Wedding was on a holiday; Monday, May 28, 2018. Brownstone didn’t charge more; counted it as a weekday wedding.

My wife and I got married on March 22nd 2018 here. This venue is simply great. The outside and inside is gorgeous and everyone that is a part of the Brownstone reserve team does their very best to make sure your special day goes as planned. They are extremely helpful. We can not wait to get our pictures as the venue is planned out perfectly to get great shots. Thank you everyone at the brownstone reserve!

We were absolutely blown away by the level of service given at Brownstone Reserve for our wedding. Their attention to detail, and their fantastic venue made sure that our wedding day went perfect without a hitch. From our first phone call with them, they made sure to put all of our concerns at ease. Their incredibly friendly staff were a joy to talk with, and they made us feel at home from the first moment we walked through their door. Their ceremony site is surrounded by beautiful majestic oak trees that gave the perfect amount of shade for our guests during our ceremony (always an important concern in Texas!). The two natural ponds just behind the venue give a peaceful and beautiful setting for all kinds of photography. Everything from their massive and elegant doors, to their two beautiful curved staircases and exquisite bride/groom suites made this venue a must for our wedding. We are full time wedding photographers, so we knew many venues in the wedding industry. But Brownstone Reserve took to our hearts from the first time we saw it. If you have the chance to pop in for a tour, I know you will fall in love with Brownstone Reserve just as we did. Brownstone Reserve was the perfect match for our wedding, and made our wedding day as perfect as it could have possibly been.

Brownstone Reserve is a beautiful venue! And I'm not saying that as the bride. My guest were so amazed of how beautiful the venue was for the wedding.

Joey Brown, the owner, was very attentive our need. Responded every e-mail and text message on a timely manner, which I think it's very important!

The staff was also very helpful setting chairs and tables as well as cleaning during and after the event.

This venue is indoor/outdoor. We decided to have the ceremony outside and the reception inside. Glad we did! The outside has a nice breeze and there are tall trees for shade.

Joey was such a pleasure to work with. He designed this venue to PERFECTION. I wasn't an easy bride to work with and he had in mind exactly what I was wanting every time. I can't recommend Brownstone Reserve enough.

Brownstone is a beautiful venue and such an amazing place to book. The staff is very responsive and helpful, they answered every question I asked! They were so helpful leading up to our wedding and the day of. They made sure everything was set up just how I asked and it was perfect!

Joey and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. The venue was perfect. My daughter's wedding was her dream come true!

We loved Brownstone Reserve!! We looked for the perfect venue for our wedding for a long time and we are so happy we found Brownstone! It was the perfect size for our wedding – we had about 250 guests. There was plenty of room for tables, cocktail tables and a large dance floor. One of the best things was that it was so beautiful inside so we were able to save money on decorations! My bridesmaids and I got ready there that day and it was so much fun! The brides room and grooms room were beautifully decorated and we loved hanging out there! There was a member of Brownstone’s staff there on the day of the wedding so she was able to help us with anything we needed. When Brownstone was created, Joey (the owner) literally thought of everything! Everything from additional plugs on the stage to an additional room for everyone to put their bags so they wouldn’t be in all the pictures, he thought of it all! Joey was very responsive while we were planning and answered all of my questions. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved our venue! Our perfect day wouldn’t have been possible without them! We would absolutely recommend this beautiful venue!

Joey and his team are wonderful people! Their kind hearts and true concern to make our special day perfect shone through. I would recommend BSR to anyone looking for a place for their wedding reception in the B/CS area!

We booked Brownstone long before it opened in September, because Joey Brown is that great. Everything was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. If you are even a little on the fence just go take a tour and fall in love like we did.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joey Brown and Brownstone Reserve. From the moment we showed up to tour the venue we fell in love with Joey's vision and the property itself. What sold us even more was the fact that we could bring in whatever vendors we wanted which made it easier for staying within our budget. Joey was there to answer all our questions along the way, provide vendor names since we aren't local and did everything to ensure our day turned out perfect! I would highly recommend Brownstone Reserve to any couple!

