Delicious, Flexible, and Fun!

A perfect location for your Rehearsal Dinner (or lunch like is)!! The family style accommodates parties of all sizes and the staff was friendly. They have cute rooms where you may sit with your entire party intimately. They are very flexible, which is even more important during the pandemic because our party size would fluctuate. They even have options for vegetarians. Great all around!!

Great place for a rehearsal dinner!

We absolutely loved our experience!! The entire staff was friendly and efficient and our guests left full and happy! The food was delicious and my in-laws were thrilled with the price. Highly recommend them!!

Great venue for a rehearsal dinner

We ended up choosing Buca because of their great food and ability to offer a private room (our initial choice could not offer us our own room for our party of 25). The staff at Buca is amazing! They were welcoming and attentive the entire evening. One of the best perks is that the staff boxes all the leftover food for you to take home at the end of the night- and there was tons of food! My family enjoyed it for several days afterward. All of our guests enjoyed the venue and loved the food. I would definitely recommend this venue for a rehearsal dinner or other small wedding-related event.

I had my bridal shower at Buca and I had an amazing day. We were put in the back room of the restaurant which at first I was nervous about because it doesn't have any door or draping to make it truly private but it was actually just fine because no one goes back there unless you need to specifically get to that room. It was also pretty large - we had about 25-30 guests but it could have easily fit double that. We brought in our own cake for the party and the servers were able to cut and serve that to the guests. At the end of the day, I forgot something at the restaurant after I left and immediately called them. They found what I needed and even set it aside in a safe place until I could come back and pick it up. Thanks Buca for the great service and great day!

We had our rehearsal dinner here and the service was great. The food was fantastic. There was enough room for everyone and no one was left hungry. I cannot wait to go there and enjoy the food again!

Book this place!!! We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was absolutely amazing!!! The servers were so patient and friendly! And we had so many people there but they were still so responsive and efficient. The food is amazing too! Cannot rave enough!

I used them to cater my rehearsal dinner and they were so easy to work with and gave so much food, they also delivered for like 25$ which is nothing compared to what other caterers were asking for. Will recommend to anyone.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Buca di Beppo's and it was fantastic! They worked with us to establish our budget and even helped to organize an unexpected tasting to ensure we would be happy with our choices. The Cardinal Room was able to comfortably fit our 42 guests and we enjoyed being secluded from the rest of the diners. It was nice to have a pre-set menu and casual family style to feed everyone. The food was delicious and they were able to accommodate my meals to be vegetarian.

We booked Buca di Beppo for our rehearsal dinner location. They were extremely easy to work with and provided all of our choices and pricing at our first meeting. We were given several different options for food and alcohol.
During the rehearsal dinner, the waiters were wonderful! Everything was brought out in a timely fashion and the food was WONDERFUL! We got many compliments from our guests about how good the food was. Buca was the perfect location to get all of the people closest to use together. Thank you!!!!

One word: stuffed. We had SO MUCH food that evening. It was delicious, but go in hungry as you'll be served a plentiful amount of food. The staff was great and very helpful throughout the evening and worked well with my mother-in-law during the planning of the dinner. It's a cool and different venue than your typical restaurant for a rehearsal dinner. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it if you're having your wedding around Station Square.

They have a private room and you do not have to make reservations too early. I calle d two days before. No minimum either, great place for friends and family. Everyone was friendly from my phone order to when I arrived

We had our rehearsal dinner at Buca di Beppo here in Tallahassee on Saturday Feb 21st, 2015. While I did not actually set any of this up, my mother-in-law made all of the arrangements, I can say that from my perspective everything was fantastic. The staff was very professional, accommodating, and helpful. They not only brought out all of the food and drinks, we had a fixed menu that we picked before hand, but they also packed up all of the leftovers and had it all ready to go for my in-laws at the end of the night. The night went very smoothly and my husband and I were very pleased.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Buca and the food was excellent! The staff was very accommodating when we called saying we would be late with fewer guests than we had originally planned. Our server was very sweet and took great care of our guests. We ordered several large dishes and the food was delicious, Buca had a cozy, friendly atmosphere for us to spend time with our guests - well worth the price!

