    Wonderful team very supportive

    Wedding planning can be hectic, but the Brookside team was very supportive and wonderful! Our wedding was a dream came true! Our guests really enjoyed the food, and their staff was very friendly and helpful! 100 percent reconmend!

    Great place, great location

    My husband and I got married at Brookside Golf Club in March 2018. We started working with Nicole Bergin but she moved to a different role, so Melissa Tapia took over towards the last 2-3 months until our Wedding Day. Both ladies and the entire staff are all very professional and courteous. We are very impressed by Melissa because she helped us answer our endless last minute questions with patience and speed. We moved our ceremony from the courtyard to underneath the patio to the banquet room. Melissa and her team were able to do their magic and accommodate us due to the rain. We had the best party of our lives at the beautiful venue. Everything was better than expected. We cannot thank Brookside enough for memories to last a lifetime!! Thank you all so much!

    The day I toured Brookside, I knew it was the venue I would be having my wedding. From day one, I had all my questions answered and I knew I could contact my wedding coordinator and she would always be available. The day of my wedding, I was introduced to the staff and they took care of everything. I'm so glad I had my wedding reception here. Thank you Brookside for making my wedding the most memorable night of my life.

From the moment we met with Nicole to the very end of the event, the delivery of service and positive attitude of Nicole and her staff was extraordinary.     We had our wedding reception at Brookside, and we are so happy with how smoothly everything went. Nicole is extremely organized and professional, their professionalism exceeded our expectations. Everything was set up so elegantly, the staffs were so friendly and attentive. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious the food was. I would highly recommend Brookside golf club!! I'm glad I chose them for my big day!

    We booked this beautiful venue on the spot! Melissa was great help since day one, she made sure our meets were met and always had alternative ideas if something wasn't able to be done. Everyone that works at this venue is caring, professional, courteous and nice. We got married only 5 months after getting engaged. Brookside and Melissa made our dream wedding come true!!!

    Our company hosted a 400-person tailgate party a few weekends ago at Brookside Golf Club before the UCLA football game at the Rose Bowl. Nicole and the entire event staff were an absolute pleasure to work with! I've been responsible for coordinating these away game tailgates for my company over the past 4 years. This was by far the smoothest, most organized and most enjoyable event that we've ever hosted. Nicole was extremely accommodating throughout the entire planning process and offered great suggestions for our group. She was friendly, professional, patient and very organized. Her staff was well-informed, friendly and very helpful during the event. The ballroom/Mediterranean patio space was gorgeous and a perfect size for our group. We had an awesome time and would definitely recommend utilizing Nicole and her team at Brookside!

    The event on July 30th was a California Wedding Reception for my daughter who lives and got married in New York on May 13th. I chose Brookside because of the familiarity with the venue, the location and the ample "free" parking. We went with the Southwest Buffet which gave us two choices of meat for the tacos, and all of the extras including rice and beans etc. It was excellent and we received a lot of compliments about the food after it was all over. Speaking of Melissa Tapia, she was the person I dealt with the entire time. She couldn't have been easier to work with. I needed a DJ for the music. Melissa suggested Danny Farrel of NYC DJs. Great suggestion. I mentioned to Melissa that I "thought" I needed flowers for the centerpieces on each table. Melissa suggested Bobbie's Blooms (Bobbie Kalendarian). The centerpieces were amazing and very reasonable (cost). Apparently there was another reception the day before and the room had these tiny white lights inside a sheer piece of fabric that was streaming throughout the ceiling of the banquet room. That really made the entire venue stand out. NYC DJs had a Photo-booth in one of their packages and I chose to get that too. It was strategically placed in the corner of the room and it was a big hit. To top it all off, I decided to hire a strolling magician to go from table to table and keep everyone involved. Rmax Goodwin (RMax Magic) was terrific. At first the guests thought it was weird to have a strolling magician, but at the end of the event people were asking Rmax for his card and telling me that it was such a great idea to have him there. . If you've gotten this far in this review and you're considering Brookside for your event, I strongly recommend that you contact their event planner Melissa Tapia. She was terrific!

    The servers and staff at Brookside were so helpful! We needed some extra tables last minute and they provided help without hesitation. Anytime we needed beverages or help with anything the staff was there to assist in every way.