I cannot express how grateful we were to have found Brownstone Reserve for our wedding on 5/6/17. The venue was stunning, and the service was outstanding. The owner, Joey, was very involved, responsive and went above and beyond to give us details and suggestions. You could really see his passion for wanting to help make our wedding day perfect. They will give you a full tour before booking and will suggest vendors if you aren’t sure of who to use. The open vendor policy really helps save money in areas that you want to spend less in since it’s your choice. There is an on-site attendant for the day of to help with miscellaneous things to help everything run smoothly. The venue itself and layout was so well thought out, we continuously hear compliments from our guests and vendors on how beautiful everything was. Outside there are numerous places for pictures, and the seating area is arranged to be shaded for evening weddings. The bridal suite was gorgeous, and has natural lighting for great pictures (definitely a photographers and make-up artists dream room!). The staircase inside is beautiful and is a great option if it would have rained or if we wanted the ceremony inside. There is plenty of parking, and our guest had no trouble finding the location. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any newly engaged couple, I couldn't have imagined our wedding anywhere else. Our wedding was truly was the best night of our lives, and we thank Brownstone for that.

Management was so helpful and easy to work with. When I first went to look at the venue, Joey had a prepared folder for me with suggestions for catering companies, DJ's, photographers, etc. and I ended up loving everyone he suggested! Would love to host another event here in the future.

Many of my guests asked, "Why did you book a venue 2hours away from home?!" The answer was easy, Brownstone Reserve was the venue of my dreams. I've always envisioned an outdoor ceremony under the canopy of large oaks. The sound of birds singing and a warm breeze. Brownstone did not disappoint. It was a place that was classy and embraced the natural environment while not being too rustic. It also helped that, Joey, the owner built this venue with a true photographer's vision using mostly local resources. He was so understanding, accommodating, and genuine. Loved everything about this place!

If you are getting married in Bryan/College Station, Brownstone Reserve is the best venue in town! We were married at the Brownstone Reserve on 2/25/17. We were the 4th couple to book this venue. We booked when it was literally dirt and colorful flags in the ground outlined the perimeter. Even though we had no idea how the venue would turn out, the owner, Joey and his team were AMAZING at keeping us in the loop! Joey literally thought about every aspect of this venue. He positioned the venue to where the pictures would be best with the sun, brought in DJ's from Houston to recommend the best material/area to have the best sound quality, and caterers to help design the food prep area and bar. When the venue was finally finished, it was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We had 250 guests and the Brownstone was more than accommodating. The outside ceremony site is beautiful and a great backdrop! We did not need very many decorations inside, since the venue was so beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue. Joey and his team were always quick to respond with questions and offered to show us around as many times as we needed. Our guests raved about the beauty and layout of the venue and were so impressed! I am SO glad we were able to get married at the Brownstone Reserve and honestly could not give one complaint!

Our experience with Brownstone Reserve was absolutely great! Joey was extremely helpful with any quiestion we had. They responded very quick to our emails and are the nicest people we had talked to while we were searching for a venue. We wanted to have our wedding on the 25th of November, 2016 and thought it would be difficult since it was during the holidays. But they were super flexible and we were able to have it then. And as for the Venue, it is BEAUTIFUL. We absolutely loved it!

Where to begin with Brownstone Reserve?! - We saw Brownstone when it was just sticks and dirt. Fully trusting in Joey Brown and his vision! Seeing it go from barely anything to a breathtaking venue was just amazing! Our wedding was hands down perfect because of this venue! All the "small things" is what it is about! Joey put so much work and effort into it, that there are barely any words to fully describe Brownstone! - I would HIGHLY recommend Brownstone to anyone that is planning that special day! I promise there will be no disappointments!

When I was looking for a venue I knew exactly what I wanted. A big beautiful Hall, a beautiful ceremony site outside, and one that is in budget. Brownstone Reserve was exactly what I was looking for. This is the best place around Bryan, Texas for any event.

Amazingly beautiful venue both inside and outside. We loved the dual staircases, big back porch area, beautiful bar, anteroom for Buffett area so it doesn’t take up the reception area, beautiful bridal party and grooms rooms. Was a very easy and accommodating place to work with as well.
