Perfect Reception!
Our daughter’s wedding reception was absolutely stunning and went so smoothly. Breinna was very attentive throughout the planning processes and was always available to address our questions and concerns. The food was delicious and many guests commented on how good dinner was. The evening was more beautiful and special than we ever imagined! Hats off to Brookhaven CC and the wonderful team that made our daughter’s dream come true. -

We had a very unique and specific plan in mind for our event and then worked with the event coordinator to help put it all together. We were confident that we had thought through all of the details by the time we did our final walk through. However, the event coordinator helped us see a number of things that we had missed and she was very thoughtful and detailed in her suggestions for additional things that would enhance the wedding. On the day of the event we were beyond impressed with how well everything came together. The club did an excellent job of making it a memorable event, and our guests were all impressed. I would highly recommend Brookhaven as an event venue! -

Outstanding wedding venue!
We recently hosted our daughter's wedding reception at Brookhaven Country Club, and it was nothing short of incredible! From the initial planning meetings to the final walkthrough and the big day itself, the entire team exceeded our expectations.
The planning process was seamless thanks to their professionalism and accommodating approach. Every detail we discussed was thoughtfully addressed, and their expertise helped bring our vision to life. The team was a dream to work with, ensuring that no request was too small or too big.
The venue itself was stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for a magical evening. The reception space was beautifully set with our vision, and the atmosphere created by the team added to the overall experience. Guests couldn't stop raving about the ambiance, unique personal touches we were able to add, the ambiance, the service and how smoothly everything ran.
We are so grateful to the Brookhaven Country Club team, especially, Breianna Elia, for their hard work, dedication, and care. The team truly wend above and beyond to make this a memorable day for our family and friends.

Amazing venue for a wedding!
We had an amazing ceremony and reception here! Everything was beautiful, the food was delicious, the bartenders made some amazing drinks, and we had a ton of space for dancing! The staff were prompt and attentive. They really helped keep the flow of the day seamless! The only thing i would advise to future clients is to go for a larger cake as there is a flat $300 cake cutting fee. -

Brookhaven was a wonderful place to host our wedding. The sales team was amazing during the planning process and worked with us at every step in the process to host our wedding with 200 guests. I appreciate the level of personal attention we received and accommodations that were made to
Ensure our day was perfect! Brookhaven went above and beyond to ensure we had a stage large enough for our band. They worked with us to ensure we had protein options that were kosher/halal. Every member of their management, facilities and banquet staff was great. -

From the event staff to the food & beverage team to the event servers, everyone helped create an environment that our guests are still talking about. If we ever went through this process again, it would be at Brookhaven. -

They responded quickly to everything, listened to our ideas, gave good advice, and did everything the way we wanted. They were so on top of things; I never worried about the reception. Everyone says the food was amazing as well! -

I don't know who will replace her, but if they do half the job she did, it will be a great experience for you. Everyone at the wedding said the food, location, and overall experience was one of the best they had been to. It was the most fun part of planning the entire wedding. Keeley's suggestions and calmness helped immensely to ease the pain of detail planning. Seriously, the food and decor (by Cody, the Club's horticulturist) was the best in the area (and I researched them all!). The best value I could find for a classy reception at a reasonable price. -

Jessie Sent on 11/08/2009We worked with Jennifer for months and she was helpful the entire time! And not just with what Brookhaven was doing for us, she helped with other vendors too! The whole day was perfect and the food was wonderful. Sherman is an amazing chef and he worked with us to make a few special dishes because of the food restrictions a couple guests had. Our ceremony and reception was at Brookhaven and both went off without a hitch. The layout of the chairs around the firepit was perfect, just like everything was for our day! I can't say enough good things about Jennifer, Brookhaven and everyone who worked so hard on our day! -

Brookhaven was easily the most friendly and flexible wedding venue we toured! From the beginning they shared our excitement and vision for our wedding day. Bre and her team went above and beyond for us including: helping make custom cocktails, she designed and printed custom menus for each place setting, they left their outdoor Christmas lights up for us, extended our venue time, etc. Our guests complimented the ample space inside, easy parking, the quality of the food, and the cocktails. I enjoyed every second of planning my wedding and the wedding day. Attached are some pictures from our sneak peeks, I will upload more when we get our full gallery back! -

Best team, best value, best venue!
Brookhaven was a blessing of a venue! From all the details, one-off requests, prep leading up to the wedding, and the team who made everything possible, we would do it all again!
The Brookhaven events team worked with us (and vendors) to ensure smooth load-in and out transitions. We brought a good amount of personal items into the venue (mirrors, picture frames, ginger jars) and the team let us organize all of it ahead of the wedding. There are plenty of nooks and one-off rooms around the main ballroom. The club's personal items were removed so we could put our own signage/ pictures up, jars and frames on shelves, and utilize every aspect of the club! In-house catering was so delicious and the culinary team was top-tier! We appreciate how excited the team got excited with us and how they did everything possible to make sure the day was perfect! -

Brookhaven was wonderful to work with! They were willing to try any idea we had and very flexible as we refined the details of our event. We had an amazing day and everything looked stunning!
They do provide an event manager which helped to facilitate everything going on at the club -- like setup and food. They were exceptional at this. Amanda, my event manager, was very detailed and helpful in creating the layout of the event, coordinating the tables/chairs based on my seating chart and having the venue ready for us. She was great at keeping notes and remembering what we had discussed for the event.
An additional benefit of Brookhaven, they had rooms we could get ready in! This made it very easy to have both the groomsmen+groom and bride+bridesmaid all getting ready in one location with ample space. This made photography very easy. It also made it very easy to coordinate transportation between the ceremony and reception for the bridal party as well as allowing a place for the bridal party to leave their pre-wedding attire while the festivities were going on.
I would highly recommend having a day-of-coordinator if you choose Brookhaven. This is someone who would work with the event manager to make sure centrepieces are set and that everything is delivered. While the event manager does know all of the details, there are so many things going on that having a day-of-coordinator to make sure everything is in place -- decorative photos, guest book, signage, etc. -- is necessary.
I would highly recommend Brookhaven as a venue. They did a great job of taking care of us and our guests! -

We had a lovely wedding at Brookhaven. The food was great, and was a great deal more affordable than other venues we looked at. The space was lovely (HUGE dance floor). We had 140 people and did a grand march (which includes all guests) throughout the room and there was plenty of space. One downside was the tables were not set up as requested, and staff and family had to fix this quickly between happy hour and the dinner (entire tables had to be moved so they would not be blocked by pillars). Also, the maître d' left before the end of the festivities, and one of the deserts was never passed out with the cake as requested. -

We held our daughter’s wedding at Brookhaven Country Club and it was a failure in execution.
Guests went without food. Others waited over an hour to be served. See picture of the Father of The Bridge waiting to be the last one to get a meal. Wrong and incomplete items were delivered. Staff was visibly confused on basic meal delivery despite an approved plan. This wasn’t a small mistake—it was a breakdown in operations.
Bar service didn’t match what was contracted for almost 2 hours, adding to the issues.
The worst part was the response: no real accountability, blame shifted to details like name cards, and a token refund that didn’t come close to addressing the impact.
Go elsewhere or risk ruining an important milestone. We will never darken their door again.
