Loved working with Brooke Christl on my wedding day

Brooke is amazing to work with!! When I got engaged there was no question who the photographer would be. I have known Brooke for several years and knew she not only created beautiful pictures, but she is fun and easy to work with. She is very professional and will create the most beautiful pictures of your wedding day. We chose a destination wedding in the mountains and Brooke had no problem traveling the 5 hours to be there with us. On our wedding day, Brooke was there anytime I needed anything and happily accepted some wishes I wanted for personal pictures. "They" say your wedding photographer is the most important investment on your wedding day, and from experience, "they" are right. My husband and I are beyond happy with our wedding experience with Brooke Christl.

Amazing Wedding Photographer

We used Brooke to capture our wedding and the pictures came out stunning! She worked well with our families and was able to capture great pictures of toddlers that were in the wedding. Brooke was able to put together a beautiful slide show a week after our wedding which we all enjoyed. Every photo is incredible and I have such a hard time picking which ones to hang up! Her work is truly amazing and I would highly recommend her!!

She is Amazing!

Brooke has been amazing since we contacted her. From our engagement shoot to the wedding. We have enjoyed meeting her and the quality work that she does. Our photos are amazing! Weeks following up to the wedding, Brooke had a timeline ready and made sure everyone was on the same page. Day of the wedding, she was in sync with the DJ as well as her colleague (Robin, who was super sweet and just as amazing!). The day/night of the wedding flowed so well as she made sure we stayed on track and she was super about small reminders. Every time I turned around, I saw her capturing every moment possible. We recommend her 100%! We can't wait to use her for our future family photos as well.

From nervous out-of-towner to pleasantly pleased

Absolutely thrilled with my decision to use Brooke Christl Photography. I truly could not have been happier with the decision to have her photograph our wedding. As you know wedding decisions can be stressful. For my husband and I it was extremely tough as we are from Indiana. So we had no local knowledge or referrals. I merely read reviews and looked at websites and went with my gut. I hoped and prayed that I made the right decision. As this is a once in a lifetime special moment to treasure forever. The day of the wedding is when we met and I was immediately relieved knowing that I had made the right decision. All of our guest, family and friends were pleased with our decision. Brooke is amazing, kind, wonderful, professional, and puts even the most nervous bride at ease. You cannot go wrong with Brooke Christl Photography. Not only do I recommend her but I look forward to using her again in the years to come on our vacations.

Brooke is absolutely a jewel to work with and does an amazing job at capturing your desired looks/moments and even ones you didn't think you wanted. Lol

WOW! What an amazing and professional job Brooke did! She was able to photograph our wedding and made it SO easy and Fun! We are absolutely in love with all of our pictures. If you are looking to hire a photographer do yourself a favor a hire Brooke! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and her pictures are amazing!! We had a bit of a weather disaster on our wedding day, but Brooke never batted an eye and still managed to get us stunning pictures! One of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process was hiring Brooke!

I can't say enough good things about Brooke! We could not have asked for a better photographer! She has so many options for packages and is very flexible in your wants and needs. We had an engagement and bridal photo shoot on top of our wedding day. She is so fast with getting your pictures back to you and the wedding album is absolutely STUNNING!! She is soooo nice and fun to work with. Her pictures are so creative and beautiful... she is the best around!!

I can’t say enough good things about Brooke. She was amazing in all of our sessions from engagement to the wedding day. Her photos were beautiful and everyone was gushing over them and how she made us all look beautiful. When she put together our wedding album, she chose the layout and photos so well that I didn’t find anything to ask that she change. Even after the wedding, her personal touches when she sent us our pictures were totally unexpected but made us feel so important to her and very touched at her detailed care. Love her!