    Our office holiday party was absolutely amazing! The setting was intimate, it was beautiful, it was just perfect for us! The staff assigned to our event was very detailed and attentive. Special thanks to the whole team involved with our event. We are truly grateful. Can't say it enough. A huge THANK YOU to Kristen Rogers for her patience with all my questions. She is a true gem. Kristen never made me feel like I took too much of her time (which I know I did). She is friendly, kind, professional, detailed, attentive and a real pleasure to work with. Ask for Kristen!!! She will make you feel like it's her party too. I hope to work with her again in the future!

    Brookside golf club is a really amazing venue. The site coordinator Kristen Rogers we worked with was really amazing. We literally planned our wedding in 4 months, and luckily there was an availability! She worked with my husband and I to make sure every detail was in place, walked us through all the decor, seating arrangements, ceremony and ballroom options. She is highly professional and very friendly. She responded quickly to all my emails and answered all of my questions. The venue was beautiful. The staff as well, very professional all my guest where talking about how attentive and professional all of brookside's servers were the day of the wedding. we booked our ceremony, reception, food, and bar through brookside. Everything made the process of planning a wedding in 4 months that much easier. The cake is through brookside as well and is included in the pricing if you pick one of their 3 vendors. We chose Cakery Bakery in La Cañada, super nice cake and very delicious flavors. I love the cake. Floral arrangements are not done through brookside that's something you have to do on your own.

    All decor is set up by you, floral, any detail decorating is set up by you or your event coordinator if you have one.
    The day of the wedding everything was set up and ready to go so, all my family and i had to do were put up all our floral arrangements and decor, which took less than 45 mins.

    Golf carts are provided the day of if you chose to do your ceremony there, so pictures can be taken anywhere on the golf course. Lovely cocktail hour, my guest loved the food and beverages.

    The guest could not stop talking about how soft the meat was on their plate and how delicious everything was.
    Highly recommend doing the plated service, just looks more elegant when they serve it to you.
    Overall everything turned out amazing, there wasn't a detail that went wrong or anything that was out of place. Brookside did an amazing job making our wedding a dream come true.

    The team at Brookside Golf Club is AMAZING! I work in customer service and event planning myself, we live in LA, and searching for a venue for our wedding was starting to get a bit disappointing. I was shocked how so many venues, high priced venues at that, wouldn't even write any text in the body of an email and just send me an attachment of their "packages". I was a newly engaged bride, not one of the previous venues I reached out to said "Congratulations" or "Thank you for considering our venue, we are so excited to show you more." When I sent a quote request to Brookside I was so surprised to see exactly what I felt was missing. There was a beautiful, heart warming letter congratulating both of us on our recent engagement and tons of excitement and urgency to answer any questions I had and to get me to the venue to actually see the property. That alone sold me. I'm sorry, but if you can't write a simple one line "Congratulations! Thank you for looking at our venue, here are our packages that we offer. We would love to talk to you more about your wedding", I don't trust you with my wedding - plain and simple. I already decided I was going to book with them when I went to view the property. The manager of events at the time , Alyssa, was so happy that I signed she had a mimosa brought in for me and the rest of the girls in the office got some orange juice and we all says CHEERS! That was just the signing, planning with them was a BREEZE! They take care of so much, they have an AMAZING list of preferred vendors, and if you do choose them - take it from me who looked at all other vendors other than the preferred ones first - book the ones on that list! This team is SO accommodating, I won't go into detail, but just know they do EVERYTHING in their power to make sure there is no stress come your wedding day. The food was DELICIOUS and one of the highlights of the evening. You can't go wrong booking here!

    The event planning team did an excellent job! Their attention to detail was very much appreciated!
    The event planning team had a list of vendors for photography, flowers, special dessert for the occasion and the vendors we chose did a terrific job!
    The food was excellent and the serving staff at the club were accommodating and professional!

    The Private Event Staff at Brookside Golf Club is terrific. I've been hosting events at Brookside for over 16 years and this current group of professionals is outstanding. Ashley Van Dissel, Alyssa Ligouri, Kristen Rogers and Susie Bolik are so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Brookside as a venue that can accommodate just about any type of event.

    Ashley was amazing! She always responded all my emails and phone calls fast. She knows what's she's doing. And when she wasn't around the other ladies made sure she got my messages and did everything they could to help me. Overall the staff at the reception where also great from the waiters to the bar -tender.

