Easy and Efficient
My family has used Bryant’s for many events over the years, either personal or professional and every time they are so wonderful to work with. Melissa, called a week in advance to confirm our deliver and go over every single item that was going to be delivered and then again confirmed 2 days before in case we needed any last minute add one because of Kentucky weather! Our table scape was perfect!-

Great Selection and a Breeze to Work With
They have a great showroom where you can go look at the different plates, silverware, glasses, and linens you may need for your event. You can mockup a table setting to determine what items you will need/ would like to use. They had everything ready for my planner to pick up on the pick-up date and was easy to return the items. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will use Bryants in the future for any other events we made need rentals for in the future.Bryant's Rent-All's reply:

Our tent rental fell through at the last minute and Bryant's saved the day. Our Caterer called Scott Bryant and he was fantastic. He sent a wedding tent and crew to our property at 8 pm at night and got a tent set up before the rain. I cant say enough how thankful we are for Bryant's and what a pleasure they are to work with.

We rented items for my daughter's wedding and Bryant's was great to work with! Their staff was so helpful as we went there several times just looking at their items to get ideas for the venue. We were able to pick up our items on Friday morning before the Saturday evening wedding and bring them back on Monday morning. That helped us so much as we were not so rushed in setting up for the wedding. We will definitely be a repeat customer!Bryant's Rent-All's reply:

We absolutely loved working with Bryant's Rent All. They were super helpful in helping us decide what kind of chairs to rent for our outdoor wedding ceremony. They also delivered them directly to our venue on the wedding day for a small delivery fee and then picked them up the next day. They had a great selection of rentals to choose from! -

I absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. They saved me at the last minute and their prices were great. I recommended them to my sister who was married 10 months after me. The staff was friendly and helpful. -

Very courteous and easy to place order over the phone. Delivery guys showed up on time and even set up pieces in directed locations. Very flexible with pickup since my husband and I would already be gone. We just left the rentals in a pre discussed location on the venue property and they came and picked them up at their convienance. -

Bryant's was awesome. We chose them for all of our rentals because a couple friends had recommended them. Bryant's was so easy to work with, making every single change/addition we had along the way - all the way up until the day of the wedding, when we called to add a couple of heaters and sides on our tent (saved our day)! We are so grateful of their commitment to service & satisfaction. Great business - highly recommend! -

Bryant's rentals were awesome! My caterer and I went to visit them with our ideas and they were able to put everything together just as I had imagined it! Last minute we needed a tent and they were able to provide us with the tent! The linens shipped so quick and everything looked amazing! I could not have been more happier with the look of everything and the people were so nice to work with! -

Bryants Rent-All prvided all of the table linens, tables and chairs for my wedding. I couldnt be more happier with using them. The employees are very kind and helpful. The items rented were in amazing shape. They were very flexible with the delivery times and pick ups because i had specific times that i needed stuff to be picked up or dropped off. We're getting our punch fountain from Bryant's. I have rented it before for a reception- it is beautiful and large, too. They have good quality rental's that really add a lot to your event. They are easy to work with. -

We used Bryant's for our June wedding, and were really thankful for their decent prices and large stock. I worked entirely with Jessica, who was really kind and helpful! She was patient as we adjusted numbers with guest count, and helped facilitate an early pick up of one of our items. -

Great selection of rental items at affordable prices for the most part. Quick responses on quotes. Delivery is over-priced unless you're getting a large amount of items. My biggest complaint with them are their hours. For a company that is supposed to be a party rental or supply company to be closed after noon on Saturday as well as all day Sunday is absurd to me. You pretty much are incapable of renting anything from them to use at external sites unless you have the room to store it until Monday. We had no where to store items since our wedding was at a public venue, and we didn't have the equipment to transport it ourselves. They should at least have evening pick-up hours on Saturday or some hours on Sunday for party rentals since most events would be on Saturdays. -

I was overall content with this vendor, however I was left with an uneasy feeling because I got a phone call from the CSR on my honeymoon saying that we owed them more money because they had to break down the tables and chairs (all 30 of them). I refused to pay them extra because they were supposed to even set up the tables and chairs...which they didn't do. They just left them laying on the patio in a pile. They also gave me table runners instead of table cloth ties...but we made it work. I believe that they were every overpriced for the quality of the tables and chairs we received as well. -

Made me, Mother-of- the-Bride, late for the wedding
We rented 3 farm tables and chairs for my daughter's wedding at Talon Winery. We were told that the tables would be delivered between 8-12. If that large delivery window wasn't bad enough, they actually didn't arrive with the tables until 12:35 and then they had to be assembled! Wedding was at 5:00! I had to leave my sister and friend in charge of decorating the tables and handling all the finishing touches because I was supposed to be back at the venue ready to go at 2:00 and didn't leave the venue until 1:00 waiting on the tables! I didn't get back to the venue until 2:30. I didn't even get to help my daughter's in the get-ready room because I was late. Also, because I was late, the picture schedule was late and it threw everything into total chaos 30 mins before the wedding. All because that tables were LATE! When you're delivering products for a wedding the day of the wedding you need to be timely and you need to give customers I better idea of when you will actually arrive...like a 2 hour window should be plenty. There is a lot to plan and coordinate with a wedding and when one vendor doesn't do what they say they are going to do, it throws everything off on the biggest day of someone's life! Failure to deliver items
Failed to deliver 20% of plates needed for my wedding causing major disruption for catering that would have been avoided by Bryants paying more attention. Then they still tried to charge me for not getting the plates back they failed to deliver in the first place. If you want reliability and commitment to make things right, I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere, ESPECIALLY for your wedding. An absolute nightmare.Bryant's Rent-All's reply:
Hi Clara! We are incredibly sorry for shorting you a crate of plates on your delivery. We try to ensure that things like this do not happen, but unfortunately it did in this instance. However, once we are aware of our mistakes, we always try to make it right. When we were made aware the week after your event that we had shorted you the plates, we had already picked everything up and counted items back in to send out final invoices for missing items. Once we were told that those plates were never delivered for your event, we removed those charges from your rental order and waived the missing charges for additional missing items to try to make things right the best we could. Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience that this caused and wish you the best in the future. -