Cynthia at Bucca DeBeppo was easy to work with. We did everything via phone and email. I met with her briefly the day before the wedding. No matter how many times i changed my head count and menu she remained flexible. Upon arrival everything was set as I wanted it. The food and service were great. There were at least 5 other wedding dinners taking place and we never felt neglected., Thank you for everything. I would recommend this place for a great time.

Admittedly, I was not originally very excited about having our rehearsal dinner at Buca di Beppo. It was basically the only restaurant we could find that was near our venue, reasonably priced, and offered a private room - and I decided that the rehearsal wasn't worth stressing over. I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised with Buca! Before we made any commitments whatsoever, they gave us a free tasting - and sent us home with plenty of leftovers (come hungry!). The dinner itself was fun, efficient, and delicious. The staff was very accommodating and we had a great time. Not really an upscale venue, but for what it's worth it worked out perfectly!

We chose Buca for our rehearsal dinner based on the space and food. Our decision did not prove us wrong! They provided a large space for 30. The prices were amazing. The food was delicious - and the service was even better! I couldn't have been happier...until all of my guests also expressed their happiness with the night. We had our rehearsal dinner here. The location was perfect since our wedding was at the sheraton station square. Right after rehearsing the ceremony we just walked down the street to bucca. We had the perfect room reserved upstairs for 25 people. The food was amazing! The staff couldnt have been more helpful! I would recommend bucca to anyone!

One of the best decisions we ever made about our wedding day was to have our guest dinner at the Claremont CA Buca di Beppo. They offered various menu selections & event packages . The entire planning process was easy & stress- free. The entire staff was very friendly & accommodating to all of our guests during our reception dinner.

We decided on Buca for our rehearsal dinner because 1. we LOVE the food and 2. it was so close to our venue!

We could not be happier with the service we received, the food, the ambiance, the attentiveness, I could go on and on!

As a manager in the restaurant business myself, let me list the things that made them so amazing!

1. The food was INCREDIBLE, spaced out efficiently, perfectly to temperature, and beautifully presented.
2. Before you ever had to ask for it, they were there to refill your drink, clear away your dishes, etc.
3. The kitchen staff and chefs were on top of everything, nothing was held up, food for 51 people came out at the exact same time, that is unheard of! AMAZING
4. The wait staff were just incredible, so friendly, even when my fiance and I were being needy, the customer came first, and let me tell you how hard that can sometimes be when you're in their shoes! They were 5 star amazing!

I would recommend this venue to anyone, we will continue to come back. If I could do something more to thank you all I would, for making the rehearsal dinner just wonderful. You guys are amazing! Thank you for a fantastic evening!

My husband and I chose Buca Di Beppo for our caterer and were thrilled with the work they did. I met up with Liz (Sales Manager) and was able to go over everything, and I mean EVERYTHING with her. They went above and beyond what we asked, had great ideas, were available whenever we had questions or comments and really did a great job. The food and service/servers were amazing and we received compliments throughout the night on how well they did. Thank you again Buca, you never disappoint. And thank you Liz, for helping me with the planning of this, you did a great job and were so easy to work with. You all did a really great job! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time here for our rehearsal dinner. It was family-oriented and we had great conversation in a back private room. The servers were great and helpful with ordering the right amount for our party size and the food was amazing (guest are still talking about the dessert!) I would recommend this as a great reversal dinner location if you are looking for a relaxed family style dinner.

We used Buca di Beppo Catering for our rehearsal dinner. The food arrived on time and they set it up. Very helpful and courteous. Will definitely use them again. As always their food is fabulous. It made for a great evening at my in-laws home.

Buca di Beppo is a staple in my family for big get togethers when you need to feed a lot of people. We decided we just wanted to have a low key rehearsal dinner and not worry about getting 30+ people to a restaurant which would have been far from our venue where everyone was spending the night. I was able to go online and order the food I wanted catered. It was so easy to order and compare pricing online! On the day of they brought all the food on time and hot! It was really delicious and the best part was all the leftovers we had all weekend to feed hungry wedding party guests! Once again Buca de Beppo came through for us!

