  Go see Donna Grant!! My husband got my engagement ring and matching wedding band from BGW and we were so pleased with the quality of the ring, the diamonds, and the service. You cannot go wrong here.

  I could not be happier with the service that Brandon and Bruce G. Weber provided while creating the perfect engagement ring for my fiancee. I had done nearly a year of research trying to find the perfect diamond and setting. I decided to purchase a diamond from Ritani, which is a BGW partner, and went in to see the diamond through their in-store preview. While Brandon was showing me the diamond, he asked if I had thought any about the setting I wanted. I told him I was going custom and had already had a setting quoted by a local jeweler and one jeweler in OKC. Brandon politely asked if he could provide me with a BGW quote, as he might be able to beat their price. A few hours later Brandon had a quote for me at a much better price, which helped me decide to choose BGW to make my engagement ring. I showed several pictures and drawings to the jeweler to make the CAD rendering, which BGW got exactly perfect the first time. After the CAD was completed, it only took 4 weeks for the finished ring, and I was receiving updates from Brandon nearly every day. He kept me informed about what stage the ring was in throughout, providing a level of comfort and confidence in the process. We are now looking forward to working with Brandon and BGW to create the perfect wedding band to match. All in all, BGW created an engagement ring for us that we will cherish for years to come, and we cannot thank Brandon and the Bruce G. team enough!

  When I first walked in to Bruce G. Weber, I knew I found the place I was going to purchase my engagement ring. We met their team at a local wedding show and they really came through on the expectations they placed. The staff was very patient and pleasant with my and my family as we carefully selected the perfect ring. I picked it up the next couple weeks, and it was ready to go! I forgot to add my coupon which was $100, so that was a large mistake! Remember to apply coupons! Also, they did not email me the appraisal yet for the ring, and I have had it for over a month. Overall it good experience, and I didn't want to go anywhere else!

  WARNING!! BRUCE WEBER’S IS NOT BRUCE WEBER’S ANYMORE!!!
  
  Over 14 years ago, I went to Bruce Weber’s Jewelry and purchased a $32,000 white gold Cartier watch with diamonds for my mother, which several years ago had been appraised at $60,000. This watch is battery operated and is water-proof, so whenever the battery dies, it is over $400 to have Bruce Weber send the watch to Cartier, take out the seals, replace the battery, and reseal the back of the watch. It was over a month after I brought the watch to them this last time that I received a call stating that the estimate for battery replacement was over $500. With inflation, I found that believable. A few days later, I received a call from Bruce Weber stating that the watchband was broken and needed to be replaced for $11,000. This watch was in perfect condition when I brought it to Bruce Weber’s. My mother only wore this expensive watch on special occasions and kept it in its original container in between uses. Wanting a second opinion, I instructed Bruce Weber’s to just send the watch back. When I went to their store to pick up the watch, the clerk handed me the watch and quickly threw away the invoice, stating that I didn’t need it since I didn’t have any work done. That left me feeling uneasy. Taking the watch to a reputable jeweler confirmed my suspicion—one of the screws that held the watch backing in place was stripped, showing that whoever tried to remove the backing did not even have the correct tools (obviously NOT Cartier).That is when I found out the truth—BRUCE WEBER’S IS NOT BRUCE WEBER’S ANYMORE!! Mr. Bruce Weber retired 5-6 years ago, and contractually agreed to let the new owners use his reputable name on the store-shoddy jewelry and (obviously) shoddy service. They are doing so poorly that they are now trying to sell the place. It is my belief that they tried to do the work on my mother’s watch themselves, with incorrect tools, and caused a lot of damage in the Beware of this place!!!
