Words cannot describe how amazing this venue is! From the start Cadillac has been such an easy venue to work with, and from the first moment we walked into the venue we knew it was the one! Andrea and her team have been super responsive and accommodating towards all of our requests, whether it was fixing the Chuppah, or vendors coming in early to set up, everything was easy. The getting ready rooms are amazing and no detail is missed, but the main star of the show is the actual event space, the front entrance space has so much character and the checker board floors really seal the deal, once you move into the reception hall your immediately taken back by the high ceilings, gorgeous lighting and beautiful exposed brick walls! This space is so easy to transform into whatever you want it to be, and make is as personalized as you want, and it would be a mistake to not book your wedding here. -

The venue itself is thoughtfully designed. Both the bridal and groom’s suites are on-site, and they’re not only beautiful but also spacious and comfortable - which made the day so much easier and stress-free for our families and wedding party.
Another standout is the professionalism of the Cadillac Service Garage team. Every interaction was handled with care and attention to detail, and we always felt we were in the best of hands. Their strong relationships with trusted vendors made the planning process smooth and worry-free, and it showed in how flawlessly everything came together.
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to host our wedding at Cadillac Service Garage. As the mother of the bride you plan and plan and PRAY !! I can honestly say that Cadillac Garage was the PERFECT venue for the most magical day ever !! They really go above and beyond to make sure its perfect. The magic is Summer the wedding planner !! I always thought I didn't need one but was I WRONG !! Summer makes sure EVERY detail is handled and goes way beyond. They truly have built a team that works. I could not say enough about the beautiful property and all it did to make sure the day was flawless !!!!!! And did I mention the florist.. off the charts !!!!! -

We had the absolute best wedding at Cadillac Service Garage. Andrea and her team were so accommodating and made everything so easy. The bridal suite and the grooms room were such an incredible opportunity to have everyone getting ready in one place. We also used the grooms room as a “kids room” with a babysitter so couples could enjoy some dancing and drinks without worrying about their kids. Such a turnkey venue with many different options for having ceremony indoors/outdoors and just ample space to utilize. We also took advantage of the Cadillac for our send off! Best wedding venue ever!! -

We loved having our wedding at Cadillac! The space was perfect for our 100 guests, and met every expectation for our big day. If you're looking for a vintage and industrial venue, this checks every box. From the checkered floor, gorgeous bar, spacious dance floor and romantic secret garden spot for photos, there's so many places that make this a dynamic venue. Our main priorities for our wedding were a place to dance with our guests, a stage for our band, and a backdrop for incredible photos. The space is perfect for an epic dance party, but it was also ideal for getting ready and taking a range of amazing photos. We used every single area available to us and heard nothing but amazing things from our guests. They loved the space, amazing team of vendors, and felt everything was seamless.
Coordinating with Andrea and team was simple from start to finish with timely emails and reminders throughout our entire wedding. Working with Summer also makes the entire process easy. Couldn't recommend Cadillac enough! -

There are not enough stars to rate this vendor! My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams, and it is all thanks to the Cadillac service garage and the amazing team that comes with the venue! every detail was perfect, every T was crossed and every I was dotted! They were organized, kind, professional and quickly become part of the family. I will forever tell everyone to get married here! It’s not only absolutely gorgeous, with multiple different rooms and floors - indoor and outdoor options BUT it also comes with the best people to work with. They made our dreams come true. -

The venue of my dreams!!!
We couldn’t have picked a better venue! Our ceremony was on the terrace courtyard, cocktail hour was in the showroom, and our reception was in the garage. Each of these spaces are absolutely breathtaking and I am so glad we utilized each one. It has always been my dream to get married outside but I was worried about guests being comfortable. This was no problem at Cadillac and guests were welcome to grab a drink in the AC of the showroom before the ceremony. After the ceremony, guests headed back to the showroom for a cool and comfortable cocktail hour. Not many venues have this many spaces available to keep guests comfortable and I am grateful that Cadillac could give me the best of both worlds. Andrea was a dream to work with! She worked hard to create the perfect layout for our reception. She was always available to answer our questions and it is obvious that she is passionate about giving you the wedding of your dreams. One of my favorite parts of Cadillac is the bridal suite and grooms lounge. The bridal suite was HUGE and so beautiful. It was the perfect space for my bridesmaids and I to comfortably get ready! Both getting ready spaces also made for great pictures. Our wedding was rounded out perfectly when we left in the venue’s 1961 Cadillac de Ville. Their listed vendors were also impeccable. Cadillac knows who is good! 1618 blew us and our guests away with perfectly curated food and drink menus. Events by Summer Joy are the BEST planners in the business and planned our day down to the minute so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We cannot say enough great things about this venue, Andrea and the staff, and the recommended vendors. -

