    We had a great experience with Buker - they arrived early to the pick up time and had no problems with communication. The limo was clean and water and a bottle of champagne was included for our wedding party. It rained on our wedding day and the driver was wonderful about helping me in and out of the limo in my dress and making sure I didn't get wet. Great price and service!

    Buker Limo did an amazing job! We rented one of the Rolls Royce and a 10 person limo. The Rolls was BEAUTIFUL. Everyone loved it. Both cars were very clean, both on the inside and outside. You can tell that these people really take care of their cars and take pride in what they do. The drivers showed up in tuxes and helped me in to the car. When we arrived at the church, the driver helped me out, re-fluffed my dress, and straightened my train and veil before I walked down the aisle! When the ceremony was over, there was a red carpet laid out. Once again, they helped me back in to the limo and gave my husband and I a bottle of champagne. The limo with the bridal party also had champagne waiting for them! I am so glad that we used this company and we will definitely recommend them to other people who are looking for a limo!

    The limo driver was very helpful with getting us all in the limo.

    Awesome! Their drivers were great and the cars was beautiful and clean. The only reason I didn't give them a full five stars is due to their email responses. They are not very responsive when it comes to email - which is the way I preferred to handle my wedding planning - but were awesome over the phone.

    While they were a bit difficult to get in touch with, Buker was great to work with from the start. We got a big discount by booking Harry Savoy's Ballroom as our reception venue, which includes a six-passenger limo in their package, but we needed to fit 18 people and they allowed us to include a 14-passenger one without charging us the whole price. Our driver was phenomenal! He helped me get out with my large dress, helped the groomsmen get their boutonnieres on right, and opened the church door for my father and me so our entrance was perfect. Thank you, Buker!

    Of all the vendors we worked with on our wedding day, Buker Limo was truly the only one we were disappointed with. They are terrible on email which was especially difficult for us as we live abroad, so I had to rely on calling them from our skype account to their landline, which proved pricey as we didn't have the option of picking up a local phone. We spoke to a different person each time, and none of them ever quite got our reservation right...even when I called to confirm a few days before the wedding. On the day itself, Buker left the rest of our bridal party at the church because the driver hadn't been told by management that he needed to go back for them, and drove away with the "Just Married" sign that my 4th graders had made for me. This prevented us capturing my grandparents and that sign in any of our professional pictures, as the didn't get to our venue before when the photographers were supposed to leave. When I spoke to Nancy after the wedding, I couldn't believe how rude and accusatory she was...you would think that I was the one who owed her an apology. To me, that was what was most unforgivable...I would have happily given them an average review because of course mistakes happen, but a customer should never be made to feel that they are their fault, especially when they have in writing what the vendor was supposed to have done. With their failure to provide us with adequate service on our wedding day, they refunded us a measly $50 out of over the $1000 we paid. The only full stars I gave were for the service and professionalism that the chauffeurs provided us...management lost the rest with their attitude. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    DO NOT RENT THIS LIMO COMPANY... I PAID THEM IN CASH, THEY STILL RAN MY CARD. This then over drafted my account and I didn't have access to funds for over 5 days because they ran it on the Friday before a holiday. When I called and spoke with the office manager, who is also the owner- NANCY.... she told me that she had voided the transaction. HOWEVER- that can take 3- 5 days to show back up in the account. They never would have told me that I had been double charged- if I didn't catch it. They refused to refund my money or compensate me for the time that I was inconvenienced. She instead, blamed it on my bank for not releasing the funds. When I explained to her that it was her fault for running the charge- she then hung up on me and will not answer any of my phone calls. This is the poorest customer service experience of my life- they have my money, and I have had nothing but trouble since dealing with them
