Where to begin with Brooklyn Winery!? The space, the staff, the food, the wine -- all of it was beyond our wildest dreams for our wedding. We’ve never worked with a kinder, more accommodating, and lovely group of people. If you’re searching for a wedding venue in NYC, Brooklyn Winery should absolutely be #1 on your list.
The space: A perfect combination of modern and vintage. There are cozy little details everywhere you look, organic greenery throughout the space, clean industrial lines, and the wallpaper in the bathrooms is NEXT LEVEL. There’s a reason people refer to the bathroom as the “selfie station.” The ambiance at our wedding was perfectly warm & cozy thanks to the impeccable decor at Brooklyn Winery. Also, they designed this place with events in mind. There is a flow to the layout that just works. Over six hours we moved 80+ guests from room to room without any confusion or awkward pauses. The consideration that went into this space is evident in every detail; the seamless way everything flows together is simply flawless.
The staff: I don’t think I can fully express our gratitude for the hard work, dedication, accommodation, and positivity that every single person working at Brooklyn Winery exhibited throughout the course of planning and celebrating our wedding. No matter who we interacted with, they had a smile on their face, and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed.
Julia, our amazing event manager, went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and exactly what we envisioned. She was extremely responsive, detail oriented, calming, and her years of experience made the entire process stress-free for us. With so many moving pieces that go into planning a wedding, Julia made sure no detail was missed. She truly made the wedding of our dreams a reality.
The food: Wedding food can be hit or miss, but let us tell you, the food at the Brooklyn Winery absolutely blew us away. They had SO many options that we were struggling to choose – this was by far the most difficult aspect of wedding planning. A few members of our family have serious allergies, and the Winery staff went out of their way to accommodate and make sure they were still getting amazing food. No one felt like a burden or an obstacle, and it was such a relief for us to see our most restricted guests chowing down on their meals with gusto. Our final wedding menu was hit after hit after hit, from cocktail hour to dessert. The biggest highlights for us were the devils on horseback, speck toast, fried chicken, and braised short rib. In the four weeks since our wedding we have heard so many compliments specifically about the food – it really exceeded all expectations.
The wine: We couldn’t leave a review about a winery without mentioning the wine. Made directly on site, there was a wine for everyone. Our favorite was the unoaked chardonnay – the best chardonnay around!! And the Winery serves each course with a paired wine, adding another special level to the dining experience. We were thrilled to order private label wine favors for our guests, sending everyone home with a bottle to enjoy later. We were so excited that this was an option because we got to design labels that featured illustrations of our cats – a sweet way to include them in our wedding!
Overall, Brooklyn Winery transformed something as big, chaotic, stressful, and crazy as a wedding into the smoothest possible experience. Their dedication and obvious pride in what they do shines through in every interaction. No detail was overlooked in designing this space and imagining the weddings that would take place in it. The staff at Brooklyn Winery made our wedding absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for giving us the best day of our lives!!

Night of our Dreams!
The entire experience from first inquiry to the tasting to dancing the night away was a dream. Brooklyn Winery wildly exceeded our expectations and the team there is the biggest reason why. They (especially Jess!) handled everything with ease. They are PROS! It was the most impressive service we’ve experienced. The feedback on the ambience and food: people were blown away. If you want professional hospitality service, incredible food and drinks, romantic/cool ambience, and to savor the experience - it has to be Brooklyn Winery.

From the moment we toured Brooklyn Winery as a potential venue for our wedding, we knew it was our spot. It ended being the ONLY venue we saw, and thankfully we started with BW first, as they made it easy to seal the deal.
From the moment we were walked through the space by Tatyana, we knew that they take their role in curating special moments seriously. They treated us not as 'customers' but as 'partners' recognizing the critical piece of the puzzle that a venue, catering, and ambiance create in making a wedding magical.
Leading up to our big day, the communal tasting was absolutely remarkable and gave us a glimpse of what we and our guests would be in store for. Also leading up to our wedding, we were paired with our dedicated coordinator, Miranda, who couldn't have been more kind, gracious, and eager to treat our special day as her Super Bowl also.
Most impactful were the flood of texts we received from our guests in the days after our wedding - we received RAVE reviews on all of the food, the bar, dessert-- ALL OF IT. That was the icing on the cake for us to know we had made the best decision of our lives choosing Brooklyn Winery. -

We had a wonderful experience with the staff at the winery. Everyone was responsive, flexible, and eager to help our vision come to life. The Venue itself is beautiful. the food is one of the main reasons we selected the venue- our guests are still talking about the fried chicken. We wanted a modern industrial romantic vibe and the Brooklyn Winery delivered. Caity and Marissa were wonderful during the planning process and the day of too. We planned our wedding there in less than a year. -

