He came early, left late - had cameras everywhere, and I mean everywhere - little ones next to use while eating, I can't even imagine all of the footage! He was accomodating with our requests - we shared which videos of his we were especially fond of and what songs we'd like within our highlights videos and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! Having a videographer is sometimes not on peoples lists but it allows you to relive your day forever and EVER. Work with Travis - he's smart, professional and excellently priced. Thanks for everything Travis! -

Our coordinator recommended our videographer, Travis Brogen with Brogen Productions to us. I was searching high and low for a videographer that offered what we were looking for within our budget which was more difficult than I could have imagined. For insight, we wanted some drone footage of the venue property, the full ceremony captured with the other “big moments” (speeches, first dance, mother/son, father/daughter) along with a highlight video and some candid reception footage. Apparently this isn’t the norm for most videographers or they charge an arm and leg for it.
Travis had a package available which included all of that and was kind enough to add the drone footage at no additional cost. We liked his style of shooting and the final results of what he showed us so we decided to book him. He was so friendly on the phone and answered all of my many questions. On the day of the wedding, he showed up earlier than expected to start gathering footage and stayed later than expected to make sure he grabbed everything we asked for; he never asked for additional compensation for his time.
Now, in his contract we signed it said products would be delivered anywhere from 3-6 months from the date of the event. We got married November 12th and around Valentine’s Day I reached out because I hadn’t heard from him since -- not even for a small highlight video. My emails went unanswered for a few weeks until he did deliver the 3-minute highlight video which we loved.
I did ask when we should expect our full-feature and he said it would be the next project he worked on. Fast-forward to end of April/beginning of May and I reach out again because I had not heard from him. More unanswered emails until finally he told me it would NOW be the next project. At this point, are only a week from the 6-month deadline and I’m pretty annoyed. He was able to finally deliver the product to me within a few days of that deadline. However, for most of the content being unedited, I’m not sure it was worth the 6-month wait.
Overall, I would recommend Travis for his work but beware you may have to wait the full 6 months to receive your products. I wish his communication would have been better; even if he was behind, an email would have been appreciated -

We paid him for his services and he won't return calls or respond to messages.
Contract states 6 months from the wedding date and we still haven't gotten our video. This man is a thief. -

We got married June 8th 2019. Signing up for the contracts was simple and fast. He seemed very reliable and friendly (which is why we choose him). A month before the wedding I never heard from him. I didn't hear anything until about a few days before the wedding. He was friendly and professional the day of the wedding. We received our highlights about 3 months after the wedding. After that things went downhill. Our SIGNED CONTRACT states we would receive our full wedding video within 6 months!
Well, unfortunately this wasn't the case. He dropped ALL communications with me and my parents after the wedding. We tried tiressly to reach out to him. With no responses until maybe a week or 2 later? And even then it was just a simple text which then he was unreachable again to talk to. We requested multiple times for him to call us and he utterly refused. His unprofessionalism by texting my parents late at night is inexcusable. We threatened to pull a lawyer in since at this point he breeached the contract terms. Clearly this never phased him.
His unprofessionalism and lack of standard communication skills is the reason I stress and highly DO NOT recommend his services.
The final wedding video was finally sent 9 months after the wedding!! Even when we saw the video it was still a let down. There was mostly close ups. I couldn't see the full scope of the wedding. I also didn't see much of my side of the family which is really disappointing.
Again. I wouldn't recommend his services to any bride. Please spare yourself the drama and stress, it's not worth it!!! Pay more for the better professionals out there. I promise it will be worth it!