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding!!! Andrea and her team went above and beyond anything we could have expected; they even dealt with my anxiety about the littlest details! The space is beautiful, from the main room to the bridal suite to the outdoor walking garden, and all of our other vendors love working with Cadillac. If we ever need another venue for a big event, they will be our first call! -

Cadillac Service Garage was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Their communication was amazing - they were always prompt and beyond helpful throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is truly the most beautiful space we've ever seen, and it was the perfect backdrop for our special day. They really helped make our vision happen, and even let us use some of the decor elements we had seen on their Instagram, like the beautiful lights for our backdrop, and installed everything perfectly. We had a great experience working with the Cadillac team for our wedding and it all came together beautifully on the day. We had booked with them initially over a year out from our date but we always felt the team did a great job of checking in throughout the planning period, working with our planner, and helping us execute the vision. We appreciated their responsiveness with our emails and everyone on the team was lovely. The venue itself is gorgeous and we had plenty of space in the groom and bride suites to get ready and for all aspects of the Wedding (courtyard, cocktail area, and reception space). -

We held our Wedding Celebration party at the venue, and it was the absolute best party we have ever attended... and it was ours!! Our guests are still talking about the event & how perfect the CSG space was for our unforgettable celebration! The ability to use all of the spaces for different vibes was the quintessential experience! Working w/Andrea (owner) was such a delight - her kindness, expertise and innate knack for knowing just what is needed was priceless.

Cadillac Service Garage was a dream venue of mine for a few years before I even had a ring on my finger, so I had pretty high expectations. When I say they exceeded my expectations, I truly mean it. The CSG team is so kind and the space made such a beautiful backdrop for my September wedding. The venue is the perfect mix of original features of the garage with touches of modern finishes and features. I was able to use minimal decor because the venue itself is absolutely GORGEOUS. Wedding Day
This was the perfect venue for our wedding. We were looking for an industrial, chic and rustic place. This was it plus the historic aspect added to the overall theme. The bridal suite is huge with beautiful decor and plenty of good selfie spots. This venue also offers a wedding planner if you do not have one. It was perfect and a relief we did not have to search for one! Our guests raved more about the venue than the decor!! I can’t say enough about our overall experience! Totally worth it!! -

The ultimate WOW Venue to make a party special
Andrea and her team at Cadillac Service Garage are absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a one year anniversary party for our son and daughter-in-law at Cadillac and it was the perfect place to celebrate them. All the details were so easy to figure out with Andrea, from seeing the venue, working the floorplan, connecting with the vendors, arranging the drop-off and pick-up times, setting up, and then having the party. As you would expect, all our guests were so impressed with the Cadillac venue. It has the ultimate WOW factor, and gave everyone such a special treat for an evening. Everything about CSG exceeded our expectations for a September 2021 wedding. The entire space is beautiful. The "showroom" with it's black and white tile floor, high ceilings was perfect for cocktail hour. There are so many ways to personalize the space - big chalkboards for a calligrapher to utilize, large reception space that allows for a variety of table configurations. And the bridal suite! Oh my gosh. Lovely, large, set up for hair and make up professionals, music, refrigerator. Utilizing this space from the start of the day until the end was fun and functional. CSG preferred vendors are amazing. You just can't go wrong in selecting this space and these people for your wedding. I wish we could do it all again! -

Cadillac Service Garage was the first venue we stepped foot into when we began planning our wedding; it was also the last. We feel so fortunate that we were able to get married here. The venue is historic, yet thoughtfully and carefully restored in such a magical, modern way. We fell in love with the black and white checkered floors in the 'show room,' the super cool lofted bar area, the grand reception space with the handmade tables and exposed brick walls, and the beautiful (and convenient) bride and groom suites within the venue. These are only a few features - there are countless others that make this space so special. In addition to being an incredible venue, the staff really elevates the entire experience. Cadillac Service Garage is family owned, and we had the pleasure of getting to know the owners throughout the process. We always felt like we were in great hands - they were open, super communicative, and very passionate about the building - they restored it all themselves, are continuously improving it (although you may wonder, what else is there to improve? They will find something, and make it even better) and can answer any question you may have.
Our wedding day at Cadillac Service Garage was everything we dreamed it to be and more. Our guests absolutely loved spending the evening there, so rest assured, you will have a very happy and entertained crowd if you get married at Cadillac! We loved getting to hang out at the venue all day with our wedding party and family members in the suites before people arrived as well - it gave us even more valuable time to soak it all in.
I also highly recommend using their Cadillac as your getaway car - with the package we chose, they will drive you away within 5 miles of the venue. Our favorite photo from the wedding came from these final moments of the evening - it is a really cool experience that completed the classic vibe we were going for. Do it!