From our initial tour to the wedding day - Brooklyn Winery made all the planning and details so seamless. Our day of coordinator, Miranda, was so wonderful to work with and extremely organized and communicative. She ensured a seamless transition from ceremony, to cocktail hour, and to dinner. Miranda also checked in with me and my husband throughout the night which was so appreciative. I also have to mention that the food was absolutely incredible - our guests raved about it. my now husband and i went on a few venue tours around brooklyn/queens and were feeling so discouraged by the tours/venues we saw that we had started planning an elopement. a co-worker happened to be in town for a wedding at brooklyn winery and was telling me how amazing everything was, so i booked a tour and the rest was history!! the tour absolutely BLEW us away, the venue was EVERYTHING we wanted and MORE, and i knew there was no other venue for us. everything you hear is true - your guests will absolutely RAVE about how amazing your wedding was at brooklyn winery! the industrial yet cozy vibe, the food, the drinks, the staff...it truly creates the most magical and unique guest experience. the best part is that the venue is all inclusive and they do a lot of the hard work for you. you will get assigned a talented event manager (if you're lucky you will get jamara like we did) and they work so hard to ensure that everything goes according to plan. i spilled red wine on my dress as soon as we sat down for dinner, and jamara SAVED THE DAY! she's magic i think...anways, get married at brooklyn winery, you will NOT regret it!! the absolute best day of our lives made possible by this venue and the lovely staff -

The Perfect Venue for a City Wedding
Brooklyn Winery literally knocked it out of the park for our wedding! Our friends and family were so impressed with the venue, service and food. Everything came together better than I ever could have hoped. Marissa was our event coordinator and we worked with Tatiana from sales, both were amazing to work with. Marissa is highly organized, responded to every email and had a fantastic shared spreadsheet that kept the flow of information open and organized as our wedding approached. We had a zillion little requests and modifications and Marissa handled all of them! I did not hire an external planner and in the end I didn’t feel it was necessary. I worked directly with Rosehip floral, Shades of Gray for disco balls, draping and lighting, our band (The Blake Band), and our photographer (Siobhan Stanton). My father in law dropped off signage, candles, pictures, menus, sunglasses, glow sticks, baskets for the bathroom and Marissa and her team put everything together beautifully. The transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner was seamless. We had our band set up the back room and 150 guests seated in the main atrium for dinner. The layout was perfect!! We were so picky about the food and it all came together SO well. SO many compliments on the food and a lot of people said they liked the wine selection as well! We did the cous cous salad, butcher cut steak, bbq chicken, grilled veg, and mashed potatoes for dinner. Our photographer commented on how organized the venue was and that she's never had such a good experience with a venue, which I thought was a huge compliment. As a non-event planner, it was so hard to picture the space set up for my wedding, but it totally came together and exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a full service venue that feels personal, this is it. As an aside, if you are looking for a hotel nearby, the William Vale was amazing to work with and we loved our stay. -

Brooklyn Winery is the kind of place you walk into and then side-eye your fiancé with the nod that says, "I think this is the place."
Plus, the value of the on-site coordinators is immeasurable. From handling day-of setup to wrangling vendors along the way, Jamara and the team handling every inquiry and pre-wedding anxiety with aplomb.
Our guests raved about the venue and the invisible, seamless flow between ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and dance. The night felt like the best kind of blissful blur as we said our vows in front of the green wall, shared drinks and amazing bites with our guests, then sat down to a fantastic dinner and even better dance party.

Brooklyn Winery was the first venue that we looked at and we immediately knew that it was the perfect fit for us. The space is absolutely beautiful and has the perfect layout for a wedding. The greenery wall was the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony. We also loved the skylights and all of the fun lighting fixtures throughout the space, which made for such a cozy and intimate atmosphere.
We also had wonderful interactions with every single person that we worked with at Brooklyn Winery. Our first conversation and venue tour with Tatiana was extremely informative and helped to answer all of the questions that we had. This made us feel comfortable in our decision to choose Brooklyn Winery for our wedding. We got to meet more of the venue staff during our tasting and all of them were so kind to us. Everyone came over to introduce themselves and get to know us. We had dinner at the restaurant after our final walkthrough and were able to see some of the venue staff from the tasting, who remembered us and happily accommodated our dietary restrictions. And most importantly, we absolutely LOVED working with our Event Manager, Marissa Allain! Marissa was incredibly helpful in the months leading up to the wedding, providing quick responses to all of our questions. She kept us organized and thought through every little detail so that everything would run smoothly on the day of the wedding. Marissa helped us feel at ease throughout the whole process of wedding planning. She was so warm, genuine, and thoughtful and we feel so lucky to have had her as our event manager. We don’t know how we could have done it without her.
The food was also a highlight of having a wedding at Brooklyn Winery. We had several guests with food allergies / dietary restrictions including dairy free, gluten free, pescatarian, vegetarian, and more. Brooklyn Winery was able to help us modify the dishes that selected to accommodate all of these dietary restrictions and make sure that there would be something for everybody to enjoy. And the food was delicious! We were blown away at how good it was and received countless compliments from friends and family.