We held my wife's 50's birthday party at Buca's in Eden Prairie for over 50 of our closest friends and family. The service was outstanding for all our guests. Sarah and the team at the Eden Prairie Buca are fantastic to work with! Sarah gets back to me promptly, she is thorough and professional. Buca di Beppo has always been mine and my husband's favorite restaurant, so when we found out that they catered weddings we couldn't be more delighted! We were slightly intimidated by the entire planning process (especially the food) but when we met with Savannah every concern was addressed and we left the taste testing knowing exactly what menu we were going to have for our wedding reception.

Three months before the wedding we found out that Savannah no longer worked at Buca and we became immediately concerned that everything we had planned would have to be re-explained to the new wedding caterer coordinator...that was so far from the truth. We were connected with Liz Hubbard and she picked up right where we left off with Savannah, she didn't even skip a beat! The food was delicious and we received an overwhelming amount of compliments from our friends and family about how awesome the food and service was. Liz and her team from Buca made our day better than we could have imagined!

With less than a week notice, Laura assisted me with scheduling a "rehearsal dinner" for 40 wedding guests that traveled from the east for my son's wedding. Family style dinner was great and service timely. Laura and manager followed up with me that evening to ensure satisfaction.

I had my wedding reception at the Buca Di Beppo in Excalibur in Las Vegas. The service was excellent as well as the food and they were very accommodating to our needs and large group.. All the guests complimented how wonderful everything was. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and will return in the future.

Buco di Beppo was a hit for our rehearsal dinner. Everyone loved the food! We had enough left overs to feed the wedding party the next day while they were getting ready and also after the reception. We loved it when the waiters/waitresses came out with the candle and sang to my son and daughter-in-law, "Going to the Chapel". My husband and I highly recommend Beppo's for any gathering you may have.

The folks at Bucca di Peppo in the Excalbur were completely awesome in making our wedding dat extra special. We had several people join us from out of town and all commented how wonderful the dining experience was. From booking the wedding reception to actually enjoying the big day the employees of Bucca were there and made everything perfect

Very helpful and courteous staff. Their hospitality was very generous. Everyone in their staff including management were so dependable and made sure all of our guests were well satisfied. We would definitely repeat business with this establishment for another future event.

We made reservations for my Wedding dinner here. We had a nice space, with no other diners until we were nearly finished eating. The food was hot and fresh, and presented well. The wait staff was extremely helpful in deciding what portions to order, since every dish is family sized. We also had a photographer who came to our table and took pictures of the wedding party and family. She made us a nice postcard with photo's of all of our guests. Great atmosphere and food, it was perfect for my special day!

Wow, Buca di Beppo in the Excalibur for our wedding reception was such an awesome experience. The staff from phone call to out the door - finish, were fantastic!

My husband and I were strict on our budget and called over 150 restuarants in the Las Vegas area to find an inexpensive place to have our celebration at. After being turned down so many times, we thought we'd have to move our wedding to another state. However, Buca di Beppo saved us from all of that hassle by blessings us with an offer that brought tears of joy to me!

The service, the food, the location, the staff - everything.... was exceptional. Could it have been from the highlight of the event? Sure.... but that's why it was so wonderful. I will never forget our enjoyable wedding day! I have wonderful memories with Buca di Beppo and I now frequent their restaurants often to reminisce the experience. And you know what? It still feels wonderful!

The food will speak for itself. It is delicious! When they say "Familia" - they truly do treat you like Family!!! Thank you Buca di Beppo for adding "delicious" and "love" to our wedding memories. You are a blessing!

I had rave reviews of our food at our reception! Ordering the large party pans worked great for serving 100+ people, many who had seconds! The contact at the location was very well versed with what we would need and quantiies, etc. I think it's a steal when you feed over 100 people, 4 different entree's and 2 salad choices for just over $1000. Super amazing food for a great cost.

VERY GREAT SERVICE FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE!! The event coordinator was very professional. We were able to taste test the food prior to signing the contract. The staff at the restaraunt was very hospitible giving us the impression that our wait staff would also be great for our reception dinner--and they were. We had 2 servers (small wedding) that were extremely professional, helpful, and never let our food run out. And the food was delicious!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this caterer for your event.