From the time we initially saw the venue online, then had a chance to set up a visit in 2019 (2 months before we got engaged), Cadillac was/is and will always make me smile! Every call, every email, every vendor, Andrea was right there with us making sure our needs were met. So, so accommodating and TOP NOTCH!!!! As someone who plans any and everything, you have certain expectations. Andrea eased any doubts, always at the ready with my questions, and that day was one of the best days of our lives. If you want a space that when you walk in, you immediately feel like "this is home. this is US", Cadillac is that venue. We knew from the moment we first took a tour that we wanted to have our wedding at CSG. We didn’t even tour any other venues! We had to postpone our wedding TWICE from April 2020 to finally having it April 2021 due to covid and Andrea & all of the staff at CSG were so amazing to work with during such an unusual and devastating situation. Andrea made sure we had all of our questions answered and accommodated all of our requests! The venue inside and outside is jaw dropping gorgeous. There’s a beautiful very large bridal suite to get ready in and a cool grooms suite for the guys. The venue is very unique and having complete confidence in Andrea and the staff was icing on the cake. We wish we could experience our wedding over and over again! -

Our wedding was absolutely perfect at CSG. This is the only venue we toured (and mind you they got us in for a tour two days after we got engaged!) because the moment we walked in the door we knew it was meant to be. Andrea and her team at CSG are a well oiled machine. SO great to work with and I truly do not have one complaint. We had to move my wedding due to Covid and even had it in August and it was great! I had to email her a million times asking for empty dates and she did not hesitate. The venue is stunning and I could not recommend Cadillac more. I will say I worked with a few other venues in the triad for rehearsal dinner options and they were no where near Andrea’s receptiveness. -

Cadillac Service Garage was wonderful, even in a pandemic when we had to postpone the original May 2020 wedding till July 2020. We were one of the first weddings back at the venue and they took all the safety precautions. The wedding was fabulous, the bridal suite is beautiful, the grooms room is very nice. My daughter and her now husband loved the look with the exposed brick, the raw edge wood and the amazing lighting the venue has in place. We would definitely recommend the Cadillac Service Garage! -

Will and I cannot say enough amazing things about Andrea and her team. Due to covid, we had to change venues and we saw Cadillac was available. When we toured, I was blown away by the space- it is absolutely beautiful. Andrea, Jay, and her team were so amazing and helpful. Since we had changed venues with 4 months to go, they were ready to help us in every way and make it such a beautiful even. They were very accommodating and open to our ideas (especially since we had already had a vision in mind). They were so easy to work with and we are very thrilled with the way everything turned out. It was more than we can imagine. You can do so much with the space and the bridal suite was perfect for the girls to get ready in. Our wedding was different than we had planned but for the better! It was an awesome space and our guests were talking abut how much they loved it. I could write a novel about why you should book them, but you will not regret it one bit. Thank you to Andrea and team for all of your help.

If you are looking for a venue that is going to completely wow your guests, the Cadillac Service Garage is it!! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the staff is so kind and creative. Every single detail has been thought about when it comes to Cadillac. Three days before our wedding, I tested positive for COVID but within hours, everything was rescheduled all thanks to the quick responses and planning of their staff. When you book Cadillac Service Garage, know that you not only get a venue but a full team of professional, friendly and responsive staff! My husband and I got married in October 2020 and we were beyond blown away with the team – they kept us well informed throughout the whole process and what they were doing to adhere to COVID-19 protocols. The space speaks for itself and is obviously beautiful, but hands down, the staff is what makes this place truly remarkable. I highly recommend CSG to anyone looking for a great venue to get married, you will not be disappointed! -

