I was so pleased with the experience I had using Cactus Hair Salon for our wedding in October of 2021! I purchased halo extensions through their consultation service for our wedding day and they were so accommodating to make this experience the best it could be and taught me so much about them along the way! Our bridal party traveled to the salon the morning of our wedding day for services and it TRULY set the tone for such a special day. Krystal, the owner of the salon, is so warm and down-to-earth, making the whole day the best it could have been! Haden and Logan did my hair and make-up and they were amazing; like my own personal hype squad! HIGHLY RECOMMEND CACTUS for any service you're looking for, and the salon ascetic is a VIBE! ;) -

Cactus is such an incredible team! It was SO helpful to have them be a "one stop shop" for all things wedding. Krystal was our day of coordinator and I felt so prepared, taken care of, and like I could fully enjoy our day with her by my side. She met with me numerous times before the wedding to talk through absolutely everything. Logan and the hair and make-up team did such a beautiful job with me and my bridesmaids! They listened and brought out all of our natural beauty. THANK YOU CACTUS for truly being a dream team! -

Beautiful hair styles for bride and bridal party!
Hired them for me and my bridal party for just hair services and no makeup - everyone loved their hair and they really were easy to work with! Really contributed to a chill morning-of vibe. When I went and did the hair trial, I liked it, but had comments for the day-of. My stylist took my comments and ran with it, and really made my hair exactly what I wanted and it was stunningly gorgeous.
To be honest, they are pricier than I was originally looking for, but after experiencing my entire wedding day, I do not regret it at all - they were worth every penny! -

Cactus Salon was an amazing hair and make up team for my special day! From the trial to the big day, Kaleigh and Logan made everything perfect! Krystal, salon owner, was easy to get in touch with and was quick to respond to any questions I had. -

Highly recommend!
I was not on top of booking beauty services for our wedding, and struck out with the few businesses which were commonly recommended on Columbus wedding forums. Luckily, I discovered Cactus Hair Salon, and even more luckily they were available for our date! Huge shout out to Logan, the lead stylist for our day. She kept everyone organized, calm, and finished ahead of schedule! She incorporated my feedback from our trial and my wedding-day hair was better than I imagined! She also suggested hair pins, which really completed the look with elegance and a little pizzaz. My updo stayed in place all night (even survived a bridesmaid getting her bouquet tangled in my hair!). Kenna was our makeup artist and Lexi was our second stylist. Kenna is super sweet and loves natural color palettes, which is just what I wanted for makeup. Kenna, Lexi, and Logan were all professional and friendly, and able to handle different hair types of our wedding party (from very curly and fine and straight). Everyone’s curls held the whole night, even one bridesmaid who in 10 years I have never seen successfully curl her hair. We had 8 hair services and 3 makeup services in just under 3 hours, on-site at the venue. When I was a bit concerned about this timeline ahead of our big day, the owner Krystal was happy to talk this through with me and assuage my fears. She was always available by text or email to answers my questions in the lead-up to our big day. They also offer in-salon wedding services at their Canal Winchester location, which is brand new as of Summer 2021 and so cute inside (this is where my trial was)! I would HIGHLY recommend Cactus Hair Salon and their wedding services! -

Krystal, the owner of Cactus Hair Salon was prompt and communicative. She helped me find a make up artist last minute when my original artist I hired elsewhere ghosted me! Her artist McKenna did my bridal makeup and my maid of honor's. She arrived early and was ready to go. She was open to ideas and my make up turned out just how I imagined! We would recommend them to anyone. -

Cactus hair salon was extremely helpful in getting my hair and makeup trial set up, and the team ensured I was more than happy with the results. The day of the event, the team was on time and actually got myself, my four bridesmaids, and mothers done in under 3 hours. They did such an amazing job and I appreciated that they finished early, which allowed for us to have some extra time in between -
