We met with several bakeries on our search for the perfect wedding cake. As soon as I tasted the samples Katrina prepared for us, I knew Butter Bears was miles ahead of the competition! Not only does she make the *best* carrot cake, lemon cake, chocolate cake and vanilla cake I've ever tasted, her frostings are perfectly balanced to complement each delicious bite. She is flexible, kind, professional and focused on making your wedding day amazing! Thank you so much to Katrina and Butter Bears for helping make our day memorable! So many of our guests begged us for your info and we are happy to oblige. Your cakes are simply the best! -

We absolutely loved our cakes! We were barely able to grab one slice everyone loved all of the flavors. The grooms' cake was modeled off of a Jordan 1 sneaker-- it was perfect! The communication and customer service was great as well. -

Couldn’t be happier with the experience
Katrina and her family are absolutely amazing. Some of the best, most attentive customer service I’ve ever experienced. We hired Butter Bears for my mom’s wedding and order several desserts for a dessert table and a custom cake. Everything was DELICIOUS. Such great quality desserts! All of our guests were raving about it. -

I highly recommend Katrina at Butter Bears for wedding cakes. During consultation, I brought many ideas and she was able to create exactly what I wanted. She kept me up to date on the design of the cake. She also had my cake delivered to the venue in a efficient and timely manner. I will definitely use butter bears for future events. -

Kate was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish!!! She responded quickly to my inquiry and was so helpful through the whole process answering ALL my silly questions lol I am blown away at how DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL my wedding cake turned out! EVERYONE kept telling me how yummy it was (I went with the white chocolate raspberry flavor)!! I highly recommend this company and I am so grateful for making my day so special! -

We had to change our wedding plans last minute due to covid and we found them by chance. They were super helpful and very responsive. Be warned their tasting cakes are HUGE which is awesome. Gives you a chance to try it multiple times to make sure you pick the right flavor! -

Katrina at Butter Bears is so wonderful to work with. She did my daughters wedding cake, grooms cake and a selection of desserts. Everything was perfect. The cakes were moist and had the perfect flavor, champagne for the wedding cake and chocolate with peanut butter filling on the giant cupcake. We also ordered brownies, macaroons, and mini cupcakes. All seriously amazing. Every dessert was eaten and enjoyed. Katrina followed up a few times to make sure everything was on track with guest count and to see if we needed any changes. She was on time, set up beautifully and followed up after the wedding. Her prices are affordable and reasonable and she gave us exactly what we asked for. I didn’t have anything to worry about with Butter Bears!!! She helped my daughter day to be perfect!!! ❤️ -

We had the best experience !! The cakes were beautiful and tasted so good !! With covid, I had picked up cake samples and she provided a virtual cake testing. They delivered the cakes to our venue and did a beautiful job with the display. We picked a naked cake and she used our fresh flowers and the from cake looked like a tree stump -

Top Quality Service
I reached out to Butter Bears fairly early in my wedding planning. We scheduled a date for a tasting and they were awesome. They gave us nice sized slices to taste. They left us in the room to discuss confidentially. And if we didn’t “like” something they accepted it with grace and ensured we were happy. Then corona happened. They continued to keep in contact and changed their tasting guidelines to meet CDC standards. All this is to say that they (Katrina and Derrick) were awesome! I am so glad I found them. Also, all my guests RAVED about the cake. -

Had to plan a small wedding in 5 weeks due to Covid and they were absolutely amazing to work with! The cake looked beyond what I had expected!
The cake was by far the best tasting wedding cake I had ever had! Not to mention it was beyond beautiful! Our guests were raving about it. They are so wonderful to work with and it was stress free which i needed having to replan my wedding due to Covid. -

Absolutely delicious cake, and cupcakes and were extremely flexible and responsive. I had to move both the cake tasting and the reception 3 times and they were nothing but accommodating! Couldn’t have asked for a tastier or more gorgeous cake! -

We had a weekend long at home wedding party which included macaroons, cupcakes, chocolate dipped pretzels and wedding cake. All of the desserts were wonderful and I think the guests gained a few pounds. Katrina was exceptional to work with and checked in regularly to be sure everything was ready. Thanks to Katrina the desserts were a big hit and the wedding cake was to die for. -

Wedding cake dreams do come true
Butter Bears Cupcakery was fantastic to work with during the whole wedding planning process. We were able to do a tasting to select cake flavors - and they made my naked cake dreams come to life all within my budget (including a custom topper). Day of logistics went off without a hitch, and the cake was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. -

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was with Butter Bear Cupcakery!!! The cakes and cupcakes I ordered were delivered and setup (displayed) perfectly and looked beautiful. Very pleasant & reasonable prices
It was exactly 1 week away from my wedding when I was referred to this company. I called and I told her exactly what I needed and how soon!!! Her response was no problem!!!
“ Send me a picture “. The cake was delivered on time and it tasted delicious my husband loved it and he was shocked to have a drum cake along with it being red velvet 😋. I will continue to do business with them for my special occasions. -

How can I rate such a stellar experience? From the beginning, I was treated with love and care. I couldn’t find my vision and you helped me find it. Last night, the only thing we could think of, was how great the cake was and where it was lol. The prices are affordable; and we had both the wedding and grooms cake delivered by ButterBears. We needed a wedding cake and our previous baker wasn't going to be able to accommodate us. We emailed Butter Bear late one evening and they emailed back with in minutes. We met a few days later, showed them our design ideas and they didn't even blink. The flavor is AMAZING and they saved our wedding! 140 Cupcakes and a cake to cut and it looked EXACTLY like the picture I showed them. We could not be happier!!! Words cannot express the experience I had from Butter Bears Cupcakery. Ms. Katrina did an amazing job capturing everything I requested. My husband and I are both military and live out of town, so she worked with me to ensure I felt included through the whole process. She really eased my mind and I felt stress free giving the circumstances. She was very professional and the best part was the cake and cupcakes!! Hands down the best ever. My guest absolutely loved everything. I truly appreciated butterbearscupcakery for contributing to our beautiful wedding day! Highly recommend!!! -