We loved working with Buca's. Mary was very nice and we had a great time at our tasting. Mary was great in suggesting what dishes worked well and what type of dinner service was best for our venue. The food was, of course, delicious. My husband turned to me during dinner and said "It's so quiet in here. No one is talking. That's when you know the food is amazing!"

We held our Rehearsal Dinner at Buca and it was great. Such a fun atmosphere. The food was incredible and the staff was very attentive ensuring everyone had a good time and was taken care of. With 50 guests - they set up a separate room for us where we were able to all be together. Great choice!

When my original reception location closed down during the contract negotiations, Buca was there to save the day. Cynthia was so very nice and professional. They were kind enough to wait the extra 30 minutes as the wedding photographs took longer than we expected. Even still, the food was absolutely amazing, the wait staff on hand and I didn't have to think of a thing!

Do to the fact that we had a small wedding (32ppl) we decided not to do the whole ballroom/banquet room reception. Instead we decided to go to Buca's and treat everyone to dinner. The catering option the had was great for $25per person it included unlimited drinks (soda, coffee, tea), One pasta dish, two main entrees, one salad, and one appetizer and one dessert.The good thing was that they made sure everyone had enough food on their plates and would bring out more if they saw that the person wasen't full or did not have some type of entree. The food was great and plenty alot of the guest took alot home with them!!. They did an awesome job and the waitresses we had were great. I highly recommend them.

My husband I recently got married we had our wedding reception at Buca di Beppo in Valencia. Buca Di Beppo being a family oriented restaurant we knew it was the perfect place for Me and My husbands family and friends. The second we walked in we were amazed at the overall friendliness and perfessionalism. It was an easy venue to plan and i recommend everyone who has a wedding reception to plan go to Buca they are the best.

We opted to celebrate our wedding with family & a few close friends so we all went to Buca Di Beppo afterwards and we reserved one of their bigger rooms. It was fabulous and they were very accommodating and let us bring our own cake. The food is great and the service was oustanding! We loved it!

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Buca di Beppo location downtown. We had about 65 people I believe there and they had us all in this separate room, which was fantastic. A mix of booths, circular tables, and longer tables but we were all together. The food was fantastic, wine & beer choices for our guests were nice, servers were great and overall everyone really had a nice time and enjoyed the meal. I didn't feel like we were rushed out or anything either. For our wedding reception we had a buffet, but I love the idea of family style meals, so glad we were able to do it for the rehearsal dinner. In my opinion, the rehearsal dinner was even better than the reception food, so I know everyone went home happy the night before the wedding.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Buca di Beppo, and it was perfect! We wanted something that would allow the two families to mingle and have a fun time getting to know each other. The private room was perfect for our 60-person party! The private room, the fun environment, and the family-style dinner really helped achieve the merging of the families. They were incredibly accommodating: it took a bit longer than expected for everyone to arrive, and we basically had an unscheduled cocktail hour for the first part (of our choosing) to give the stragglers more time to get there. Buca was great; they just told us to let them know when we wanted the salads served!

The food was, of course, incredible! We even had a gluten-free member at our party, and they had enough on their menu for us to choose from to give her a sufficient meal. As previously mentioned, they packed up all the extra food for us to take home! Also, we weren't fans of their house wines, so they let us bring our own wine in for a $10/bottle corking fee. I would highly recommend this for a rehearsal dinner venue! The food is great! The atmosphere is great! And the price is great!

Awesome, awesome choice for my wedding rehearsal dinner! I had been to a Buca in LA for a friend's birthday and liked that it was great for groups so it was the first place to come to mind when planning my rehearsal dinner. Made the reservation online and they were ready for us when we arrived. Had a whole room to ourselves, food was delicious, they sang 'Going to the Chapel' which was completely unexpected, brought out a Buca Unity Candle to make a wish on and everything. My two male servers were very friendly, helpful and the food came promptly. Meter parking is $1/hr behind the restaurant, but we got there at 5pm so it wasn't a problem. Free parking is just a block further.Would definitely suggest this place to anyone having a rehearsal dinner. We had 15 in our party and everyone raved about the food especially the Apple Gorgonzola Salad and the Carbonara pasta. My grandmother had three helpings of the Tiramisu lol!

