We had our wedding at Brookmeadow in summer 2024, and it was an absolute dream! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible — our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly professional, always attentive and making sure everything went smoothly. The venue was so easy to work with, and they were incredibly accommodating to all of our requests, making the planning process stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Brookmeadow for anyone looking for a beautiful, seamless, and memorable wedding celebration! -

Brookmeadow Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. The grounds were beautiful, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. My favorite parts about the interior of the venue are the high ceilings, large windows for natural light, and classic atmosphere.
Our coordinators, Sarah and Amelia, were truly exceptional. They were organized, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. Their care especially showed in how attentively they looked after my grandmother—arranging a golf cart escort to the aisle and making sure she was comfortable and cared for all day. That meant so much to us.
Our guests raved about the venue, and we were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was handled. We highly recommend Brookmeadow to any couple looking for a stunning setting and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond.

We got married at Brookmeadow in May and it was absolutely perfect. This venue is beautiful with so much natural light and a great indoor/outdoor feel during both the cocktail hour and reception. We had about 160 guests and it was perfect with a large dance floor. From the very beginning when we reached out to Sarah, she was transparent about pricing and details, extremely organized, and always responsive throughout our whole process. Once we booked our additional vendors, Sarah helped contact all our vendors closer to the big day to ensure everything was set and everything would run smoothly. She had answers to every question we had and always eased our stress/concerns. Brookmeadow made our wedding day so easy and stress-free and we got to enjoy our day without any hiccups from the venue. Would recommend Brookmeadow to anyone looking for a beautiful space with kind, helpful, and very responsive staff. -

We had our wedding at Brookmeadow in October 2025, and everything from start to finish was truly exceptional. From our very first tour through the big day itself, Sarah was an absolute dream to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so organized. There wasn’t a single question she couldn’t answer, and she always responded quickly and went out of her way to make sure we felt supported every step of the way.
Later in the process, we also worked with Amelia, who was just as wonderful. Both Sarah and Amelia made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. We always felt like we were in the best hands and that no detail would ever be overlooked.
Brookmeadow itself is breathtaking. The outdoor ceremony space feels private and peaceful, and it was the perfect setting for our vows. The reception space is bright, modern, and elegant, and it can fit any style or color scheme beautifully.
Our wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to Sarah, Amelia, and the entire team of servers and bar staff. They kept everything running seamlessly so we could just relax and enjoy the day. And the food and drinks were absolutely outstanding—our guests are still talking about the ravioli!
We can’t recommend Brookmeadow Country Club highly enough. It’s gorgeous, the team is incredible, and they truly think of everything. It’s the total package! -

We got married at Brookmeadow in early August and could not be happier with how everything went. From the moment we met Sarah on our initial tour, we knew we wanted to work with her. She is calming, informative, and so fun to be around.
Throughout the planning process Sarah was always available to answer questions, give advice, and help me hone the vision for our wedding day. As wedding day got closer, it was so comforting to know that Sarah had it all handled. On wedding day, she was there anytime I needed anything, dealt with probably a million things behind the scenes so we didn't have to worry about anything, helped keep us on timeline, and was just so kind and helpful to anyone she encountered. So many family and friends commented on how awesome she was.
Amelia also helped out a ton on wedding day. She was also right there for any questions, made sure dinner went smoothly, and again was a calming and kind presence. We knew the two of them had it all under control and we could truly enjoy ourselves.
Brookmeadow itself is absolutely gorgeous - from the lounge and patio we had cocktail hour on, to the perfectly kept ceremony area, to the gorgeous reception space, with the balcony where everyone got to watch the sun set and cool off from dancing - it's the perfect wedding venue. The food was absolutely delicious, we think even better than when we had it at the tasting. We have gotten so many comments from guests on how amazing their meal was.
We really could not have asked for a better wedding venue and are so happy we chose Brookmeadow! -

We had our 11/2/24 wedding at Brookmeadow Country Club, and it went perfectly! Sarah was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. Her attention to detail was amazing, and it was so clear that she cared about making our day special for everyone involved. Members of our bridal party commented after that she went out her way to make sure they were comfortable and happy while we were off taking pictures. Additionally, all of the staff at Brookmeadow - bartenders, waitstaff and more - were incredibly kind and professional. So many people came to us and told us that the food and drinks were amazing, and my husband and I agreed. It was even better the day of our wedding than it was at the tasting. The spaces for each part of the day - the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, were beautiful, and the staff did an amazing job setting up and taking down all of our decor. Overall, we feel so lucky that we found Brookmeadow and would highly recommend to anyone planning an event! -