My husband and I cannot praise Brooke's work and professionalism enough! Besides the fact that her work was GORGEOUS, she is the sweetest person and made us feel right at home with her, so we knew we were making the right decision. From the very start she was so helpful with helping us find other vendors, including our wedding venue! We were from out of town so with her suggestions, we were able to plan our wedding quite easily! From our engagement photos to our wedding photos, we were so happy with the outcome! We wouldn't have had anyone else. :) When I look at our wedding book, I still get chills from that day...she captured everything so perfectly, you can feel the love! Overall, Brooke went above and beyond our expectations as she provided so much more than just photography, her help in the planning process, the little surprise goodies, and just her wonderful personality made our experience with her just amazing. We can't thank her enough! We recommend her to ALL!! :)

I was an an out of state bride as my wedding took place at Myrtle Beach so it was a destination wedding. I did plenty of research and knew from the quality I reviewed online and the actual reviews from real customers that Brooke Christl Photography was who I wanted to capture my big day. Being from WV and 8 hours away I knew I had to meet all my vendors at least once to calm the pre marriage jitters. I met Brooke a month prior and also did a photo shoot with her and became obsessed with her personality, her photography style, and her photos. She really is amazing at what she does and her work is extremely tasteful, classy, and A+ quality and not to mention her vibe makes you feel so comfortable! On the wedding day she captured all of our memories without us feeling like the day was being taken over by constantly getting photos...which was important to me but esp by fiance, as he is not a big "picture taker". My fiance was so pleased and thrilled with Brooke's style and the level of comfort he had with her we have decided when we have children and take a MB vaca, she will be the first person we call! You cannot go wrong with Brooke and the level of photography she produces. She is a genius at what she does and my husband, family, and friends absolutely adore her!

Brooke was sooo awesome! She was very patient with all the wedding party and knew when i had enough and said ok, it's Jackie & parkers turn. Wedding party get outta here! Everytime i turned throughout the night her or Betty were there capturing the moment! And maybe this is a little TMI but coming in from outside taking pictures with just parker and myself i really had to pee, Brooke helped! We know eachother other than her doing my wedding photos! Loved that! Would defintily recommend her to anyone. Especially if you want that photographer that makes you feel at ease. Parker loved her too! Oh and the photo booth was FUN!!!!

While being a bridesmaid at another wedding I had the pleasure of meeting Brooke and seeing her work. I instantly fell in love with what she does! I really felt like she took the time to get to know me and my husband to learn what kind of pictures we would be happy with. I am generally not comfortable in front of the camera, and with her direction my pictures turned out absolutely amazing!! She is so easy to work with, and even jumps in to help out in so many ways! She was such a huge part of making my wedding my perfect day. She is very easy to get ahold of and works with you in any way she can. By far the best on the beach and would recommend her to all my friends and family! My pictures are amazing and really captured our personality:) Will definitely be working with her again in the future!

After seeing pictures Brooke took from a friends wedding, I knew then I wanted her to photograph my wedding. I couldn't have chosen any better! She is absolutely amazing at all that she does. Not only is she professional, she is super nice, fun, and down to earth. She was quick to respond to calls and emails, also quick at getting my engagement, bridal, and wedding photos back to me. She worked well with the other vendors and helped my wedding day go smoothly. She made sure every little special moment was captured. I have had numerous compliments about all of my photos. I knew I wanted Brooke to be my photographer as soon as I met with her! She was professional, but also made me feel like I'd known her for a long time! All photo sessions were laid back and fun! She makes you feel beautiful the whole time, and puts the men at ease too! Always quick to respond to emails/calls and never seemed annoyed or too busy for me! By my wedding day, she felt more like a friend than photographer! My wedding photos are amazzzzing!! I knew in looking at Brooke's website that she would be a top contender when choosing a photographer for my October wedding. When I met with her for the first time, there was no doubt in my mind. She had an infectious personality that immediately put me at ease with all my wedding planning. She had a great list of contacts for other vendors that helped a lot since I was relatively new to the area.
Brooke also did our engagement shoot and she did a great job recommending different locations to meet our personalities. She brings a lot of enthusiasm and professionalism to each job! And her work speaks for itself! We loved all of our pictures from our engagement shoot and from the wedding! Our bridal party had a blast working with her and we got nothing but amazing compliments from everybody about our pictures! Brooke made our wedding day stress free and gave us the most beautiful pictures to remember it the rest of our lives!

