Great service!

Very easy to communicate with and reasonable pricing. They showed up on time and were very accommodating with all of the stops we had to make. The party bus was also very clean and the driver was very friendly and helpful!

Great experience, would recommend!

We had a great experience with Broadway Elite! They were very helpful, friendly, and flexible down to even the day of our wedding! They gave honest recommendations instead of trying to upsell us for more costly or additional shuttles, and I felt that they had great prices. We even used them for our honeymoon - booking a car less than 12 hours in advance when our ride to the airport fell through! I definitely recommend them!

Great service

Our hotel block used Broadway for their shuttle service for our guests, and we used them to shuttle our bridal party from the hotel to the venue the morning of. They were timely and professional. Making sure we all had no issues getting to the venue on time.

Broadway Elite was a pleasure to work with. They made the scheduling easy and the communication was exceptional, even with changes to the timeline. The drivers were professional and prompt. Great Service!

Broadway Elite was perfect for our wedding! We worked with them for our 200 person wedding, and they ensured that everyone got to the venue on time!

They also were very accommodating to our guests that wanted to leave a little earlier, which was greatly appreciated!

The vans were clean, and fit everyone!

We appreciate their service and highly recommend!

Great for wedding transportation!

Broadway elite and Brian were amazing to work with on our wedding day and provided flawless execution picking up and dropping off our guests to and from our venue. Brian was incredibly communicative as we changed the number of shuttles and type of shuttles several times without a problem. The pick ups at both the hotel and venue were smooth, arrived/left on time, and everyone was accounted for! The shuttles were clean, elevated and comfortable. We would definitely recommend Broadway Elite for any transportation needs!

Such a great team

We had 3 thirty passenger busses for our guests to arrive to and from our hotel and we had no complaints! The guests were all super happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the shuttles and they all arrived on time and safely! Would def recommend

Great experience!

We hired Broadway Elite to provide transportation for our wedding and can't rave about them enough! They were super easy to work with, and Brian and Gary checked in several times leading up to the event to ensure all details were correct. They navigated a venue change with ease. Our driver was on time and truly the best - he kept the energy high and the party going with his attitude! We can't recommend them enough for your big day and will definitely be using them in the future.

Highly Recommend!

We hired Broadway Elite for our October 2021 wedding. I had the privilege to work with Brian who was so kind and knew exactly which bus we needed to take our guests to and from the venue. The morning of our wedding, the driver even called me to let me know he was at the hotel on time waiting for the guests to arrive. I highly recommend Broadway Elite, they were great!

The BEST in the Game!!

We cannot say enough positive things about Broadway Elite! They are the best in the game!
We used Broadway Elite for our wedding transportation and airport transportation for our honeymoon. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID. Brian and the Broadway Elite staff were easy to work with and helped change our reservations to our new date. The drivers were friendly, helpful, professional, and punctual. The limos and cars we took were clean, comfortable, and provided a top-notch experience. Go with Broadway Elite and you will not be disappointed! We can assure you that! We will definitely be using Broadway Elite for any future transportation needs.

Professional and reliable

Brian was very helpful in assisting us on deciding how many shuttles and what size to get for our wedding. They were very flexible and accommodating and worked with our schedule to provide transportation for our guests until 2am! They drove guests back to multiple hotels, not just the one that we had a block at. They were right on time and got all of our guests to our ceremony site early! Amazing service!

Great Vendor

Broadway Elite was a great vendor to work with. They were flexible with what we needed to purchase as far as transportation and really easy to work with. Transportation provided through hotel - great service!

We were offered free shuttle service to and from our venue through our hotel block (Archer Florham Park) and the hotel contracted out to Broadway Elite. While we didn't hire them directly ourselves, we ended up deciding to book them for an extra hour to help with transport to and from our first look photos as well. They made the day so much easier! They provided great service, clean shuttles, and friendly staff. We'd definitely recommend them to other couples getting married in the area.

