  Wedding ceremony and reception music

  We would choose Buckeye Entertainment again and again

  It’s easy to see why Buckeye Entertainment is rated so highly. They know how to make your wedding a fantastic time and they have it down to a science. Planning was easy, they are excellent communicators, and helped make our ceremony and reception seamless. As easy as they made the planning we were still undecided on several song choices going into the week of the wedding and they still worked with us during a very busy week to make sure everything was planned how we wanted. The day of our wedding, their DJ Alex Durr absolutely killed it! Planning with Alex was so easy he understood what music we generally liked without us having to specify much at all. He got to know us, had some of their mixes playing during planning to gauge what we gravitated toward and he took it from there. Our dance floor was packed the entire night. Alex worked so well with our other vendors as well, making sure the ceremony and speeches were captured beautifully. We also got the Social Photo Booth setup from Buckeye. We got so many comments about how much fun everyone was having and how genuinely nice and helpful Alex and our Photo Booth attendant were throughout the night. The booth attendant was so patient with guests making sure they got as many printed copies as they liked, he even printed out a copy of every photo strip taken throughout the night for us. Such a nice touch to have those! And the quality is great. Our wedding was an absolute dream and the both of them were a huge part of that. If you’re planning a wedding, do yourself a favor and lock in Buckeye Entertainment right away. It’ll be the easiest decision you make.

  Jazmyn Carter at Buckeye!!

  We worked with Jazmyn at Buckeye Entertainment. She was cool as a cucumber during the whole process. In our first meeting she acted as if she had done this a hundred times before and her performance proved that. Communication leading up was easy and clear. The day of the wedding she knew where to go and what to do. I can't commend her enough for reading the crowd and playing the best jams all night long that kept our intervened selfs out on the dance floor!

  Perfect Choice for Wedding DJs

  Mike Kannal from Buckeye Entertainment was the perfect choice for our wedding DJ. He is very professional and his calm vibes helped the process feel smooth, and even fun.
  
  Not only was the music great, but he also went above and beyond by coordinating with our other vendors and helping with our wedding timeline, alleviating so much stress for us on a hectic day.
  
  On top of everything else, the price was very fair compared to other DJ companies we considered. We can't recommend Buckeye Entertainment highly enough!

  My wife and I had an amazing experience with Alex from Buckeye Entertainment! They helped us plan every little detail and even some that we hadn’t even thought of! The preparation and meetings went smoothly and their website made it so easy for us to navigate the details of our big day! The day of the wedding everything went exactly as planned! Alex was so professional yet FUN to work with! He ensured everything happened as scheduled and even made small changes as needed! We had our wedding at a small venue and Alex was able to work with the small space and make our day amazing! I highly recommend Buckeye Entertainment for any event if you’re looking for great communication, organization, and most importantly a fun time!

  We had an absolute blast at our wedding , and it wouldn’t have been possible without Buckeye Entertainment and James. He KILLED it! Extremely thorough, great mix selection with what we picked and what he thought was best for the moment, and never hesitated when we asked for something.

  Jazymn was an excellent DJ. She was professional and down to earth. We knew we wouldn’t have a huge dancing crowd but she played our suggestions/requests and added some fun additions for the guests. Not only that but as some family drama began she politely kept me informed and made sure to help support us so nothing escalated much further. 10/10 would recommend her and Buckeye Entertainment to anyone in need for a DJ.   Professional and Wonderful

  Alex was amazing! He used all of the must play songs on the list and adjusted accordingly based on the vibe in the room. He continuously checked in with the couple and made sure to time music appropriately.

  So much fun! Everyone on the dance floor!

  James Brentson was the most amazing DJ!!! We cannot recommend him enough!! He truly made our wedding so much fun for everyone there ~ not a single guest was in their seats once James got the music going! We planned our wedding 1. from out of state and 2. on a very short timeline (6 months) so music was not something we really thought too much about. When I originally met with Buckeye Entertainment, they said they could take care of the whole thing and thats exactly what they did. My husband and I were extremely hands off, we only selected the few "special" songs. Ironically the songs that we did choose were not listed on Buckeye Entertainment's portal ~ this was not an issue at all, James immediately got the songs added and everything went perfectly!! Also, last minute we decided to queue up a song for our kiss at the alter and James made it happen!!
  If there is anything I'd like people reading this to get out of this review, it's that we did not have a "party crowd" guest list at alllll and like I mentioned earlier, James got every single person out on the dance floor!! We originally planned on ending our reception at 10pm but we ended up extending it on the spot b/c our guests were not going anywhere!! James announced we had 2 songs left and everyone was asking for more!! When we extended it another 30 minutes, our guests went crazy, it felt like we were at a sporting event that just went into overtime! Every single person stayed till the lights came on and so many people told us that was the most fun they'd ever had at a wedding.
  James was so amazing to work with, so kind, so considerate, and so much fun!!!!

  best wedding DJ

  We went with Buckeye Entertainment for our DJ at our wedding and loved our experience! DJ Tia was professional, fun and got everyone out on the dancefloor. We had the best time and I couldn't recommend her more!

  Jordan Hensley with Buckeye Entertainment

  Buckeye Entertainment did not disappoint in the DJ portion of our wedding. Our DJ Jordan Hensley was THE BEST you'll ever find!!! From the moment we set up our first appointment he was attentive and very responsive and professional. He took our wishes and vision and made it reality. Not only was he our DJ he was our MC of sorts. He made sure the entire day went on schedule and he kept our dance floor on fire! I will always recommend him for any DJ services you might have.

  Great experience

  We had a great experience with Buckeye Entertainment. Our DJ was Gene and he did a fantastic job mixing music for our multicultural wedding. The last hour of our wedding was basically a millennial rager and our dance floor was packed the whole night!

He met with us right after we booked with him to discuss what we were looking for in a DJ and the vibe for our wedding and then again 2 weeks before the wedding to go over every detail to make it perfect. We met with him a few weeks out from our wedding to go over the songs we wanted to be played at our wedding as well as any songs we did not want played. We gave him our list and he quickly told us he understood the "vibe" we were going for and did not disappoint! He even recommended a few games/songs to keep people active and on the dance floor throughout the night. We had many compliments from our guests who said the DJ was excellent and we couldn't agree more! We would highly recommend Jordan and Buckeye Entertainment!

  Adam was fantastic!

  Within a week of first booking Buckeye DJ, we were informed that our assigned DJ had been let go. We were promptly informed and given the option to have Adam as our replacement DJ. Adam originally had that weekend off and was extremely selfless in stepping up to help with our wedding day. He was extremely easy to work with, communicative, and thorough. On the wedding day, he was on time, played everything we requested, and completely nailed our vibe. Our other vendors even mentioned how easy he was to work with!

  Wonderful DJ

  Mike Kannal was a great dj for our wedding. He played great music, kept everyone on the dance floor, and was so helpful with everything! I would definitely recommend!
