some related stresses the day of, we all still were able to have a good time and that’s what matters the most. I do not regret getting the video added on to our photography package and truly recommend that other brides do the same. I don’t know how Courtney chose the songs she did, but they were so fitting for my husband and I. I loved hearing his responses to her questions for the first time when I watched the video. She was very responsive and helpful with shots even after the wedding. Courtney was able to capture the biggest and smallest details that really exhibit our personalities and that of our family and friends. -
Courtney Sent on 10/05/2018Caitlin is amazing & I am so in love with *all* of our wedding photos! I truly had a hard time not putting every single one onto Facebook because they are all so beautiful! She got every single shot I requested, plus so many surprise shots I will cherish always. Her style is so light and dreamy & she has such a good eye!
My hubs and I have received so many compliments from friends not able to attend our wedding, and I know it is because Caitlin captured our day so beautifully! We are both camera shy and Caitlin made us feel so at ease and never forced us into uncomfortable poses- she let us be ourselves and I truly feel like she captured the best version of us (which was EXACTLY what I had hoped for!!) Also, so many guests have used photos Caitlin & Courtney captured of them as their profile photos on social media and it truly is so nice that not only do we get to enjoy the photos, but our guests value them as well! So thankful for Caitlin! -