Brooklyn Winery did an exceptional job for our wedding May 5th, 2024. We live in Colorado but are originally from the tri-state area so we were looking for a convenient place to have our wedding, where guests could have an easy time getting too. We found BKW through a google search and the aesthetic was perfect! Without needing to see the place in person, the pictures spoke for themselves. Jamara Bryant was our even manager and she was absolutely wonderful. She always communicated in a timely manner. She was incredibly patient while answering all of our questions or concerns. She was able to give us an excel spreadsheet to keep track of all the details we needed to gather. And she made sure we were taken care of on our wedding day. The staff for the event delivered great service as well. Overall, the space was beautiful and our wedding was an event to remember according to guests! Amazing Experience!
I am so glad we decided to get married at Brooklyn Winery. Not only is the space absolutely stunning, but the food is amazing. Our guests raved about several of the dishes and everyone enjoyed the wide selection of cocktails and wines. Most of all, the staff here is absolutely amazing. Jamara, our event manager made the experience as stress-free as possible and she was so on top of even the smallest detail that it made my husband and I feel at ease the entire time. Jamara responded to every question in every email in a timely manner and she helped bring our vision for the day to life. We were able to use several decor pieces from the venue including a large easel and gift box which was convenient since it meant fewer items for us to pack and bring the day of. The food and wine tasting was also an incredible experience; they truly make it feel like a date night and the staff were so welcoming and fun. We had our wedding at Brooklyn winery in January of 2024 and couldn’t be happier with our choice of venue. From the beginning, the team was helpful, informative, and responsive. We loved their excitement about our marriage and our wedding, and as a queer couple, we especially welcomed - and planning documents reflected their inclusivity. Every stage of the planning process was seamless — from initial virtual venue tours on zoom because they hadn’t opened their new location yet, to periodic visits to the winery when everyone was excited to greet us and tell us about the amazing wine, to the incredible and so thoughtfully-carried-out tasting, to the lead up to the event itself and the final wedding. The wine and food are excellent — our guests are still raving about it. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and it was awesome to be starting with an already-beautiful space. (See attached photos, taken by Natura Collective!) Everyone we interacted with during each of our visits to the winery and the restaurant was professional, helpful, and also so happy for us — which made such a difference in keeping things exciting rather than stressful!
We worked with Julia as our event coordinator and we can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Her attention to detail, thoroughness, excitement about our vision for the wedding, and ability to think (and then subsequently take care) of so many logistical details that never even occurred to us were truly remarkable. We felt completely taken care of throughout the planning process. The night of the wedding itself she continued to go above and beyond, accommodating special requests, making our vision for the night come to fruition, and thinking of details small and large that made the entire thing run seamlessly. In short, we felt so lucky to have her on our team and she helped make our wedding absolutely perfect. Anyone who gets to work with her is truly lucky!

Where do I even begin - our wedding at Brooklyn Winery was absolutely a dream come true. From the very first meeting we had as prospective guests to the final walkthrough the entire staff at Brooklyn Winery made us feel important, well taken care of, and at ease - they handled absolutely everything; I especially want to thank Julia Freet, our event manager, who spared no detail in bringing our vision to life, coordinated with our vendors to ensure the day ran seamlessly and was generally just an awesome person to work with. Multiple people who attended our wedding said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. The food was delicious with options for everyone and the staff was very mindful of food allergies and dietary restrictions. The bridal suite was perfect for our group to hang out and use before the ceremony and the snacks and drinks definitely helped ease the pre wedding jitters. Highly recommend the private label wine favors, they were the cherry on top of the most perfect day and such a unique gift for people to take home. We had dreamed about having our wedding here for years before we got married. It ended up being the perfect place for us! The venue is absolutely stunning and has a beautiful modern, rustic vibe so it feels both swanky and cozy/intimate. The catering, bar, furniture, seating, etc is all included in the venue which made planning so much easier for us. The preferred vendors they have listed are all the best as well which made research and planning so much easier.
The staff is incredibly professional and gave us a lot of help and recommendations for what we should/shouldn't do on the day to make things go smoothly and so that we have the best memories.
Also the food and drinks were 10/10. I cannot say enough how amazing the food was. All of our friends and family still are raving to us about their dinners and drinks. It was incredible. They also accommodated everyone's dietary and allergy restrictions, even when it was last minute which was so appreciated.
Also the bridal suite was so great. They had a bunch of food and drinks for us before guests arrived and it helped get rid of the nerves :)Brooklyn Winery's reply:

I cannot fully express how amazing our experience was with Brooklyn Winery! From the very first contact we had with the BW team they were consistently affable, helpful, efficient, and professional. Every. single. member. of the team was beyond fantastic! We do have to especially highlight Nicole, Douglas, and our Event Manager, Julia, though. Nicole made sure every detail in the initial planning stages was perfect and warmly and clearly communicated. Douglas was the first person we met during our initial visit to the Winery and the last person we saw when we picked up our final items following the reception, and he is just joy personified. And Julia? Flawless. We did not have a single worry about our "Big Day" knowing that Julia was there handling it all with her attention to detail, kindness and good humor.
It was a little nerve-wracking that they would be opening/moving to a new space between when we booked the venue and when our reception was held, but there was really no reason for concern as the new space perfectly reflected the virtual walkthrough and was beautiful, cozy yet not-at-all cramped, and perfectly arranged for the flow of the event. It has the ease of a full-service/banquet-style venue without the cookie-cutter feel of one. We really appreciated the decor that was provided and thought the candles and mismatched china were lovely. The drinks and food were easy to access (no waits and no lines) and delicious (not just for wedding food, but legitimately great!)
They made the whole process beautiful, easy, and fun. I am so, so grateful that we were able to have this experience with them and would recommend Brooklyn Winery a million times over.Brooklyn Winery's reply:

We got married at Brooklyn Winery's new location at the end of April and had an absolutely incredible experience working with them every step of the way. Wedding planning is so stressful with so many moving pieces, but they have so many good systems in place to make things as easy as possible for you. Some things that are key to this are having a dedicated venue staff who know the venue and how things run there inside and out, having all of the catering, furniture, cutlery etc. handled onsite, and having an on-site Event Manager/day-of coordinator. Our Event Manager was Marissa Allain and I cannot speak highly enough of her - while remaining warm and composed, she thought of and handled every little detail throughout the process. While we know that an incredible amount of work went into things behind the scenes, for us and our guests on the day, everything flowed so easily and seamlessly. Having a dedicated person to coordinate with the DJ, florist, etc. so you don't even have to think about those logistics is an enormous benefit - it took more pressure off of us than we even realized going into it. Everyone (including the two of us) had an incredible time on the day and also just really felt taken care of. There were so many thoughtful details every step of the way on the day. For example, when we did our ketubah signing, they had set up a lovely table with candles to create a nice atmosphere and make that moment even more special. Knowing that you'll be pulled in a million different directions on that day, Brooklyn Winery really makes sure to think about all the ways they can ease some of that pressure and make the day as stress-free and enjoyable for you as possible. The food and drinks were incredible - so many people commented on them and we were really pleased. They were also very flexible and worked with us to have an all vegetarian menu since my husband is a vegetarian. The new space is absolutely stunning (I'm including some photos - thank you to L&L Style Photo!) and since it's largely the same team as the old space, they clearly got things up and running super smoothly; you'd think they'd been working in that location for years. Getting married in the city can be a stressful and expensive process, and I really want to emphasize how much value you get at Brooklyn Winery. My fiance and I recently got married (March 2023) and we cannot rave enough about how wonderful Brooklyn Winery is as a venue. The entire staff was so easy to work with from our first email interaction to signing our contracts and executing our actual wedding. We reached out while they were in the process of building out their new venue and they were so informative of the renovation process, the timing and did a great job of sharing all the renderings so we felt comfortable in signing with them. As we approached our 6 month mark, they connected us to our event manager and got us scheduled for our wedding tasting. The tasting was such a beautiful event and it was so great to meet with our event Manager, Julia during that tasting. Julia was PHENOMENAL. She was very responsive and sent us timeline templates to help us stay organized as we approached our big day. She also coordinated with all our vendors! She helped us flawlessly execute the dreamiest wedding. We loved Brooklyn Winery and wish we could re-live our wedding over and over again.