Brookmeadow is a hidden gem in the New England area and I cannot recommend the venue and staff enough for a wedding. For me, what I thought set it apart from other country clubs we toured is the ceremony site is secluded and feels like its own space. You don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a golf course because Brookmeadow has done an amazing job landscaping the area with tall greenery, a gazebo, trellis, etc. Especially for my August wedding, flowers and trees were in full bloom. The ceremony site being so nice also allowed for multiple photo opportunity spots for our photographer so we loved the variety. Our guests loved being able to enjoy a summer night all evening as well because cocktail hour is on a beautiful patio overlooking the course, and there is an upper deck off the ballroom. The ballroom is so clean looking, allowing you to really create the color palette and vibe you want.
In terms of working with the staff, I echo what many reviews say - Sarah and Meghan are absolutely incredible. Planning can be overwhelming and they are so patient with your questions, requests, and truly want you to be happy with everything. Their clear, consistent, and quick communication was so critical as we got towards the end when there are still a lot of decisions to make. You hear many horror stories about venues and event coordinators, but you will not experience this at Brookmeadow with Sarah and her team. She is with you from day one to the day of, so is invested and knows every detail. You won’t regret booking Brookmeadow!

We had the absolute best experience with Brookmeadow Country Club for our May 2024 wedding! The venue is gorgeous and our guests raved about how amazing the food was and how beautiful the space is. Sarah helped make the wedding planning process easy and enjoyable, as well as ensuring the day run without a hitch. Looking back on the day, we would not have changed a thing, and would do it all over again at Brookmeadow. Highly recommend Brookmeadow to anyone for any event, especially for a wedding, you will not be disappointed :) -

My husband and I got married at Brookmeadow in August 2024 and could not recommend this venue enough. The space is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff are super nice. Sarah, the events coordinator, is what really sold us on booking this venue. She was super responsive throughout the entire process from beginning to end. She handled everything the day-of at the venue I truly had no stress when we arrived prior to the ceremony on-site. Highly recommend this venue! -

Sarah is the best!
I can't say enough good things about Brookmeadow and their staff! Planning a wedding can be stressful and Sarah and her team made the experience as easy as possible. My husband and I got married on September 9, 2023. We had our hearts set on an outdoor ceremony and unfortunately mother nature had other plans. Our beautiful morning turned to thunder and rain as soon as we arrived to the venue. Although adapting to changes right before your ceremony can be challenging mentally and logistically I couldn't be more grateful to have Sarah as our coordinator on our special day. She and her team, transitioned our ceremony at the last moment so seemingly our guests couldn't even tell it wasn't supposed to be that way. No matter what little things didn't go according to plan, Sarah was there to make the very best out of any situation. It was really important for my husband and I to have our dog be apart of our ceremony and even with the unexpected changes they were so accommodating of him to be sure he was still able to be a part of our day. Sarah was on top of every detail making sure my husband and I had the best day possible! If you are looking for a place that will truly be there for you on your big day for anything you need. Brookmeadow Country Club is the place for you! -

Brookmeadow truly make our experience planning the wedding a joy. Sarah was our contact and she was super responsive and helpful. We highly recommend booking Brookmeadow Country Club for your wedding! From the moment we visited for the first time, we knew this was our venue. The grounds were beautiful with lots of evergreens and plenty of paved and covered areas. The indoor spaces were absolutely gorgeous, modern and comfortable and we loved that they had connecting outdoor spaces. We had a dedicated coordinator, Christine, throughout the whole planning process and day of our event. She was always very professional, welcoming, prompt and helpful in answering our many questions, giving feedback on our ideas, and offering great suggestions along the way. Her vendor recommendations were on point, and they coordinated well with each other throughout the night to ensure everything flowed smoothly. We felt like we got the A team!!! Our wedding was off-season which we loved because we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The rooms were set up perfectly to allow guests to mingle, relax, enjoy themselves, and of course, dance! The food, catered by The Lafayette House, was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about it and how the steak was cooked perfectly! The servers and bar staff were great as well. Amazing venue and outstanding venue coordinator!!
Sarah and the whole Brookmeadow staff were phenomenal!! Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with and was super organized and detail oriented. She answered every question we had and made planning our wedding a breeze. The day of went off without a hitch and everyone we worked with or interacted with at the venue was so pleasant and nice. The ceremony area and ballroom were beautiful, and the food was so delicious! I cannot recommend Sarah and the Brookmeadow venue enough!!!! -