    The event planner at the club provided the best customer service we have ever received. She conducted a walk through of the tailgate space and surrounding area with a committee member months in advance and was extremely accessible and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. She provided a list of vendors for us to consider since we were on the opposite coast, communicated directly with the vendors we chose from their approved list to coordinate their parking passes, served as the liaison for all aspects of the preferred layout and set-up needs and coordinated with the caterer for all of our food/beverage needs in advance. On game-day she acquired extra staff to help with our set-up (even the small decoration tasks), initiated communication with our bus drivers to ensure an escort through traffic and a smooth drop-off, checked in with us frequently, fulfilled last minute requests to accommodate some vendors and was very friendly and approachable with the committee and guests. The tailgate space is next to the Rose Bowl making it very convenient for fans to walk to the game. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and the Club staff help provide a perfect experience for everyone involved.

    We chose Brookside after visiting numerous venues. We met with Ashley and instantly felt at ease. Every staff member cares about their role and that dedication lent itself to a wedding day that was more perfect than we could have imagined. We cannot speak highly enough about their attention to our event. The food was excellent, too.

    Ashley and Chelsea were beyond great coordinating this event with me. This was a tailgate event before the UCLA football game and despite how busy they were, the event was perfect. The food was delicious and everything was ready for us upon our arrival. Thanks Brookside!

    The process of planning a wedding can be difficult but Chelsea and Ashley made this entire experience so easy!! We were thrilled with the way everything turned out!!! And, we preceived so many compliments from our guests on absolutely everything! They loved the venue, the food, the drinks, music, cake, etc.!!

    Brookside was a great place to have our wedding. The golf course is beautiful and the ballroom was private, set up well, and had great views of the golf course.

    They were easy to work with leading up to and during the wedding and made us feel very comfortable that everything would be taken care of. They included almost everything in our package for a very reasonable price, which made the planning much easier. I would definitely recommend them.

    Other than the value and the location (Pasadena), I chose this place because Ashley Van Dissel, the event directors at Brookside, is wonderful. She was able to capture the vision that Elliot and I wanted and worked with us to make it happen.

    The Brookside Team provided us with great service, excellent food, and a beautiful venue, at a price we could afford. They were all incredible professional, and very nice to work with. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend them, and this venue, for an awesome experience!

    I'm not very good with words, But I'll try. Brookside made my special day the best I could have imagined. The service, the attention, and especially the tolerance (with my crazy family) were beyond stellar! I would recommend this place 100%. The food was amazing, the value of what we received for our money was incredible. Thank you so much Brookside. A special and enormous thank you to Chelsea Arme for working with us and making this all happen for us. My wife and I have already concluded that we will be visiting Brookside from now on. We will never forget what you guys did for us and how great the entire staff was, you all made my wedding day that much more special. One I will never forget. Thank you so much.     Overall, our wedding reception held at the restaurant met all of our expectations and then some!! Chelsea, who helped to coordinate everything was just the best!!

    We choose Brookside Golf Course because they provided just what we wanted at a good price. We were looking to stay local (Pasadena area), an outdoor wedding for our 60 or so guests. Brookside had a just right sized patio that looked out at the golf course. We had our wedding on April 26, 2014, so it was perfect since the sun didn't go down until 7:30 or so. Ashley was such a great help and was very responsive to emails, and phone calls, and was well prepared for our meetings! She helped every step of the way and ensured us the reception was going to go well. Our guests enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service! the day ended up being a little bit windy, but that was fine. In addition, Brookside set aside about 5 golf range stations and the putting greens, so our guests, golf players or not got to enjoy some games until sunset. The putting greens was perfect for the kids! We also brought in a string quartet for the wedding and the sound was perfect without needing an amp. In addition, the cakes from Bittersweet (one of Brookside vendors) was a great addition. All in all, we are very happy that we had our reception at Brookside!

    We loved Chelsea. She went over and above to help us with our wedding planning and rescued us on the day of the wedding from chasing random strangers out of the venue to calling vendors like our florist whom wouldn't have shown up if it wasn't for her thoroughness and following up! we can't thank her enough for making out big day happen so smooth and memorable.