Best Wedding Ever!!
Our wedding was 3 weeks ago, and our guests are still talking about it! Everyone (teenagers, friends, parents) have said over and over again how it was the best wedding they've been to.
We were actually the first wedding at their new location, and Brooklyn Winery pulled it off flawlessly. If anything went wrong or was missing, we had no idea. Even our vendors were impressed at how perfectly it went.
Brooklyn Winery's service is exemplary. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and informative. Our guests can't stop talking about the food(!!!) and how wonderful the service is. Nicole and Marissa were wonderful to work with, and were so patient with my husband and our wedding planner and their numerous questions. Julia, one of their staff members, had actually sold me my wedding dress before she started working at Brooklyn Winery. She was so kind when I asked for help with my dress, I'll never forget it.
Wedding planning can be so stressful, but Brooklyn Winery really went a long way in reducing the stress. I'm hoping we'll be invited to a wedding there so I can experience it as a guest.Brooklyn Winery's reply:

Once we saw Brooklyn Winery, we knew we didn't have to see any other venues. We didn't want to work with a completely blank space, and that's why we loved Brooklyn Winery – even without any of our touches, it was already warm, intimate and stunning (that green wall and skylight!). The Brooklyn winery is such a beautiful venue. Some flowers and candles are all it needs to add a nice touch the ambiance. We kept hearing our other vendors (officiant, DJ, photographer) tell us how amazing the winery staff was leading up to the wedding. So the bar was set really high and the BK winery venue and team still managed to exceed them. All we heard from our guests was how amazing the food was. Literally every single guest couldn’t stop raving about the food. The staff… from Nicole to Marissa to Douglas to the rest of the team are all amazing and beautiful people. The whole ceremony and party went by and when we looked back on it we realized that we wouldn’t have changed a thing. At no point did we ever feel like we missed out on anything. No stress, best decision ever
The Brooklyn Winery knows how to do parties. The process was flawless from beginning to end. The sales process was very informative and fun and felt special at the same time. They answered all our questions before we even knew which ones to ask, and the service was incredible even from the start. We stayed for lunch to chat about options and before we were finished we had made our decision. About 6-8 weeks before, everything kicked in gear and was so organized. They seamlessly worked with our other planner and vendors and it truly felt like one team. Day-of was flawless. We were so comfortable and looked after. The space is GORGEOUS. We had so many guests tell us how cool the venue was and ask how we found it. I didn’t realize how easy they made everything until I heard all the stress other people go through in planning their weddings. And at our actual wedding, even my professional chef uncle came up to us mid-dance party to rave about the food. We’re just a little biased, but we’re pretty sure it was the best wedding ever.
Special shout out to Chelsey who made sure to check in with us and was also unfazed by everything. “If everyone could get married at Brooklyn Winery, everyone would have a spectacular wedding” - the groom, who is generally an understated dude otherwise. Working with the Brooklyn Winery was an absolute dream come true. From our first day touring the space, my wife and I left feeling taken care of already. The team is so organized, kind, and confident, we knew we were in good hands. Everyone on the BW staff was so delightful. Even before the actual wedding, we took our parents to eat at the wine bar a few times, and the staff were all so nice to us and our parents. They gave my mom another mini tour since she couldn’t be at the original venue tour. They were super knowledgeable and patient with our many questions throughout the wedding planning process. We always felt like we were in good hands.
Lizzie, our Event Manager, was so nice to work with. She helped guide us when we weren’t sure what direction to go in or if we had questions, and she was so open to our creativity when we wanted to try something a little different.
Also, the space is so gorgeous!! I was a little worried about the dance floor feeling separate from the dinner space, but with the doors opened it was seamless.
The food was simply out of this world. Every single guest feedback we have received so far has included a rave review of the food. Even our vendors were excited when we told them where our wedding was being held because they already knew how good BW’s food is.
And the service! Dinner service was quick and attentive. Our guests loved that they didn't have to go up to the bar for drinks during dinner. Having more of a restaurant’s style of wait service (each table has its own dedicated server) made a big difference in how smooth dinner service was.
All in all, Brooklyn Winery was a 10/10. I recommend them so highly to anyone I can.

Having Brooklyn Winery host our wedding (April 2022) was the best choice, crucial in minimal-hassle planning. Highly recommended for an indoor ceremony/reception combo space in NYC.
- They're proactive in the planning process. Working with our event manager Marissa was smooth. We felt safe that she could handle any details that arose, and indeed she and the entire team handled some last-minute changes elegantly. Service during the event was of the utmost quality.
- Their food is phenomenal, a standout amongst food we've had at any weddings. People enjoyed the unexpected French-style serving. We heard so many compliments for the skirt steak and smashed potatoes, and even the compound butter! Their house wine and open bar selections were also popular.
- The space is pretty, especially that green wall in airy springtime afternoon light, though their very narrow room made seating for dinner challenging. They're moving in 2023 to a bigger space!
- We hired their recommended florist (Rosehip Social) and DJ (74 Events) who were also great choices and worked seamlessly with the Winery.Brooklyn Winery's reply:

It's hard to put into words just how incredible our wedding at Brooklyn Winery was. Out of all the wedding planning decisions we had to make, choosing them for our venue was by far the best. From beginning to end, Nicole alongside our venue coordinator Chelsey made sure the process was seamless, efficient, and easy, corresponding regularly and quickly via email to answer any question that popped into my head. The day of went off without a single issue. The Brooklyn Winery staff were so excellent and efficient when it came to coordinating our other vendors that all we had to do was show up and say "I do." I cannot emphasize enough how stress-free they made an incredibly stressful day.
As for the food -- I will tell you right now I have some of the pickiest relatives when it comes to wedding food, and over a week after I'm still getting calls about the impeccable quality of the food. The passed appetizers were to die for, and everyone appreciated how they were able to try any main they wanted, instead of needing to pick one. We added the french fry bar alongside an ice cream bar and both were stand out hits. Brooklyn Winery also took the time to make sure my husband and I were fed, delivering us every food item from our cocktail hour to our bridal suite, as well as every item on the main menu to our seat at dinner. We can't say how much we appreciated that because the food was incredible and we didn't want to miss out on it! Our guests also loved the wine bottle favors with the labels we were able to customize ourselves. Such a cute and personal touch.
The space itself is nothing short of breathtaking. With all the greenery, rustic wood, and added twinkle lights, Brooklyn Winery has an intimate quality that makes your wedding all the more romantic. Having our band perform in the bar area made it feel even more like a party than your classic wedding, and every room was laid out thoughtfully and beautifully. The variety of options you have when utilizing the space makes your day all the more special and customizable.
Finally, I will finish off by applauding the hard word of the staff. Their consistent attention to detail, and the level of impeccable service was yet another reason why Brooklyn Winery makes for such an incredible venue. The moment your wine glass was empty, a helpful member of staff was ready to top you up. They were sweet, prompt, and ready to handle any request. Chelsey especially was such an excellent venue coordinator, and made our day so unique and special. We will be talking about this wedding for years to come and I will cherish every memory we got to make at the winery! We used Brooklyn Winery for our March 2022 wedding, and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The venue itself was beyond beautiful -- great blend of hip industrial meets romantic farmhouse/winery. But the seamless nature of planning with BW was what really did it for us.
Food/beverage/etc. was all handled in-house by their expert team. Then we worked with our delightful Event Manager, Chelsey, who coordinated all the particulars with whatever outside vendors we had (band, florist, photographer, etc).
They have the day of down to a science at Brooklyn Winery. The staff was attentive and warm. And their eye for design and details is unmatched. Have a sign/guestbook/family photo/etc -- we just brought all of that in and it was thoughtfully displayed in just the right spot. Then, packed up and ready for us to take away the following morning.

The Brooklyn Winery is a spectacular place to get married – not only is the venue intimate, but the staff go above and beyond. Our wedding, that finally took place in September 2021, was postponed a couple of times due to COVID and the Winery couldn’t have been more accommodating. We chose the Winery not only due to the incredible wine selection (open bar), but also because of the food selection (all family-style, no need to get individual guest food requests) and the fact they have a day-of event manager to handle all the vendors. In the lead up to the wedding itself, our day-of event manager, Marissa, was available to answer all our questions, extremely responsive (especially when we had to suddenly include a virtual element), and made sure we were well-taken care of. The day itself was seamless – Marissa handled all the vendors, everything ran on schedule, and the staff were so professional. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Simply perfect. -

Elegant, organized, memorable
The Brooklyn Winery is the best place to get married. Not only is it beautiful, but everything from the planning to the actual wedding day is seamless.
Now, I'm saying this from the perspective of a bride who has had to postpone her wedding due to the pandemic. Here's what happened: we planned our wedding at The Brooklyn Winery for 2020. We were devastated to have to change it to 2021, but Marisa (who is the director of sales at the venue) helped us through the process of postponing, rescheduling, and finally being able to have it! They followed all NYC COVID regulations to make our day happen July 2021 (we had a fully vaccinated wedding).
There's a general elegance about the space, the decor and the hospitality at the Brooklyn Winery. No detail is left forgotten. For example: guests are pampered from the moment they arrive with charcuterie, cheeses and wine (and that's before the ceremony and before cocktail hour).
The pricing is per person, and includes everything (food, drinks, venue, servers, bartenders, event planner). All we had to do was find a photographer, DJ and florist. The venue has a list of preferred vendors, who we used for our DJ and florist, but we sourced our own photographer. Other than that, it is an all-inclusive event space (meaning no need to choose what types of forks or plates to use, and no need to rent tables/chairs unless you really want to).
They also provide all the food and drinks in-house. The food at the wedding is served family style (sides and salads) and french style (mains), and you can put whatever you want on your plate that night. I repeat: every guest can eat everything on the menu if they want - no choosing "chicken or steak" prior to the wedding. They also do a fun tasting event for the couples a few months beforehand so you can choose your menu. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was - I feel like that NEVER happens at wedding venues!
Marissa, an event planner at the venue, worked with us on the logistics of the evening - everything from the run of show, to the order of the bridal party down the aisle, to the toasts. She answered all of my questions, and was a calming presence throughout the planning process and throughout the wedding. I had full trust in her knowledge of the space and wedding best practices. I also must say, my mom raved about Marissa all night. I mean, that's a big deal for the mother of the bride.
Two years later, we finally had our wedding, and it couldn't have been better. Thank you to the team at The Brooklyn Winery for making our day so seamless, elegant and memorable.