The venue at CSG speaks for itself - it is absolutely gorgeous and has undeniable personality. There is plenty of space for all the vendors to do what they need to, without being in each other's way. THE EMPLOYEES (including, but not limited to Andrea, Deb, and all the onsite event managers) at Cadillac are incredible and we truly cannot thank them enough. They consistently went above and beyond to accommodate us, and always made sure that our needs were met. They went out of their way to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our experience there, and maintained excellent communication leading up to the day of our wedding. Any questions or concerns we had were met with prompt responses and Andrea and Deb always had great suggestions that helped to make our day seamless. The entire experience was so personable and we always felt like they were making our day a priority, even though we know that they have back-to-back events. This is a true testament to their commitment to their clients, and not just to the industry.
I truly have no complaints or concerns with Cadillac Service Garage. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Cadillac every single time! THANK YOU so much to the entire CSG team!

Perfect venue!
Cadillac Service Garage was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. The space is beautiful and it's clear how much love and attention the owners have put into it. Andrea and Deb were so helpful throughout our planning process and went out of their way to make our day as special as we'd always imagined. And great location in downtown Greensboro. -

Amazing venue with a lot of space. The space includes bridal and groom suites, two large bars, and also a small upstairs space. The venue is pretty flexible with how you utilize and staff is very friendly.

Caddillac is exceptional!
From the very first tour we not only fell in love with the building but also fell in love with the exceptional staff! My daughters wedding was honestly one of the best days of my life! The caddillac service garage was the very best choice and I would do it all again given the chance!! I Would not have changed a thing! -

BEST venue in the TRIAD!!! (probably in NC...maybe the world?!)
My husband and I have been wedding videographers for almost four years now and come time to start planning our very own wedding, we pretty much knew all the vendors we wanted to use, we knew that we wanted to get married in the church, and we, of course, knew that we wanted to marry each other...the biggest and only thing we did not know was which venue we wanted to have our reception. Out of all of the venues we had worked at for the past several years, we knew that we hadn't been to THE venue yet. I had seen pictures from a photographer friend, of Cadillac Service Garage on Instagram and from the photos, I was already in love. The checkered black and white floor was a dream! However, my fiance and I were paying for most of our wedding ourselves and already knew our budget and I was convinced that we wouldn't be able to afford such an amazing venue, on top of rentals for tables, chairs, linens, etc (which ***spoiler alert, we didn't have to do hardly any of this because of the tables and chairs that are included in the rental fee). So truthfully I didn't even want to go tour CSG because there was a part of me that knew it was going to be the perfect place but I was so afraid of getting my hopes up. My fiance and I had a few boxes that we wanted to be checked off when looking for a venue and after visiting three other venues, with zero luck, I finally convinced myself to reach out to CSG. Within a short amount of time, Andrea had already responded and we had a visit scheduled a few days later. I remember being so nervous because, at this point, we didn't have a backup plan...this was it! Tyler and I arrived and as soon as we walked in, I was in love! The Instagram photos DID NOT do this venue any justice! I mean the photos were beautiful, don't get me wrong, but the venue was 70937410239412938 times more beautiful in person! Deb, quickly greeted us and started to give us a tour and OH MY GOODNESS, I remember it like it was yesterday...every single time we walked into a new area, I was in awe! From the black and white checkered floor to the custom made lights, exposed brick, the most amazing brightly lit bridal suite, custom made farmhouse style tables, to the floating shelves above the bar...all of it...was a dream! It was even better than a dream and believe it or not, they checked off every. single. box that we wanted in a venue. I literally cried when we returned back to our car...and I hate crying! From there we booked the venue and leading up to our wedding day we had the BEST communication with everyone from the venue! Any question I had, which I had a ton, I would simply just email or call Andrea and she was on it. They were, and are, honestly, the best venue (and people) that we have ever worked with. We cannot say enough good things about CSG, each and every one of the employees went above and beyond from the moment we reached out to even after our wedding day! I have been to over fifty some venues and CSG is by far the best that there is! I could keep going on and on and on but if you are like me and there is the slightest bit of you that is interested in this venue, do yourself a favor and just do it! You won't regret it! It will be the best decision you make during your wedding...other than saying "I do" of course! -

I cannot say enough good things about it!!
This venue was an absolute dream! The Cadillac Service Garage is so BEAUTIFUL and unique and you can really make the space your own with so much to work with already. The owners and staff are so incredibly nice, flexible, helpful with layouts and ideas, and treated us and the vendors we chose so well. They have the perfect space for getting ready that day, a great set-up for a band, and the resources for our caterers and florists to work seamlessly. I could not recommend this venue more! -