Great service

We booked the 24-person mini bus for our wedding transport. It was perfect for our needs and it was reasonably priced. Broadway Elite quickly responded to phone calls and emails during the planning process. They were flexible, even through the week of the wedding, as we made changes to the meeting locations.

Great Shuttle Service

The Archer Hotel Florham Park (where I had my hotel wedding block) booked my shuttle service with Broadway Elite. The mini-bus shuttles were on time, comfortable, and had polite drivers who drove safely. I highly recommend their services! It makes transporting your wedding guests stress-free :)

Great transportation

I called Broadway Elite and ended up using them for my rehearsal dinner. I needed to transport my guests from the hotel to the venue, I used the 32 passenger Mini Bus and it was really nice, it was spacious and clean. I would recommend this for large groups. They were on time for both pick up and drop off.

Broadway Elite made booking my wedding transportation SO easy. When I called, I spoke with Brian, and he found me the most cost efficient way to get to and from my winter wedding (12/22/17). Rather than selling me on a bus for 5 or 6 hours, he advised me to drop the boys off at the church in a one way luxury van, while the girls get in the bus, and then just use the bus for a couple of hours to get from the church to the venue. When the bus arrived, the driver was amazing! I wish I remembered his name. He made us all feel comfortable and was fun. He also was very attentive to me while I got on and off the bus to make sure my dress and I got in and out safely. When we got to the church, the driver helped open the doors for me, and while guests were trying to sneak into the wedding late, he didn't let them in, which I really appreciated because he didn't allow anyone to interrupt the processional or my experience down the aisle. He kindly let them in after my dad and I took off. The nicest thing about this company was that I booked a coach bus to travel around in, but they said if no one booked the large party bus that they would send it for us to use at no extra cost as a thank you for my husband's military service. Unfortunately, the party bus got booked, but we thought it was such a nice gesture for them to offer up something so luxurious. A really nice personal touch as far as customer service is concerned.

I would absolutely recommend Broadway Elite to any couple looking to get married in the northern NJ area!

Andy was amazing to work with when booking the transportation to and from our wedding! He was professional, accommodating, and flexible to work with regarding the times I wanted my guests to be picked up at the hotel and brought to the wedding and the time I wanted us picked up and brought back to the hotel. If you are looking for reliable limo and shuttle services for your wedding, I highly recommend Broadway Elite.

We had some complicated logistics for our affair, involving 3 hotels, many guests, plus transportation for the bridal party. Working with Brian, the owner, was easy, productive and incredibly efficient.

He listened to my concerns and came up with perfect solutions. His pricing was better than anything else we found, even for an event that is not exactly within his main geography.

Everything went off without a hitch on the day of the wedding and our guests were well taken care of. You can use Broadway Elite with confidence that this element will be taken care of without your direct involvement on the day of your wedding.

Broadway Elite was great to work with for booking all of our transportation for the day of our wedding as well as our airport transportation for our honeymoon. There were a lot of moving parts the day of the wedding, between shuttles, party buses, van transportation - everything was on time, reliable and made the day go smoothly. The service provided by Broadway Elite was excellent. Brian was very responsive and helpful in organizing the transportation to and from our wedding venue for our wedding party and guests. He worked closely with us to make sure we had the appropriate type/size vehicles for our needs, and was very flexible and accommodating of last minute changes and additions. Our limo was awesome! We had 2 different pickup locations and everything was seamless. The driver was great, very professional. We had a blast popping the champagne and playing music on the way from the church to the reception!

Our wedding day was the most special day of our lives. A big part of what made this day so amazing was the service provided to us by our vendors – Broadway Elite being one of them. Broadway Elite did a phenomenal job for my wedding on November 19, 2016. Brian was a pleasure to work with and accommodated all of our needs from the very beginning. The drivers arrived early, were professional, and made us all feel comfortable.