Buca de Beppo's food was a huge hit at our wedding reception. While did not do full on catering - we had a buffet - everyone enjoyed the food. Anthony worked with my mom and I to make sure we had more than enough food for our 200 plus guests. Originally we were going to provide Mexican food, however the cost became outrageous. Buca de Beppo (Italian cuisine) is a must have at any party! I will defintely be using them in the future.

Buca di Beppo was great. With only 2 weeks notice our previous rehearsal dinner location fell through and several other properties wanted a minimum of $2k spend on dinner. We wanted family style itanlian and this fit the bill. They were very accommodating and gave us a private room just the Perry size for our group! They were helpful and made sure things went off with out a hitch.

Our rehearsal dinner at Buca di Beppo was delicious! We ate until we literally couldn't eat another bite. The location we worked with was very accommodating, and was able to provide our party of just under 20 people a whole room to ourselves so we wouldn't be fighting the regular crowds. This was helped by the fact that our rehearsal was on a Thursday night, so not a very busy one usually. The waiters were very attentive, almost serving each course a little too fast, but that is better than slow service in my opinion!

The restaurant was conveniently located near our rehearsal location and was able to accommodate our large wedding party and special guests. It was quite noisy where they located us in the restaurant, so making speeches was a bit difficult. We had a member of our dinner party who was in a wheel chair, so it is possible that they placed us on the first floor where it was noisier for that reason. We were able to take advantage of Costco's gift card deal to ultimately save about 15% on the price of our rehearsal dinner that allowed us to increase a different budgeted item for our wedding. The food was great, they accommodated dietary issues (like gluten-free and vegetarian). Everyone had fun! Like I said, just the noise thing.

The food was amazing!!!! Ate here after my wedding with about 47 people total. Buca di Beppo was flexible in being the only place I could find that would let everyone pay separate. I had to book it out of state and they were quick to respond and make sure everything was taken care of the way I needed it to be. I wish there was one in oregon!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Buca di Beppo in Cincinnati, OH (Rookwood Commons). We had about 30 guests and were seated in our own private little section with 3 booths and 4 tables. One of the tables was used for alcoholic beverages and our Groom's Cake. The service was great and the waiters were very friendly! They were very helpful and responsive to my needs before and after the event. They provided a special meal for our vegetarian guest at no additional charge. We were able to pre-order bottles of wine and pitchers of beer ahead of time, while also allowing our guests to order any additional drinks that they wanted. This helped save a lot as pitchers/bottles are cheaper than purchasing single drinks.

I worked with Anthony, the catering rep. He knew exactly what I needed, and was completely honest with me. The managers were very helpful when he wasn't available.

I only rated professionalism 4 because the delivery person didn't follow my directions on where to park and bring food. There's a purpose to everything, and it just frustrated more than one person.

We held our rehearsal dinner in the Passion Room of Buca di Beppo in the Kentlands shopping center in Gaithersburg. We were told that we would need to meet a $900 food and beverage minimum for our group, but we didn't have enough guests to meet that minimum even when we chose the most expensive menu options, so we said we would pay the difference and the manager (Farhad) said that would be fine.

The room was ready on time, and the waitress (Natasha) was awesome. She was so attentive, friendly, and she joked around with our guests. We had been told ahead of time that we wouldn't be able to take the leftovers home because the meal was treated like an "all-you-can-eat" buffet, but Natasha very kindly wrapped up the leftovers for us. She pointed out that it was only going to get thrown out there, so we might as well take it with us since we had paid for it. My sentiments exactly! The food was all very good, and very plentiful. The atmosphere is great - it's fun and casual, and it encouraged our families to mingle and get to know each other better. In the end we weren't charged the $900 minimum, only the price per person, and the manager also gave us a number of coupons to share with our guests. We also exceeded our 2-hour time limit, but weren't charged any overtime fees. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend it to others.