    Chelsea was awesome throughout the entire process. She took care to honor the things we asked for to make our day special and perfect. She knew when to step up to get things in order when the wedding party was disorderly with professionalism and a smile.     Brookside worked with us via phone and email when we couldn't meet in person and were very professional. Chelsea was our wedding coordinator and she was very helpful and made the process simplified for us. The venue itself is beautiful and the staff executed their duties perfectly. If anything went wrong during the wedding, I still don't know about it because it was taken care of.

    Brookside was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding reception! The food was delicious and the room was looked fabulous! Ashley, the director, couldn't have been more helpful. She took care of everything. We were so pleased with the whole day. With the Rosebowl and all the great history of Pasadena, our guests loved the venue.

    My husband and I hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son and our daughter-in-law. From the beginning the staff, especially Chelsea Arme made the process seamless. She consistently offered a can-do attitude, no matter what my request. Her vision and flexibility made our event a treasured memory. All of our guests enjoyed the beautiful setting near the Rose Bowl, the tasty food and flowing ambience.

    Chelsea worked with her staff to provide the personalized service we requested, including a perfect variety of food stations, an impromptu wine tasting and pitchers of a specialty drink. She made certain we would be pleased with everything we offered our guests. Everyone, from the F&B Director to the gentleman in charge of our event couldn't have been more welcoming and invested in making our party perfect.

    Just one more thing -- no matter how often I phoned Chelsea; and no matter how insignificant my question or concern, she always made me feel as though mine was the only event she was working on. She remembered every detail and I always felt as though Chelsea was as committed as I was to making this a spectacular event. Thank you Chelsea. We pulled it off!

    Hello, this place was really amazing. Nice views, great area and most importantly excellent service. I could say that Stephanie Duran is the best since the beginning. She was really so helpful in planning and I think most of us would agree that if a place treats us not like $$$'s but as a customer that is valued, we will be coming back for more. Stephanie was totally the perfect wedding coordinator, she was always sweet with us and as I have said, she always respected what we like and assisted us in fulfilling it. She made us feel comfortable with her and made sure things flowed smoothly. She went above and beyond her normal duties. I would really highly recommend this venue. Thank you Stephanie.     Stephanie was amazing in catering to our wedding style and providing options or suggestion.
    On our wedding day we were blown away on how organized and smooth everything went and how helpfull the pastry team was when our cake was falling to one side.
    Thankfully they took care of it before we every saw it.

    I love Brookside. I could not have picked a better place to have our wedding. Brookside has beautiful big glass doors and windows that looks out into the golf course. The food was good and the cake was delicious (everybody said they loved it). Stephanie the wedding coordinator at Brookside was the best. She was one of the main reasons why we decide to have our wedding at Brookside. She was always there for me when I needed her, she answered all of my questions, she helped me with the wedding planning, she was able to get everything that I wanted to make our day magical such as sparkly overlays for the tables and couches for a sitting area, she has such a friendly and bubbly personality, and she made sure that everything was perfect on our special day.

    We had our wedding ceremony and reception here and Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure that our day went off spectacularly. Not only was she warm, friendly, and definitely helpful, she offered great ideas and really kept us on track. Some of our other friends were getting married around the same time at other venues and they had told us stories of how their coordinators were nickeling and diming them for electrical outlets, etc. - I'm so glad that we did not have the same experience with Brookside and Stephanie. Our wedding ceremony and reception went off like clockwork and it was all due to Stephanie and the terrific staff at Brookside.

    Pricewise, it was very reasonable and included many perks in the package that would have cost a lot more at other locations. They were very accommodating with our requests and were always quick to respond via email (my preferred correspondence). We were very happy with everything that Stephanie and Brookside had provided.

    We had our 50th wedding celebration with 175 guests at Brookside Golf Club on August 22, 2015. We could not have picked a better place. The Mediterranean Room was fabulous, and view was astounding from the patio. Ashley was our event coordinator. She went beyond her call of duty to accommodate things we asked for. All our inquiries were answered in a timely manner. We were amazed by the professionalism shown to us from the first day. On the event day, Ashley had to go out of town. But, her associates, Ann Marie and Alyssa did an awesome job, and made sure that everything went smooth and flawlessly. We received many compliments from our guests
    Susie Bolk. Banquet Manager was phenomenal. She attended to our every ask in a timely and professional manner and went out of her way to make things run smoother. She also checked in a few times to make sure we were all on the same page.
    We also want to make note that all of the servers, especially John Crowell, the lead server, did a superb job. They handled guests’ requests, even unwise ones, very professionally.
    We had ordered Bruschetta from the Golf Club Restaurant to be served to guests. This was a disappointment. All other food items were supplied by an outside caterer, which worked out great.