Brooke was a dream to work with. From the beginning, she made me and my now husband feel comfortable both while determining what we were looking for and during photo sessions. All of the photos from our pre-wedding sessions and day of festivities were gorgeous. She made sure I had all of the pictures that I asked for, and some that I would never have even though to request. Her prices are reasonable, and we received a beautifully-done wedding album along with a DVD of all photos taken during the wedding and reception. She also made sure we had a wonderful time, even teaching my wedding party "The Wobble" during the reception. I would recommend Brooke and her team to anyone! Thanks Brooke!

I highly recommend Brooke Christl Photography to anyone! She is fabulous! She is so talented and does a phenomenal job with taking pictures that truely capture the essence of your day. She made my husband and I feel at ease throughout the whole day. We also did an Engagement Photo session with her, which was great because we got to know her and be comfortable with her. The engagement photos are so fun, light, flirty, and playful...I love them, they are on the beach! She is super professional, and the quality of her photos is superb. Photography is truly an art form, and Brooke has mastered it. She will be our family photographer throughout the years!

We were so lucky to have found Brooke to capture the entire celebration of our marriage. We had so much fun with her with our engagement session pictures. It was really a great experience in getting to know each other and to see her creativity and professionalism. Brooks ability to capture every emotion of our wedding and celebration will stay with us forever. Having a wedding party of 20 or so people was a little overwhelming to say the least. Brooke did such an amazing job at my brothers wedding that I asked her to travel from Myrtle Beach to Washington, DC to do my wedding. She did such an amazing job and has such a great eye for capturing the moment. She got everything I wanted to remember- from the big to small details. Brooke is wonderful!! She was a joy to work with and would recommend her to anyone. She was responsive and willing to work around our needs. It rained on the day of our beach wedding, but Brooke hung around. As soon as there was a break in the weather, we rushed outside for pics. Brooke knew how much getting a few beach pics would mean to us, and came through. She is a professional person and has a gift for photography. So if you would like to get married in Myrtle Beach or the surrounding area, Brooke would be a beautiful addition to your day!

Brooke was great! From the beginning she had our interest in mind and not just with our photography. Since we were having a long distance wedding, we did not have much time to select vendors. When we were having problems finding certain vendors Brooke made some great unbiased recommendation based on our preferences. She recommended certain vendors if we wanted to go a certain directions, and some different ones if we wanted to go another direction. It made our vendor selection so much less stressful. All of her recommendations were perfect.

As for the pictures they turned out great as well. We havent seen all our wedding pictures yet, but our engagement pictures were beautiful. The wedding pictures we have seen were gorgeous as well. She was great to work with. She helped us formulate a game plan for the day of the wedding to minimize the amount of pictures we had to take after the wedding so we could enjoy our reception. It was also the hottest day of the year and worked great with us even though we were hot and a little cranky :) She was spot on with the list of pictures we wanted to take, and even stayed a little late to make sure we got all the pictures we wanted. She was great and I would not look anywhere else.

I booked Brooke two weeks before my wedding because my previously contracted photography scammed me. Brooke was amazing. She is so cute and upbeat. I felt very peaceful and happy and not at all worried about leaving things in her hands. I mentioned one picture that I really wanted because it was one like my fiance's parents did. Brooke not only got the perfect shot but it was even better than I had hoped for.

She has great vision and was so quiet and unobtrusive there were times I forgot she was even there. I have the great pictures and memories from my wedding that I had hoped for.

Brooke is simply amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable when shooting and makes the process so much fun that you'll want her to spend all day shooting just you!! She had all of my bridesmaids in tears with her sweet and touching shots! We were such a mess! The groomsmen loved her because she let them cut up and do their typical boys horsing around. I was concerned with getting married in the evening since it would be dark, but she assured me the shots would be beautiful, and they were! She is who you want when looking for the perfect photographer for your special day.

Brooke is such a talent - I can't even begin to describe how beautiful her work is! I normally don't like having my picture taken, but she made me (and everyone else) so at ease. Not only that, she made it so much fun! She goes above and beyond to make sure that she gets the best shots and that everyone in the photographs feels totally comfortable. Aside from her professionalism and unbelievable talent, she is one of the nicest people that I've met! I couldn't imagine having anyone else capture my day...Brooke Christl captured our day beautifully and we will cherish our photos forever! Thank you Brooke!!