We had originally booked another location for our rehearsal dinner, but they ended up closing. Buca di Beppo was incredibly flexible considering how frantic we were to reschedule our event. They worked with us to quickly establish a reservation, menu, and contract. It was honestly one of the easiest parts of wedding planning, especially when it could have turned out horrendous.

We had our rehearsal dinner there and the food was wonderful as was the service. our party had 25 guests and they were able to give us a private room as well

Buca is always a great place to eat and I loved that they catered my wedding. I only had them drop the food off in warming trays and used my own vendor to serve the food.

We used Buca di Beppo in Southlake, TX for our rehearsal dinner. We were very pleased with how the event turned out.

COORDINATING LOGISTICS
It was very simple to submit the event request through the Buca di Beppo website and I was immediately contacted by them for details about our event. They had a few price points to choose from, which helped us keep within our budget. It was a very simple process picking out what we'd serve, signing the contract, and other logistics for the event. They were flexible in allowing me to make changes to our alcohol order close to the event. For a bride with long work hours planning an out of town wedding, they dazzled me with their quick email responses, clear contract, and flexibility.

EVENT ITSELF
We had about 35 people attend and they gave us the Brick Room, a private area that like the rest of the restaurant has a exciting and interesting atmosphere. The layout was ideal to allow our guests to mingle and meet each other throughout the night as we had hoped. The service from their staff was top notch-- each table got their food at almost the exact same time and they kept our wine glasses full :) Our guests loved the food (which says a lot-- we had a lot of people there from Des Moines which is known for it's great italian, so it was a tough audience!)

We were a little worried that the recent construction would make it hard for guests to get there. We drove from our church to the site ahead of time and provided the directions to out-of-town guest which helped avoid any confusion (I would recommend this since guests might not have up-to-date GPS...but this is the case for most of the DFW metroplex right now it seems.) No one had any issues getting there.

It was effortless for me, which means the world to a bride the night before her wedding. I would have no hesitation trusting them with wedding day catering, rehearsal dinners, etc. Everything was perfect! Thank you Buca!

We had a wonderful experience at Buca in the Arena District! We scheduled our rehearsal dinner here, and had around 70 guests. They had originally intended to have us in a non-private room, but were very willing to switch when my mother-in-law met with them, and requested more privacy. They also allowed us to bring in our own decorations, and worked with us to have some gluten-free options. They also sent us home with the leftovers, of which there were many (plenty of food!). The room was perfect, and the food was great - perfect for a large party. The rehearsal dinner was fun and relaxed, a credit both to our families and to the staff and location. We had a blast, thanks so much to everyone at Buca for making our event so smooth and special!

I loved working with Buca di Beppo to organize the food for our wedding reception consisting of 160 guests. They did everything to try and make the process easy and enjoyable. For instance, they talked through all the details with us multiple times, were flexible with menu changes (including changing the main entree the week before the wedding and creating a vegan dish), delivered the food to the reception location, helped with set up, and so much more. The whole process felt personal as well since they always recognized us when we went into their restaurant and took the time to greet us. Buca can also provides some very nice catering coupons if you look around, so the price ended up less than we expected. And finally, their food is delicious!

Julie was our third sales lady. And she did an exceptional job, on getting everything set up for our son's wedding rehearsal. Jeff and Kendra our servers were extremely helpful and pleasant. Everyone enojoyed the dinner and service.

This is an ideal spot for a large rehearsal dinner in DC. They were able to nicely accommodate our group of 80 guests. We used their outside deck, which was amazing because it was a great weather night. The manager Poppie was extremely helpful and took care of all the details.

I would recommend going for the hourly rate for drinks vs. paying per bottle. We were amazed by how much our guests drank.

Planned the rehearsal dinner, like the rest of our wedding, from California. Event managers were very prompt in sending us menus, banquet packages via email, and were very prompt in answering our questions. I would recommend actually going to see the room that they have available for your event yourself, since we had the Wine Room and were just a little disappointed by how small it was. On the night of the event, Buca was about 10 minutes late in getting our room ready, so guests had to wait outside. The wait staff were very friendly, and the food was good and plentiful. Enough for leftovers for everyone. A great value overall.