Brooklyn Winery’s team alone made me confident in our decision to book this venue Pre-covid. Sadly, life happened and the restrictions made us all have to adjust our vision/expectations. We were devastated, understandably. Brooklyn Winery’s events team were so supportive and kind, and did everything they possibly could to make our micro/mask wedding as fun and wonderful as possible. Naturally we (and our guests) were nervous and didn’t know what to expect. We all had a wonderful time, ate incredible food, and felt the warmth from the staff and team the entire time. I genuinely felt sad that I was not going to email my Brooklyn Winery team after our event. I can’t stress how important it was to have a venue that not only takes care of the bride/groom/family, but also takes care of the vendors. Every vendor loves working at BW and it’s obvious why - beautiful venue, incredible staff, beautiful cozy vibes with a touch of trendy, THE FOOD!!!!!, and of course, the wine doesn’t hurt! Our wedding was not what we initially planned, but it turned out so much better and served as a huge moment in our lives and as the first event post vaccine roll out in a COVID-19 world. We knew we wanted to get married in Brooklyn and we wanted it to be a reflection of us as a couple. From the minute we toured the Winery I knew it was the place we were going to get married. Emily and her amazing team made the process as easy as possible. The Winery itself is the perfect canvas for a romantic feel. The glow of the ceremony/dining room is what dreams are made of. The food was amazing and I loved that it was family style, everyone ate so much and loved our dinner. I loved that there was so much included in booking the space (candles, candle holders, day of event manager, food + dessert, the beautiful eclectic plates & silverware, alcohol). Because the Winery is so beautiful, if you want, you can cut back on flowers (which we didn't) and lighting (which we also didn't). But you could if you wanted to save a little extra and not get those things! The Brooklyn Winery completed the whole vision we had for our wedding. I wouldn't have changed a thing! For those who are thinking early spring (March)- February is a great contender! Off peak prices and we had a beautiful 50 something sunny day! Brooklyn winery is a sparkling, stunning place to have a romantic indoor wedding. It comes with a lot of decor, so you don’t need to go nuts with vendors. The space is unique, cozy, and elegant. The food AND WINE is incredible— we are still hearing rave reviews, and are still drooling ourselves....and the service...WOW. 5 stars and above! The most attentive, kind, and fun staff. From the event coordinator (Emily was amazing!), to the servers, bartenders, and everyone else included. I felt so taken care of and taken seriously. They think of every detail which makes for an absolutely seamless day. Our wedding was about 120 people which was perfect for the space. I LOVE that the bar is next to the dance floor so you don’t have to stop dancing to get a drink! The dining room is also open still so guests who want to rest and chat have that...along with continuing table service. They also give you lists of preferred vendors which basically made all decisions easy. I can’t say enough positive things, go check out the space, they will wine and dine you until you are absolutely sold. Thank you for the amazing memories!! -

My husband and I chose Brooklyn Winery because they were a one stop shop! From start finish we loved working with their team. The food is outstanding and their ability to make everything feel personal, while still being a well oiled wedding machine was worth every penny! If you’re looking for an urban winery in New York, this is the venue for you. I had my wedding at Brooklyn Winery this May and it was perfect. The venue has a great romantic charm. The food and service was amazing - my guest stomachs were very happy! My wedding coordinator at Brooklyn Winery, Natalia, was organized, detailed and great at communication - which is key when planning a wedding. I totally recommend this venue! -

Brooklyn Winery was the first and only venue we visited when we were searching. From the beginning, the process with the team was seamless and easy. Marisa was so helpful and compassionate when we had a family emergency and needed to change the wedding date, and we knew that we made the right decision in the way she handled it. Natalia was our amazing day of coordinator. She made our day stress free leading up to and on our wedding day and made sure we were fed and had a drink in our hand all night long. Our guests are still raving about the food and ambience of the venue. It’s truly so unique and beautiful and makes for a really intimate setting. Our wedding was like no other we’ve ever attended and we are still floating on cloud 9. Wish we could do it all over again! -

