This all happened because I trusted the Butterfly Flowers team! Since I received my bouquets, I noticed that they surprised me with excellent and talented work. Thanks again to Butterfly Flowers team, I will recommend you guys to any of my friends or family, for any I occasion. -

On the event day, she delivered and installed all the items in time. The floral arrangement and decor looked just gorgeous. We got a lot of compliments from our guests. This family business is bound to succeed as their goal is to provide the best possible services at an economical price. We wish them all the best. -

Absolutely horrendous
NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!! If I could give this place a 0 star I would!!! The picture on the left is what I asked her to do for my mehndi (henna) event and the picture on the right is what she delivered. The ONE thing I asked her not to do is to put purple in the decor. After seeing the decor and calling her, she had the audacity to argue with me and say that this one color she put up wasn’t purple, it’s hot pink. After having an absolute panic attack and having multiple family members call her 20+ times, they finally came back to fix the decor WHILE THE GUESTS WERE ARRIVING, while STILL arguing with us about the decor and showing attitude. They delayed our event by 1.5 hours. Definitely DO NOT trust these people with your big dayButterfly Flowers & design's reply:
First of all, this entire review is fabricated and all a lie just to get a refund since this is what Zoia and her husband were anticipating on the entire time while lying about this review. First this is a two day event, not just a one day event! The photo provided with the umbrella is just as a REFERENCE for the swing and a flat style backdrop. Zoia mentioned that she did not want any umbrellas in her theme since she wanted to save money and wanted only a few lanterns with hanging flowers. Since she wanted a cheaper look, she took out umbrellas and was how she wanted it just as done in the photo I attached. All colors in the photos were chosen by ZOIA and were seen by her in photos and she approved. The swing was provided to you. Your event was not delayed 1.5 hours. Your event started exactly on time! The photo that is attached by us is what the decor was like. What was uploaded by Zoia was a incomplete photo. It is not our problem that one of the invited guests fainted during the event, causing it to end a few hours early since there was ambulance and the guests began to leave. Our service is based on completing the event, not based off of one of the guests fainting and not being able to complete the party night. How come the next day of the event was not mentioned in this review? That is since NOTHING was wrong and the party did not end early. Just because the event ended earlier, does not mean you are entitled to a refund. The services were given to you! The groom mentioned he wants a refund since he paid the DJ and photographer more money since his party was delayed. I don't understand why someone would pay extra money when a party ended a couple hours earlier, based off of the banquet halls phone call of ending early. There was also a sweet table that was decorated by us on the next event on the 24th, at no charge and was not in agreement. The father (Naseem) brought the subject up for the sweet table after the balance was paid. I explained that this is not part of my job and I was not paid for it. I still did it for them as a courtesy since he is a returning client at no cost. Additionally, we covered two extra tables at both events free of charge and Naseem was informed, but still said "yeah, but this is extra from the banquet hall and no one sat on them". We decorated them, not the banquet hall and were at no cost. I will attach photos for both days. -
