  Brown Butter Pastry made my 50th birthday cake and it was all that I had hoped for and more! Andrea was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating with my expectations. She created a beautiful work of art - a three tiered lemon cake with Italian buttercream covered in fondant and hand decorated stencil design. I almost dreaded having to cut into the cake, as it was so beautiful, but the taste was delectable so there wasn't a single crumb remaining. I would highly recommend their professional, experienced, and top of the line services again and again!!!

  Andrea's 6" Apple Pie Layer Cake with handmade rose and chocolate scroll nuances simply delighted my
  guests. It was my 60th Birthday Party and her cake was outstanding. Moist and creamy; truly the highlight of a memorable event!
  
  I also served her Lemon Bars and homemade truffles at an Office Holiday Party! Needless to say, they were a hit as well! At the end of the party; I had a list of orders for her from friends and colleagues!
