Obsessed with my gown!
I am NOT a dress person. Never have been…. But for my sons wedding of course I got a gown. Carole picked the gown and when I put it on it was the one. I didn’t even go to any other shops. Ordered it that day. So yes…. I’m obsessed with my gown!!! -

Carole and her team were always kind and accommodating. I called scores of boutiques to find my gown and Carole had it shipped to her location so I could try it on and I immediately fell in love with it. I could not have asked for a better experience or alterations. -

After promising myself to only look at 2-3 places max for a dress, I wasn’t getting that ‘wow’ moment. So stop 6 was Burton’s who was having a Stella York trunk show. Boy am I happy I made the trip! Not only did I find my dress, but also found a deal. While most places charge $600+ for alterations and bustle, which quickly makes the cost of a dress skyrocket, Burton’s was a fraction of that. Carol was so helpful and accommodating. So glad I went with Burton’s! -

Carole at Burton's Bridal has been absolutely amazing! I had an appointment with the thought of just trying on dresses as this was my first appointment ever at a bridal store. Carole was very receptive to what I was looking for and every single dress that she pulled off the rack matched my exact description and idea. After trying on only a few dresses I found THE ONE. Seeing it on TV or hearing about it from other people does exactly what they say. When you find the one, it will make you cry. Carole made it so real with the vail and model bouquet. It all came to life. I put down a deposit and walked out with such excitement as I can't wait to wear this beautiful gown on my wedding day. -

She’s so understanding and personable and I had a lot of fun with her. The woman who did my alterations was amazing. The dress fit me absolutely perfectly. I had my dream dress for a reasonable price. I couldn’t have been happier !! -

Carole went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress. My bridesmaids looked phenomenal. The alterations were perfect and really reasonably priced! I recommend trying Burtons, it will be worth it!! -

User1079504 Sent on 01/28/2013Burton's Bridals is great! It was the second place I looked and I found my dress there. They listened to what I was looking for and pulled a ton of dresses I loved immediately. I found "the one" (I thought) and paid for it but when I got home I realized I'd picked the exact same dress as my good friend and had a bit of a meltdown. With only 5 minutes until closing time, I rushed back to Burton's and explained what had happened (in tears) and they stayed open to help me find another dress before I had to return to Maryland the next day. Carol told me she wanted to try a dress back on me that she'd pulled earlier and I'd rejected - she put a crinoline skirt underneath it and I knew the first dress I'd bought wasn't "the one" - it was this one all along!!! She knows her dresses, and she knows brides. She nailed it!!! When the dress finally came into the Long Island area, it was the same week Hurricane Sandy hit, so no one knew where the dress was in transit and the store was closed due to loss of power, etc. All the while we were able to confirm with Burton's that there was no problem and I would get the dress with no damages or anything to worry about. They were right! They did multiple fittings with me, because I had some issues with being "well endowed" up top and the seamstress was able to make all kinds of recommendations and alterations that made the dress fit perfectly! They steamed the dress and veil, and bagged it up and gave me care instructions and were so sweet to me, my mom, my grandmother, and everyone else that I sent my new sister-in-law in there to get a dress and she ordered one there too! Highly recommend!!!! A++ -

Regina Sent on 05/25/2017Burton's has an amazing selection of vintage, rustic and traditional gowns-not a large selection, but a very beautiful one. I would have bought all 5 dresses that I tried on there. Prices were right on point, as well. However, it is an extremely small shop with only 2 changing rooms. When I first went in there to shop there was like 5 brides there all trying to squeeze into an hour to shop-not a good feeling as a bride to feel rushed. When I ordered my dress it shipped on time and arrived on schedule, but when I went to pick it up, again, like 5 separate brides were there and this was the first time I'm trying on my wedding gown, a day I could have only dreamt about and I felt disappointed because it was way to crowded for the salon's size. They should take appointments only and if there are more than 3 brides, they should have the walk-ins wait downstairs until space frees up. Overall though, the dress alterations came out beautiful.