My husband and I got engaged on in March 1, 2020 and viewed Brookmeadow County Club two weeks later. From the second we stepped on the property we knew this was the place we wanted to celebrate our 13 years of love together! We got married on August 14, 2021 and held our reception at Brookmeadow Country Club. From the day we booked this venue in March 2020 - the weekend before the world shut down due to the pandemic, through all of the ever-changing COVID-19 guidelines, to the day our wedding dreams came true, Sarah made sure that planning our special day was nothing short of perfection. Sarah was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and always had a solution to anything that came up, including determining a guest list, planning our decor and seating arrangements, planning with our vendors, scheduling a private food tasting for us, and overall scheduling our wedding day to ensure it flowed perfectly. The food from the Lafayette house was delicious! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The updated cocktail space and ballroom were the perfect mix of rustic and modern, that perfectly matched our wedding vision. The downstairs patio space including fire pits, and upstairs veranda were the perfect outdoor areas that many of our guests greatly enjoyed. The locations for photographs were plentiful and we took advantage of all of the beautiful scenery! The photographs are stunning. We could go on forever about how much we loved Brookmeadow for our wedding day, and would highly recommend hosting your special day, or ANY event here! Thank you Sarah for everything! -

There are so many emotions involved from getting engaged to planning a wedding to getting married! My husband and I got married on September 5th, 2021! After the excitement of getting engaged came the worry of finding a venue! Our first wedding venue visit was Brookmeadow and everything about working with Brookmeadow from that day on was amazing! On our visit, Sarah was so friendly, professional, patient, and informative! When we decided to book with Brookmeadow, Sarah helped us with any question we had! She responded to emails so quickly and addressed all of our details and any concerns. She was so easy to work with and we truly felt that she supported our vision. Sarah gave her expert insight and truly wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams (which we definitely did)! From the rehearsal to the day of the wedding, Sarah and all of the staff at Brookmeadow made sure we knew all the details and had everything we needed! Every little detail was accounted for and everyone was as excited and happy as we were! Our day was everything we hoped for and more! Brookmeadow was the perfect choice and we are so happy we met all the wonderful people who work there (especially Sarah)! All of our guests continue to talk about how amazing Brookmeadow is! I cannot say enough good things about this venue and am so thankful for all our memories from our wedding at Brookmeadow! -

A Fairytale!!
Brookmeadow Country Club exceeded all of our expectations. We booked BMCC in Dec of 2019 for a July 2021 wedding. When COVID hit and everything was up in the air Sarah, our coordinator, was extremly responsive to all of our questions and kept us up to date. BMCC is a dream. All of our friends and family are still raving about it to this day. Sarah was so helpful from the start of all the planning until the very end of our wedding night. She checked in on us the entire night and truly made the day go off without a hitch. We would book BMCC again in a heartbeat! -

Best day of our lives!
To say Brookmeadow is the best would be an understatement! Sarah, our coordinator, was kind and professional from the day we booked the venue in February of 2020, until the moment our wedding ended. She let no detail fall through the cracks and it showed!
The food through BMCC’s caterer was to die for - I have received many messages from family and friends raving about it since our wedding. The servers were also so kind!
We lucked out with amazing weather for an early September day, and the grounds looked incredible in all our photos.

Great venue for a bridal or baby shower!
I recently co-hosted a baby shower that was held at the Brookmeadow Country Club. As soon as I pulled up to the building with balloons and a loaded car, I met Kevin outside and asked him if I could unload at the entrance and then park my car. Kevin was so welcoming, carried some of my items inside and then returned with a rolling cart. So kind and courteous!
I was flying in from another state so my co-host dealt with Christine, the event planner, but I met her and she was delightful.
We were fortunate to have a lovely, although windy day, and held our event on a private balcony overlooking the course. Christine was very helpful and granted my request to have some trash receptacles removed from the balcony. She made sure everything was beautifully done.
We had a mimosa bar set up on the balcony with a talented and friendly bartender. Drink selections were delicious with lovely fresh fruit garnishes.
Food was served buffet style just inside the outdoor balcony in a large function room. The servers were very professional and I cannot say enough good things about the food. Everything was delicious. Plates were cleared promptly. Servers later brought out dessert towers for each table and the pastries were top notch and delicious.
I was very happy to find a large, nicely appointed and immaculate rest room close by and an elevator for those who needed one.
I highly recommend Brookmeadow Country Club for its ambiance, food and efficient staffing. -

Perfect Venue for a Perfect Couple!
My husband and I got married at Brookmeadow in September 2020. Brookmeadow is a beautiful, elegant golf course, with manicured flowers and endless fields of green. The reception hall is updated with hardwood floors, new lighting fixtures and tall ceilings. Sarah, our wedding coordinator was amazing to work with. Due to Covid and MA state guidelines, we canceled our larger wedding, but Sarah was SO accommodating, she worked with us to plan a small, more intimate ceremony. The day of, she was there the entire day, through the set-up, start of the ceremony and for pictures afterwards. Between the venue and the accommodating staff, I would strongly recommend Brookmeadow to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