My wedding ceremony outside at the Ocean Club at Grande Dunes was being rained upon. As a panic stricken bride, Brooke Christl helped to make sure my dream of an outside wedding ceremony would come true. My spirits were very low at this point. Somehow by the grace of God, a small window for us to get outside to get married came along. We cut the ceremony in half and got the pictures of our dreams right outside and on the beach! My husband HATES PICTURES but when we met Brooke and saw her work, we were hooked right away. We are more than pleased with our pictures and he even loves them too! This meant the world to me, that Brian loved the way he looked. We aren't exactly photogenic but she magically made us look fantastic! I would recommend her to any destination or local bride. She is worth every single penny I spent. She even accommodated me by creating my own package for me. She even carried my dress to make sure it didn't get all wet outside! THANK YOU BROOKE FOR MAKING US SO HAPPY and we can't wait to see the rest of our pictures!!!

We truly loved working with Brooke Christl Photography! We could not have asked or hoped for a friendlier or more professor photographer – Brooke is the best there is! Not only is her eye for amazingly unique and tremendously beautiful photos superb – but she as a person was a utter joy to work with. Instantly, Brooke makes anyone feel at ease and relaxed. In addition, Brooke offered assistance in every way we needed. Honest to goodness, when we met Brooke for the first time to take our engagement pictures – we were terribly worried about finding a sane minister. Thankfully, Brooke leaped at the opportunity to help by giving us numerous minister recommendations. Brooke was a heaven sent to our wedding!

I had the pleasure of knowing Brooke prior to working with her professionally. Therefore, I already knew that being around Brooke was like being outside on a sunny day with your best friend. When my husband and I got engaged, the very first call I made was to Brooke to see if she was available to photograph our special day.

Brooke’s talent is evident to anyone who sees her photographs, but the vision and experience that she brings is only truly seen when you witness her process. Brooke photographed my bridal portraits a few weeks prior to our wedding, which is something I highly recommend as it rained on our wedding day. Toward the end of the session, as we were heading back inside from the beach, she stopped everything insisting we get a few more shots. The natural lighting was perfect on the beach at sunset and she had to take advantage of it. I am so grateful that she did. The last few pictures are some of the most breath-taking pictures we captured that day and she knew that they would be. She sees the beauty in the setting that others may have missed.

I never imagined that I would love my photographs more because it rained on our wedding day. Our wedding colors were black and ivory and Brooke pulled out a beautiful black umbrella for our outdoor photographs that looked absolutely perfect. The pictures were unique and elegant. I cannot imagine more beautiful pictures to remember our day.

It is obvious that Brooke enjoys her work and her fun personality is infectious. You cannot help but have a great time when you are with her. She was able to make the entire bridal party laugh, relax and feel comfortable throughout the wedding day. She listened to our vision for what we wanted our wedding to be and she made it happen, flawlessly. She made me feel confident, comfortable and really enjoy the process. I could not offer a higher recommendation than I do for Brooke Christl. She not only captured our memories in an extraordinarily unique way, her vision, enthusiasm, and personal attention to every detail helped her shape our memories in to the perfect wedding day.

It felt like Brooke was part of our family the moment we met her. We “clicked” and I knew this is who I wanted to record the best day of our lives together! Brooke is ready to capture anything, from jumping into the river as we took on our first plunge to the tears of a father the first time he sees his little girl on her wedding day. She understands your emotions and wants nothing but the best for you. She listens to your every want and desire. Brooke made our wedding day memorable and stress free. We did not have to worry about our pictures because we knew Brooke would get every shot possible. She made our entire wedding party and family very comfortable in front of the camera and our pictures reflect that. We had so many compliments from our guests about how professional Brooke was and how great of a personality she had. I am very happy with the pictures she took. Each and every time I look back at them, I remember every emotion of that day.