Broadway Elite also provided us with airport transportation for our honeymoon and we did not have to once worry about transportation. We were scheduled for a 6am pickup time from our house and the driver was there before 6. When we returned home, our flight landed almost an hour early and the driver was waiting for us with a sign as soon as we walked into the baggage claim.

Thank you will never be enough for the amazing service they provided to us. I would highly recommend Broadway Elite and I can’t wait to use them in the future. Thank you again to Brian and the rest of the team.

Transportation was an issue from the beginning for us for our wedding, and because I was so overwhelmed with so many other details of our wedding day, I waited until the last minute to figure out on driving situation for the day. That is something I do not recommend! But, Andy at Broadway Elite came to our rescue! He was recommended to us by our venue, and now I can see why! He was very knowledgable and easy to work with. His prices were great too! A month before the wedding we booked our transportation for our out of town guests as well as ourselves and the drivers, shuttle, and car services all arrived on time and knew exactly where they were going. It made our day very easy and we didn't have to worry about anything!

We went to Broadway Elite after a friend recommended their services. We are thrilled that we followed their advice!! Broadway Elite was very easy to work with and reasonably priced for any budget. The planning process was very organized, detailed and EASY! The drivers were personable and incredibly thoughtful - assisting my bridesmaids in and out of the limo, entertaining my 2 yr old nephew, and even holding my dress and offering to put my veil on!!! Broadway Elite provided the transportation for our wedding on June 4, 2016 at the Oakeside Mansion in Bloomfield, NJ. They provided limousines for the bridal party and shuttle service for hotel guests. All of the drivers were on time and professional. Working with Broadway Elite was great and we would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding transportation service.

We were referred to Broadway Elite by both hotels we booked rooms for, and they did not disappoint! We worked with Brian from beginning to end, and he couldn’t have been more awesome. We had transportation from each hotel to the venue and back, as well as from the hotel to our after party, and all the buses arrived early. Whenever we had any questions about the timeline of the day, or anything else, Brian was able to answer us quickly. Thank you for making our day so much smoother!

Broadway Elite made my wedding transportation SO EASY! Brian is so great to work with - super responsive and extremely accommodating. I was able to change my schedule around last minute with no problem. They provided transportation for the bridesmaids and groomsmen at separate hours and busing to and from our venue and hotel for my 150 guests! They were on time, professional, and their vehicles are clean and comfortable. Loved working with them!

Perfectly punctual, wonderful to work with! They provided us a luxury passenger van, a 32-seat bus, and a sedan for the couple. I would say it cost about $1,000 total. Every driver was on time and pleasant. It was also nice that gratuity and taxes were included in the initial bill - no hidden fees! THANKS!!

I am so happy that I chose Broadway Elite for my wedding day transportation. They provided a stretch Escalade for my bridal party and Lincoln MKT stretch for our parents to get from the church to our reception venue. They also transported the girls and guys in the bridal party to the church from 2 separate locations.

Brian was great to work with during the planning process. He always responded to my questions quickly and sent confirmation of all the pick up/drop off times and locations the week of the wedding. The limos arrived early and we all got where we needed to be ahead of schedule. They were clean and comfortable to ride in. All of this is what I would expect from a limousine company...

...What I didn't expect was how amazing our drivers were! They truly went above and beyond. The driver who transported us to the church helped make sure everyone was where they needed to be. Our church didn't have a very large area for me to wait before the ceremony so I chose to stay in the car & outside until it was time. He helped me in to the church, fixed my dress so it was laying perfectly and gave me the go-ahead to walk down the aisle. After the ceremony, he had champagne waiting for us outside.

I absolutely recommend Broadway Elite for the amazing service they provide.

Gary really was a gem to work with. We used the 32 passenger limo bus and it was AMAZING. So many times I've been in these buses and certain things don't work. Not here. It smelt freshly cleaned, the temperature was perfect, the music was blasting, lights were going and they were early! Which was amazing! We also used their shuttle services to and from the hotel for guests. They sent two 12 passenger vans that ran simultaneously an hour before and After the wedding. Their prices are reasonable and the service is incredible. Transportation is such a crucial part to your big day and working with them we were covered and didn't worry about a thing.