It's hard to believe it's been just over a year since we celebrated our wedding at Brookmeadow Country Club. I have so many great things to say about this venue, the team and our experience overall. First, the renovations to the clubhouse are fantastic. The room is clean, modern and elegant and the access to the balcony is especially nice for guests to be able to enjoy outdoor space (or take a breather from dancing). Sarah N., Brookmeadow's event planner, was a joy to work with. Professional, informative and pays attention to detail - three critical things I was hoping for from the person who was responsible for making everything go off without a hitch! Like many couples with 2020 weddings, we had to quickly find a new plan as a result of Covid-19. For us, it was a blessing in disguise because our ceremony at Brookmeadow was absolutely perfect.
Sarah was amazing to work with and helped us navigate through a challenging situation, both leading up to, and on our wedding day. She was very responsive throughout the planning process, especially when it came to responding to emails with changes and last-minute requests the day before the wedding.
On the day of, she frequently checked in to see if we needed anything while we were getting ready, and the transition from the ceremony to dinner was seamless. We had a picture-perfect ceremony in front of the gazebo followed by a delicious meal on the veranda at the clubhouse and ended the night watching the sunset on the golf course.
We couldn’t be more grateful that Brookmeadow and Sarah were able to help save the day, and that we were able to pull together a small ceremony on the day we had originally planned to get married on such short notice. We recommend Brookmeadow to anybody considering it!

Amazing!!!
My husband and I are coming up on your two year wedding anniversary and we STILL receive compliments on how great our wedding was! And we owe it all to Sarah, Anne, and the folks at Brookmeadow! The day was perfect. The pictures on the golf course made for some stunning backgrounds and you can't beat the views from the balcony. Sarah started at Brookmeadow halfway through our wedding planning journey and we were so pleased with her! Both her and Anne were awesome to work with. This is a pretty unconventional review, as we actually ended up having to cancel our wedding due to COVID and decided to do a very small intimate wedding ourselves. HOWEVER, Sarah and her team were absolutely amazing during the entire process. None of the horror stories you hear from other venues not getting in contact, stringing you along, etc. Sarah was always quick to reply to any messages, offered lists of available back up dates, worked with us to reschedule a few times and was always understanding. She made an extremely stressful process go as smooth as possible. The planning process up until cancelling was also stress free. She was always open to my questions, the vendors they are associated with were great and easy to contact, the property and reception hall was stunning and overall we are just sad we missed out on using this amazing facility. We stopped by many times and had just about everything planed with nothing but enjoyment. A huge thank you to Sarah for all her hard work and dedication to her clients. She truly makes you feel like a friend that cares, helping to plan your wedding and not just another client on her list for business. Ann was such a huge help with coordinating our wedding and setting up everything exactly how we wanted it. She made the place look how I imagined and it turned out to be a beautiful day. She was always available to answer any questions I had . I would recommend to any bride to have their wedding or any function at this venue. Beautiful Day
Brookmeadow provided such a lovely experience! Sarah was amazing at coordinating the big day and was even great at dealing with some unexpected issues with my DJ and with my centerpieces the night before! She was attentive, kind, and the day of the wedding wore many hats without letting anything fall through the cracks. The venue itself is clean, polished, and sophisticated so you do not need to do much work to make it look beautiful. Definitely recommend! -

We had such an amazing experience with our wedding at Brookmeadow Country Club in July 2022. We had toured 11 venues total, with Brookmeadow being the last one, simply because we walked in and knew it was the exact type of space we wanted. The outdoor ceremony area is pretty, private, and well shaded (important for a hot July day). Our guests loved that they were able to have cocktail hour outside or inside depending on their preference, as well as hang out on the terrace during the reception as well (important for these covid times!). The entire day went off without a hitch - we wanted our guests to drink up and let loose, and Brookmeadow certainly helped set the scene. Brookmeadow was great at making sure all the important people were where they were supposed to be at all times, sticking to our schedule, and making sure nothing went wrong. We worked with Christine throughout our entire process and it was a great experience - all of our asks were able to be accommodated and they were so flexible with us. The only thing to note is that it sometimes took several days to get a response back, but that's expected during wedding season and wasn't a problem. Our guests said the food was great, the ballroom is gorgeous with all the natural lighting, and the bartenders were fast. Overall, so happy with our experience and would recommend Brookmeadow to anyone!