I also did a boudoir shoot with Brooke, and I was a little skeptical at first of doing a boudoir shoot. I am very self-conscious of my body. Brooke relaxed every nerve that I had the moment I stepped into the room. She knew which poses would make my body look the best. She made it fun but sexy at the same time. She coached me through each pose so she could get the best shot possible. By the end of the session we were both laughing and having a great time. I felt very confortable in front of the camera and in front of her. I am very happy that I did it. I was excited when I saw my pictures and could not wait for my fiancé to see them on our wedding night! I knew this would be a unique gift that he would cherish forever. This experience showed me the beauty of my own body. Every woman thinks that they have flaws, but with Brooke’s boudoir experience, I did not see any of my flaws, only my perfections. I enjoyed this experience and would do it again!

My husband and I have the sincere pleasure of using this forum to wholeheartedly recommend Brooke Christl Photography for your next special event. Brooke phtographed our late October 2010 wedding and, although the venue itself was picturesque, Brooke used her expertise to incorporate the natural beauty of the backdrops in a most artful and beautiful fashion. In addition, she managed to capture all the important and spontneous moments during the ceremony and reception while maintaining a low profile that in no way interfered with our special celebration. In addition, Brooke has continued to be completely responsive and enthusiastic since our event by posting "first look photos" on-line directly following the wedding, and by providing thank you photo cards in a most timely manner.

I'm a very picky person and wanted a photographer that was going to take photos that were unique and creative; photos that I hadn't seen somewhere before. I researched many different photographers in the area by viewing their websites, reading reviews, seeing their work in bridal magazines, meeting them at expos, etc. EVERYTHING kept pointing to Brooke. Every time I picked a photo in a magazine that I liked, it was one she had taken, every time I saw something beautiful and unique advertised like a "boudoir album" or a "trash the dress" session, I would find out that she was the photographer behind them. I finally decided I had to meet with her. I would know immediately once I met her. I like to think I'm pretty intuitive when it comes to first impressions and knowing if we are going to click or not, plus what better way to view someone's work than to meet with them and see their books and products in person. The second I met Brooke I was a goner. I swear it was as if I had known her my whole life. The thing I really value in any vendor is one that listens, really listens, to what you say you want and are looking for and makes it happen for you. Brooke did just that. I had told her I was looking for something very different and fun and wanted a vintage style for all of my wedding photographs. By the time I had left, we were best friends who were giddy with excitement to work together and be creative with the shoot. I booked Brooke for my wedding as well as my bridal shoot and definitely didn't want to miss out on doing something as fun as a trash the dress session or boudoir albulm as a gift to my husband. Brooke was absolutely amazing in every way one could be. My vintage boudoir album was the coolest thing I'd ever seen and my husband adored it, my vintage bridal shoot looked like it was a bunch of still shots taken right out of an old classic hollywood movie, and though I haven't received the pictures from the wedding yet, Brooke gave me a sneak peak on some, and they are just so amazing. I didn't even think it was possible to have such beautiful photos. They are done so well that even the people in them look better, lol. I realize I have gone on and on about Brooke and her work, but it is just because I was truly amazed by everything she did. I feel like she is a lifelong friend now, and all of her brides feel the same way it seems. That says a lot about someone. I found Brooke beautiful, always smiling, hilarious, easy going, creative, and willing to do whatever you are comfortable with doing. I even found myself running to her to play the friend role the day of the wedding which was funny to me. I love her and will ALWAYS recommend her to the highest degree. She made my pictures even better than I could have imagined. Pictures are the only thing you get to keep after the wedding is over that captured the priceless moments and always remind you of one of the most important days of your life. It's so important to have them done right.

My husband and I were introduced to Brooke by our wedding planner and we couldn't be happier! We had a wonderful experience, she does great work and is SO nice to work with. Brooke made the experience fun on a (typically) stressful day, it was more like working with a friend than someone we had only met a few times!! She has a great attitude and will keep you smiling no matter what! Our photos are amazing, we will cherish them forever!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Brooke Christl Photography! They made sure they were there to photograph my wedding day, and were on time & professional. All of the pictures turned out wonderfully! They also worked with me on my budget and offered several options. The price for the value, service, and quality of photographs was great. Brooke is great with capturing shots that are not posed which are my favorite! She was so patient with me during my crazy wedding day prep and I felt comfortable with her the whole time.