    My only concern was that the bar staff was not aware that our guests could receive unlimited soft drinks throughout the night, as per our contract agreement. Our guests were being charged for the drinks instead, and there wasn't anyone who could confirm it. But after a long discussion they went ahead and upheld the incentive we were given. Other than that everything else went great.

    Of course you can't be too flexible when you have rules at your venue, but Brookside did the very best they could!

    I loved this location, everything was absolutely gorgeous and perfect on the day. They make sure everything runs smoothly and it did!

    I had Chelsea as my wedding coordinator and she was awesome! Always made sure I had anything I wanted!

    Kristen and her crew at Brookside made our son's Bar Mitzvah such a memorable event!! The evening flowed so smoothly and all of our vendors were able to coordinate easily with Brookside.     This was the latest of more than a dozen events my non-profit has held at Brookside dating back to 2001. Even more than in previous years, Ashley and the rest of the staff at Brookside could not have been easier to work with. Ashley truly cares about the success of the event and I consider her to be a part of our team. She is a professional and her responsiveness to queries is second-to-none. Our organization will hold TWO events at Brookside in 2015 (an alumni day event and a golf tournament & banquet)- can't wait!

    We worked with Stephanie Duran for your big day. She was nothing short of awesome from day 1. Really, the whole staff is wonderful but we had our primary and regular contact with Stephanie. They allowed us to customize our weding quite a bit so that we could make it our own, We get compliments from almost every friend and family member because the place was beautiful for the day of and Stephanie was there to work with our coordinator to make sure all went well. We were really impressed by level of kindness and professionalism shown to us from the first day. If you are looking for a reception site, you should definitely consider Brookside.

    People here are great. My wedding was awesome and they did everything that needed to be done to make my day even more special. We had our rehearsal brunch here as well and the kitchen manager was very nice and polite.

    Only downfall the main hall needs some fixing up. Nothing to obvious but it would be nice not to see those little cracks on the ceiling, dents on top of the floor molding, and cracks around the door moldings.
    Things that were definitely overlooked, but I knew they were there.

    The staff at Brookside was great to work with! Ashley went above and beyond to try and make this tailgate fit our expectations, budget, etc. We were changing things up until the very end, so the flexibility was really appreciated!

    We had a wonderful event at Brookside the other day. It consisted of a tailgate before the Manchester United v Galaxy Game at the Rosebowl. The weather and atmosphere was perfected.

    Our only problems were getting our cars into the area before the Rosebowl game, for drop-off guests, but that had to do with the Rosebowl and not Brookside.

    Also we had a great time working with Ashley. She was stellar with communication and even when she was away Chelsea was great at assisting us.

    WE loved our outside side patio area and highly recommend that are for an event. Everything was excellent especially for the price we paid. We can't wait to go back.

    Melissa was amazing!

    Our consultation with Melissa was everything and more! She was very patient and very informative. This was the 4th venue we went to visit and as soon as we left we knew this was our venue! Unfortunately Melissa no longer works there.

    Excellent venue with great staff! Very flexible and helpful right from the get-go. It's not a perfect 5 because the groom ended up having to do some stuff on the day of, such as putting out the card box for guests after a guest notified him that it was missing, rallying the bridal party for precession and grand entrance, and having to personally put aside a piece of cake for us. Also didn't seem like they communicated with the florist because we scrambled to find the boutonnieres and pin them ourselves. These are very minor issues that were easily fixed with a little mindfulness compared to everything else that went very smoothly. Overall very satisfied and we all had a great time. The place was set up beautifully. Thank you!!

    My wife and I used Brookside country club as our wedding reception site for our wedding in June 2013.

    The country club was a very beautiful location for our wedding – the reception hall was spacious with dance floor that was able to fit 200 guests all at once, floor to ceiling windows that looked out into rolling green hills, and was close to a fountain/lake where we were allowed to take wedding pictures. On our wedding day, there were no golfers in the view or anything to detract from the event. Parking was free, and there were no problems at all for our guests to find a space.

