  I scheduled Caal limo services to take my brother from his wedding to the reception and the service was fantastic. The drive was very professional.

  Great limo service for our wedding. Offered a package that included a small limo to take the bride/bridesmaids to the venue to get ready, a large limo to take the wedding party for pictures and a town car to take us to the hotel after. Would definitely recommend.

  I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A 15 PASSANGER LIMO FOR MY WEDDING DAY TO BE PICKED UP FROM ONE LOCATION AND DROPPED OFF TO RECEPTION AND THE DRIVER SHOWED UP WITH A PARTY BUS. THAT WAS OKAY BUT WHEN WE GOT ON THE BUS THE A/C WAS NOT WORKING GOOD AND KEEP IN MIND THIS WAS JULY 15 SO A HOT DAY! SO WE SWEATED THE WHOLE RIDE. THE MUSIC OR TVS DID NOT WORK FOR US AND THE DRIVER WAS RUDE. NO HELP WITH ANYTHING. I DIN;T GET TO USE NONE OF THE FEAURES ON THE BUS. I CALLED ABOUT THE ISSUE I HAD AND SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT THE OWNER WILL GET BACK IN CONTACT AND NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALL.

  They were late getting to the first pickup to get me and the bridesmaids to the ceremony, by a half hour. Then, he took the longest possible route to get to the ceremony---a 8-10 minute ride took 20 more minutes, making me late and delaying photos. When he picked us up after the reception he did fine, but he didn't go out of his way or wow us in any way. After being late, I would think the business would offer some sort of refund or something but we got no compensation and not even an apology. This is the second time I've used this limo company and both times were pretty terrible. I was hoping the second time would make up for the first but no such luck.

  Absolutely horrible! I would definitely NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They never showed up to pick us up from our wedding reception and refused to give us our $60 deposit back. They don't care about their customers and will never show up and still take your money.

  Usually, I would start with describing the limo and its appearance. But, I can't. That is because the limo and the driver never made an appearance at our reception. We booked for them to arrive at 10 pm. At 9:55, they called and informed us the driver was running about 10 minutes away. We figured 5 minutes late would not be too bad. Our photographer agreed to stay around a few extra minutes to get pictures of us leaving in the limo. Never heard back from them. So we called them back at 10:17 when the driver still had not arrived. The lady on the phone, which had a terrible attitude like we were inconveniencing her, said she was not sure and would call the driver then call us back. Again, they did not call back. After waiting another 5 minutes, we called again. She said the driver was 2 minutes out. We spent the next 5 minutes on the phone telling them that we should be reimbursed from this pathetic service. This went well past the 2 minutes that the driver should arrive in.
  By this time, our photographer had had to leave. So we told them not to bother wasting our time any more and we had gotten a ride from friends that were at the wedding. They said that was fine and said they would pay us back $60 but not return the $60 deposit. This lead to more of an argument. They claimed we canceled on them. So, by the letter of their "contract" they did not owe us the deposit. We countered back saying they technically cancelled on us by not showing up. Their comment was if we waited long enough, the limo would have arrived and we would have received our ride.
  This company is a terrible scam where they book services, take your money, drag you along till you are so fed up with them that you tell them to forget about it, and then keep your deposit. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR CRAP. DO NOT BOOK WI