We used broadway elite to book their 24 passenger shuttle bus for our wedding to do multiple trips from our hotel to the wedding venue at the beginning and end of the evening. Transportation is such an important part and can turn things into a nightmare. We had no such issues with Broadway Elite, they were on time and made sure everyone was shuttled to and from.

Broadway Elite was great! They were able to handle my requests for several pick-ups and drop-offs using the same limo with ease. The limo arrived nice and early, and it was super clean. Brian was a pleasure to work with. Santos Limousine actually recommended Brian's company as I was looking to secure smaller vehicles for pick-up of the groomsmen to the church, pick-up of my parents post-wedding and for an airport ride for my brother in-law. Brian was very easy to work with as I did most communication and reservations via e-mail.

Brian's vehicles were reasonably priced and clean.

I would highly recommend Brian's company and look forward to using his services again in the near future!

Brian Wecksler (President of Broadway Elite) and the Broadway Elite team did an amazing job for my wedding on 08/10/2013. We provided transportation for everyone in the wedding (over 200 people) to and from the hotel, church and reception. We had several different vehicles (party bus, stretch limo, two 32 passenger shuttles, two vans, etc.) throughout the entire day with multiple pickup/dropoff locations and times. Everything was planned and executed perfectly. All the vehicles arrived ahead of time and they kept to our tight schedule. We had no issues and the Broadway elite staff was professional and courteous.

My wife and I looked at several other transportation companies before finally talking with Brian and Broadway Elite. The other companies seemed to be less professional, have fewer vehicles and quoted us prices much higher than what Brian was able to give us. Broadway Elite has a large warehouse full of nice vehicles and it felt like a legit transportation company with the latest technology and extremely friendly staff.

Brian seemed like he truly cared about making our day run perfectly and made sure we had everything we needed within our budget. There were several times where I had to add or change vehicles last minute because of late RSVP's for the wedding and Brian was very helpful and patient with all of the last minute changes.

My wife and I couldn't have been any happier with the job Broadway Elite did. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a legit transportation company to not book one until you have talked to Brian from Broadway Elite.

My husband and I would like to take a minute to thank Gary from Broadway Elite Limo and his entire team who helped in making our wedding day a breeze. Not once did I worry about transportation. The Limos were on time and Prompt!! And above and beyond clean. We were so pleased with the kind staff and how they went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our ride comfortable and to ensure my guests on the limo bus with us had all they needed. After the wedding was over we asked Broadway Elite if they could provide a shuttle home from the hotel the following morning and to no surprise, the shuttle bus arrived on time and ready to escort my guests back to our home town. Thank you will never be enough for the wonderful service this company has provided for us in completing the most important day of our life. We will definately use Broadway Elite again in the future to ensure the best service on some of the most special nights.

While I did not have a full wedding party, they provided a very clean limo with a professional driver. He arrived early to surprise my wife with a ride to the Crystal Plaza since she had wanted to drive herself. The driver was courteous, friendly, and helped her put the dress in the car. Thank you for helping with the surprise and making sure that my bride arrived safe.. very nice to deal with people who did not mind just a one-way drop and made us feel valued!

My family has owned and operated a wedding facility for over 34 years. We've used a lot of car companies and I have to say many of them have disappointed us. But not Broadway Elite!

I got married on May 26 and there was no one else I would have used. They have a dedicated staff person for weddings and this woman knows what she's doing! Which helps a lot! There is a lot of timing questions that arise when planning a wedding and the transportation goes along with that. It's important you talk to someone who can guide you and help make it easier. Andi is that woman!

For my wedding I rented a Rolls Royce and 3 stretch limos. All of them were in great condition and very clean. All of the drivers were friendly and looked professional. They arrived on time and had mapped out the route so there was no question.