All that’s needed to say about Brooklyn Winery is that it’s perfect. The wedding planning process was so much easier than it would have been anywhere else. The venue and atmosphere was amazing. The food was unbelievable. The staff leading up to and during the wedding was so helpful. Everything about our wedding was perfect and we felt like we didn’t even need to make that many decisions because BW is so good at what they do. We had 155 guests at the wedding and all of them kept complimenting the staff, venue, and food. Can't recommend the Winery enough! -

We worked primarily with Emily and she was very responsive and you could tell that she really cared about making our wedding day perfect. We were not very detailed with our plans and she kept us on track and even thought of things that needed to be planned that we were not aware of. We had a lot of last minute changes and she made everything seamless and stress free. Brooklyn Winery is really the perfect venue if you are looking for an intimate event space but don’t want to be bogged down with the details that are necessary to plan in a raw space. They put care into every detail and make sure that all vendors are on the same page. Book them! -

We chose Brooklyn Winery as our venue because such beautiful space that it needed little in the way of decor and their event staff provided the best service from day one. They were always so responsive to every little question along our planning process - even if our main contact was out that day, someone else would get back to us. When we dropped in for an unplanned visit with our parents, the bar manager gave them a tour and extra dessert on the house! Exceptional service.
On our wedding day, everything was perfect - from decor that we had them setup to the flowers that they had put on top of our wedding cake for us! Our guests still rave about how delicious the food was and how much they loved the space. We were there during harvest season so it wasn't a formal sit-down meal but everyone was well fed and there was plenty of seating for those who wanted to sit.
Our event planner, Natalia, made us a plate of food and even grabbed drinks for us while we were busy chatting. She was always there making sure everything was going smoothly. We can't thank them enough! Highly recommend this beautiful venue :) -
Amanda Sent on 09/15/2018Brooklyn Winery was a complete DREAM to work with!!! The staff is all completely wonderful but we especially loved our wedding coordinator, Emily. Wonderful communication, flexible, and super accommodating to every little question or concern I had. Day of she was EVERYWHERE!! Pinning boutonnieres on the dads, helping my brother place a gopro in the succulents to capture the ceremony, grabbing her lovely colleague Nicole to help me with a dress issue, instructing me to take a few deep breaths before walking down the aisle...she made sure everything ran super smoothly with a smile on her face and a super relaxed attitude. Thank you, Emily!!!
As for the space, you can tell from pictures of the venue that it is stunning of course - so unique with the different rooms, beautiful reclaimed wood everywhere, and the ceremony/dinner room with the light coming in from above is gorgeous. BK Winery also provided tons of different candles and candle holders that made all the spaces feel extra romantic and intimate. As for the food...their food is not just "pretty good for wedding food"...it is phenomenal. My husband's father is a chef and had terrific things to say. Also, side note - the tasting was SUPER fun and it was so hard to choose between all the amazing dishes!!
I don't have enough words to express how thankful I am we chose Brooklyn Winery to celebrate our day - our family and friends had the most amazing time and the entire process was completely stress free for us. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to work with. Worth every single penny. Thank you again, BK Winery!!! -

But holding a wedding celebration here was a whole other experience, and nothing less than top notch! Marissa, Stephanie, Jessica and team are all professional, helpful, caring and so amazing to work with. They made the entire process easy! They all communicate quickly, answer any questions you have and all made sure everything was in place and all set so nothing was missed on my wedding day. My friends and family raved about the food and how pretty the winery looked. We had the BEST day and experience - thank you to the entire team at Brooklyn Winery!

It's beautiful, the food is amazing and the vibe is just right -- and, VERY importantly, the team there was by far the most professional we encountered when touring venues. Jessica, Jesi and everyone there made our day so special, and they were calm, lovely and organized the whole time. It's now such a special place for us to visit, and I can't recommend it enough. Book early!

The building is gorgeous as is and the staff does an incredibly job incorporating the few décor items we had. They have thought of every need and execute the day perfectly! The staff is incredibly accommodating, professional and personable. They made sure all of our guests felt taken care of, not just the bridal party. Marisa in the sales department is wonderful to work with, she is incredibly responsive, answering all of my millions of questions and Jessica our day of coordinator (Yes! They include a day of coordinator!) was the same. She ran the day so seamlessly, with elegance and professionalism. And the food is absolutely outstanding!!! We received so many compliments from guests that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding!