    When we initially planned the wedding, we met with Chelsea Arme to talk about logistics. Chelsea was very patient and kind, and had a thorough answer for every detailed question we could think of. She provided helpful advice and input on our budget concerns, and helped make the planning a more fun process.

    The services provided at Brookside made planning easier, as many of the details were part of the package. We were given 5 hours of use at the reception hall; cake; open bar service for 2 hours (we chose to select a second bartender for the night, which proved to be very useful), food (3 courses with hors d’oeuvres and fruit platter for cocktail hour. The food was very tasty, the hors d’oeuvres were our favorite of the day).

    Brookside country club offered a great setting for our wedding. It accommodated our guests with no problems in parking or space, the dance floor was appropriately sized, and the food tasted great. Chelsea Arme is definitely one of the friendliest wedding event planners and made the event planning easy. Looking back on it, we would have opted to extend the hours to six hours (they offer a one-hour extension as a budget option), and perhaps have upgraded the open bar in quality.

    Everything was very good. However, two weeks before my wedding Stephanie who I had been working throughout my wedding planning left and Chelsea took her place. Even though Chelsea was a sweetheart I was still nervous that the vision for my wedding that I had built with Stephanie was not going to be fulfilled by Chelsea. There were a few things like the napkins settings that were not as specified and a few other small details, but that is just me being picky. Overall, Chelsea was amazing, accommodating, and very helpful, and there is no doubt in my mind I will recommend her and brookside to my friends for future events! Thank you Chelsea and Brookside for my perfect wedding!!!!

    During our search for a site for our wedding reception we visited Brookside and met with Denise Tran who was very helpful and friendly and got our business. The prices were very reasonable at Brookside for all that they were providing. The room doesn’t have the high ceiling that I initially wanted, but the price, location and amenities were right on, we also had a 10% coupon as well so that really helped our decision as well. So, about a month in to our planning we got a call from Denise saying she was leaving and would be leaving us in the hands of Brittany Oyama, who was helpful and nice as well, but not as accommodating as Denise. Denise had promised that for our pictures around the golf course before our reception we could take a golf cart and she would take us to a few good places to take pictures over by a bridge and different things. However, when asking Brittany about this she said no, we don’t do that. You can only take the pictures in the immediate area on the golf cart path, right around the driving range and building right there. I was so bummed, but she didn’t care. So we did what we could with the pictures, we went a little off the path and on the grass for some pictures where we’re not standing on the concrete they would like us to stay on, just to get some nice pictures.

    The big issue I had, as soon as we got to the venue my husband and I were supposed to have the 2 beers of our choice in our little room so we could relax and get ready to take more pictures. I had emailed Brittany a week or more before the reception requesting I have Blue Moon when I get there. When I get there, exhausted and thirsty from a long morning and ceremony, I expected to have a nice, cold glass of Blue Moon, however I got the news that they did not have any Blue Moon. My coordinator was immediately on it. They asked if I would like anything else so I said sure I’ll have some Pinot Noir, so they immediately bring me some Chardonnay or something that I definitely didn’t request. By that time I was pissed and thirsty and just pissed. They knew way ahead of time that we needed a keg of Blue Moon for me and my guests to drink. So, finally about 30 minutes later they said, oh we found the last keg of Blue Moon… ya, so, I finally got my Blue Moon, but that should have been something they had to begin with.

    Other than those issues, the night was a great success. The food and service from what I experienced after that was good. The drinks at the bar were flowing and the servers were helpful and very friendly. The venue was beautiful with the lighting we had. The room was a good size for the 139 guests who rsvp’d. I think it would have been too crowded for more than that amount of people. I would recommend Brookside for your event, however just get everything in writing from the beginning to end.

    I had a beautiful ceremony at the venue, my reception looked nice and the food was great. My frustration with the venue stems from the wedding planner and staff that was assigned to me. In the Weeks closest to my wedding she was out of the office often, which required me to request follow up contact from her (which never happened). She blamed me for not meeting the deadline for my final payment (as if I wasn't planning a full wedding and didn't have enough on my plate). In addition she, and her boss were rude to my mother regarding the whole situation. She explained that we could increase our guest count if needed, and when we tried we were told that we missed the deadline to request additional tables and literally had guests with NO SEATS during the reception. The servers assigned to our dinner were dressed as if they had just rolled out of bed, were not attentive, AND cut the top layer of our wedding cake. Beautiful venue, sucky service.