I also used them for my rides to the airport for my honeymoon. I'm so glad I found them!!

I booked them for the shuttle bus from the hotel to the hall. They were so helpful in picking out which shuttle bus to choose. Broadway Elite surpassed my expectations in a limo company. The party bus we rented was amazing and roomy - with state of the art sound equipment, bar, and large tv. They were able to recommend the best route for my wedding day, did not need to be provided directions and helped us with all aspects of loading and unloading and were very professiona. In additon, thy were the company providing the shuttle service back and forth from the hotel to the reception site and the accomodated 100+ people perfectly. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to others. They certainly made our day that much easier.

Andi, the wedding coordinator, was professional and courteous throughout the entire planning process. No hassles whatsoever and the limo was clean both when we booked our date and on our wedding day. Broadway Elite did an excellent job providing transportation for my wedding party. When I first e-mailed the company to receive a price quote for a ten-passenger limo, Andi Ardolino responded within a few hours with the information I had requested. Later, when my mom and I went to look at their fleet in person, Andi was courteous and answered all of our questions. Broadway Elite offered us a generous 10% military discount, which we sincerely appreciated. On the day of the wedding, the driver (Eddy) showed up on time and made a point of introducing himself to me personally. I was a little concerned about fitting ten people comfortably, and it did end up being a bit squished, but we only had a 15-minute drive so it wasn't an issue. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Broadway Elite to other engaged couples.

Outstanding Transportation Services

We never typically think that our top vendors for our wedding would be the transportation company but boy were we wrong. Broadway Elite was fabulous to work with from start to finish. We had everything booked early on, hassle free. Then we had an issue with our hotel block. Broadway Elite immediately assisted in providing additional transport options to fix the issue. They were timely and extremely polite. They helped a guest find their correct hotel when they got lost. They also helped shuttle our guests to and from the ceremony to the venue because it was raining, and they did not want our guests getting wet crossing the parking lot. They were extremely professional and very easy to work with. Brian and Gary in the office made our potential logistical nightmare turn into an absolute breeze. I would 1000% recommend Broadway Elite for any transport needs.

We used Broadway Elite to transport guests between our hotel and the wedding venue. We worked with Andy who was super helpful and made the booking process very smooth and easy. We basically just told him our needs and he provided recommendations regarding shuttle timing and the different sized shuttles we had to choose from to best accommodate our guests. The buses were clean and the drivers were professional and timely. The payment process was simple and seamless with no hidden fees. All payments (including tipping) were done up front so we didn’t have to worry about any final payments or tipping on the day of the wedding – always a plus to have one less thing to worry about on your wedding day. Would definitely recommend Broadway Elite to others!

It was a wonderful experience working directly with Brian - from the early planning, to all the modifications, to the day of the wedding. Everything went as planned, although the stay at the church was longer than anticipated. We reserved a limo for the bridal party, a bus for the church and shuttles for the reception, all were clean and prompt. We had last minute airport transportation changes and as well as last minute reservations for the bride and groom to get to NJ and back from NYC. Brian gave us a discount on all of these services and was very responsive to all our inquiries. I highly recommend Broadway Elite!

They were very helpful. Very flexible as i changed the place of pickup the night before. They were early! Only complaint was that the limo guy was grabbing my train the whole time without being careful and wouldn't let any of the BM hold or help me but wanted them to sit inside first.

Brian Wecksler and his team are extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. On my wedding day, I had the misfortune to have 2 of my groomsmen arrive late to the appointed place of pick up and the chauffeur not for a second made me feel rushed or uncomfortable for the inconvenience he'd been placed in. Being I work in a time sensitive environment, I can truly appreciate the patience he demonstrated. Easy to work with but miscommunication with hotel

Broadway gave a great service for our shuttles. They were easy to contact and easy to work with. We had some miscommunications from the hotel about shuttle times so Broadway was able to rectify and give us reassurance on the times and routes. Rates are reasonable but I wouldn't say they are cheap. Our guests did mention that the heat was too high so the ride was uncomfortable but no other issues. Also, there is a fee for vomiting during the rides so make sure your guests are aware too!

Brian was very flexible with our transportation plans as we pieced together more and more details and adjusted our plans closer to our wedding day. Their staff was friendly and professional. We had discussed a few alternate plans and added an additional bus a few days before the event that didn’t end up showing up, but things worked fine anyways.

I booked my limos and shuttles sort of late in the game - and Elite had the best looking-limos,for a decent price. Brian helped me to book everything I needed and set up confirmations and payments via email. The limos and shuttles and drivers were all familiar with the routes and alternatives and were very professional. I was, however upset because on the day of the wedding, when I received a confirmation call, one of the shuttles was missing - and Brian and the Elite staff acted like it was favor to add it on, when I had an email from Brian saying that was set up a few days prior. It would have given me peace of mind if they had simply apologizes for the mistake. Additionally, they talked me out of booking the limo for an additional hour -I was worried about traffic - and then was charged a waiting/overtime fee because of traffic. They have a nice fleet of cars and good drivers, but I think there are better prices out there. Book early, and if you're worried about time, book extra time in advance - it's cheaper than the overtime.

It is very important to me that each and every one of our clients is happy with our services, and I am sorry that you were not. After speaking to him, I was informed that you went 55 minutes over the contracted time. We only charged you for 30 minutes of overtime. If we charged you for an additional hour of service it would have been well over $300. Because you had been concerned about the time we made the decision to only charge you for part of the overtime. Again, if you would have booked an additional hour of service it would have been more expensive than the overtime fee. I hope that you can understand that at the end of the day we saved you money.

Avoid, avoid, avoid...

We had an incredibly unpleasant experience with Broadway Elite during our June 22nd wedding at the Park Chateau. We had arranged to have their 55 passenger bus take guests to/from the hotel and venue; despite communicating with Broadway Elite leading up to our wedding, the times we had previously discussed for the driver to leave the hotel were not the times he had on his paper and he refused to take our guests to the wedding. Guests were forced to Uber or find their own modes of transportation just so they were able to make it on time. Rude, unprofessional, and unobliging. When we called the Monday after our wedding to express of sincere disappointments, were weren’t even given so much as an apology. Would highly recommend using an alternative transportation/limousine company to avoid the complications we were subjected to.

Totally false information . Our chauffeur went by the times the client or guests instructed. We service the venue and surrounding hotels every weekend and have never had issues in the past.

My wedding hotel’s go-to shuttle provider was Broadway Elite so I thought they would be professional and reliable. I was wrong. After pre-agreeing an EXACT dollar amt with Broadway and giving my credit card info to them, they decided that it was ok to charge me extra hours without my permission. Unbeknownst to me my day-of planner, who was just being nice, called the dispatcher and asked if the shuttle would come back for any stragglers. They said sure but no mention of costs or asking who the person calling was; they just tacked on the extra cost. It could have been santa-claus calling for all they knew. Post wedding, I called and politely asked what the extra charge on my card was. I was immediately forwarded to Brian who decided that the best first impression was to be hostile and use a lot of exclamation marks in his emails to me. I asked simply who had called and he boasted he could provide gps tracking of his vehicles. I asked nicely why he thought he had the right for anyone to call in and extend a reservation without asking the cardholder to which he responded that's not his problem. Really? It seems common sense you ask the card holder/payor first before authorizing an addl charge. Upon checking the gps records , Brian's shuttle randomly made 2 roundtrips to/from the hotel AFTER I was the last to leave the venue. He claims that a phantom girl was running around outside the venue begging to be picked up. He didn’t even try to make up a good lie. Overall a horrible experience; Brian really needs to work on his manners. If it's a special celebration or event you'll be hosting and you need your guests to be taken care of and don't want to deal with headaches, DO NOT use this provider!
